i was looking through some of my old art folders and was reminded of the old unused design for my fursona that i came up with and doodled in 2012 that i never shared anywhere so, uh, behold!

i can vaguely recall wanting to make some sort of big "first tumblr post" where i would introduce myself alongside this sona (hence the 'hello tumblr') but that never ended up really happening due to some circumstances that could be summed up with "i was paranoid that folks i knew irl would find my tumblr so i tried to distance myself from looking too much like a furry for a little while"

anyway, here he is now! please be gentle with him.

in finnish tradition we have an easter rooster instead of a bunny, and i've been thinking about how disappointed i am that i've never seen finnish furries draw any art relating to this during easter

...can’t think of much to say here. stadin ammattiopisto (or “helsinki vocational college” in english. god, that sounds so much fancier.) was the school i went to, and U13A was the class i was in. that picture of me was actually taken in our classroom.

...not much else to say about this one. i do like the little cat doodles, though! they were somewhat inspired by the wonderful artwork of tumblr user cat-boots.

hello! call me korppu! i am a mouse-based lifeform! 🐭✨

i mostly use this tumblr to reblog stuff i like, and might sometimes share my attempts at art on the rare occasion i can be bothered to make any.

though i mostly tend to keep this blog more on the SFW side of things, some of the artwork i reblog here include things like

artistic nudity

suggestive, sexual and/or erotic imagery

violence and gore

self-harm

and deceased or taxidermied animals

as a general rule of thumb, i try not to have content that would be above a PG-13 rating in here.

this uh, came out much darker than i had intended. i was trying to convey something about finding comfort in the knowledge that everything inevitably comes to an end, but i don’t really feel like i succeeded.

this was also the only comic drawn on pen and paper, although my drawing skills aren’t much better that way.
