KRUSH under fire for allegedly “copying BTS”

The group just had their most successful comeback yet, but with success comes backlash

KRUSH recently came back with their 2nd EP album “THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS,” and the comeback has garnered lots of attention. One of the reasons is because the entirety of the comeback - from the album itself to the MV - was connected to BTS’ “Love Yourself” storyline. It was already explained by the members (refer to their 1st Vlive back in 2017) and by numerous GGBs and ARMYs who made that connection, but that connection angered a few of BTS’ fans and a few anti-fans. They claimed that KRUSH had done this to ride their labelmates’ popularity in order to gain traction for themselves, and that they were trying to claim BTS’ storyline as their own.

Of course, GGBs and other ARMYs came to KRUSH’s defense, but it sparked a heated debate on Korean servers. There are many different opinions surrounding this topic, so where do you stand?

After the heartbreaking scene on “Around the World with KRUSH”, GGBs trend heartwarming hashtags for Aeri & Kaleina

They just want to remind them to be healthy & happy.

The 4th episode of “Around the World with KRUSH” was just uploaded to YouTube, and even though it featured a lot of cute moments and gave an exciting glimpse into KRUSH’s first Miami concert, the episode also featured some sadder moments, as well. The one that had GGBs crying and truly realizing how hard idol life could be was when Aeri suddenly collapsed backstage. She’s known to be KRUSH’s most hard working member, but neither GGBs nor KRUSH themselves as ever seen Aeri push herself this much.

It was already heartbreaking to see Aeri like that, but what made it worse is when Kaleina started crying. She obviously felt very stressed at the moment, and it only hurt more when she started saying she felt like a bad leader. This was also another painfully surprising moment during the episode, because no one had seen Kaleina cry that much before.

Luckily, Aeri ended up being perfectly okay and with the help of L.I. and Moonsun, Kaleina realized that she was the best leader KRUSH could ever have. After watching the episode, though, GGBs still wanted to make sure that the girls were okay. They wanted to tell Aeri to not overwork herself and they wanted to tell Kaleina that she was a perfect leader no matter what. Immediately after the episode dropped, the hashtags “#AeriYouArePerfect” and “#KaleinaBestLeader” started trending on Twitter. It entered the top ten trends worldwide rather quickly. It seems like GGBs really wanted to get their message out there.

As those events took place a couple weeks back, it’s safe to say that both Kaleina and Aeri are in good health. Like GGBs, we hope that all four girls are getting enough rest after their tour, and that Kaleina and Aeri are in better places both mentally and physically.
