Nach der Pandemie war ich endlich mal wieder auf einer Aufstellung und nicht auf irgendeiner, sondern auf der Biennale @labiennale @venice.art.biennale in Venedig. Corona hat die Kultur bedroht: Kunst ohne Publikum verstummt. Und das Publikum, das ich heute gesehen habe, war einfach großartig. Aus allen Ecken der Erde waren die unterschiedlichsten Leute und Kulturen vertreten. Unbeschreiblich. Das kann ich immer wieder bestätigen und bin ich felsenfest überzeugt: Kunst ist die einzige Sprache, die Brücken zwischen allen Kulturen baut und Kriege, Hass Missgunst und Neid überwinden kann, wo es keine Worte braucht, wo man sich über Gefühle versteht. Kunst ist auch Interaktion. Wenn man mal auf einer Ausstellung war, fühlt/ weiß man das. Es geht nicht nur um die Kunstwerke, es geht auch um das Hier und Jetzt, das Gefühl, dass gerade etwas geschieht und darum, sich selbst zu spüren, diese Gefühle, die ein Kunstwerk auslösen kann - von Traurigkeit bis Freude. Es ist immer wieder erstaunlich. Was ich an einem Tag erlebt habe, war wie eine Achterbahnfahrt. Ich habe geweint, gelacht, Gänsehaut bekommen... So viel Kreativität an einem Ort und so viele freundliche Menschen.
