Now that cherry magic's anime is over there are two things that I'm disappointed about in the final. First we didn't get the hickey thing where they were like if this mark dissappears I will come back and make a new one I was waiting for it for whole episode. I was really sad that they didn't include it. Second the fact that they literally rushed the ending they could've made another episode but they didn't so that's sad.

BUT

These two scenes are nearly enough to make up for it. Keyword nearly. I'm still disappointed.

August’s anime review!!!

Cherry magic! Thirty years of virginity can make you a wizard?!

This show is only 12 episodes long but i enjoyed every second of it. I ADORE the main pairing!! I love how they’re dorks and kinda lame in their own ways. I now desperately need to read the manga and watch the live action version because I have a feeling they cut out SO much of it.

I also really like the second pairing in the show (don’t ask me their names I can’t remember rn) I wanted to see more of their story though. I wish they’d spend more than just like 3 episodes on them because I thought it was interesting.

Call me crazy, and I know they’d never do this on crunchyroll, but I lowkey wish we got to see them actually together for the first time. Like that’s what this entire show is leading up to! You don’t have to be graphic but give me something! I wanna hear Kurosawa’s thoughts.

The one thing I didn’t care for is the art style. They’re all a little too… triangley? Does that make sense? Geometric is better I guess. Idk. It put me off a bit in the beginning, but the ending episodes looked a lot better for some reason.

Aaaaahhhh!!! A lovely romance anime where I equally loved the main couple AND the side couple?!?! Wild!! This show is amazing, and both couples got together in the sweetest way!!! I will admit I felt like they fast tracked Adachi and Kurosawa’s relationship in the last few minutes but we got a wedding out of it so who cares 🤷‍♀️

Also, kudos to the animators for the make out scenes! Amazingly done! And when they were making out in the hotel room and you saw their reflections in the window winding their hands together was such an amazing detail I loved it!!! 🥰

Both couples had some seriously smooth pick up lines too!! If someone said half those things to me I’d melt 🥰

kurosawas biggest flaw is never acknowledging all the effort hes putting onto something. He's charismatic so thats his shield, so good at deflecting.

and adachi always tries so hard but he's awkward, and people see that tiny bit of weakness. but god hes so good at looking other peoples effort, and his magic lets him either confirm it or discover more. adachi loves seeing other people making an effort and seeing kurosawa try so hard; try not to show his crush, try to help adachi, try to be the best salesman at the office, and when theyre together he tries so hard to show his love

and adachi also loves to see him finally relax, take a break, have some rest, chill. the same with kurosawa towards adachi.

to conclude, a chill kurodachi is the rarest sight on earth.
