You have any headcanons for Asami?

Ones for either Kuvirasami or Irosami?

I do have headcanons for Asami, for both ships. It’s hard to pick just one so I’ll just share some for both:

Kuvirasami: Asami wasn’t the greatest at dancing and didn’t really care for it in general. Before she met Kuvira, she barely ever went out and preferred to just stay in her workshop and tinker during her spare time. But Kuvira eventually convinced her to go dancing with her. Asami had two left feet at first, and kept apologizing profusely for stepping on Kuvira’s toes constantly. Yet she eventually got a little better over time, and even started to enjoy it.

Kuvira is not a fan of bugs, so Asami is the certified bug-killer in their house. More than once she’s bravely rescued Kuvira from a spider-ant or a scorpion-fly. Although her weakness is spider-rats. They have to call Mako for assistance with those.

Irosami: Iroh may have grown up with maids and other household staff, but he learned how to clean up after himself in the United Forces. Asami did not. She tries, but it’s fairly common for Iroh to find a mess that she left behind somewhere in their house. Shoes haphazardly kicked off by the door, purse dumped in the hallway, dirty laundry right next to the hamper instead of in it. Dirty dishes she forgot were in her workshop. Iroh doesn’t really mind the mess though, he finds it kind of comforting to see. Because it means that Asami feels comfortable in their home/relationship. Although he does get kinda embarrassed when she leaves her bra draped over the couch.

Wonderful question. So for Linvira, this is my all time favourite pairing. I love w/w pairings with age gaps. I feel both partners bring something to the relationship that just can't be had when you're moving through life in the same stage. I will go down with this ship to the darkest depths.

Korrasami

It's cute, it's canon, there is some semblance of connection but honestly; it's too predictable. I feel like it works because people expect it to work. However, I feel both these characters have much better pairing options ~~with Kuvira~~ *cough cough* It doesn't pique my interest or my muses for writing, it mostly elicits an 'aww that's adorable' response. Am I happy they are canon? Absolutely! Do I draw inspiration from this pairing? Not really. I put OT3 with NOTP because I don't feel they are OTP but they could fit into an OT3 with Kuvira much better.

Kuvirasami

I enjoy this pairing. I think they compliment one another well. Their mannerisms and the finesse of courting in public and navigating public notoriety makes for interesting and dynamic storytelling. I think the power play keeps things interesting (who is taking charge when and why) and the pairing feels like a good match. I have definitely found inspiration with these two :)

@tamras-shieldmaiden I don't know if you've seen this webtoon called "A Second Chance" by kuvira-the-protege but if you have, certain plot elements and characters could work in your "Choices" storyline.

Imagine after Kuvira's rise to presidency and marrying Asami, ruthless terrorists, the "Lion Turtle Clan", led by the merciless and sadistic Siara (from the webtoon), seek to bring Earth Provinces to the ground and to do so plan to kidnap and murder Kuvira.

With her wife's life on the line, it's up to her smart and kickass wife Asami Sato to save her. Bit of a role-reversal in the "damsel in distress" trope.

Just a concept, plus look at the cover, it's not Kuvirasami but it's Kuvira and Asami on the same cover. Otherwise this webtoon is amazing. Props to @kuvira-protege for this cool ass webtoon and artwork. Korrasami works better in this, but in AU idk maybe Korvira or Kuvirasami could work too. In the end, it's an amazing project and can't wait for more of it!

Figured I’d do something a little different. I’ve discussed my fav Korra ships a lot, so here’s my fav Kuvira ones:

1. Korvira: An obvious addition, I know lol. They’re 100% my OTP and I’m mildly obsessed with them. I’m pretty sure I’ve read every fic for them on AO3, and I routinely search the internet for fanart.

2. Suvira: Idk, this ship is just hot to me. Obviously I prefer AU’s where they’re not related, same with Baavira. But still a fun ship to play around with. I haven’t seen that much fan-fiction about them sadly, but the fanart is excellent.

3. Baavira: I usually ship Kuvira with women, but there’s just something about this ship that has me hooked. Like I mentioned above, I prefer AU’s where they’re not related. I haven’t read much for them, but the fanart I’ve seen is adorable/hot.

4. Mako/Kivira (Idk if they have a ship name): Probably one of the hottest flm ships I’ve ever seen. Can you talk about power couple? Sadly there isn’t much content for this one though.

5. Kuvirasami: Speaking of power couples, my gods. Very hot ship, not to mention a very intriguing pairing. I’m still very new to it though, which is why it’s so low on my list. But the fanart I’ve seen is A+, as was the fanfic I read of them recently.
