Anways while I think that bros are so silly and the entirety of the dread tower is like, so silly, I actually don’t have that many head cannons for them. It’s ok tho, I’m hoping the ones I have are good enough 👍

Kyle:

Bro is a furry. Like cmon why wouldn’t he be

Aslo he Gossips a lot. He as a mysterious online friend that also tells him a lot of the dirt In the place they are staying over at and he tells them the sort of dread tower back (I’ll reveal said mysterious friend IF you guess who they are and ask about them. But until then… it for me to know and for you to find out 😏 )

Also he had been living alone with no place to go until he stumbled into dread tower one day (I know it’s in the middle of nowhere but HEAR ME OUT-) and Hyde saw him and was like “oh you poor thing” and then he was like “you wanna stay here free of charge, I have like 30 empty guest rooms” and Kyle was like “lmao sure”. He doesn’t show it to Hyde but Kyle is extremely great full lmao.

Also that’s one of the reasons why Kyle admirers Hyde so greatly and he was willing to go along with the entire battle cruise scheme as well as being the introductory act of dread tower. He just wants to make Hyde proud

(Hyde IS proud. But don’t tell Kyle I said that.)

Evel:

Constantly has to be reminded by Hyde to go to sleep but rarely ever listen

Aslo has become the perfect outlet to yell at when someone is talking sh*t about someone else. Mostly because he won’t tell a soul since he isn’t even listening.

Evel is a simple guy. He would also experiment on people if Hyde didn’t stop him from doing so (“They’re our guests, Evel! NOT ur lab rats!”)

Apart from that really gets along with Hyde. He thinks Kyle is a bit anoying, but he’s ok. He thinks count night fell is a bit extra, but he’s also ok. Isn’t sure what to feel about Phi though.

Kyle

✨6/10✨. In this case, this is actually good for him. At first I wasted exactly sure what to think of him, and then I found him kind of… bad per se. I thought he was kind of dramatic (in a bad way) and that he was kind of ugly (I sorry but they gave Kyle some of the worst camera angles known to mankind 😓). But the when I rewatched turbo again (and again) I didn’t think he was that bad. He was just, silly and weird, just like everyone else at dread tower. I like stuff about him, like for example, his mask. The only major complain I have about him though is that his outfit is In some serious need of a redesign but hey, he still cool in my book 👍

Evel

✨5/10✨. Im not really sure how to feel about him. On one hand I always love to see a good Beyblade scientist/smart person (see: Gwyn),I think his soulless eyes are one of the most ingenious character design sh*t that the show has ever pulled and I genuinely love seeing his interactions with Hyde, but on the other hand… he’s kinda boring. Plain. Just used as another character to build others storylines on top of. Literally the only thing that bro did to advance the plot was give Aiger the invitation to Dread tower. Then he was used by other characters to advance the plot, which is kinda sad. Also bro only got two battles…which don’t you know how sad that is..?(EVeN PHELIX HAS MoRE THAN THAT) (/srs but hey I still love u Phelix 🥰). The point is, we just need a more plot revelant, more screen time Evel with a dash of personality on the side. Maybe then he will be better imo.

Now for the blader whose true intentions were never entirely made clear!

Here's Kyle!

Kyle is the God of Thievery. As the patron of thieves, he is considered an extremely elusive trickster deity whose true face has never been seen, even by other gods; he’s always depicted wearing a kitsune mask. He delights in swiping things out from beneath the noses of others. Nothing brings him more joy than the thrill of the hunt for something pricy, along with witnessing others partake in this devilish act.

He created the act of thievery and taught it to humans. He’d witnessed the various disputes amongst humans due to an imbalance of material possessions between different classes. He taught his ideals to humans as a way for them to “level the playing field”, so to speak. Watching what he’d created being practiced across the world brings him much joy, and other deities much annoyance.

Though not all deities find his activities detrimental. Count Night, the God of the Moon, also finds amusement in Kyle’s practice of thievery. In fact, he finds it so amusing that he created a way to assist Kyle’s thieves. He made it so that the Earth would slowly move in front of the Sun, causing a shadow to fall over the Moon. At most two nights a month, Kyle’s thieves were free to steal whatever they pleased when there was no light in the sky. The two deities became associated with each other, and a thief has to pray to both of them if they want a job to go well.

Mayblade day 18: chains (Hades’s dog)

I've made a post about Damian Hart's designs and what the chains represent, but now I realize that every Cerberus-based beyblade had a chain design. From Burning Cerberus's special move being Chain Storm, to the Kerbeus line in Burst having chains all over (and the newest one is called Chain Kerbeus). Cerberus always has chains, and the characters are always metaphorically chained

Starting with Zeo Zagart and Burning Cerberus. Chains aren't see anywhere on the bey or his design, but his special move os Chain Storm. He is chained to his father and Zagart Industries, but on some level, he is free. He isn't chained as tightly, because the one he is chained to is working to set him free. Zagart's ultimate goal was for his son to become human. Also, Zeo is only chained according to those involved directly (himself and his father). He says he's chained, but to everyone else, he isn't

Damian Hart and Hades Kerbecs have chains in their designs, but their special moves are Hades Drive and Hades Gate. Damian doesn't say he is chained because he doesn't realize he is. From an outside perspective, it's very clear. But Damian truly believes he represents Hades and his bey Cerberus, rather than both being Cerberus. This also ties in to Damian not having a blader spirit, as he refuses to be one with his bey. Damian is the opposite of Zeo, where be thinks he's free but everyone else knows he isn't

Ken Midori wields King Kerbeus. His only special move is the Chain Launch. Chain Launch is very direct, as Kerbeus strikes the opponent repeatedly with the chains on its energy layer. Ken is chained to his family. When his family has to leave, he has to go with them. He is affected by them, but not vice-versa. Ken has no power over where he lives, because he is chained to his parents, and wherever they go, he goes with them

Kyle Hakim, user of Hazard Kerbeus, is by far the happiest to be chained (except Damian but he isn't even aware of his status). This is reflected in his special moves, Chain Protection and Chain Counter. Chain Protection is very straightforward. He is chained to Evel and Hyde, but he benefits from it. Kyle knows he stands no chance against Valt or Phi, but Hyde does. It's like a kid getting in an argument and going "my dad can beat up your dad." Chain Counter is simply Chain Protection but modified for offense, like when Hyde starts taking more direct action

Happy Birth to the cool brothers, Hyde and Phi. That's on 29th February which would be 1st March on non-leap years. Drawing manga is kinda fun, I started an experimental series but since it's story is long and unplanned, I did this short 4-page comic thingie to test my skills on drawing comics.

They're on good terms. This is what I see their relationship after the events of dread tower be like, where Phi, no matter what he tries, just can't intimidate his "little" brother anymore. He's basically some equivalent of a drama queen now. And ig it is actually canon that Hyde's fear of his brother is gone, cuz if he can literally TAUNT him while he's raging (btw Phi's rage is bad, really bad, scary even imo), yea Hyde knows how to deal with him.

It makes a little sense that it's Hyde's birthday everybody be celebrating and Phi to not even celebrate his birthday given their personalities in the show being like, Hyde likes company and Phi doesn't. Phi's the loner. Hyde on the other hand be getting wishes from not only the dead gran crew, but also his viewers, he's a bey reality show host after all lmao. He's a youtuber. He's awesome. Despite that I just wanted them to be wholesome brothers for at least some time. Punching your brother w cake is so wholesome.

Klub bola Manchester City total telah mengirimkan sebanyak 16 pemain ke ajang Piala Dunia 2022 dari seluruh lini dalam pemain. Mulai dari striker Julian Alvarez (Argentina), Kiper Ederson (Brasil) hingga gelandang Kevin De Bruyne (Belgia).

Hampir seluruh pemain memperoleh menit bermain reguler dari sang arsitek yaitu Erik Ten Hag. Hanya terdapat Facundo Pellistri yang belum bisa bermain sama sekali serta Tyrell Malacia yang cuma dipercaya untuk bermain sebanyak 9 kali dalam Liga Inggris.

Di Liga Inggris sendiri, Man United menempati posisi ke 5 dalam klasemen hingga pekan terakhir sebelum dihentikan sementara waktu. Cristiano Ronaldo sendiri beserta kawan – kawan berhasil mengunci sebuah kemenangan 2 hingga 1 atas Fulham sebelum jeda.

Chelsea

Pada peringkat ketiga terdapat tim London, yaitu Chelsea yang telah menyumbangkan 12 orang pemain ke dalam laga Piala Dunia 2022 Qatar. Dan kebanyakan para pemain yang dipanggil negaranya tersebut memang menjadi andalan bagi pelatih Chelsea yaitu Graham Potter.

Thiago Silva (Brasil), Mateo Kovacic (Kroasia), Christian Pulisic (USA), Denis Zakaria (Swiss), Kai Havertz (Jerman), Hakim Ziyech (Maroko), Mason Mount, Raheem Sterling (Inggris), Conor Gallagher, Kalidou Koulibaly, Edouard Mendy (Senegal), dan Cesar Azpilicueta (Spanyol).

Dan dari ke 12 nama pemain Chelsea tersebut yang dipanggil negaranya dalam Piala Dunia, hanya nama Denis Zakaria lah yang belum pernah bermain barang satu menit pun di Liga Inggris. Lalu, ada Ziyech yang telah menjadi andalan dari Maroko juga dan hanya bermain sebanyak 5 kali dari 15 pertandingan.

I love Kyle. Kyle makes me so sad. He has So Many Issues.

He is clearly dissatisfied with his appearance/sensitive about how he looks, as evidenced by the drastic tattooing to detract from his natural features, and then he made the apparent decision that even THAT was not satisfactory because he ended up just completely covering up his face with a mask. I know he also doesn't like how his Extremely Expressive Face gives away what he's thinking too easily, he is not capable of maintaining a poker face even a little bit to hide his intentions, which is a strategic handicap, so that's another reason for just covering it all up with the mask, but...the tattoos. He wouldn't have put those crazy distracting tattoos all over his face just for that, they have no effect on his level of expressiveness. The presence of the tattoos gives away that the strategic angle is not the only reason for the mask. People think Kyle is ugly and have probably picked on him about his looks...everyone looked at Gumita like she was crazy when she called him handsome ;-;

It's a shame, too, because tbh Kyle's really not that hideous, at least not by default. He just makes very ridiculous facial expressions.

Grotesque exaggerated emotive expressions aside, Kyle's actually kind of pretty in a funky way tbh. I like Kyle's weird stretchy taffy face.

And in even more ways than just the mask thing, Kyle just...hides, overall, too. Kyle just generally is not comfortable with being Seen Too Much. He hangs around in dark and empty places, like storage rooms and back alleys. He challenged Aiga in the fucking meat freezer on the cruise ship, and disappeared as soon as someone else came in to investigate. And he was RIGHT At Home on that ghost ship, surrounded by all the mist.

He comes across as ~mysterious~ but honestly I think this behaviour is rooted more in the Obvious Insecurity Issue, and he just encourages people to think he is Shady And Mysterious And Unknowable And Intimidating.

It's not even necessarily a stealth thing either. He's GOOD at Being Stealthy, but it doesn't seem to particularly be his core motivation for this so much as the Excellent Stealth Skills are just a consequence of it. He is doing Shady Shit on that phone, texting Evel etc., but...he's just as willing to do that while there are people watching him. He's pulled that phone out and started tapping Nefarious Bad Guy Stuff out on it in the middle of a tournament battle with zero issue. He apparently literally just Prefers To Be Where Other People Aren't At.

On top of that, he doesn't just physically hide, Kyle also likes to act. Putting On A Fake Face, if you will. He loves putting on overdramatic little shows and doing silly voices, see Every Interaction He Ever Had With Xhan. Yet another way of Distracting People From How He Actually Is, Hiding His True Self. [I love how this is the direction they went with the "multi-faced" gimmick for him btw -- he's a Kerbeus user. Kensuke's "multi-faced" gimmick was the puppet thing, Kyle's is the literal and metaphorical masking.]

Aahhh I've written a whole post about it before [here], but also Kyle and Evel...the fact that Kyle likes Evel's company so much...the reason they get along so well, as comrades/coworkers and I suppose what qualifies as friends...Kyle likes to be ignored, and Evel likes to Not Get Attached. They're Horribly Perfect For Eachother, in a sad way,,, ;-;
