So we learned this episode that Luz is missing as evidenced by the dialogue between Hunter and Gus:

“Where’s Luz?”

“She’s… not with you?”

So is she at Belos’ Castle? I don’t want to throw all my eggs in one basket towards Collector!Luz but Luz is missing and no one is really talking about it?

What about Eda ?? King?? Lilith?? Hooty???

There’s no way they were brought to the Coformatorioum as they’ve broken out of there way too many times and Lilith knows the castle layout way too well.

So that leaves the Rebellion with another prison break? but now they have the entirety of Hexside on their… side.

You know, what be best part in "Labirynt Runner" from The Owl Hous?

Hunter, who have so much trauma and egzistencial crisis stay against his fear for protect and rescu peaple, who cers about him and tray him help.

That traumatized child can battel for something, what knock out pawerfull and mature witch's. It's tragic and ameinzing how much his cares for somon who know soo short becaus be nice for him. He relly need good and loved family and frends.

Just realized something.

If Graye was sent with a bunch of EC scouts to Hexide, does that mean that other coven heads or maybe high-ranking EC officials have been sent to brand the students in other schools?

Are Glandus students and St. Epiderm's students now all carrying sigils? Have some of the students from those schools rebelled? Are literally all the kids aside from those that go to Hexide now being sent to their deaths?

And, while we're at it, how did the parents of Hexide students react when they learned that their children, led by their freakin' principal, had a rebellion against EC? Did they believe their kids when they got home with the news? Do they think that Bump went crazy and decided to disregard it? Were they suspicious and then went, "Well, I guess if the teachers were fine with it, it's ok..."? Are there now groups of mums and dads planning on causing chaos because nobody will brand their kid before it's time? Or are they berating their kids because they refused the borderline sacred sigils?

I'll assume it's a mix of all, but dang. Imagine your kid coming home from school and being like, "So, we fought the government officials today and the principal was totally in on it and, well, in a few days we're totally all going to die!"

We know how the Blights reacted and, since Willow and Gus are helping we might assume that the Parks and Perry Porter are at least somewhat on the rebel's side and trusting their kids (unless both Willow and Gus snuck out).

I wanna just say that I LOVE how they showed the Collector being powerful.

Because first, they showed us how powerful our heroes are.

Willow's beat Principal Bump with her plant magic the very first time she was properly allowed to use it.

We saw Amity beat Hunter, and we saw how powerful she was time and time again. But we were also recently shown her andWillow defeat one of the Emperor Coven's generals with one hit in Labirynth Runners.

And, of course, from that episode, we also saw how powerful Gus is. He defeated the head of the Illusionist Coven and he didn't even have the little amplifying mirror thing yet!

And of course, we know Hunter is strong. He went through the whole guard training and we saw him fight before. And he was the head of the Emperor Coven for a while.

And Luz? We saw her kick-ass time and time again. She might not have any innate magic, but she's always been smart and quick to come up with solutions.

And yet Belos had all of them beat. They were cornered. Some of the strongest witches we were shown in the whole show lost against one single guy.

And that's the thing. When the Collector comes in and squashes Belos with one flick of his finger we know how powerful Belos was. We were shown that he was an almost unstoppable force.

And that's why it works so well as an introduction! That's a really good way to immediately show what level of threat they truly are!

And then, of course, the Collector just fricking moved the moon with one finger as well, but we don't know how hard that is to do. We can imagine, but we have nothing to compare it with. So it really works because it comes right after they showed his power in a way we could properly compare.

I really love the power system in this series and that's not something I usually say. It's built up really well.

It's like you're watching a collision in agonizingly slow motion. She's gonna come along soon and knock him on his ass and he's never gonna be the same. And he's completely unaware of it. He doesn't know her name. Or her face. He doesn't even know she exists. It's insane!!!

The first half of ASIAS is so fucking mind blowing to me upon rewatch. Because Hunter is just. Talking to Willow for the first time. And he does not understand. That he's talking to Willow. She's just some random school girl. He doesn't know her. He doesn't really care about her. He thinks she's unnerving and a little weird but he has no strong opinions about her one way or another. How unnatural is that?? A Hunter who is completely neutral to Willow Park. I barely know this man.

When he completely shuts down her offer to join the Flyer Derby team because he doesn't CARE. He doesn't care about Flyer Derby....he doesn't know that playing Flyer Derby with his friends is gonna be one of the things he wants most in his entire life. He's completely disregarded Willow, too preoccupied with his mission to really consider her. She doesn't MATTER to him. Doesn't matter to him at all. He doesn't KNOW. He doesn't know that she's gonna link her little finger to his and tell him he means a lot to her. He doesn't know that hearing those words from HER is enough to reduce him to tears. He doesn't GET IT!! DOESNT UNDERSTAND!!! She's nobody to him now but soon she'll be his whole world. He doesn't KNOW!!! He doesn't know that he's gonna be so overwhelmed with love his voice will crack. He doesn't know that he'll want to hold her hand so badly but won't know how at first so he'll brush his wrist against hers. He doesn't know that not only will he receive romantic affection but he'll initiate it in return!! He doesn't know he doesn't know!!!!
