you woke up to screams, with a pounding headache, now what the fuck was up with that, and this was definitely not your bed.
"why am i in max's bed," you asked as the heads of both said max and your boyfriend lando whipped to look at you where you were now propped up on your elbows, glaring at both the boys for the volume they were currently at.
"because you refused to go to bed with lando last night so he just put you in here and i took the couch," max explained as lando laughed at you, welcoming you into his arms as you got up and wrapped yourself around him, still hungover from whatever night you had had the night before.
"are you on stream?" you asked as you turned your head to look at the monitors in front of you.
"yeah, max got bored but we wanted to keep an eye on you so we just streamed in here," lando explained as he brushed your hair out of your face.
"yeah and you guys are fucking annoying," you grumbled, burying your head into lando's neck as he rubbed your back soothingly, almost luring you back to sleep.
"you had a party last night y/n, i don't know who let you have that much alcohol, but it was a funny sight," max said laughing at your disoriented figure.
"i don't know either, but i'm surely regretting it," you continued to grumble, just wanting to not have a headache anymore, "i didn't do anything bad did i?"
lando and max turned to look at each other and smirked, you didn't like the look of that.
"did i fucking fight someone," you questioned alarmed, eyebrows now raised in a rather violent questioning glance at the two boys.
both boys bursted out laughing while lando shook his head no, "no baby, you just lost your memory and forgot i was your boyfriend."
max had to breathe because of how hard he was laughing before trying to get his next words out, "lando literally went to go try to grab your hand to take you outside and you slapped him and told him to fuck off."
your jaw dropped as you turned to lando who was trying to stifle his laughter through his hand that wasn't currently wrapped around you.
"we managed to wrangle you into the car while you were grumbling about missing your boyfriend when he was literally right next to you the entire time," max said while he laughed some more at the face you currently held.
"i didn't hurt you did i," you asked grabbing your boyfriends face to turn it from left and right to see if you left any damage.
"no, i'm okay my love," lando said, looking at you with adoration as you held his face in your hands.
"what do you mean i refused to go to bed with lando," you asked turning to max.
max giggled again before answering with a smirk on his face, "lando was trying to get you ready for bed and into your bed when you claimed that he was a stranger and that you would only go to bed with your boyfriend and so he had to tell you my room was our guest room and you just face planted in my bed after he managed to get you in comfortable clothes."
"oh my gosh," you said while hiding your face into your boyfriend's neck.
both the boys laughed at you while you mumbled out a small, "never let me drink again."
"noted," was all she got as she pulled herself up to stand to get herself together and ready for the day, leaving the boys to be obnoxious to the twitch stream.
boy will she never be going out again with them.

Serving Sizes - LN4/CL16/OP81/MV1
Request from @adriennebarnes - Hi there, I have been bingeing your lando norris one shots, they are so good! I don’t know if you have done it yet but can you write a one shot where Charles or Lando are dating Y/N and she decides to do that tiktok prank where she serves a lot of food on his plate but only serves herself a little but and she pretends there wasn’t enough food for the both of them? I think it would be adorable, thank you!
I'm doing this as like a multi driver fic. Just bc...well I can, but mainly bc I think it'd be fun to write about how I think my top 4 would react. Max's is the shortest but imo most accurate.
Lando
Y/n hardly has to hide the camera with Lando. He's usually so unaware of his surroundings so she isn't even sure he'll noticed that he plate has less on it. She can't think of a time that he's ever actively looked at her plate.
"Baby! Food's reader!" Y/n calls out while smiling at the camera then waiting for Lando to come in and sit down at the table, looking at his own phone before quickly placing it down and smiling as he looks at her when she places his plate down.
"Thank you, baby." Lando smiles managing to plant a kiss on her cheek in thanks to her.
"No problem-oh I'll just get cutlery." Y/n mumbles placing her own plate down opposite his own.
Lando smiles watching her walk away before he turns looking down at his plate.
"This looks good baby." Lando comments then as he looks up his eyes drag over y/n's plate and the lock onto it just as she places his knife and fork down then sits across from him. "Why is there nothing on your plate? did you eat already?"
"Oh...No. It's just there wasn't enough." Y/n smiles only for him to drag her plate towards his own and plop her serving onto his plate making her laugh. "Hey."
Lando then proceeds to take a mouthful and then slide it forward.
"It's really good. Thank you. I'm full." Lando states making her laugh and shake her head.
"No. You-"
"I'll pin you down and force feed you. Eat." Lando instructs making her almost choke on her breath at his love motivated aggression. "It's really good. You eat."
"But what about you?" Y/n asks softly making hum shrug.
"I'll find something else. It's ok." Lando states then picking up her fork, scooping some food up and holding it to her mouth forcing her to accept the mouthful. "Good. You eat."
"You're so cute...this was just for TikTok." Y/n laughs pointing at her phone which is actually on the table making Lando drop the fork onto her plate and groan.
"Ahhh...I should've known. You're too good to fuck up not having a enough for both of us...you'd just cook something else."
Y/n laughs getting up and moving around to sit on his lap and hug him.
"You passed the test though. You are so so cute." Y/n laughs kissing his cheek. "I love you, you're the bestest."
"I love you too. I am the bestest." Lando grins making her laugh again then pull the plate forward.
"Do you want this one or the new plate?"
"Will you have the same amount? Is there actually enough?"
"Yes and yes."
"I'll have the partially eaten one. You get the new plate."
Charles
Y/n not trusting Charles to make any pasta dish is just part of their deal. So she made sure to push Charles out the kitchen and suggest he get on his sim to pass the time.
That gave her the opportunity to set her phone up, making sure it's not the most obvious that it's recording. He'd probably not notice but sometimes the man has weird sixth sense for locating any camera lens that is on him.
"Charlie! Come eat, baby." Y/n calls out grinning at the camera and giving it a thumbs up.
She sits down waiting for Charles to appear and when he does, he smiles leaning over the table to kiss her quickly and immediately he noticed the 10 pieces of pasta in her bowl.
"Did you start eating without me?" Charles questions looking borderline offended by the idea that she'd not waited for him. "Are you going on a diet? Why are you not eating? You don't need to diet, you will get sick if you don't eat enough."
"No. No. Baby, god. Calm down. There just wasn't much pasta left and I can find something else to eat after." Y/n states quickly, flapping her hand in dismissal. Though she has to refrain from laughing at his panic over the idea of her dieting.
"I could've got us some more. Why did you not tell me? You can't just eat that." Charles rambles beginning to fuss over her as he pulls her bowl forward then lifts his own and places his serving on top of her own. "You eat, I'll get something later."
"No. You need to eat. You like pasta."
"I do, but I like my girlfriend eating a meal she made more." Charles declares then smiling and flashing those dimples at her as he rests his chin on his hand. "Eat."
"I can't eat while you watch."

"Y/n." Charles frowns pointing at her. "You eat. You made a meal, a very nice meal. You eat it."
"Ok." Y/n laughs before watching him grin in victory that he won this one. "Are you sure? We could split it."
"You eat. I will go get more pasta and you can show me how to make it for myself." Charles shrugs earning a grin before she stands up and moves to the oven, pulling out the hidden bowl of pasta. "I-What?"
"It was just a prank baby. I'm sorry." Y/n laughs placing the bowl down in front of him while he looks at her in obvious shock. "I got you. You thought I was putting myself on a diet."
"I was worried. You went on that stupid diet once and it made you pass out."
Oh yeah. The juice cleanse. Charles was not happy to receive the news his girlfriend hit her head when she passed out onto Will Buxton while they were talking. The poor man had tried to catch her but she'd fell backwards.
"No diets-and don't scare me like that." Charles pouts earning a smile from the young woman.
"Ok. I promise to both. It was just a video for TikTok, I promise it's not to be mean." Y/n laughs then gesturing for him to eat. "It's going to be cold if you wait any longer."
"So you are putting it on TikTok?"
"Yeah, sorry. I can't not when you fell for it like that."
Oscar
Pranking Oscar was a challenge, the man is not very easy to break in terms of tricking into something.
He's already at the table, looking at some stuff on his phone that she has no doubt are work related. In fact, it'd be now surprise to her if it was Mark or Zak texting him. Maybe he's checking what has been added to his calendar since often the PR team just add stuff in. She's sort of grateful because it means he's bene just distracted enough for her to set up her phone at the right angle to captured them both.
"There you go-oh. I'll just get salt and pepper, one sec." Y/n smiles placing the plates down, kissing Oscar on top of his head as he smiles and tucks his phone away into his pocket.
She moves back to grab the condiments then frowns.
"Do you want any sauce or anything?"
"Uhhh...no, it looks fine without it." Oscar states making her hum and move back over to find that he's switched the bowls, not saying a word.
"Did you swap the bowls?" Y/n questions placing the salt and pepper down. "That's my bowl."
"No. This is my bowl." Oscar smiles making her try not to laugh.
"Baby, I know what bowl I gave to you. You took my bowl." Y/n states reaching for the bowl only for him to pick it up and hold it out of her reach. "Oscar Piastri."
"Y/n y/l/n. I did not take your bowl. Will you sit down?"
"You did take my bowl."
"Why does it matter?"
"Because-Because there's less in that bowl."
"Ok. Well that's fine because I'm not that hungry. I just want a little bit and I want to taste what you put time and effort into making." Oscar shrugs making her sigh and sit down. "Can we eat now?"
"You're so annoying." Y/n huffs with a smile but he just shrugs again. "I'm trying to prank you and you won't let me get away with it. Clearly you're too good of a boyfriend."
"Most people don't make that sound like a bad thing." Oscar smirks making her hum before she sighs.
"Here. At least give me that bowl so I can add more. There's not actually that little left." Y/n sighs then standing up only for him to stand.
"I'll get it. Where'd you put it?"
Y/n sighs telling him where to find the rest of the food before he moves back over, grabbing her hand as he sits down and kissing her knuckles.
"Nice try."
Max
Max stared at y/n's plate like she'd served himself something gourmet and herself raw chicken.
"What is that?" Max questions making her burst into laughter from the get go. Then it seems to hit him.
Max is actually fairly chronically online, despite his public dislike of social media in association to his career. The man watches tiktoks and knows trends just as much as the next Tom, Dick or Harry.
"This is that stupid trend isn't it?"
"You ruin everything." Y/n groans since she didn't even get to answer his initial question of why her portion was so small. "You could've at least played along."
"Did you make more food?" Max questions ignoring her whine and mainly asking because he knows his girlfriend a little too well.
"Oh...no."
"Good excuse to go out for dinner. We can keep this for tomorrow after we've been out for drinks. It'll make good drunk food." Max smiles earning a huff.
"Still ruined my prank." Y/n mumbles as she crosses her arms and Max begins to put the food away for tomorrow. "You just like an excuse to go out rather than eat my food sober."
"You are a very good cook, baby...but you've burned toast more than once."
Aka Max will eat her food, but it usually takes better after a few drinks because he can't taste the burned bits or under cooked vegetables. Crunchy rice was not something he knew he would try in his life.
"Come on, let's get dressed and we can go out for dinner."
Max even picks up her phone smiling at the camera before he ends the video and tucks her phone into his pocket, pulling her up and guiding her to get dressed for going out.

the discussion has been going on for ten minutes now.
lando is adamant that he doesn't sleep talk, never has and never will, thank you very much. you, on the other hand, are sure you've bore witness to it, his last offence occurring just last night.
"lando, i heard you. i don't know what you were dreaming about, but you wouldn't shut up."
"what were you even doing awake?" lando counters with a raised brow, as though he's having some sort of 'gotcha' moment. "think the sleep deprivation's messing with your head, baby."
a dramatic gasp tears from your throat, and you shoot him an incredulous look.
"fine. next time, i'm recording it. i'd like to see you try and deny it then."
funnily enough, 'next time' rolls around quicker than you expect. because that very night, you're woken by faint mumbles coming from the sleeping man next to you, his thick brows furrowed as incoherent words spill from his lips.
you hold back laughter as you lazily fumble around for your phone, squinting as the bright light of the screen hits your bleary eyes. once you finally regain sight, you begin to record lando, glad that the camera was unable to pick up your endeared expression.
what he's actually saying, you're none the wiser. you manage to pick out a few words, your name sprinkled amongst more mundane murmurs of 'tv remote' and 'fucking freezing'. as if to emphasise his point, the sleeping lando rolls over, taking the better half of your duvet with him.
you're glad you have concrete evidence of this, because you know when accused lando will deny everything vehemently. you always knew he was a blanket hogger, and now, you've caught him redhanded in not one, but two crimes.
lando can talk for england, but there's no way he's getting himself out of this one.
when he wakes up to your phone in his face the next morning, only barely able to make out his own sleeping frame, he groans in defeat and pulls the blanket up over his head.

Based on my favourite scene in Schitt’s Creek
In all the two years you’ve been in Ferrari, the speculations and rumours of you dating Charles were non-stop. Neither of you paid much attention to it. You were both in happy relationships. However, that changed in the summer of ‘22 when you broke up with your partner. It wasn’t messy and you both agreed it was for the better. You focused on the rest of the season.
Fast forward to the summer of ‘23, you and Charles were both single. You decided to give in to the speculations and give the relationship a real shot. You went on a few dates, each one being more fun than the previous one. Yet neither of you took the leap to become exclusive. You both liked each other but it wasn’t said out loud as much as you would’ve wanted to. So when Charles invited you to a game night with his friends, you thought it would be the one where he introduced you as his girlfriend.
You knocked on his apartment door at 7 pm. You had brought a charcuterie board because you panicked and the first thing your mind thought was cheese.
“Y/N! Come in.” Charles opened the door and hugged you. You tried your best to return while managing the charcuterie board. He laughed at your struggle, took the board from your hand and led you in. You spotted some familiar faces in the room. “Hey, guys. This is Y/N. My teammate as you know.” To risk being dramatic, the only description for what you felt was “death by a thousand cuts”. You still forced a smile and greeted everyone. You took a seat on the sofa next to Charles. “You brought a charcuterie board?” Pierre asked puzzled. “Dibs on gouda.” Yelled a familiar Brit.

For the next few hours, you forced yourself to forget about your “teammate” and focus on the game instead. To everyone’s surprise, you were very good at Monopoly. You had already collected over $7000 worth of assets. You were more than happy to win by default. Arthur suggested Uno and everyone complied. You had never played it before which made the group very happy.
When you got your cards you leaned over to Charles and whispered “What the fuck should I do now? ” Charles peeked at your cards and by instinct you shied them away from him. “You have to show me the cards so I can tell you what to do.” He laughed. You rolled your eyes and showed him the cards. “How the hell did you get 3 +4 cards?” “Why? Is that bad?” “No no. It is very good and I am very grateful my turn is before you.” “I am gonna crush these motherfuckers” You silently giggled.
“Y/N your turn,” Andrea called out. You placed the +4 card on the table. “Seriously?” Lando sighed and took 4 cards from the deck. “I thought you'd never played this before.” “I haven’t. I’m just that good, Norris.” “You know you could put all the +4 cards at once? ” Charles whispered in your ear. When your turn came again you placed both your +4 cards down. “Oh come on. You’re an absolute ass.” Lando exclaimed. “You just got destroyed by a UNO rookie, Lando” Pierre doubled over in laughter. “Also you have only one card left. You can call out UNO” Arthur nudged you. “UNO!” You yelled. “Well, I guess we have a winner. ” Lorenzo sighed and folded.
You started feeling a little guilty. Your winning spree kept cutting the game short. It didn’t look like anyone was having any fun. Even if Charles isn’t going to introduce you as his girlfriend, you still want his friends and brothers to like you as Charles’ girl. Charles brought in Scrabble as his last resort. He wasn’t expecting to go through 2 games so quickly. You were chosen as the judge. You promised yourself to go easy on everyone. You weren’t sure if you were making a good impression on everyone but boy did your ego love this.

“What do you mean ‘rizz’ isn’t accepted?” Arthur yelled. “Mate it isn’t in the dictionary.” “Then why does everyone call Lando ‘NoRIZZ’?” “Hey!” “I consider it as an acceptable word. We know the meaning. It exists. It’s a word.” You chimed in. “Thank you!” Arthur smiled and added 13 points to himself. The game continued and you limited yourself to simple words. And you accepted every word regardless of how ridiculous it was.
“Yes Pierre ‘Fuck’ is a word.”
“I mean we all know what ‘OMG’ is”
“Sure, Charles. You can make Frenglish words.”
You could physically feel the pain from the insanity of some words but you were on a mission. You nodded and smiled and carried on. The words became chaotic by the minute. Your last straw was when Lando argued that “Skibidi” should be accepted.
“That’s it. I can’t take this shit anymore. I respect the game too much to put up with this. You are way too old to use the word ‘Skibidi’, Lando.” “Yeah so wrong, Lando” Pierre fakes disappointment. “You! Fuck is not acceptable.” “Not acceptable. Yes sorry, Y/N” He bites back a laugh. “OMG!? Are you kidding me?” “I wasn’t.” Lorenzo shakes his head. “And my boyfriend sits there looking pretty and wanting to make up Frenglish words. THAT’S NOT EVEN A LANGUAGE. NOT ACCEPTABLE!”
“I’m sorry. What did you just say?” Charles looked up at you. “I said Lando is old.” You tried to shift the conversation. “Why the fuck am I getting slandered?” “No. I think it was something about your boyfriend being pretty and making up words.” Charles redirects you. “Um... I don’t remember saying that.” You mumbled. “Yeah no. That’s what we heard. Right Arthur?” Pierre snickered.
“Hey if my girlfriend says Frenglish isn’t acceptable then it isn’t, guys” Charles smirked. “Or it is. I don’t remember saying it.” You shrugged. “So you can do whatever you like.” The ceiling looked much more interesting than the gorgeous green eyes looking at you. “I think our work is done here. Let’s go guys.” Lando stood up. “And what exactly was that work, Norizz?” You called out as everyone was walking out the door chattering. Lando just smiled at you and closed the door.
You and Charles remained quiet and just looked at each other for a long moment. “I don’t k-” “Do you r-” You both spoke at the same time. Gentle giggles echoed in the silence. “I was gonna ask if you regretted it?” Charles looked at you with a hopeful glint in his eyes. “No. God no. Charles, I don’t regret it at all. But to be honest, I kinda thought you hosted this game night to introduce me as your girlfriend. It sucked ass when you called me your teammate.” You looked down at your feet. You contemplated if sitting down would make this whole shebang less awkward. But Charles quietened your thoughts by standing up and taking your hands in his.
“Cherie, seconds before you knocked, I was having a full-blown panic attack. I really really like you and I wanted us to be official but I didn’t know what you felt. The guys were there for emotional support because I do not trust myself with any high-risk situation.”
“You drive a car at 300 km/hr almost every weekend.”
“Please. That is nothing compared to you. Every time I get in the cockpit, I’m more worried about your safety than mine. I was going to introduce you as my girlfriend. Trust me the word was on the tip of my tongue but I was being a pussy and chickened out. I’m so glad you did it tho.” His smile made those adorable dimples pop as he hugged you. “I’m so glad I did it too.” Your voice came out muffled with your cheek pressed against his chest.
“And I’m so glad you called me pretty.”

Scooping That Low - Charles Leclerc
Summary: Charles wants y/n to be his girlfriend and he is willing to scoop low to chase off any potential threats to that
No part 2 requests please
"Y/n, isn't it?" Charles asks catching the F1 content creator as she walks through the paddock. Actually there as a guest of F1 itself rather than one of the specific teams.
"Y-Yeah, hi." Y/n smiles not having realised Charles had known her name or even known of her presence.
Little did she know that actually a lot of the drivers have taken note over her presence, but none more than Charles. He spotted her and made a decision within a moment that he'd have to pursue her by any means. Even if that mean scooping to new lows.
"How are you enjoying your time here?" Charles asks making her smile brightly.
"I love it, it's...it's just amazing. The energy, seeing the cars...the teams, getting to stand on the pit wall and watch so close...I thought I was in love with F1 before but now it's as if I didn't even really know the sport."
"That is a very beautiful way of speaking about it." Charles states admittedly shocked at how much she seems to admire the sport. "You should come to the Ferrari garage. I'd love to show you around."
"Oh, I'm going to to have to make a schedule. Lando invited me to the McLaren garage, George and Lewis invited me to the Mercedes one and Daniel and Max invited me to the RB and Red Bull garages. I just need to get my foot in with Zhou, Logan and one of the Haas guys then I'll be everywhere...Lance has already shown me the Aston Martin garage and Pierre managed to sneak me in there without me even realising till I was looking at the car."
"He did?" Charles questions feeling a sudden new dislike of his best friend.
"Yeah, everyone has been so nice."
"That's good." Did he manage to smile when he said that? It feels like he was smiling. "It's important that you enjoy being here."
"I couldn't imagine good reason for someone to not enjoy being here. Especially when Ferrari drivers coming up to me and make conversation. Thank you." Y/n smiles softly while he nods going to speak again but Lando appears with Oscar.
"Y/n...don't waste your time with the yucky red team. We're so much more fun." Lando grins while Oscar nods a little in agreement of it, his hand offered out before she quickly hugs Charles excitedly with another thank you before she takes Lando's hand and allows the McLaren drivers to whisk her away.
Charles can't even stop the annoyed expression on his face. He's going to need a new plan for approaching y/n and it's going to have to involve either scaring the other drivers off, or scaring her away from them.
"Woah, you look mad." Carlos states appearing as well timed as always.
"I am not mad." Charles shrugs while Carlos raises at eyebrow at the sudden aggressiveness of his words.
"You should tell your face that." Pierre states earning a glare that is icier than he's ever seen from his friend making Carlos lean over.
"If I were you, I think I'd walk away till you see the dimples again."
There is some more colourful French words hurled at both Carlos and Pierre who is completely confused about what he has done to upset Charles so much.
Although Charles is marching off to the Ferrari unit, presumably to his drivers room to be away from the two sources of his torment.
"What the fuck did I do?" Pierre questions with a confused laugh.
"I don't know but I think it has something to do with that TikTok girl." Carlos shrugs completely amused by the whole thing.

Y/n yawns as she pulls her jacket tighter around herself, a shiver rippling over her skin making goosebumps rise suddenly.
"Ma belle. You are freezing." Charles states appearing almost out of nowhere, a bright red jacket being placed over her shoulders as she stumbles over a couple steps purely out of shock from his suddenly appearance. "Are you alright?"
"Y-Yeah, I'm really good. Thank you. It's colder than I thought it would be." Y/n mumbles making the man smile lightly at her. "I didn't realise you were at this hotel too. I would've asked for a ride otherwise."
"I will drive you tomorrow morning." Charles declares earning a small smile before he clears his throat. "I was actually hoping we could talk. I just thought it could be important."
"Oh?"
"The other drivers...just be careful. Their intentions are not always quite as innocent as you might think."
Hopefully she won't catch onto the fact that Charles' aren't as innocent or well intentioned as she might think. Although he does think that of the drivers, he should allow himself the best chance of possibly charming her.
"Oh right, did you hear something?" Y/n frowns making Charles tilting his head as if in nervous thought. "Thank you, I know a lot of them are your friends."
"You are too. We are friends." Charles smiles though he's not intending for them to just remain as friends. "Speaking of which, why I have you caught you. Would you like to get something to eat with me?"
"I should definitely eat. I haven't been paying much attention to food really. I think my brain has been so focused on everything new around me, food has been the last thing I've been thinking about." Y/n explains making the man smile lightly at her.
"Then we must get you food. We can get room service. If you have any questions you might want to ask, I think I could try answering them." Charles offers watching her practically glow with a beaming smile.
"Thank you, I have a million and ten questions." Y/n grins looking almost as if she's shivering in excitement.

Charles actually didn't expect y/n to genuinely seem to interrogate him. He also didn't expect for her to accept the offer of just sleeping in his room. Her hotel room is on the other side of the hotel and Charles figured there'd be no harm in him offering for her to just stay there in his room.
"You look...so beautiful in the morning." Charles grins as as she finally peeks her eyes open, something she'd been putting off because she is pretty tired and Charles seemed to make sure she made up for not having really eaten much at all. "If you want to stay here for a bit longer, that's fine."
"No. No. I should really get up." Y/n mumbles shaking her head at him for a moment before she yawns and nuzzles herself down a little. earning a small smile of amusement. "I really need to wake up and just get myself up. Thank you though...I think your bed is more comfortable than mine. Must be a perk of the trade."
"You are always welcome to enjoy my perks again."
Y/n gets visibly flustered at his words before she shifts and smiles still very much nervous.
"Thank you. That's very kind of you." Y/n smiles trying to recollect her confidence that he just smashed with one sentence and a gorgeously dimpled smile that makes her insides feel like they've just combust to melting point. "We should both get moving."
"We should." Charles confirms though he'd happily keep y/n there for the day. But that would definitely not look all that good for him in terms of getting y/n where he wants her.

To Charles' relief, y/n does seem to try and stick closer with him for the rest of the weekend. Thankfully they both seem pretty content with each other's company, in fact they both seem very happy about it.
No one has said anything to y/n or even to Charles, but they've certainly exchanged looks between themselves over the matter.
There's something about y/n and Charles, they seem well paired but equally everyone somewhat wants to know where the sudden change has come from. Why she's suddenly not so interested in accepting invitations that take her away from Charles.
"What is Charles doing with y/n?" Lando asks walking up to Carlos ahead of the race.
"Charles?" Carlos questions acting as if he has no idea. But his expression very much says otherwise. "I think Charles decided he wanted y/n. He's not quite as...much a gentlemanly as he usually is. He must really like her."
"So he's scaring her away from everyone else?"
"Would you rather he decide to make the effort to scare you away from her?" Carlos shrugs earning a hum. "You don't want her as much as he does, obviously. Probably don't try to start a fight for her."
"I won't." Lando sighs then looking over at y/n with a small sigh as she stands with Charles' trainer, the only person who he seems to trust with y/n and that he hasn't scared y/n away from trusting.
Y/n stays stuck with Charles for the rest of the weekend before she looks at him. Her smile and grin and smiles at him growing ever warmer.
But eventually she does talk to the other drivers again.
Initially getting caught by Pierre who seems more determined to speak to her than others but really know. Y/n and Pierre do get along quite well, but his quick efforts to befriend her before Charles did was grounds for Charles to hate Pierre being close to y/n.
"Pierre." Charles greets walking up to his friend and exchanging a hug before he shifts to places his hand on the small of y/n's back. "I hope you're not trying to seduce, y/n."
"No. No. I leave that to you." Pierre smirks flicking his gaze to y/n who definitely is trying to hide herself away. "I do have some places to be. I will leave you with Charles."
"Thank you." Y/n mumbles before she shifts and sighs softly.
Once the Frenchman is gone, y/n turns to Charles and smiles with slightly narrowed eyes before she tilts her head a little while Charles plants his hands on her waist for a moment before sliding them to her back and linking them to pull her closer.
"What?" Charles questions while she looks up at him.
"Just...maybe you're the one I should be wary of." Y/n jokes then almost jumping when she feels him pull her closer and press their bodies together.
"You think?"
"It's a good thing that you've already won me over or I might be more cautious." Y/n shrugs earning a grin from the Ferrari drive.
"Good." I was beginning to lose reasons to scare you away from other drivers in favour of me.
Y/n laughs almost sort of hanging off of Charles before he leans down kissing her and closing the space between them.
"Alright, ma belle. Let's get moving." Charles nods as she looks over his shoulder and while he looks over her head, he spots Lance and Mick seemingly heading their way but a slightly harsh glare successfully scares them off.
He'll have to make continuous efforts to ward off the others but he has full intentions of keeping y/n and so he's very much successful in that.
