It’s too bad phones don’t come with a scratch and sniff option or better yet a taste it option, because y’all are missing OUT on this goodness. Scored French bread on clearance for only 45 cents at Walmart today and used leftover spaghetti sauce from Christmas dinner ... so this meal cost roughly $10 to make with the cost of cheese and pepperonis to feed a family of 6 with leftovers! I’m trying to take my nap but I keep getting interrupted... Mr. Awesome finished work and brought gone the changing table/dresser. Luckily I finished the bedroom in time and had a place cleared for it. It looks much nicer than I expected! Now to get the other boxes moved out so we put it where it needs to go! First we need to figure out how to get the bathtub out of the ‘pool room’. It’s a kind of long story about why it is there but the dealer put it in the house before we bought it but we can’t quite figure out how they did it. Our best guess is they removed the sliders to get it in ... we will try that at some point. We still have a pile of cardboard to get rid of... they weren’t too happy with us when we took the last load... they said it was too much. Obviously they’ve never moved a large family while doing a bathroom Reno! I also need to go to the shed at the other house and see if I can dig up some stain for a project Mr. Awesome is working on. I know it should be in there and if I can’t find it he may end up painting his project black... I really was trying to go with lighter colors but it just ain’t happening around here! I guess the bathroom was as light as we are getting so if I need a white fix I’ve gotta spend some time in there... lol. All in all we are making some good progress... at least 1/3 of the house has been cleaned and organized. Another third is semi organized which leaves a third... aka the pool room... that needs some major help!
