Guess who just fished Two Real Paintings out of the engineering recycling dumpster and is about to spruce up their cubicle

My friend has the ability to make laser cut wood pieces. She made this for me (my name is Valerie)

But she can also make just 1 of these and turn it into a keychain. They're coated with resin and have a black backing.

Would you like her to sell these or a similar item on her etsy page? Perhaps something of another franchise? Something more unique of her own design? Or even one of your own original works burned into wood?

my collection of year-round Halloween earrings from craft fairs only grows!!!

#there's only 2. 1 is a pair of sparkly clay circles that look like a cemetery at night #and the 2nd are wood cut/acrylic + the wood cut top half has lasered crime scene tape #and the bottom acrylic half is attached by jump rings and has splotches of fake blood #i also have plastic skulls i got when i worked at michaels in hs. they were supposed go to light up but only 1 does. they're soo big #inventing a new aesthetic/music subculture called goofy goth or mom goth #when you're a silly little guy who likes Halloween and blood + gore + i listen to the monster mash all year long #+ Halloween clothing/decor is my year-round look

Since I bough a laser cutter. I always wanted to make a 絵馬(ema - small wooden plaques, common in Japan to write your wish, dream and goals)

This one I made is a Summer greetings card called 暑中見舞(Shochūmima) originally it’s common to send a gift box which is usually sent to family, friends who you haven’t seen for a long time and people who has been close and helpful wishing them a safe summer.

But though a unique card is fun to send and receive as will.

Laser Cut Botupa

First, I drew a Lineart Botupa on a flash card (at a Dunkin' Donuts), then I scanned that drawing, and had a laser cutter at the Melbourne Maker Space to put that drawing on this piece of wood. I needed something to put it on, so I made that little holder out of some hard wood and gave it a nice stain.

mini altar i made for a friend who lost her father.

i started with a bereaving/mental health jar for her, but was inspired to make something that held memories and candles, too. i'm really happy with this piece as a small and discrete way to memorialize or worship. i think i'll be making more with different designs and functions - maybe on my shop soon! :)
