#I think I ate something very very bad yesterday #last night I woke up every hour from 2 to 5am almost on the dot #and I had a nightmare during one of those sleeping periods which is just unfair frankly #but anyway my stomach still feels like it's in literal ruins and I can't even speak in a full sentance without gagging #please pray for me y'all #God bless #prayer request
