I did really like the ai art, but I was also really ignorant about it's true origins and affects. I don't want to do anything that brings others down or causes trouble for the artists.

Honestly, I'm just grateful that I had Nonnies that were so kind and patient with me about it; they could have easily been mean to me over it, but instead they took the time to help me understand and for that, I appreciate them.

So yeah, I had no problem with the change so I don't think it's something I should be thanked for.

Honestly, I just hope if I ever find myself in that kind of situation again that people will take the time to help me understand in that same way.

i’m learning what it feels like to be alone and actually enjoy it. allowing myself to not have an agenda when i’m in pursuit of stillness, but to allow to come to me what spirit leads me to experience. that can look like writing a letter to someone or writing that letter to myself. it could look like vibing in my cool ass room, reading a good book or sitting silently outside, taking in its nature. being intentional in each moment to say, “i enjoy it here” & really mean that. learning more of myself as i continue to seek her more. learning to be free in the way God has created me to express myself— & trusting that this path is okay. that this path is meant to be enjoyed— even if it’s meant to be taken alone.

Getting deeper into this industry I'm actively working to be prominent in I have two wishes.

Sometimes I wish that I can go back to being fan/viewer or an outsider period with no knowledge and just enjoying everything without pressure to deliver more and knowing things you can't repeat or forget no matter how hard you try.

Wishing ppl knew that some of the ppl they hate/bash/criticize and/or spit venomous things about knew that those ppl are truly the nicest, most humble and sweetest ppl you'll ever meet. And that the ppl they love/celebrate/praise are not deserving of those feelings from them, that they would treat them like scum on the bottom of their shoe like they do everybody else.

You know, it would be amazing if Hollywood learned the right lesson from the success of Nimona. Something like "Hey, maybe don't throw out a nearly done movie as a tax write off" or "people want queer stories" or even "don't be afraid to take some storytelling risks and be original" but you just know they're going to come away with some absolutely batshit takeaway like, "next time delete all the evidence and burn it to the ground so the gays can't make us look bad!"
