Asking Stupid Question

I just asked stupid question in a big forum full of management team. It’s just so stupid and no context of the actual situation because I actually doing something else when the important news being announced. I feel so stupid like real stupid, especially I’m in a managerial position. How come I look so stupid and dense in the situation.

It’s not only that time, but it also happened often. That omg I feel so stupid and feel like I dont deserve this job and role.

But chat gpt said I need to focus on the learning rather than the mistake, because dwelling on the mistakes is just useless and only hurt myself even more. Since this time I will start no baper or no take things to the heart, I will convert this feeling of a learning curve. And justify this feeling as I’m still new and actually everyone also knew I’m new in this position, maybe everyone knew (?), and it’s still my 60 days of probation. Even though first impression is important, but in sales world, number is much more important.

Things I learned that day:

Listen to any management meetings without multi tasking

If you happen to do something else, don’t open your mouth because you might not actually hear and understand the context completely

Everything’s a learning curve, you fail now, you learn now

I am constantly learning new techniques, processes and methods to create my jewellery and I hope I never stop.

I love learning a new skill and as such I hope my jewellery will be an ever evolving response to my creative journey. Somethings work and look great, and others don't but that's just part of it.

I plan to learn a few more different techniques over the next few months and plan to sell my 'experiments' that work at a discounted price so watch this space.

Valero employees directed police to the motel next door where the “suspects” were believed to be staying. Officers following that tip spoke with motel employees who directed officers to the room where this sister and friends were gathered. It was the wrong room! Here in North Texas, as is the case throughout the country, the black community is on edge concerning policing. The learning curve for trigger happy cops making fatal mistakes relying on faulty information is fresh on our minds. It’s a daily threat. We have in mind #BreonnaTaylor. We are thinking about #MargaritaBrooks. She was shot to death last year because of a “mistake” of an @arlingtonpolice police officer. Her 4 orphaned children are the victims of their “learning curve”. #BothamJean was killed in his own apartment because of a “mistake.” #AtatianaJefferson was murdered in front of her nephew while playing video games because of mistakes based on faulty evidence. In each case officers failed to follow the law. The 4th Amendment doesn’t allow the invasion into a place of residence wielding deadly force absent (1) exigent circumstances/hot pursuit or (2) a warrant. These officers had neither therefore they were breaking the law. We are lucky they didn’t kill anyone but this is serious. I hope the new @arlingtonpolice Cheif Al Jones gets this right. Repost @shaunking I’m told this is in Arlington, Texas.⁣ ⁣ Police claimed they were looking for a random Black man and end up pulling a gun on a Black woman, putting the guns into her back, and causing her to nearly have a nervous breakdown.⁣ ⁣ When she starts recording them, they tell her that the officers have a “LEARNING CURVE.”⁣ ⁣ WTF?⁣ ⁣ Then the woman recording overhears them saying they need to delete the footage from security cameras. ⁣ ⁣ Nah.
