Myungha looks so sad because he thinks at this point that his time with his friends in the game is limited and that promising Kyunghoon things about when they're older is empty words, and it's so easy to feel that sense of unease and regret, but watching it again and knowing that they will get to do those things together is such a relief and so good 💖

i just wanna give him a hug and tell him it'll be okay and to keep trying because things can and will get better, for all of them.

ALSO i love this scene for what it means for Kyunghoon - he's gone from "why would you be friends with someone like me" to planning their future together and i love that kind of friendship, that's how things should be. he's happy and confident in the friendship and the fact it will last and that Myungha will WANT to be around him for years to come and ugh i just want to squeeze him.

I love how he refuses to give up and refuses to let Una lose hope, much like how Una refused to let Chris lose hope in regards to his future accident. I love how much they have each other's back.

It's also a really nice parallel to the pilot episode where Chris was hiding on his ranch, unwilling to go back into space until he learns that Una's in trouble and then does everything in his power to save her. Now he's just as determined to get her back because he can't lose his wife No 1 again.
