We have knocked on the way of no return
As with our own hands torn the throat of the universe
Questioning -
The spiral of strife, the end of destiny, the limits of the will
But the Crimson Star Road remains silent

re: my previous post: i always did like the way the democrats decorated their ships/the iserlohn fortress for new year's. DIY banners, inexpensive ribbons stuck on walls and window frames on like tape probably, paper confetti, etc.
it's very cozy!

Yang Wenli is the kind of protagonist that's like catnip to me. My man just wants to quit the army and become a historian, he's good at strategy but he rightly sees that war is Stupid and Brutal and he fucking hates it and wants to quit. He's always drinking tea. He's a fucking mess and relies on a teenager to make sure he eats. He's having homoerotic moments with every other man that crosses his path. He's sitting bisexually on top of the massive 80's computer in a space battleship. He's respecting the few women that show up in this anime. He's rocking his stupid little uniform beret. He's taking naps in the middle of the afternoon. He even visibly flinched when a jingoistic officer described the world's stupidest invasion plan as a crusade.
