Haven’t seen many people point out that the new legendaries are pretty clearly motorcycles! The tails curl out/in to form the back wheel, while the front wheel is the throat thing. They’re a chopper and tourer respectively.

The scarlet one has big ol’ ape hanger handlebars with its curled horns/tendrils!

Violet meanwhile is a tourer, the black plate on the head becoming a windscreen, while the jet feet are the twin exhausts on either side of the wheel.

I’m guessing this is also why the pokecenters look like gas-stations/truck stops. I think we’re going on a bit of a road trip!

Was bored the other day so made a gen 3 for profit, then turned some of those profits into the rest of the materials for Sharur. Because uh... yeah. IDK.

Sharur is very very funky at night, but a pretty simple looking hammer during the day.

Saga spent a bit of time in Orr after being cast out from her village. Partially a "I need to hit shit that has no feelings", partially a "maybe I'll die in battle", partially "Nowhere else will have me". She'd come across an occasional group of scholars trying to find things in this land of death and would aid them in exchange for something edible.

Ta!Ash sitting in the back of the class, big cup of coffee and the best sunglasses the world could offer, hung over from trying to out drink Principal Oak the night before. Completely out of it during the schools open house and just dead silent.

Everyone thinks he’s asleep until Kukui, teaching the students in front of their parents as part of the open house, points to Ash and states he’ll be the “Professor” for the rest of the day. Finally Ash moves, but only to comical push his sunglasses down and stare at Kukui with the best poker anyone has ever seen.

The students are obviously excited. Perked up in their desk with glimmering eyes and smiles as they watch Ash like hawks as he gets up from Kukui’s rolling chair and zombie walks over. Sunglasses still down low on his nose and he turns and glares at Kukui. Not being discreet or anything, as he writes on the chalkboard without looking at it.

It reads; Legendaries

Obviously there’s some deflations in the students. They know Alola’s legendary’s, or what they assume are all of them. Questions are asked and Ash smiles for the first time. Turning back to the board without answering the questions of both the students and now the parents to write another word above in all caps.

ALL.

He purposely drags the chalk under the new word and looks back. Pushing his sunglasses up on his face to hide his eyes before launching into just the list. Categorizing them by Region.

There’s meme’s, “nice” name calling, and stories with proof. Ash obviously wouldn’t be up there teaching if he didn’t have proof about these beasts. Up close and personal videos and photo’s that were somehow caught Ash in action with a good chunk of the ‘Mons from the list.

“Welcome to my only solo unit for this year.” Ash’s smile was sharp and almost dangerous was he faces the class and parents again. Puffing his chest slightly at their shock. “No other class will be getting this information. So use it wisely.”

Oh how Ash wanted to be a there for the conversation Lillie would have with Lusamine about the bare tip of the iceberg of knowledge that Ash knows.

This is more for Woo but out of curiosity what is your lore for every Legendary/Mythical Pokemon so far? (Headcannon that because Mews have the DNA of every single Pokemon that should they have offspring with another species their babies will automatically be the species of said Mews mate. The only way to get a Mew is if one or more Mews have offspring.)

// considering there are quite literally 99 legendary (or legendary adjacent pokemon, like mythicals and ultra beasts), that's a lot of headcanons for one ask! but I can toss a few OBT legendary things out there - most mythicals can have multiple members of their species, they just have low breeding rates - some legendaries in OBT are implied to not exist at all outside of stories! or at the very least, they aren't as powerful as the stories would have you believe if they do exist (meloetta has a sort of "prince and the pauper" type of story surrounding it) - type: null doesn't exist in OBT's current time, instead using a helmet breaking ceremony as a sort of coming-of-age tradition for individuals - some minor legendaries, like mythicals, can populate the world of OBT casually. the legendary birds come to mind, as does heatran and the kubfu line. - I like to think the treasures of ruin are somewhere out there. maybe someday I'd make an original PMD story where they show up, the idea behind them is just so fun and I love chi-yu sososososo much - believe it or not, some legendaries have outlived their specific niche in world creation type stuff! even if xerneas exploded life would find a way to survive, and reshiram won't breathe down your neck if you're caught lying. who knows, maybe some legendaries are gone entirely...? ;3c - ultra beasts probably exist somewhere in the universe, but they don't populate OBT's world. - legendaries don't exist in a pantheon in OBT's world. some might know each other, but they don't hang out in a special legendary-only club. most probably prefer to keep to themselves
