THE KING, with a touch of swagger: Heyyyy ... I just thought, as long as we were lunching together, of mentioning a rather interesting take we did on taco night recently.

LIPPY THE LION: I assume that such was with your crew, no?

THE KING: It WAS with the crew, I'll have you know. What Sheena, Zelda and I basically did was to use ground turkey for the taco meat, a salt-free taco seasoning and whole-wheat soft taco shells.

LIPPY THE LION: And the point of the exercise being--?

THE KING, doing the old Brylcreem number on his mane: Taking a healthier take on Taco Night. Especially with the soft flour tortilla shells, which you can get in whole wheat.

LIPPY THE LION: And let me guess ... mainly for the fiber?

THE KING: How astute, thou leonine friend and compadre. Especially considering the fiber present in whole wheat flour. Ensures regularity, don't you know, after a certain Wally Gator!

LIPPY THE LION: As for the ground turkey and salt-free taco seasoning--?

THE KING: Lippy, my leonine friend, healthiness again dictated such choices; ground turkey actually being less fatty than ground beef, and the taco seasoning being salt-free to reduce the hypertensive angle!

LIPPY THE LION: King, I certainly admit that having a lioness and an ostrich as companions may be a bit odd, but believe you me, such couldn't have come up with a rather interesting twist on the taco night party!

THE KING: Taken as complement from a true companion in the Hanna-Barberian Funtastic ranks! Though I do have to admit these quesadillas are a little on the juicy side ...
