While it is typically known that the Lovegoods are primarily cryptozoologists, there exists a fundamental fact that they don't advertise about their activities; the species that they primarily focus on are usually extremely hazardous to humanity and can be potentially catastrophic if not handled correctly.
Crumple-Horned Snorkacks must be appropriately appeased at regular intervals, otherwise, Bad Things happen.
When Blibbering Humdingers get out of hand... well, let's just say barely any of the theories on what actually sunk Atlantis are even CLOSE to the mark.
Wrackspurts are of notable concern; severe enough infestations are potentially apocalyptic, and the last time an infestation got anywhere near that bad caused a major incident in 1908 Tunguska.
Luna, to her dismay, is now confronting an infestation to make the Tunguska one look like one or two particularly ornery Wrackspurts having a dust-up, and it's entirely centered around Harry Potter and Hermione Granger.
Luna is now in a race of time to prevent the apocalypse by making the two get a clue in spite of the Wrackspurts in order to get the infestation to disperse to safe levels, and neither has any idea what's about to hit them.

Adrien: You're going to ace this design contest.
Marinette: You think that because you love me, and love has made you dumb.
Adrien: I disagree. If anything, love has made me smarter. Remember last week when I boiled that egg?
Marinette: That was big. I was really proud of you.

Looking for a fanfic
Does anybody have/know where I can get a copy of "Kushina's Capture" by The_Bondage_Sage? It was on AFF a while back but I think the author took it down, which is a shame because it was one of the best Naru/Kushi fanfics on the site?
Would greatly appreciate any tipoffs/links etc.

Hermione really should've known better than to trust any of the prototypes George had set aside for WWW's in-the-works adult catalogue, but a combination of the constant uphill battle for equal rights stifling her social life and her breakup with Ron caused by her taking Harry's side in a row between him and Ginny has effectively putting the final nails in the coffin of her already-unfulfilling sexual life has left her stressed and severely out of sorts.
Unfortunately the prototype spell idea she "borrowed" from George's workshop during a flying visit to the store, which was supposed (at least according to George's notes) to provide the most sexually satisfying evening of her life, has instead provided the most sexually frustrating WEEK of her life; Hermione hasn't been able to get herself "over the brink" since first casting the spell.
George regretfully informs her that he doesn't yet have a counterspell, but has she considered trying to find somebody to unpop her cork for her? (This is said from his position cowering behind Angelina, who has served as a most effective shield against a Hermione so sexually worked up as to end up in a "curse first and with extreme prejudice" frame of mind.)
Hermione unhappily returns home to find Harry waiting for her in her sitting room, her having forgotten about their weekly lunch date and him having Flooed over to her home to check on her.
His concerned query about her wellbeing and offer to help however she needs is the final straw in Hermione's frayed restraint, as Harry promptly finds out.
Maybe, Hermione reflects the next morning, sprawled next to Harry on the floor of her utterly wrecked apartment and a most pleasing ache in her nether regions, the spell did exactly what was meant, in the end.
It will certainly require further testing, and she's sure Harry will be up to both the challenge and the promise of a repeat.

Hermione makes the mistake of introducing her two closest female friends, Luna and Ginny, to the world of Disney.
She now regrets this, as Ginny (being the little sister of pranksters, and with the aid of a certain blonde, of-differing-perspective Ravenclaw assistant) has devised an evil little "soundtrack" charm which fills her everyday life with a Disney backing track based on her thoughts and emotions at the time.
While Hermione has so far failed to find the counter-charm, she has learned to use the music to her advantage in her everyday life.
Much to her consternation however, her every interaction with Harry is to the tune of "I Won't Say I'm in Love" from Disney's Hercules.
Fortunately, he's never seen a Disney film in his life.
Unfortunately, Ginny and Luna have made it clear that they are Only Too Eager to educate him.

Luna does not get frustrated easily. But the utter obliviousness of Harry and Hermione in the face of the absolute best efforts of the League of Harmony - a union of likeminded individuals from all walks of life including Hermione's parents (who have suffered through years of Hermione's multi-page letters about Harry), Harry's parents (James wanting Harry to follow in his footsteps by bagging the Smartest Witch of Her Age, Lily just flat-out loving Hermione to bits from first meeting her) and even such figures as Daphne Greengrass of Slytherin (who is trying to win the Bet of the Century with Pansy Parkinson) is truly maddening even for one of her near-infinite tolerance.
So far their efforts have proven fruitless in getting Hogwarts' Golden Couple-to-be to get a clue, ranging from their respective parents having conspired to take the pair on a two week holiday to the south of France and every top-optional beach they could find to Slytherin House's most Cunning and Fiendish Plots they can muster.
Luna is out of ideas and even all the combined keen intellect that Ravenclaw House can bring to bear is tapped out. It's time to delve into the Weasley twins' contributions to the League; a large list of the most devious, twisted and outright insane ideas that ever darkened the face of the Earth.

Harry runs his own charitable organisation, Marauder Inc, with a wide range of interests spanning from anti-child abuse activism to overseas interests in third world countries.
Harry is currently dealing with the fallout from his expulsion of his old friend Ron Weasley from the company, his former COO having been caught with his hands in the wrong cookie jars far too many times for Harry to excuse.
Hermione is an investigative journalist, seeking to get an in with Harry to do a piece on Marauder, both because she greatly admires the work that they do both nationally and internationally, and because she knows that her colleague/rival Ginny Weasley will stop at nothing to paint Harry as badly as she can.
Ginny is Harry’s ex, the two having broken up after an extremely ugly and unnecessarily publicised scandal in which Ginny is entirely the one at fault and completely unrepentant about it (accusations of her cheating on him, her intense and never-even-slightly-veiled scorn for the amount of time and energy Harry invests into Marauder as a pointless waste of money that could be better spent on a lavish lifestyle, and now most recently her brother being thrown out of the company for the aforementioned entirely-his-own-fault reasons), and Ginny could not be more obviously out to burn down everything Harry’s worked so hard to achieve out of pure spite.
Because for some reason the submission form on the website wouldn’t give me the option to add my own tags the way the android version does: #ron bashing #ginny bashing #nonmagical au

Harry notices that Hermione's behaviour has become a little... odd of late, suddenly favouring fish and milk more than previous, occasionally becoming transfixed by small objects or unexpected lights in her field of vision, etc.
He doesn't put it together until one night before the Common Room fire. Hermione, exhausted from a late studying session the previous night, has fallen asleep with her head in Harry's lap while Harry himself is reading, and it takes him a while to register that he has started absentmindedly brushing his fingers through her hair... and Hermione is actually PURRING.
Startled, he wakes her and asks about it. Hermione is embarrassed but confesses the truth, while Madame Pomfrey fixed all the physical markers of her Polyjuice transformation, occasionally some remaining behaviours resurface.
Hermione is very embarrassed by it. Harry just things it's the cutest thing ever.

Harry left after the war, needing some time to himself to come to terms with everything. When he returns, he discovers that Hermione is doing awfully in his absence; between the traumas inflicted by the war, the stresses of balancing her second attempt at a seventh year with her newfound fame, trying to maintain her relationship with Ron and keep him from letting his own fame from going to his head… everything has snowballed and Hermione has gone from initially just needing calming potions every often to fully addicted to them.
Ron, rather callously, has at some point become aware of Hermione’s condition and chosen to keep her in it rather than help her like a friend should.
Harry, distraught at Hermione’s plight and absolutely furious with Ron for doing what he’s done, immediately leaves again and this time takes Hermione with him so that he can take care of her and try to wean her off her addiction.

Harry has been encountering a problem with Nargles of his own though he's really quite baffled by the fact that the only belongings they ever seem to steal are his Quidditch jerseys.
It's not until the Horcrux hunt that he learns the identity of the culprit; Hermione, who finds his presence so comforting that she's long since reached the point of not being able to sleep properly unless she's wearing one of his jerseys.
Harry realises he finds Hermione wearing his colours to be appealing in the extreme.
