Conservative Christians would do well to emphasize that Christianity is only against homosexual ACTS, not homosexuality itself, especially since there are Christians with same-sex attractions who choose to go against our hypersexualized culture and not act on those desires and live celibate lives.

Because sins are actions, and desires are usually something we have no control over so we cannot be at fault for them.

And we really need to make it more well-known that the Catholic Church has a ministry to help Catholics with same-sex attractions live holy lives:

Or else we run the risk of losing a lot of souls that could have been faithful servants of God.

Sainthood is not just for straight people.
