Retablo del Bicentenario~❤✨

Long time since I posted some stuff here. I made two drawings for Peru’s Independence Day~ (28th of July).

The 1rst one is from last year because it was the Bicentenary ot the Independence of Peru. And I wanted to draw Miguel with a Retablo ayacuchano.

And the 2nd is from yesterday, is the open version of that Retablo, representing the Traditional Geographic Regions of Peru.

The elements in the drawings:

Coast Featuring: The God Kon and 2 bird Nazca Lines flying, Chan Chan archaeological site, a Caballito de Totora, Peruvian Paso Horse, a Peruvian Hairless dog and some amancaes flowers.

Mountains Featuring: An Amaru, Inti, Cool Llama, Machu Picchu and Cantuta flowers.

Jungle Featuring: Gocta Cataracts, Kuelap, an Andean Cock of the Rock, an Otorongo, a Marvellous spatuletail hummingbird, and an orchid (Phragmipedium kovachii).

El espacio entre gritar y mirar atrás

Parejas/Personajes: ArgChi en el pasado. ArgPe semi implícito, semi explícito. Manuel, Miguel, y Martin. 

Notas: Este fic fue escrito como un paralelo de “No estoy llorando, solo es algo en tus ojos”. No es necesario leerlo, pero si quieres entender mejor algunos puntos de la historia, podría servir x-x.

Lo están haciendo por joder, está seguro.

No quiere decir que le sorprenda, porque joderle la paciencia ciertamente está dentro de las habilidades de Martín y Miguel. Tampoco quiere decir que tiene algún derecho sobre el argentino al ser su expareja o algo por el estilo. De hecho, sabía bien que a Martín no le tomaría mucho superarlo a pesar de lo importante que—el rubio decía—había sido su relación.

Lo que no entiende es porque tenía que “superarlo” con Miguel.

Claramente lo hace por joderle la paciencia.

Pensó que Martín había olvidado por completo las historias de escapadas y encuentros fugaces de la época de la colonia. La mitad de veces ni siquiera había estado seguro de que el argentino lo estuviese escuchando. Supuso que no debía de ver sus cavilaciones como algo relevante. No que lo fueran, no que lo hubiesen sido.

Todos habían sido mocosos precoces, calenturientos que explotaban con mariposas ante el más mínimo e inocente roce de piel. Martín había dicho que entendía. Lo llamaba la época “experimental” y creía fervorosamente en el borrón y cuenta nueva.

Manuel era sentimental. Era quizás la más grande de sus debilidades y la que más peleaba por exterminar. Además, sus responsabilidades actuales y Martín habían sido más que suficiente para mantener el recuerdo de Miguel a raya. Mayormente.

De cualquier modo, estaba claro que había hecho mal en compartir esos retazos de memorias con Martín. Porque donde Manuel no había visto más que gusanos del pasado, Martín había visto una garantía. Lo había mirado a los ojos con esa típica estúpida sonrisa relajada y había hecho como que no importaba, pero en alguna parte de su polvorienta cabeza había adjuntado a ese momento una pequeña nota mental: Esta es una buena manera de joder a Manuel cuando por fin se aburra de mi. 

¿Y por qué no?

¿Por qué no si había sido Manuel quien había decidido acabar con todo dadas las circunstancias, y había sido Martín quien rompía sus cuerdas vocales gritando contradicciones?

¿Acaso no había sido él quien se había marchado a pesar de que el argentino se ahogaba pidiéndole que se quedara cuando no le gritaba que se fuera al infierno?

Y siempre se ha llevado mal con Miguel. Siempre. Tiene un no sé qué que hace que la parte más incendiaria de su personalidad se active. Es un remesón que lo recorre de pies a cabeza como una corriente de electricidad. Lo deja balanceándose, a penas consciente de lo que está pasando a su alrededor, y con un calor inusual que no puede explicarse.

Lo odia por eso.

Pero odia más ver como Martín lo envuelve en sus brazos. Odia más que no les importe estar en su delante, en frente de todos los países y sus jefes, en plena cumbre regional como si su jueguito asqueroso no fuera absolutamente obvio. ¿Quiénes creen que son? ¿Acaso piensan que pueden hacerle daño con sus melosas muestras de afecto?

¿Piensa Martín que se ha olvidado como se siente estar donde Miguel está ahora?

¿Cree Miguel que no sabe que trata de decirle que siempre elegiría a cualquiera sobre a él?

Del otro lado de esa larga mesa, Martín ignora los papeles que se intercambiaban y las preguntas a debatir. Esta muy ocupado arrastrando su silla para estar más cerca a Miguel, para seguirle susurrando cosas que hacen que sus rostros se pongan rojos como sangre. ¿Quién era el idiota que los había sentado juntos?

Le duele el espacio entre las cejas y le aprieta el cuello de la camisa, pero procura concentrarse en el folio frente a él. Deja que le sirvan café en vez de té, porque qué más da e igual no ha dormido bien esos últimos días. Tiene mucho que hacer. Siempre hay mucho que hacer. 

De la nada la sala se llena de voces, y recién ahí cae en cuenta de que es hora del descanso. Martín toma la mano de Miguel, con la confianza de alguien que lleva haciendo justo eso toda una vida. Miguel se deja llevar, la sonrisa en su rostro brilla tanto como sus ojos cuando se encuentran con los del rubio.

Manuel sabe que va a voltear a verlo. Lo va a mirar sobre el hombro, y por un segundo podrá ver la mofa, la satisfacción en esa pequeña venganza compartida. Lo espera.

Pero la puerta se cierra, y donde quedaba la expectativa y el odio queda algo que no tiene nombre.

The closest thing to a favorite child nowadays for Portugal is Timor Leste. He’s the baby of the family and Afonso kinda feels guilty for not paying attention to him for most of the boy’s life, and now he’s able to actually have a act more like a father to him. Although, in terms of personality he’s more closest to Cabo Verde

Spain always denies having a favorite child but he will raise hell if anyone speaks something about Cuba who he ignored for most of his life and used as bargains against France or England

Just kidding hahahah

I believe that for a looooong time Mexico was the apple of his eyes, the beloved heir who he spent so much time investing in his education than the tramp England has at north, but the independence wars definitely have shaken things up and now the two of them have a okay relationship that they trying to improve (key word: trying).

Peru would probably came in second place, the boy pretty much inherited Antonio’s slyness, a natural born politician and was the one who best managed things while he was away, but of course, Don Antonio could never forgive that Miguel was smart enough to see that they were better off without his decadent colonial father on their backs

Ahhhhh but don’t worry. At the end of the day these two old farts will always pestering their children with happy birthday messages at the worst time possible and sending this kinda of thing in family group chats:

What are your thoughts on the upcoming Transformers: Rise Of The Beast movie?

I'm kind of excited, but honestly kinda sad that the Michael Bay movies probably aren't coming back. I know some people don't like them, but to me they were pretty dang awesome (especially the last 2 installments to it). I was so excited to see how they were going to handle Unicron(it was taked about in The Last Knight with the horn like things coming out of the ground) compared to Transformers: Prime. I also hope they make a Bumblebee 2, they did such a good job with every single aspect of that movie.

(Also I accidentally unfollowed rip, sorry for that-)

YEAAA IM SO HYPED FOR IT!! So so excited when the trailer dropped I went bananas (get it bc Monke get it get- *cricket chirping*) :3 honestly rlly lookin forward to it HEHE THIS YEAR TRANSFORMERS FANS R BEIN FED LIKE KINGS! Earthspark season 2, reactivation, the movie!! Other stuff am probably forgetting abt in the moment (Where is my BOTBOTS season two Netflix 😟???!!)

when I saw mirage and op and arcee and CHEETOR!! I SHRIEKED n couldn’t contain myself (I was in class LMAOO but everyone was like eh) it made me so happy :] and monke ofc Optimus primal WOO and ops designs got switched up 😮 tbh I really like the bayformers design of op, THE FLAMEZ R SOOO SICK I love them 😎 but this new op is fine :3 the silly!!! Also one of da locations bein in Peru esp interests me bc my family is from there so am excited to see it inna ROBOT MOVIE!! :3 my fav!! Also OOO new human characters I hope they as charming as Charlie (tbh after a bit sam in the other movies was kinda funny n I got used to his type of humor) rlly cool to see the maximals n stuff show up ARGHH I RLLY got to watch beast wars I’ve just been too busy n not in da headspace to bing r a show properly hrmmm BUT I WILL ONE DAY MWAHAH /lh

and YEAA I get u on that, the cliff hanger plot line woulda been cool to see carried out in contrast to tfp i wonder what would gone down!!! And yah my view on the bayformers has shifted since the last time I rambled Abt them, I have a soft spot for them now esp for dark of the moon!! I’ve watched it a bunch of times now, and I even watched it yesterday night w my dad LMAOO I know the beats by heart now, it might be my fav one KWJW it has like some sort of charm and I was bouncing w excitement watchin it, esp the moments where op was onscreen, can u tell he’s my fav from there/lh also YEE ur opinion is totally valid, i rewatched the last knight a few weeks ago n it was kinda fun :]! My love for robot overpowers all and some bits was rlly enjoyable in the rewatch like the Dino babies and OPTIMUS :3 his design in that movie kinda.. 😳*GETS DRAGGED OFF THE STAGE AND SPRAYED WITH WATER*
