Very tired of living in a world where people have taken the very real and reasonable phrase: "men get abused too" and weaponized it to mean: "every famous powerful man who I personally like that did something bad is automatically innocent uwu."

The audacity.

This is a general thing. About people who interact with you antagonistically. Regardless of which Horse they are Disking, they always seem the same.

The AUDACITY.

Genuinely people online have this bizarre obsession with uncovering which side is “right” and which is “evil”.

That is not how human nature and relationships work. Yes, there are cases where one person has absolute power over the other and abuses them. There are also cases where both parties attack each other relentlessly until they both realize they can’t continue living together.

With this case in particular, many of the most upsetting claims of either party were not something that could be proven. Both parties are also professional actors able to convincingly deliver lines that are not true and cry or show emotional depth on command. I don’t trust either one of these rich and famous white people any more than I can throw them.

Primarily I’m just bored of this 4+ year roller coaster ride of blaming Depp then heard then Depp then heard then Depp over and over. They are both terrible romantic partners and they were awful to each other! It’s their words against each other and I am not a psychic so I absolutely refuse to see any value towards listening and believing either of them because both are playing off of their own most vulnerable qualities.

Heard is claiming to be the victim for being a woman with less popularity and that has traditionally not gone well in Hollywood, Depp is claiming to be a victim because he has severe mental health issues and men abused by women are not taken seriously in most law.

A lot of this drama as been over the fact that neither one of them can go five minutes without trying to sabotage the other.

This became a tangent but it vexes me that people spend so much time defending the honor of random millionaires who are both capable of paying people to do that for them.

Had a weird dream last night that Bruce Springsteen was on… I think it was Jimmy Fallon. Who it was wasn’t important so I’m gonna say for the purposes of this it was Fallon. The important thing was that he casually confessed to murdering Jimmy Hoffa for the Mafia in exchange for Born to Run being successful and the confession was all hidden on his next album (that would be Darkness on the Edge of Town) the whole time. And Fallon just was like “cool,” and nothing happened.

And the thing is, I googled it today and Jimmy Hoffa went missing in July of 1975 and Born to Run came out the next month. Now, I’m not saying Bruce Springsteen actually killed Jimmy Hoffa, but…

It's pretty much everywhere right now, but if you haven't Heard (pun intended), the jury released a verdict on the Depp Heard lawsuits.

I'm sharing this particular article because it's the only one I've found thus far that doesn't make it sound like both won. Johnny Depp won on all three points in his suit, that Amber's op-ed was a defamatory lie that was clearly written about Johnny Depp with malicious intent.

Amber only won on one point of three, on a statement made by Depp's attorney. Really, the particular statement deemed false was just pushing a bit too hard.

This is NOT a win for Amber Heard.

It IS a win for equal rights for women and men.

It IS a win for victims of domestic abuse, especially men.

I'm still going to watch the rest of the trial, even though we know the outcome now. Let me know if you would like me to continue posting my thoughts.

Well now, hold on, I've been following this court case and looking at the evidence. Firstly, that "final notice" letter Katydid sent you was the first child support notice I'd seen, and as we all know personal drama must be aired on the internet for it to count. Therefore, that was actually the FIRST child support notice you'd received, which Katydid cannot sue you for.

Secondly, child support must be used FOR the child, in this case Neurotrauma. Katydid has given no evidence that the child support will be used for Neurotrauma, in fact having given evidence AGAINST this, which means she cannot collect child support from you as it is unlikely to be used properly.

Thirdly, and I think this is the big one, child support cannot be enforced across state lines. You live in Non-Feral DFO State, whereas from what I can tell Katydid lives in Feral Brother Fics State. As evidenced by my sperm donor fleeing to Florida to avoid paying child support for me and my sisters, child support cannot be enforced if you do not live in the same state and are not married.

Finally, using my eyeballs and reading Neurotrauma, I see no evidence of you, Gentrychild, having anything to do with the creation of Neurotrauma. A prompt or a brainstorm session does not count.

In conclusion, you clearly do not owe Katydid child support and she is slandering you as a deadbeat father.
