The feminine energy respects itself when it’s protected! Do not allow people into your spirit, your vortex, your world, your space, your heart, your life, your mind and lastly your body that disrespects, devalues and breaks the boundaries you set for yourself. Dismissal of such behaviour should be automatic!

A tip for people learning to set boundaries.
A boundary isn’t a boundary unless there’s a consequence.
Not a boundary: “Please, stop talking to me like that.”
Boundary: “If you don’t stop talking to me like that, I will no longer remain in contact with you.”
Also what’s important to do is that if your boundary is crossed, you must uphold that consequence. Otherwise, people won’t have a reason to respect the boundary and you will continue to be mistreated.

#40 - How Do I Feel Better About Myself?
The most important relationship in your life, bar none, is the relationship that you have with yourself. 
The reason is... you have to be with yourself 24x7, decade after decade after decade. And if you don't have a good, loving, empowered relationship with yourself, and instead you have a negative relationship with yourself, it's very painful. 
Wherever you go, there you are! There's no escaping what goes on inside your mind and emotional system.
There can be painful thoughts, sometimes self-loathing thoughts, sometimes quite toxic thoughts toward ourselves. We may think and say things to ourselves we would never think or say to another person about them, but we would allow and tolerate ourselves having our mind run those thoughts about ourselves. And all of this leads us to not feel good inside!

document your life: get a polaroid camera take loads of pictures, print them and stick them in an photo album, record videos and save them to a hard drive, record mini vlogs and upload them privately to your YouTube to watch later in life, journal about your hardest moments, collect things from the moments that brought you great joy and happiness….

I am thinking about offering services as a life coach. Life coaching is different from mental health counseling and those differences will be outlined and observed. Coaching is for defining goals and figuring out what you want and how to get you there. The areas I am thinking of consulting on in particular are academy, breakup, de-cluttering, and unleashing creativity in writing and art. Do you think I could bring some additional value to society by providing life coaching? Did you ever use services of a life coach? How was your experience? What you liked about it, and what you did not like?

Just a reminder that being literally unable to feel remorse or empathy does not automatically mean someone is a “bad person” or that they wish harm on others.
It’s possible to know right from wrong without feeling those particular emotions, and a lack of those emotions does not automatically make someone evil.
Some of the best and most supportive people you will ever meet cannot feel empathy.
