Consistency is Key
I want to become more consistent and disciplined in the coming year.
Here are some of my goals:
Work out three times a week
Practice guitar three times a week
9 cups of water a day
5 servings of fruits/vegetables a day
Skincare twice a day
Read 5 books a month
Whiten my teeth/improve my smile
Pay off my debt
Bible study every day
Submit to and present at the AAR conference
Get up early four days a week
Develop a journaling routine
Regular nail/eyebrow/hair appointments
Publish a poetry book
Start investing
