it's okay to be in a slump, it's okay to have a messy room, it's okay to feel sad or drained. it's OKAY! you can always try again. you have your entire life to start over. it's not a big deal, i promise. you will always get through whatever ure going thru <33
start today if you can! start with the dirty dishes or clothes in your room. not enough energy? make your bed <3 open the blinds <3 do at least one problem off of your homework <3 you are absolutely capable. i believe in youuuu !!!!!

Natural essentials to feel pretty:
-spray your face every morning with pure rose water (it hydrates, cools and soothes irritated skin and also helps with brightening your skin)
-natural kohl for your eyes helps with keeping your eyes clean and enhances the beauty of your eye
-oil hairl mask: pure coconut oil, argan oil mixed with pure melted shea butter
Massage it in your hair and leave it on for half an hour then wash your hair (do this weekly for soft and healthy hair with no frizz!!)
-pomegranate musk and oudh scent🔛🔝
-charcoal is good to use to clean your teeth to prevent bad breath
-the best face mask: rice flour, cornstarch, pure aloe Vera gel, milk powder and when rinsed out put a little bit of pure aloe Vera gel on your face to moisturiz
-Body,face and lip scrub: coffee powder, cinnamon powder, sugar and honey
(I do all of these things at home and they work for me !!!)
