#cried so hard last night after the whole Coming Out Situation that i almost got a migraine :))))) #my eyes were so swollen my whole face throbbed and i couldn't look at any light :)))) #almost broke my one year streak free from self-harm :))))) almost! #my mom thinks i can't recognize how abusers talk LMFAO #it's one of those situations where like... she moved on from the topic and is all happy now and thinking that i forgive her #so i'm not allowed to feel anything about this whole situation and i'm not allowed to be visibly hurt by her extremely hurtful words #because then i'm 'trying to pick a fight' or 'not letting it go' or 'being dramatic' #or even worse #i'm 'attacking her' and it gives her fuel for the 'piper is setting me up so she can attack me' claim #like :))))) sweaty :)))) i know how manipulation works :)))))))) thanku #she does a great job of bringing up my trauma a lot so you would think that she would know that i can recognize abusive behaviour #guys i still can't fucking believe i had to reassure my mom that my trauma wasn't her fault. i literally cannot fucking believe that
