Give us more information then we will ask questions
Oh no there’s a lot of stuff to inform about, so here’s a big ol post!
BONDED BROTHERS AU
Fullmetal Alchemist and Pokémon/Submas twins crossover AU for those of us with brain rot for these things!
Present Time: This takes place along the plot of Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood! Ingo vanished 4 years ago and since then, Emmet has been learning how to perform alchemy and more specifically ✨human transmutation✨ Upon doing so, Emmet learns that Truth/Arceus has Ingo in a form of Limbo and Emmet is able to bind his brother’s soul to Chandelure. Ingo only knows his name and what little he managed to remember during his time in Hisui! He’s even forgotten Hisui as a result of him being pulled into Limbo (keep in mind this is a merging of FMAB and Pokémon lore and not just one or the other)
Emmet moves from Nimbasa, leaving the subway to Chili, Cress, and Cilan who are very eager to take this task and are very much trusted by Emmet to do so! (Elesa is also there to keep them in check) now this takes place around the same time as the FMAB plot so while Unova may have some darn good technology, I’d say it’s more toned down a bit.
After leaving Nimbasa, Emmet and his now ghost type twin brother take up running the trains of Amestris! On one train ride, Emmet the ever so eager to eavesdrop, catches wind of the Elric brothers who are in a strangely similar situation! Turns out Alphonse is a Golurk now! Without any hesitation, Emmet introduces himself to the two (time for funny shenanigans of a fairly chaotic group of 4 now)
They become teamed up with a similar goal in mind, going through a fairly similar story as FMAB but with quite a few twists due to additional characters
Hisui Time: The only sins around at the time are Pride, Lust, Greed, and Envy. (We have messed with the timeline just a bit so if it seems a little off then it’s on purpose 👀) Envy is pretty much new, Greed has left on his own already and made his way to Hisui as he goes about on his own. Pride and Lust are older than the other two and thus about as mature and smart as they are in FMAB, while Greed and Envy are much more… well problem children you could say.
Greed arrives in Hisui shortly before Akari does. He’s an annoyance to Jubilife and the clans, but Ingo puts up with him and seems to end up around him fairly often. Akari takes a liking to Greed after realizing he’s not as bad as other say (he is taking their supplies so you can’t blame them) Lust and Envy show up in an attempt to bring their brother back. While there, they catch on to the space time rift and Volo’s plans. This of course gets them to have Pride come out to Hisui with them. They intend to enable Volo and see what he does, especially considering the god he is after is closely tied to Father’s plans.
There is more with Hisui, but it’s not quite as fleshed out and my friend @itty-bitty-tinyplant is working on stuff for Greed’s side of the story! They’re more the FMAB expert!
Extra Info:
The 7 sins are all failed attempts at legendary Pokémon along with what they already are! We’ve got some but not all figured out- Greed is Melmetal, Sloth is Regigigas, Pride is Necrozma, Gluttony is Guzzlord, and Envy is Mew! They’re all able to talk with Pokémon and have the potential to form into one (Envy doing this with little to no effort, while the rest struggle with it)
Father is basically Spiritomb, I feel like there isn’t an explanation needed there 😂
The Pokémon regions are other countries, the first 4 being based on Japan are near Xing, the two European regions are near Amestris, while Unova and Alola are fairly far away to the west!
Some Pokémon trainers such as gym leaders know alchemy (like how some are psychics or can literally see ghosts, let the rock types and such have something cool too lol) meanwhile alchemists can have Pokémon just like anyone else!
THERE IS SO MUCH TO THIS BUT THIS IS LIKE A GOOD AMOUNT OF INFO I THINK!!!
