*urgent* I'm feeling really suicidal tonight. I just feel like I cannot survive this and i cannot go on. i have nothing to live for. nothing. I feel so alone and so sad and i just cant do it anymore. I would never kms and I wont do anything stupid. But what do I do about these feelings... I cannot sleep tonight and i just keep crying. please help :(

hey love. im really sorry to hear that. some nights just feel so impossible. it goes beyond words and all conceivable thought. i don't blame you at all for breaking down and crying - while it's painful, it's honestly ok and necessary to process negative emotions. you're not doing anything wrong. the important part is knowing that self destruction won't get rid of them. you feel like you can't go on, you acknowledge it, but you never act on it. you but try your best to cope and practice some self compassion until things feel lighter, usually when the sun comes up, and you can try again. it's a really good sign that you're able to say on a logical level that you won't harm yourself. always hold onto that. do you not what triggered this? what usually distracts/helps/calms you? what do you need in this moment? is there anyone you can call or text? when you're able to, take a deep breath and try to have an honest conversation with yourself. it's alright if you don't have all of the answers. but taking the time to identify short term solutions could really make a difference. if you have to cry or just lie in bed before you get to that point, that's alright too. there's no specific blueprint for his to handle such a dark moment, but ultimately this is just a fleeting moment in your life. and that doesn't mean it's not allowed to hurt but, your worth and experience as a human being is not going to collapse under the weight of your thoughts. instead, you're going to learn as you go. you're so much more capable than you realize. and i don't say that off handedly. you have so much time to figure it out, to become your whole self. and maybe in this moment you don't want that future, and i understand. five more minutes with this feeling doesn't feel worth ten years without it, right? but your life waits for you regardless. and it is ever changing, never set in stone - not doomed to feel as heavy as it all does right now. it's rare to be alive. you have forever to leave it behind. you will get through this because you have the tools to do so, you know? and it's fine if you don't quite believe me, but it doesn't make it any less true.

some suggestions about what you can actually do proactively in this moment to get out of your head: cry as much as you want, write about how you're feeling, get a glass of water and engage with something else (a book, tv, whatever you like), meditate (youtube has some really good ones for depression), call a suicide hotline or a friend/family member if necessary, listen to music, sit outside and breathe, rest when you can. obviously these things aren't meant to absolve you of your issues long term, but just directing your attention else where and weathering the storm is the whole point. just like what you're doing right now by sending this. it may feel stupid or weird to engage in such activities but they do prevent you from obsessing over your thoughts. they lend you some perspective.

i don't know what you've been through or what has led you to this moment, and i won't pretend to. but there are so many ways to learn to manage that don't involve harming yourself. trouble with that is it's exhausting isn't it? trying is so tiring. so the tears are partially a way for your body and mind to let it all out. it's okay. we all have lose it at times. we're human. but you will always be given the chance to start over when you wake up the next day, and that's really something. most importantly though, if you're having frequent suicidal thoughts then i really think seeking professional help is your best option if possible. as a long term solution anyway. it may be scary and uncomfortable but it won't be as bad as your brain wants you to believe. and you deserve to talk about what hurts, to identify the causes of your pain, to learn how to implement healthy coping mechanisms into your life. there's so much that can be done: therapy, meds, exercises. you don't have to die to let go of this frame of mind. please just consider it. don't write the idea off even if you want to. and if for some reason it's not possible, then i hope you know that there are often a lot of community support groups and resources available to people in your position. others have been where you are, they get it to some extent, and you're not alone no matter how isolated you feel. i get that it's daunting, i just believe in you. and i know that your presence on this planet has had a positive impact in ways you can't even comprehend because you're blinded by the idea you have of yourself (as we all are.) you will find so many meanings and reasons to live as you grow into your whole self. even something as small as wanting to see the seasons change. where you're at right now is not where you'll always be dude. and bad nights are just that, bad nights. so if you put your energy into getting by one day at a time, then you're doing it, and life will carve a path for u regardless. but you have to give yourself a chance to get to that point, yeah? if one day feels like too much, focus on surviving the hour. even the minute. eventually you'll look up and see that change was always inevitable in the best way. you are not your low moments. im rooting for you with all my heart and hoping you stay safe tonight, and always. i'll understand if this doesn't resonate with you, but i mean it all. it's here for you to come back to. let me know if you need a friend or if you want to talk. take care, take it easy. get some sleep when you can.

Not a goodbye

Isn’t it a lovely feeling to go somewhere for a break and being scared of leaving. But you clench your teeth and do it anyway... you go visit your family member that you remember so well looking classy, and now in a over sized ripped tshirt and pj bottoms, and you can just smell the alcohol around the place. You know it’s bad. I honestly can’t take shit anymore. My life is falling apart. No matter how many sleeping pills i take i cant sleep and it’s been many. My stomach is turning i feel like i cant do this any longer. I’m trying to be strong but everyone seems to make it even worst. Some really unneeded things been made out clear lately, I can’t do this.

He received another chance so i hope he doesnt fuck it up as long as I’m Here because he is all i have nearest to closure. Truth is he knows i dont want to live anymore and if i was to go do it. No one that knows me would be surprised at this point... they all seen me how some people can drive me through hell just to see me hurt or get on my nerves but they don’t understand it has serious affects on me. So please keep going, let the list expand till there’s no more space on the page. Life isn’t for me and it’s been clear from since I’m like 13 and I’m now 18...everyday I’ve had to fight with my heart, the sympathy and the care for some people that don’t give a flying fuck about me and can make me feel so worthless. So I’ve nothing to lose. I’m a miserable fuck up, and no one wants a miserable fuck up and i dont even want to live like this. But all of Yous aren’t helping ...so much thanks for that. I feel like this 14year old going through “i wanna die” faze, it’s been to long for it to just be a faze.

Anyone dares to say anything about me hurting others like my “friends” family etc by doing something I WANT in MY LIFE, i will simply laugh at because the people that drive me to hurt myself never mind not being able to live with myself will be the ones standing above me asking “Why” and if i could only answer. I am not saying this is some kind of “help me i wanna kms letter” this is me getting it off my chest as i know if i am driven so far down, i will do everything i can to make myself get out of this world. I will make sure it’s as successful as my revenges. Some people should respect others and be genuine, not give the meaning less “love Yous” or “i care about you “ or one of my favourite-> “ i promise “ that one always gets me ahah. Make promises that you can keep and the ones you can’t don’t make them, i remember i got asked to make a promise and i didn’t even have to think longer than 5 seconds about it because i probably won’t be able to keep it, and time will show, it might be years or weeks from now, feelings and days will show.

so i think im gonna write about my mental health today because i dont feel like i have anyone who understands fully apart from myself maybe so i need to Organise my Thoughts. as a kid i had a pretty normal childhood, a mum a dad and a brother - pretty nuclear right. but as a child i felt like my family maybe wasnt quite right, that this wasnt supposed to be what family is? perhaps. - i was scared of my mum a lot because she wasnt very understanding of me - and i was a great kid, never getting into trouble, very good at school, no issues whatsover. the thing that really shows how i thought of my relationship with my mum was when i was like maybe 8 or so having a parents night and at it my teacher had nothing bad to say apart from i was kinda bossy in group settings (im sure i dont need to explain how misogynistic that actually is- i was not bossy i was a natural leader) and when i got home my mum told me off for that and i felt like she was kinda cold to me and not taking all the good things about me into consideration when telling me off for that.

i feel like thats a really defining moment in my life when i realised i cant expect adults to Understand me, realised how people treat young girls, also started my defiant behaviour maybe or was kinda one of the key moments that made me dislike certain authorities in my life, that if people wont understand me regardless of how i explain myself then i wont bother trying to be understood by people who wont matter to me. anyway yes i was scared of my mum-like petrified sometimes- but my dad wasnt great either, he also had his shortcomings. i feel like he never really cared about me like he was kinda apathetic towards raising me like a parent - i feel he would be better suited as an uncle to someone rather than a dad - the funny childish guy that makes kids laugh -not the uncaring dad that cant be bothered to really learn about his kids. and i feel im sitting here complaining about my parents when the fact is that a lot of adults should never be parents, society has conditioned people into thinking the only way to be fulfilled in life is to live vicariously through your kids when life gets to such a boring and monotonous place where you feel the need to create a new life to spice things up lmao. i feel a lot of parents regret having kids but they cannot express that regret because it was their choice and they should deal with that, also saying you regret it would be pretty horrible to the kid.

so while yes i am complaing about my parents i dont think they were Bad in any way just not that great yaknow. also i just notice all these things growing up and i feel its been pretty impactful to understanding myself and my parents. also just some anecdotes from my childhood - i used to watch my dad play video games like the uncharted games i think theyre called, and whenever i got scared i used to hide behind the couch until the scary part was over (usually a lot of guns and high energy fight scenes thats too much adrenaline for a 7 yo) and sometimes when i would take out my dad/brothers game i would get them to fo the hard parts and do other stuff myself - i dont remember many games i played apart from one of the spidermen games where u could just web around the city and not progress apart from sometimes you would come across some strippers and i accidently got into a fight with them (also hot women with umbrellas they use to fight- maybe i went near them on purpose) i would yell to my dad and get him to do it for me. also on new years eve whenever my mum was working and we werent going to any family parties we would make a bunch of food and put it out in the kitchen - wed make like homemade onion rings, chips, have crisps and dips, and a bunch of junk basically and watch like austin powers or some shit and genuinely miss those times they were so simple. but a lot of thats tainted now from what happened. also my brothers always been annoying as shit but when we were kids we couldnt be in the same room without arguing which like whatever thats how kids are esp brothers and sisters for some reason.

i think thats majority of the background needed for the rest. wait this is a little addition but i meant to mention this here so ill put it in- basically sometimes on holidays i would geniunely think my parents hate each other/ were getting a divorce like once when we were in florida in 2012 my dad convinced my mum (as well as me and my brother convinced her since we liked them) we convinced her to go on a water slide thing that u had to walk up the stairs for, it was outdoors, and it was kinda tall and then we got in one of the big donut things and it swooshed from side to side a lot and was generally pretty scary i suppose for someone who doesnt like rides esp since you had to hold on to the handles there were no buckles or anything, and so when we got off the ride my mum was big mad at my dad and like wouldnt talk to him and stuff like that which was pretty uncomfortable to have to be the 8 year old mediator of that but there was also another occasion i think (maybe also at florida) where they were made at each other and i asked my mum if they were getting divorced and all she said was 'ask ur dad' like???? no sort of consolation to this child who thinks their parents hate each other nooo just petty 'ask him' and theres also been other times when they fight/ are mad and they dont feel the need to hide it from us so i felt quite anxious around my parents sometimes.

so ahnyway . yes. when i had just turned 13 my parents split up and it fucked me up in a multitude of ways. also i cant beleive i stopped being a proper kid at 13, like as soon as i turned a teenager life hit me like a fucking truck. so the context as to why they split is still kinda lost to me ngl but they didnt tell me much anyway since i was young but my mum basically said my dad didnt love her anymore and he wanted to separate. its kinda funny because leading up to this my dad had been sleeping in the living room for like a few weeks and there was on and off fighting i could hear and i basically thought they were fighting over me and that i was in trouble and it kinda used to keep me up coz i could hear loud voices when they thought i was asleep- which is probably the cause of why i get veryyyy mad and angry when i hear my mum at like 1 am downstairs when shes drinking and im trying to sleep, probably something ive internalised (is that the word?) and made me respond so strongly to those type of noises.

anywayyyyy yes i thought i was in trouble when they were actually just getting a divorce so ... yeah you can really tell i was young and didnt understand adult issues or really couldnt figure this out myself from all the arguing and him sleeping downstairs lmao. anyway my dad moved out and it was just me my mum and my brother now and at this point my brother wouldve been about to turn 18, so although still kinda shit, not really as affected my it as a 13 yo, just to keep in mind. so i was devastated obviously and my whole world was kinda shattered but i had to hold it together a bit, also i was sometimes my mothers own therapist having to say things like 'everything happens for a reason' 'itll get better' in response to her deteriorating mental health and her questions that would be really hard for me to answer like 'why did he leave' etc (bish im a child be there for me not wallow in ur own pity, u have ur whole life to sort this out youre an adult, im a 13 you and only months away from wanting to kms hun think of ur CHILD please) anyway this left me feeling like a burden if i were to share my mental state because when my mum shared her stuff she was burdening me (AGAIN i was 13 she is an adult) so that made me bottle a lot of things up also the fact that i had no one to share it with because she works as a nurse and now shes a single mother and so she works almost all hours of most days and i dont see her much, my brother was either working at this time or just didnt give enough of a shit about me to make sure i ate.

i went from being catered to for every meal because i didnt know how to cook to suddenly no one being there for me so i had to learn how to do it myself. needless to say that lead to a bunch of unhealthy eating habbits like eating the same things every day - frozen pizza, cheese toasties, i cant think of anything else probs because i didnt make anything else just ate chocolates or didnt eat breakfast coz i woke up at 2pm. just general unhealthyness both in substance and like how healthy that was for my head yk. also this is during the summer btw so it gave me the option to be incredibly depressed - im not saying that as an edgy teen thing to say im being 100% genuine i was very depressed like textbook style - not eating or overeating, not showering/ taking care of myself, extreme lack of energy and hated doing social things coz i had to put on a farce that i was okay meanwhile i couldnt wait to get into my bed and sleep the next day and a half away.

i very vividly remember at the start of the summer holiday my friend asked me if i wanted to go out and do something and i rememeber just crying at that because i had no reason to say no but i just didnt want to and felt like i couldnt do anything and so i lied and said i wasnt feeling well and then put my phone down and curled up in my bed and cried coz i was frustrated and upset and i couldnt really understand what was wrong with me and why i was Like This.

god i didnt take into account how tired i was and how late it is when i started this huh, this isnt even half of it, but i have obligations in the mornign, the last until uni or whatever so ill put this in my drafts and finsih it somethime. alrigtht it is 02:08 btw z_z. also ive just now decided im gonna re organise my tumblr so if this ends up being an actual blog thing i can navigate it easier by adding tags and such. anywau goodnight.

23:01- well. yes earlier i wrote a little about the ages 13-16 and how they sucked but whatever it got deleted the more pertinent stuff happened in the last year or so anyway.

um yeah so i started the last year of highschool as a 16 year old with a fucked up brain and never having learned any study techniques or work ethic in the slightest. i took 3 uni-level courses only one i actually wanted to do, most people take 2 at most or even 1/0 but do other classes. honestly it fucking sucked this year for school but i scraped all passes so thank god for that. so i started the year quite optimistic, or as much as i could be and in all fairness the content of this year wasnt actually that bad considering i was doing 3 hard classes but corona really truly fucked everything up and by November i had mentally dropped out of my classes but of course i still had to go to them. i feel like im an oddly independent teen because ive never had a solid parental presence in a while, like i had to do a lot for myself and maybe i should thank myself for getting me through it all because i really did pull through.

my thoughts keep drifting from what im writing coz i wanna talk about different things and im just thinking maybe i shouldve just posted the last one then added a reblog when i could be bothered to write and not force myself because if theres ever a reoccurring theme in my life is that if i force myself to do anything i will hate it with my entire being, so maybe i should just do a short synopsis and write about something else afterwards.

so i took 3 hard classes, slowly lost all motivation because in jan it switches to online classes and i could Not deal with those it was horrible, and i became more of a "troublesome student" in one of my classes *cough* maths *cough* and almost got "kicked out" of taking the class just because the teacher was a control freak but like wanted to control all of our actions and behaviour, also i think i may have adhd and another kid in my class i think he does too and surprise surprise the teacher "dislikes" him too but its only a farce because he doesnt actually dislike him its only so that i cant call him out for singling me out when other students behave "badly" too. but anyways maybe ill come back to this in a while when i can be arsed explaining my complicated relationship with my parents.

the only reason i wanted to write this today was so that i could tag the post with like june 2021 or something and not june/july, but i might make another post later, Anyway happy end of pride month i supose, hope u figure it out me!

i wish i could just be happy but it’s coming to the point where it’s a fucking reality it will never happen. i’m so fucked up because of my trust issues attachment issues and codependency issues i just don’t even want to be a person anymore. i hate myself to the core and that’s my biggest problem because it affects every aspect of my life. how can i enjoy anything or expect myself to ever be happy or for people to like me if i don’t even like me. i straight up want to kms and end my shit but i cant tell anybody that because i one don’t want them to worry two try to tell me not to talk about it or make me feel guilty for it. i know it’s fucking selfish that i want to die but guess what i didn’t ask to be here either. after what my mom experienced with her own mother taking her life i would be a fucking demon spawn to ever do that to her so it kinda fucking sucks that i am forced to live this terrible life that i don’t want any part in and i haven’t for a long time but i couldn’t leave this earth knowing i broke my mom’s heart. and that’s another thing i’m so fucking obsessed with everyone else’s happiness except my own. when am i ever gonna care about myself? when another stupid boy comes along and starts making me feel good about myself? is that really the only time i can feel confident or happy with my life when i’m with a stupid fucking boy because if that’s the case then fuck me. i would literally do anything to be happy on my own. i miss when i was 16 and used this blog all the time before i ever fell in love and was so content being alone. i really miss her. she’s honestly shocked i’m still alive considering all the horrible events that have taken place in the last few years. when is life gonna get good? i’m so scared i’m going to feel this pain for a long fucking time again just like how i felt the first time i got my heartbroken. i’m so fucked up in the head that i cant respect myself enough to not chase after the person i have been in love with for the past year that just recently broke my heart. what am i supposed to do? especially the fact that he says he still loves me and misses hanging out with me but just doesn’t want a relationship. as someone with BPD that really FUCKS with my head. do you love me or not? not enough to not hurt me like this? especially after every thing u knew i went through in the past u literally turned around and did the same exact thing to me. i don’t want to hate you but i almost have no choice because the amount of disrespect i am feeling right now is insane. but it’s also my fault because i don’t respect myself so why would other people respect me right? i am spiraling downward and i am scared for what’s going to happen. i need to get a grip on life but i wouldn’t even know where to begin to reach a hold of my sanity

fuck, sometimes the feeling of wanting to talk to someone so badly just to tell them im feeling down is so shitty and full of myself. but fuck it really kills because i cant get it out os i guess heres my rant

I’vebeen feeling so happy lately and it was the best period of my life. I was back to learning and I actually enjoyed all the calculations and science bullshit. Now its my finals and somehow everything is just near the end point and I can’t seem to fucking be myself or even get the happiness. How does that happen? One moment you’re on fucking cloud and next you’re so below oyu feel like i=you’re in hell.

Whats worse is twhen you dont have to someone to share this with. DOnt get me wrong, ive tried countless times sharing what I feel and whenever I have a shitty to my friends but trust me they dont like it. I think ive bombarded their life so much so its better I just leave them alone now. ahahhaha my fucking souless puny human mind cant take emotions well. fuck that. I always used to think people thats depressed or sad was shitty and just wasnt strong enough to face reality. Yeah thats me right now. What happened exactly ?

firstly, this is the one ive been trying to let go mostly for this year. I have friends, of course we laugh we talk we dont fucking share tho. In my understanding, friends are those who have your backs, willing to listen to you talk about that bitch or this bitch or that dude this dude. Theyre even the ones you go to the malls with, eat with but not my friends. So , ive known them for almost 8 years now and we hang out, we have a groupchat with only the 4 of us. After graduating it was all different. Actually, before graduation it was already shitty because that wasnt a fucking friendship. im sure they thought so too. its all bull shit. so after grad, 1 left us so it was only me and these other 2. by leaving, i mean that person already left to continue studying. so me and these 2 other people, had a whole 5 moths or so we couldve done anything. yeah i went on a trip with one of them. lmao that was a shitty trip. that person wasnt exactly into the backpackers lifestyle. ok just talking about the person like this makes me feel so bad. but its oaky, noone will read. let this be my own diary.

me and the other 2 was never fully ‘attached’ im not sure how we were even friends. to be honest i dont think any of my friends are real, i make them laugh because of my stupidity. thats pretty much it. im the kid in class who would alwasy annoy and disrupt the class sessions making half the class giggle and the other half hate my guts. i went to a pretty small school so most of the ones in class i was ‘friends’ with. serious, what the hell does the word friend truly mean !??!. anyways me and these 2 girls. i already knew i was being left behind somehow because they were actually related so fuck that bus. i should just not get too near with them so when they dump my sorry ass behind 3 km ahead i would feel it as much. wow the fuck was i thinking, actually letting one of them in my life. Do my problems not matter ? ive tried going on blahtherapy but honestly that website rarely gives me a good lsitener. i mean like, i keep getting people judging my problems saying its not serious. WELL IT IS FOR ME. HOW COME SOMETIMES I CANT FUKING SLEEP BECAUSE IM SO FUCKING AFRAID THE PERSON I ACCIDENTALLY CURSED AT HATES MY FUCKING GUTS. OK back to the 2 people story. so one of them was kind of and kind of not. im scared to say the person isnt my friend. but in all fucking honestly the person has never done anything for me. idk maybe. this is why i need another opinion. this whole matter could just easily be resolved if someone said im way overthinking and the friends would have actually been bothered to call me if i was nowhere to be seen or late to an event. but now. only when i have arrived would they remembered about my existance. i recently deactivated my twitter account fot this shit. i cant stop typing i want to type everyhthing. its flowing inside of me but frankly right now i hvae no idea what to be mad at.who to be mad at and even how to be ,ad at.

I bought insurance for my truck. after 3 months of paying my agent i noticed that my financing bank had added 1300 dollars to my loan as a collateral insurance because they did not have proof of my insurance. I went back to my agent and they explained that they forgot to send the payment for 3 months to the main insurance company and that is why it appeared to my bank that I did not have insurance. My insurance agent told me they were gonna do a re-installment and that they were going to give me proof that i had insurance for those 3 months so i could take it to my bank so they could remove the 1300 from the loan. It's been about 10 months and my insurance agent has not given me any proof of my policy so the bank is still charging me for those 3 months. (about 400 per month since im 20). my agent does not want to refund the money for those 3 months, and they do not want to give me a proof of policy. I do have proof of paying them for those 3 months since I payed with a check that they cashed. I want them to give me proof of insurance for those 3 months or to pay 1300 to my loan because they are charging it due to their fault since they forgot to send my payment. Can I do a civil law suit for those 1300. I have proof of my payment for those 3 months. I also have my policy number but it says it's cancelled due to non payment so bank will not accept that as insurance. right after those 3 months I opened a new policy with them and ive had it for 8 months and ive always payed on time. I recently noticed that when they opened the new policy they inputed my date of birth as if i was 40 years old instead of 20. I do not know if they did a mistake or if they did that on purpose to give me a better price. The thing is that all these 8 months I've been paying i was actually never covered since my date of birth was way wrong. Only my name was correct but I talked directly to the insurance and not my agent and they explained to me that if i would have crashed it wouldnt have covered me since they do not have the correct date of birth. I just fixed that directly with the agent and now they have the correct date of birth so the insurance price went up since im only 20. I dont mind about that.
