y’all I just got the MOTHERLOAD of all pastries

#I have not eaten this much in months #My aunt found a cool bakery like an hour away so we made it this whole thing #I stay over at her house we leave at 5:30 #We buy donut for her students (12 or 15)#then the following:#Two homemade pop tarts two tag-a-long Girl Scout cookie donuts 2 thin mint GS donuts a French cruller with vanilla frosting a caramel role #3 plain cake donut one cake donut with chocolate frosting one chantilly cream mousse cake four macarons in espresso chocolate rasberry and #Black berry (I wanted lemon but panicked and said rasberry) a ham and cheese croissantFollowed by two loafs of bread and an orange spice te #And McDonald’s Hashbrowns #To be clear this is all being shared and my aunt planned to spend a decent chunk of money #It was something like 112 bucks?#Not as bad as I thought tbh #We had four boxes of baked goods. Four. Boxes.#You know what I eat every other day of my life? A bowl of yogurt in the morning and a bowl of veggies with egg at night #I don’t usually consume the amount of calories I just ate in a week #Mutuals sending you pastries #So early morning roads showing up at peoples doors and handing them treats + tea? Pretty much perfect

Update & BIG Thank You!

Okay, guys, I finally finished my big group presentation for uni and it went well (I think). Now I just have to wait for my professor to send me my grade. Fingers crossed that I’ll pass the class!

I’m so sorry that I didn’t post for like a full week (again) but I was so busy, and sick, and then my parents came around for my birthday last weekend, and it was all just so chaotic.

But, speaking of my birthday, my friends got me personalized macarons, and half of those had a DD pic on them (and the other half was Harry Styles inspired). I have to share them with you (obviously) because they made me so happy 😭

I was actually going to bake a DD inspired cake, also, but I didn’t get around to do it, unfortunately. (I just baked a “normal” cake, and that didn’t turn out the way I wanted it to. But that’s okay because 21 isn’t that special of a birthday where I’m from, and I’m just glad I got to celebrate it with my family now that I no longer live at home.)

I might have to bake another cake though because I just saw that we hit over 1k followers?? Are you guys crazy?? Thank you so much! I love all of you <3 I mean it!!

Without this community, I probably would have given up on writing a while ago. You’re all so patient with me, you always show me love and support, and it warms my heart to see that we can come together and geek out over the same fictional character(s) that we all love 🤍 I owe you guys so much. This fandom (and Charlie) saved my life. And you guys remind me every day that I shouldn’t give up doing what I love. You help me work on my craft, get better and share it with people. Thank you for your support, your kind words and everything else you’ve done for me over the past year and a half (I think it will be two years in summer, which is crazy).

I have something in mind to thank you in a bit bigger fashion, but for now, take my love and all of my thanks and imagine I’m hugging all of you 🫶🏻 THANK YOU!

Other than that, I’m working on one of my requests AND the next chapter for Do No Harm. I’ll try to post both tonight, though no promises that I’ll get them both done today.

spontaneously decided to apply to a barista job because i doubted theyd be interested and nothing to lose but the literal next day they responded and gave me the confidential recipes for drinks and said i can read through it if id like to and they scheduled an interview today help

Here is my piece for today, which is the twenty-third day of the month! It's of Luna and my self-insert Adriana having a nice little dessert date at a café - Luna has a strawberry ice-cream drink and some macarons, while Adri has a glass of water and a plate of chocolates. i want to continue my streak of “living without twitter,” but it occurred to me that a few years ago juho tweeted a video of some dude in his underwear juggling and captioned it “kyuho”and i Don’t Have It. i’m still perplexed by that tweet to this day.

#juho’s entire twitter is an experience #another classic is when he posted a picture with his uh legs visible and people interacted with it a lot so he qrted with #something along the lines of “Why do you guys like this post so much”#the poor dude LMAOO😭😭#and then i’ve only seen kyuho’s twitter through pinterest osmosis. i’m sure he tweeted about more than macarons misery and monster but #i’ve yet to see any more than 4 or so of his tweets

So my mom and I had ourselves a girls weekend together in Seattle, and we both had an absolute blast. 🤩 I got these macarons from a little French bakery down in Pike Place that I legit haven’t been to since 4 years old. They’re still just as good as I remember, and absolutely worth every penny. 🥰❤️
