I woke up to a few anon messages that came in batches at different times, so I'm not sure if these are all from the same person or a few different people, but I'm just going to answer them all here!

That is absolutely what I would do. I wouldn't even upload sims who use cc to the gallery, especially if the sims team/EA refuses to tell you what about your sims is being flagged as inappropriate by their standards. After a few suspensions and warnings they will go ahead with a permanent ban and from what I've found in my research, they don't seem to have a lot of flexibility to undo a ban once it has been issued, so you're right to play it safe rather than be sorry.

I agree on all fronts! I'm almost positive there will be bugs with this new EP upon release, I just hope they're mild and managable until the Sims team can get out a hotfix. Just hoping the bugs aren't as bad as My Wedding Stories, for instance - that pack was completely unplayable upon release.

I think what we have seen of the build buy items looks really unique and beautiful. I'm always excited to see new traits, although some of them seem so pack-specific that I'm worried how they'll impact gameplay outside of the renter situations. I reblogged a couple isolated screenshots on my page that break down some new potential features - like a rice cooker, standing toilet, marbles and hopscotch for children (new child activities!!! Yay!!), and so on! The world itself seems immersive and different than what we already have and I think the non-American representation has been severely lacking, so it'll *hopefully* be a breath of fresh air.

Somewhat related to this point: the inclusion of a non-American world also gives me hope for the future. I'm still holding out hope for a Spanish inspired world or an African inspired world, but perhaps they'll incorporate one or both in the future. I hate that Selvadorada is a vacation world only!

The negative part of me kind of hates that this feels like "City Living: The Sequel." I'm curious how this will impact the already existent apartment lot types in the game. Hopefully it's different enough to stand on its own, but I just think we should have been able to create apartments all this time. That's the main selling point of this pack for me, and it would seem like that's the shared sentiment in the community as well, so that's unfortunate that we all have to buy/acquire a different pack to implement a feature that could and should have been implemented in another pack. I'm going to withhold judgment until I play though and try to go in with an open mind!

I love refreshing the townies, too! It's actually one of the first things I do when I start a new gameplay save because, like you said, a lot of them don't even have hot/cold weather outfits which is... well, it's expected of the lazy ass sims team lol. I'm not surprised. 🤦 But I can't stand seeing townies walk around in the wackiest outfits, especially the townies I really like!

I've always thought the community, by and large, does a better job handling townie refreshes anyway. I think every time the Sims team touches a beloved townie or alters their lore in any way, they fuck it up lmao. I would rather they just leave it to the people who actually care about these sims...😬

Thank you so much for the compliment, that means so much to me! I know it's cliché, but the more you practice making sims, the better you will get and the more you'll start to see your own "style" take shape. One tip I would give is to use real people as a reference: this helps avoid that "same face" syndrome you can get yourself into. They don't have to be perfect and exact to your reference, but you'll find over time that looking at all these different real people will not only diversify your sims, but also your ideas of beauty. You'll start to notice little things about a face that make it different - a bump of the nose, a slant of the eyes, pulled-in corners of the mouth, a cupid's bow arch of the lips versus a perfectly rounded edge. If you go to Pinterest and just look up "Face claims" you will find a never-ending amount of pictures with people of all different facial features, ages, ethnicities, hair textures, etc. Create a board on there - public or private (that's totally up to you) - and save all the faces you think are beautiful, unique, intriguing, etc. It helps me so much, and my sim style has really developed over time just by doing that!

I have to admit... I'm not a particularly fashionable person: I've been dressing pretty much the same way since middle school not gonna lie (think thrift store grandpa in band/graphic t-shirts and leggings exclusively lmao). So I try to think of the kind of personality my sim has first, which helps me pick an aesthetic style I want to go for when it's time to dress them. I'll think of questions like are they more alternative, or are they preppy? Do they dress for comfort or for style? Would they spend a lot of money on their clothes, or do they prioritize simple, affordable, staple pieces? Are they environmentally-conscious, avoiding animal furs/clothes that could be over the top but also made cruelly? Do they have a culture, religion, or belief-system that encourages modesty and head-coverings of some kind? So on and so forth. Then I might look up pictures or just play around until I find a few outfits that feel right. If you need inspo, go to TS4 lookbook tag as well- there's lots of variety and seeing how people pair some cc pieces might help your creative juices flow!

The Goth family will always have a special place in my heart, first and foremost. Naturally I have to include Erwin Pries (Strangerville GP), my number one silly goose, because he feels like he's mine. I know EA made him and we all have him in our games, but he feels so personal to me. I also love Penny Pizzaz (City Living EP) and the entire Jang family (City Living EP), Sienna Grove and Don Gooseman (Horse Ranch EP), Max Villareal and Lucas Munch (Get Together EP), Bob Pancakes (BG), the Vatore siblings (Vampires GP), Morgyn Ember and L. Faba (ROM GP - sorry Simeon).

Honorable mention to every Wildfangs werewolf and Celene López: I love all of them equally and could not pick a favorite. Another honorable mention to the Behr sisters as well: I don't play with them often, but I love their aesthetic.

Little blurb but this was such a tough question because I had to decipher between the townies I love because I have an attachment to them, versus townies I love because they're done so well by someone else (Gunther Munch by Ai, Hugo and Malcom by tricoufamily, and so on). I feel good about the above list though - I think these are my favorite sims that I play with based on my own attachment and personal headcanons.

It genuinely makes my heart happy to think that anyone will find joy in a build that I had joy in making. It's like sharing brain children, collaborating in a way - my build housing someone else's sims, two elements creating one story. Idk if that makes sense, but that's my favorite part of the community... just like, creating together.

I wasn't a good builder either, I found the mechanics really confusing at first, but it's actually become kind of a catharsis for my anxiety and adhd. It keeps me focused and grounded and gives me a task to direct my, at times, directionless energy. I also recommend using floor plan pictures from Pinterest to help practice building as well! I have a whole board of floor plans and exteriors!

Anyway, if this is all my same friend who came to me for help, I'm sorry I wrote you a book lmao! If this is more than one person, I'm also sorry all my answers were long. I am so appreciative when anyone comes to talk in my inbox, I'm so happy that running this account has helped me meet so many wonderful people!

Twin Island(?) Part 0/?

So kind of a love island setup but with twins but they're not related so they can also -- it's not as weird as it sounds let me explain.

Thinking about that marvel show Loki (spoilers btw I guess) was making me think about how often that would really happen -- someone being into the sex-reversed version of their own self. It's something people talk about, and I think it's funny, and the sims 4 is a funny game so I wasted the better part of my evening setting this whole thing up instead of pursuing anything remotely productive.

Let's meet the cast. Most of the names are randomly generated, I think I might have just typed in one or two last names that I had in my head for whatever reason, but none of the first names. Likes and dislikes were also randomly generated, because they shouldn't be the exact same people -- and no way I was gonna go manually copy likes and dislikes when I'm just returning to a game I haven't touched in years.

I know shows like love island usually have more contestants. At least I think they do, but that was too much for my brain. (This is a running theme.)

With the gang out of the way, I tried building a house. Keyword: Tried. I'm rubbish at building in this game -- in most games, actually.

So after about forty minutes in build mode yielded me only this much

I decided to bin it and just download a love island map from the gallery made by kerplunk107. (Made the map, not the entire gallery, that was electronic arts.) Initially, I tried placing it on the same lot, but the yard with all the stuff out front was half submerged, and my attempts to rotate it the other way rendered it the front door on the water and thus inaccessible, which I thought was cool. (not really)

I then had my sims move to another lot where I tried to place it down -- but that lot was also on the water and I experienced the same problem. I forgot to screenshot both times, but it looked pretty funny when it was submerged, so just trust me on that one.

Anyway, I finally found a lot and put the house down, everything was in order and we seemed good to go

Until I realized. I'd neglected the most important part of it all -- the one element needed to keep the entire production moving.

Now, usually these shows have hosts, right? Love Island has Laura Whitmore, Bachelor in Paradise has (for some fucking reason) David Spade. (But he seems like he's having fun.) Uh, I'm sure The Bachelor/ette also has a host. Anyway, that wasn't the case here, nor do we have a production crew.

So I needed someone

To make sure the boat kept swimming (or whatever)

In lieu of any real staff, I'd decided to contact my top man and send him into the field

This is Peppidge Stanfield. He doesn't fuck around.

The trouble is, as remarkably detailed as the map I downloaded was, it didn't have a place for Mr. Stanfield to work and oversee things. While it's okay for him to be among the contestants during the day because, unlike real-life show producers, he kind of blends in, he still needed an office. He didn't say this to me, but I could tell he was already disappointed at his treatment thus far, so I got to work right away.

We gave him the best tech

A room with a view of the entire island

And maximum comfort

His control tower was ready, and accessibly only through a pet door, which means none of the humans can get up there and tamper with any behind-the-scenes equipment. The most they'll ever see from down where they are, if anything, is Peppidge. Watching.

He was already on the ball, well on his way into the house before my other sims even began walking

CHAPTER 1

There isn't too much that happened here, I'll get to events in my next post if I somehow find the will to continue this/assuming my ADHD allows me to remember it at all. Just some intro stuff to be hashed out.

Immediately upon entering the villa, my sims set a couch on fire.

Twice.

It was actually Corey, one of the supposedly Genius sims, who set it off. So either that's a hoax, or he's up to something. I'm convinced it's the latter. Peppidge came around to see what was going on soon after, and gave everyone a stern lecture after requesting that the cameras be shut off.

While he was taking a nap to de-stress after the whole incident, Aubrey set the couch on fire for a third time.

The pit has since been moved a space away from the couch, and no incidents have occurred. I've spent the past six hours completely neglecting my actual real life, but I will soon maybe possibly return to see which building this trainwreck drives through next.

JUNE, 2023.

June was the month I went back to my forte… as in playing sims BECAUUUSSEEEE I just found a way to crack the DLCs :3 and by cracking the DLCs I mean is using Xuxi’s credit card to buy them all because what do you mean I gotta pay $1200+++ to enjoy all the contents… NO. Anyways I introduced you to Jim Pickens heheheh. I just realized that Sims Gallery can be accessed by all users worldwide and SOMEONE deadass created a Jim sim hahahah there’s no way I won’t download it. I think I have told you that my Jim lives in a smol cottage with his raccoon pet… HAHAHA the raccoon in Sims behaves the exact same way with cattos!! o: and my Jim is currently learning magic like.. wig. I just made him walk past the waterfall and turned out it was the gate to the magical realm hahaha. I want him to be an evil wizard :3

Later on, you asked me if I was ready to move in with you.. you asked me to live together with you. I mean, you had spent around less than a month at my place, not that I minded it but I just thought you were just messing around when you said “Maybe I should move in here.” But I guess you were being veeerrryyyy serious about it. But hey, here comes the plot twist: you asked me to move in with you instead. I told you I have five cats and they’ll have to come with us, and you didn’t mind at all waahhh I love you so much I was so glad to hear that. And so, we began to live together since then <3

Anyways, we visited your parent’s house in June too… you told them in person about our news…… hehehehehehehe they told me the ring was beautiful, too. Eomma looked so excited and couldn’t believe her last son would be the first one to make a move. She wished her well. Appa was excited too –and he was also excited with Gamgammi which we brought with us to your parent’s house.

Sims 2 DS Is GOATED

Just before Christmas, I decided to purchase a 2DS. A pink one to be exact, I've been looking for one in pink for what felt like the longest time. I thought most of the other colour combinations of the 2DS weren't cute, but the pink one??? Slay. I bought it for two reasons. The first reason being my beloved DSi that I've had for 12 years finally decided to pass away and never turn on again and secondly because I never got to play the 3D games that came out because I never had the model. This console was on Facebook Marketplace for a mere £30 and so I bought it. Though it was a little embarrassing because I sent my grandparents to collect it for me and I got a message from the lady that said 'I hope your daughter uses it more than mine.' It's me, I am the daughter. But since I got the 2DS, I've been spending some time playing my old DS games, and I can't get over how good Sims 2 actually was. The card stopped reading in my DSi and I thought that meant I was going to have to go and buy another game, but thankfully it was just the console itself.

Here's how the story of Sims 2 DS goes because it's nothing like the life simulation game we're used to on PC and other consoles. Your car breaks down in this dead end village, you run a few errands and suddenly you find out the old hotel manager has conveniently just walked out and alas you are left to run this hotel and get to know the people of Strangetown.

After you've built a casino aka the first room you need in your hotel and killed Emperor Xizzle by spraying water on him, you start earning money to build more rooms in your hotel. These include lounges to go DJ mode, a gym where you can tan until you become a different race ??? the art gallery where you can paint to your hearts content and learn whether or not your work is garbage or if you've just created your magnum opus. My personal favourite room has to be the secret warehouse purely on the grounds that you walk into there and Bigfoot is living in there. All you need to do is feed my man every day until he becomes your best friend and then he leaves the basement and sort of just resides somewhere in your hotel until the end of time. The entire hotel is like a giant tardis, the size of this hotel from the inside simply is not correct if you are looking at it from the outside.

Some of the music is really creepy. I remember being scared to leave my hotel to defeat the aliens in the square just because of the alien song that plays and how the game drops to 2 framerates per second. Seriously. This was the same with the goons and the sudden robot invasions that would happen. You couldn't make up how insane this game was. I want to know what the game developers were on when they created this game and the narrative because I want what they're having. The game almost felt creepy and eerie. How was the town full of NPCs but how did the town look empty the whole time? Why was I completing a mission for a creepy mobster who wanted me to plant a bomb in the town hall? And why can you dig up alien mummies in the desert and then perform surgeries on them in your government base room that is just placed randomly in the basement of your hotel? To add to this, how did this small little town come to light when it is literally smack bang in the middle of this endless desert, and people never leave. You check them into your hotel, they check out say 2 days later and then you come back to your hotel lobby to find that they are there all over again. I can't say I blame these Sims for going insane, pissing on the floor and wallowing in pity all the time, I would be too if that was real. Your Sim also runs off a sanity meter which runs down depending on environment and needs. If this sanity bar is empty then your Sim seems to have a nervous breakdown and ends up waking up in the manager's suite in a vegetative state. They would hobble around for a little bit before going back to normal again.

Let's discuss notable characters, briefly and efferently.

Emperor Xizzle. This little alien that lives somewhere deep in the desert wants to take over the hotel, who knows why. He likes to invade the town square and sometimes will kidnap your Sim. All in all a weird guy.

Lord Mole. I'm in the middle of replaying the game at the moment and so I don't quite remember his full story, but I really wish that he would stop chewing at my powerlines. Prior to his storyline I feel like this guy probably lived in the walls.

Ava Cadavra. Thanks to this little lady, I had Prime Heifer in my basement and half of my hotel guests hypnotised. She wears a rotten egg coloured lipstick which says it all about what type of a person she is.

Horus Menhoset IX. Dug a mummy up in the desert after receiving an anonymous text to tell me about the dark evil in the town and it was this guy. Insane.

Optimum Alfred. Some big robot who was obsessed with cleaning but who was also plotting to mass murder everyone in the town. I am still unclear as to where this maniac spawned from in the first place. I was also given the Ratcave soon after he took over the penthouse so now my Sim gets to karate chop robots and goons ????

Tristan Legend. His girlfriend was literally taken away by scorpions so he chose to catch a meteorite in his bare hands to help him cope. I've seen a lot of mental illness in my time, but this has to be the cherry on top really.

Every character in this game is ultimately insane, from burning your paintings when they're in a bad mood to getting upset from a ghost spawned into the hotel lobby. The glitches, my 13th reason was when Honest Jackson straight up glitched in the game not long after the arrival of Ava and has not returned to the town hall since despite him saying that he is still there. Also, it is very weird that I can walk around the town and pick up nuclear fuel rods with my bare hands, that doesn't sound safe does it? This game is truly terrifying and for that reason I can't stop playing it.

Dont Steal tattoos

Ok, this is not a creating or sims related post but as i was looking for drawing and model of roman or dwayne tattoo for their respective sims i came across a lot of picture of reproduction of them people trying to get tatooed the exact same one. Don’t steal in general actually but when it come to art it s even more personnal and disrecpectfull in another way. Artists put their emotions, their souls, a part of them into their art. As for tattoo, yes some just use it to hang art on their beaudy like a beautifull gallery but for the majority of people their tatt has a meaning, think of it because you see a tattoo on someone and go ohh i like it i want the same: it s not clothing. It a scar in the skin in some way to keep all your life, you can’t go and steal that from someone by copying it, it has a meaning for them. And for polynesian tattoo as it is the main subject here: that goes way behond that. polynesian tatto is history put into ink into ligne and symbol, tradionnal tattoo will tell the story of a person, its family, his rank in society and so much more. When you steal a tattoo you stealing that person history, their fight all of that to wear on yourself.  It s just wrong. So please dont do it, if you like the style of a tattoo great, go find a tattoo artist looking into their style show them the tatto in question and make something with him that is for you, for your story for your life. Plus because i didnt put it clearly it s also a great disrespect not only for the people you re stealing the art from, but from the tattoo artist who made this art came to life. And be sure it will never look the same as original cause you can’t reproduce the hand of a creator, and for polynesian, its the story, its the body, it is made to fit the body. Voilà, i think it s a goood thing to tell and if you style think that a good idea to get tattooes someone else art’s/ you might need a little help to get it through your head that its NOT a good idea.

What is this whole stealing classed for example if i downloded a lot for sims 4 and changed the redesign of the house the windows doors walls etc and them used it on sims is that stealing?

I think you’re asking me what simmers consider or classify as stealing? Until a certain level, this is an individual/subjective feeling. Let me tell what I think and consider as stealing: I will categorize my understanding of stealing creations with four different types (Especially Lots in this case but same goes for Households) ;):

#01 The Bold CopycatRegardless where this Simmer downloads a creator’s lot like Tumblr, Gallery, TSR, CC Finds, Creator’s Blog, etc. and doesn’t do any changes but reuploads somewhere else the exact same lot? Yeah, in that case, this is a bold move and I consider that as 100% stealing. Simply imagine how disappointing that is. All the hours or even days you invested to create it for others to enjoy, and you deserve all the credit but someone else is the attention grabber and claims your creation as theirs. This is not cool, at all! I mean we have a bunch of those Bold Copycats, especially on the Gallery but some also on diverse Social Media Platforms. Fairplay would be nice but sadly we have some “black sheeps” who simply disrespect the hard work a creator puts in their creations for others to enjoy.

#02 The RedesignerThis simmer changes the structure of the building, redesigns the rooms and implements own ideas. Now, in that case, it depends on how similar this build is. This is more an individual (very subjective) feeling what some simmers still consider as stealing. To me personally, everything over 50% is no longer stealing but then I do think why didn’t this simmer simply build it then from scratch themselves? I’m sure this could have been amazing if it would be built from scratch. But you know in that case if credit is given I don’t judge here too hard but it depends.

#03 The ExtractorI don’t consider “extracting” a look (or parts) as stealing if you find elements in a building you love by a creator. Of course, you build this lot from scratch yourself, it has your own design-style and you just add your own touch, even if you don’t add your touch. I view this as “being inspired by”. Many tutorials on Youtube or the #ts4 interior here on Tumblr show a bunch of ideas on how to build something and create some dope fine illusions, styles, designs, etc. A lot of builds by creators can inspire you to recreate certain elements, styles or looks for your own build and I would feel honored if others get inspired by my ideas from my builds.

#04 The UserIf a simmer downloads a lot and redesigns it, changes the structure and may even decide to add CC to that lot but doesn’t upload this creation anywhere and uses them only in their own save file? In your save file you are the Sim-God/Sim-Goddes and you can do whatever the hell you want =D. This is not stealing at all - as long you are not re-uploading it elsewhere. Most creators would still love to be tagged eg if you are a storyteller or if you create a lookbook with a creator’s lot ;)!  A creator loves to see their creations in action and wants to share the joy with you and on top of that, you make them also happy. This is not a must but it’s nice to do and shows that you want them to know how you use it. 

A copycat is scared to be creative but this shouldn’t be the case - everyone tries and fails but you learn and improve. Dear Copycat, trust in your ability that you can also contribute a wonderful creation. Just go for it and trust me getting credit for your own creations is the best reward you can get *___*!

Sims 4 Lore Added Part 1

Hi everyone, so I made some new sims on the gallery #raynesims72, so yeah, I've made drama for the Caliente, Fyres, and I'm about to do the Goths; Bella won't be a part of the Goth family, she'll be in StrangerVille in the trailer park. So yeah, please tell me what you think about the Sims and their stories, especially the Lore that I've added to make the game more interesting. 

Here are some things that I've added for the townies and the people that live there.

Willow Creek:

What's more suspicious is that Katrina's daughters Nina and Dina fall pregnant not long after Katrina finds out she's pregnant. Will Katrina give the money to her two pregnant daughters or the new Caliente growing inside of her? The drama continues as the Calientes move into a lovely house, extremely close to the Goth Family.

Landgrabbs: Nancy now looks completely different, and Johnny Zest is finally related to the Landgrabb family but now how the game depicts. Johnny Zest in my game is the baby daddy for the new Landgrabb daughter, Anastasia (she isn't a part of the game initially, but I added her for drama). What will happen after the Landgrabbs find out that their eldest daughter (she's older than Malcolm) is pregnant with Johnny Zest's baby? Anastasia also doesn't have the Landgrabbs traits like Malcolm and Nancy but has more likable traits like Geoffrey.

First of all I’ve got to apologise for the lack of Golgotha Manor posts recently, I promise they’re coming, it’s just that I’ve been a little preoccupied with putting this together…

Not too long ago I managed to hit 250 followers, which is absolutely insane, I literally cannot find the words to thank you all for following along with my mess of a blog. So I thought that I’d put a little something together for you to try to show my gratitude!

And besides, the mishaps she gets herself into, and the various injuries that they leave her with, just make her look even more menacing. And when you have a baby-face like Evie, you need all the help you can get to strike terror into your enemies’ hearts. The whole reason that Evie turned to crime is down to her face really, and her determination to shed the happy-go-lucky, pretty, girl-next-door persona that everyone seems to have pinned on her. Even when speaking his voice has a sort of musical quality that is so pleasing to the ears that the hairs on the back of your neck stand up to listen, so when he begins to sing it’s as if the notes are spinning themselves into the finest silk and wrapping around you until you feel that you’re as much a part of the song as Adagio is. When he’s not serenading his adoring fans, Adagio can usually be found rhapsodizing about love to…anyone that will listen really. Whether it’s about his latest ventures into the romantic field, or the bewilderment that the rest of the world won’t just forget about conflict and join together in love and harmony really depends on the day though. And with his endless charisma and silky-smooth voice, it seems that Adagio can charm anything that breathes. That might not always be the case though…

You see, her surname wasn’t always spelt with a ‘K’, but when she discovered her 'true calling in life’ was literature, she felt that her lifestyle should coordinate. Her ventures into the world of poetry seem to have made the biggest impact on her though, and, contrary to what her friends will tell you, it’s not because the coffee is free on slam poetry night. When she’s not depicting her first-world struggles through rhyme, she can usually be found crying over a lack of vegetarian options or just nothing at all. I bet people won't notice. I care too much about continuity, as well. When I forget to save and the game crashes while shooting, I try to restore everything again, But with clever camera positions, nobody will see it's a completely different lot.

The problem with the first save was that it was thoroughly decorated, to the smallest details... Too heavy, literally, and that’s why it sank... So if you pay attention, behind Andreas and Yannis there are two versions of the ceramics store, one very rich and the other rather poorly decorated... 

But from now on, different sets will show -- the hotel, inside The Little Mermaid, the supermarket, the beaches -- and different continuity problems might arise, haha! 

Like you said, apart from us creators, who cares or even sees the details that we only notice, right?

He's met with quite a variety of people before even arriving at the hotel! It reminds me of those archetypical journeys in fairy tales and old legends. Maybe he's right, it's all mythological Greece in its modern day disguise.

That is the idea I intended to explore, though not from the very start... But this would involve a lot of thinking and researching, and I’m guessing very few people would perceive that other layer in the story... So I might still be doing it or not.

Your comment made me think of Joseph Campbell talking about the Hero’s Journey, it’s different formats and aspects... Andreas’ is much humbler, though, but still it will bring some, if not a lot, transformation.

It makes me think of Kafka, too, his “The Castle ‘, which is a book that left a deep impression on me. I don’t know at what sources Kafka drank, and I am not intending to say this beginning is Kafka in style, but Andreas never gets to the resort and instead bumps into characters...

The hotel is coming next, I promise!

And this might be a little auto-biographical, or even confessional, since I myself have often looked at people -- especially in Greece, but also in other countries in Europe with lots of history --, to be reminded of a painting or even the description of a fictional character from tales, and start imagining another existence for them, and several stories running through my mind...

I did not have her in mind when I wrote this, but yes, all my friends back then seemed to listen to it and enjoy, while I... all I wanted was anything else!

I have been slowly building that misunderstanding, post by post, since Andreas first laid eyes on Uncle Alcandros, and at each step of their way together... The tourist was/is totally immersed into his own world vision, and this is the first time he opens his eyes to see things as they are around him...

Thank you for teaming with either Konstantinos or Yannis, this makes it more fun to write about Andreas -- who, until now, seems like a butterfly flying from one flower to the next, until it gets caught by the wind and ends up in a garden it doesn’t know where it is :)

Yes, many doors opened, indeed. After all, Andreas is on vacations, arriving on a Greek island, open for friendships (or more than that), willing to have fun...

But as you noticed, so far his most meaningful interaction, though frustrating, was with Konstantinos... While we don’t even know whether the boy lives on Simnos, too...

Though I have shown him in the background in one of the most recent updates, and no one seems to have noticed him ;)

I agree. I'd say the lightning is very characteristic for your style. And of course those andsome male faces.

I like bright lights, and strong colours, don’t I? Except when I’m telling Lord of Sun Shadows and Sailor, that I intend to be gloomy...

After all, this in the story is sunny Greece -- though I’ve experienced rainy days there, too, of course. 

I guess Andreas and Yannis are both handsome, in very different ways...

Why didn't I see before that his eyes have the colour of amber. I really like that and more than once give it to one of my sims.

Depending on the light, they look green sometimes -- but yes, I originally made them the colour of amber.

In RL I know someone who has that eyes color, and it is so striking, isn’t it?!

Andreas is exact 28 yo.

Konstantinos should be only 15, maybe 16, hardly 17, we don’t know that yet...
