🍒 Rick Grimes Pops Your Cherry 🍒
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
warning: age gap, corruption kink, doll kink, breeding kink, obsessive!rick, dark!rick, degradation, choking kink
words: 375
notes: fem!reader, it's short but I hope you enjoy <3 inspired by @sinsandsweetness ˚ʚ🍒ɞ˚
Daydreaming about Rick covering your mouth as he steals your virginity and corrupts your pure body inside the barn, trying to keep you quiet as your dad peacefully sleeps in the house. He whispers and groans, "keep quiet sweetheart, you don't want your daddy to know his little girl is being fucked stupid in his barn, hm?"
you cry and whimper but you try to suppress your moans, obeying the older man like a good girl. "you're such an obedient little doll." he says as he tightens his grip around your waist and forces his cock in your tight virgin hole. Your red heels are unable to balance as he pounds into you, making you stumble and shake. The sight of you in your cute little shorts drives him insane, the one with strawberries and cherries on them. The sounds of your red stockings being ripped apart by the older man as he stretches your tight hole drives you insane.
"How many times do I have to tell you stupid doll? I said the next time I see you in those shorts I was going to drag you inside the barn and pop that cherry of yours."
"I'm sorry! I won't wear them again, I swear!", you cry out but it was already too late. He was already deep inside of you, stretching your body and rearranging your insides.
He grabs a fist full of your hair and pulls you closer, "we both know that's a lie sweetheart."
As Rick's body thrust into you, he couldn't help but think about all the dark and obsessive thoughts that had taken over his mind. He wanted to fuck you into oblivion, to claim you completely and make sure you belonged to him and him alone. The thought of impregnating you crossed his mind, he wanted nothing more than to put a child into your belly.
With a final thrust, he cums deep inside of you, ensuring that every drop would find its way to your egg-filled womb. He groaned in satisfaction, grabbing you by your throat and forcing his tongue into your mouth. You moaned and whimpered as the cum was dripping out of your pretty hole. “You’re mine, you got that? You’re mine and you're going to carry my child.”

Lily's Sister (Part 7)
Regulus Black AU
Summary:  You are Lily’s younger sister. Regulus never becomes a death eater but abandoned his family for the order. The two of you have a love/hate relationship that intensifies after you come back from a year abroad.
Pairings: Regulus Black x Reader
Rating: M- smut
Link to Part 6
_____
“The Mckinnons are dead.”
Those words took a moment to populate in your mind before you were able to react. Your hands automatically went to cover your mouth! While you should be entirely shocked by this news (afterall, people on both sides died). It was still shocking to hear that all of the Mckinnons were dead
Oh Merlin, Marlene!
Your heart ached at the realization that one of your best friends was gone forever.
“Did you say the Mckinnons were dead? Like all of them?”
Regulus questioned. Sirius only nodded. He couldn’t bring himself to repeat it. Knowing yet another one of his childhood friends had met a grizzly fate was something Sirius didn’t want to keep repeating.
Regulus was silent for a moment. While he didn’t give two shits that Noah was dead, the news the whole family was wiped out was shocking. His gray eyes flickered in your direction. You hadn’t said anything since Sirius dropped the news.
“Fuck, now they are wiping out whole families.”
Regulus grumbled before turning his attention back to you. He wrapped a hand around yours gently squeezing.
“I’m going with Remus to set up all of the arrangements. We don’t even know who to contact now that all of them are dead.”
Sirius wasn’t surprised when Regulus didn’t appear at all interested or bothered. This was just typical Regulus Black behavior.
“Yeah, good luck with that.”
Regulus commented before turning to go find fire whiskey.
You, meanwhile, turned your attention back to Sirius.
“Marlene…did it…appear that she suffered?”
Sirius took a shaky breath. He didn’t want to tell you everything. Sure, you had every right to know but this was still one of your best friends.
“Unfortunately, yes. You know what they were up against. I’m sorry about Noah.”
Regulus’ grey eyes flickered in his brother’s direction as you pressed your lips together.
“Noah wasn’t anything special to me, Sirius but thanks. He had no issues giving me hell over dating Regulus earlier today. I suppose I feel bad that I don’t feel bad enough.”
Regulus smirked and took a sip of his drink. Something told him that he would probably have ended up killing Noah for how he talked to you had some death eater not beaten him to the job.
“Well, Noah was awfully jealous of the two of you.”
You only nodded as Lily walked into the room. Her eyes were puffy as she looked in your direction.
“I talked to mum. She’s fixing a roast chicken tonight. Would the two of you feel up to coming with us?”
Regulus instantly made a face. He DID NOT expect to meet your parents that quickly. His evening plans consisted of shoving you in a nice steamy shower and having his way. Now, he had a feeling that he was about to go give your father some cheesy line about how much he liked his daughter.
“I probably shouldn’t introduce myself as the man who makes Y/n’s legs shake.”
Regulus thought with a smirk as Lily turned in his direction. Lily’s smile faded. She was not at all happy with the lover that you decided upon. Lily would have much rather that you ended up with Sirius vs Regulus. She knew that you would have to fight Remus or join some kind of throuple but at least it would be with someone decent.
“You might as well come along too, Regulus. We should get mum and dad introduced as soon as possible.”
“You sound so excited.”
Regulus grumbled before turning back to you. He knew that you weren’t looking forward to going anywhere either. You were devastated about Marlene. Now Lily wanted you to make some kind of social call.
“Sugar, do you want to get this over with or shall we do it at another time?”
Regulus’ voice pulled you from your thoughts. He was hoping that you would say tonight wasn’t a good time but that didn’t happen.
“Lily’s right. We might as well get this over with.”
An hour later, you stood outside of your parent’s home with Regulus at your side. He hadn’t said much since arriving. James was his normal golden retriever self as he reached for the door.
“Hey Regulus, now the heat can be on you. Thank you for coming along and getting it off of my shoulders.”
Regulus gave James a cold glare as the front door opened. You had been thinking of things to say to your parents for some time. Turning up and looking devastated wouldn’t end well. Your mom had a nose like a Doberman and could detect the slightest thing being “off.”
While your parents knew about the war in the wizarding world, they hadn’t been told entirely everything.
“Let's go in here and act like everything is fine. There is no need to worry mum and dad more than necessary.”
Lily commented as her eyes met yours.
“No, there isn’t. They will never sleep at night if they knew everything.”
You replied. James grinned. He wanted nothing more than to ease the tension.
“Maybe you also shouldn’t mention that you are sleeping with Regulus already. Something tells me that won’t go over well.”
“James, I will give you money to shut up.”
Lily grumbled at her husband as your mother opened the door. You were so thankful to see your mother’s warm kind smile. With everything that had happened that day, you needed something warm.
“I’m so happy to see all of you!”
Mrs. Evan said happily before moving to kiss Lily. She quickly grabbed a hold of you next. Wrapping your arms around your mum’s shoulders, you took a moment just breathing her in.
“Hi, mum.”
You said, faking a smile. Silently, you prayed that your mum would buy it. Mrs. Evan’s cupped your face. It was always good to see her baby.
“Y/n, sweetheart, I haven’t seen you in weeks. You are looking well. Are you doing alright? Your eyes look puffy.”
You faked another smile.
“I’m fine, mum. I promise. Mum, I have a boyfriend. This is Regulus. He’s Sirius’ younger brother.”
You watched as your mother took a step back and looked Regulus over. Maybe it would be funny later but your mum reminded you of a wary motherbird.
Mrs. Evans meanwhile, was carefully taking Regulus in. She could tell he was Sirius’ brother. He shared the same perfectly handsome good looks that the boy who had become like a son to her possessed. Something about Regulus, however, was different. He didn’t seem nearly as extroverted as Sirius was.
While Mrs. Evans had her concerns she decided to push those out of her mind for now. She could always talk to you about this more in-depth later.
“Nice to meet you. How long have the two of you been together?”
You had returned back to Regulus’ side and squeezed his hand.
“Officially, yesterday but we’ve been seeing each other for a bit.”
You decided to leave screwing like bunnies as “seeing each other.”
“It's a pleasure.”
Regulus added in a quiet tone. His quiet nature was coming right back out. You hadn’t expected Regulus to chat your parents up as if he had known them for years. In fact, you had expected him to be quiet.
“Come on in, I am finishing the finishing touches on dinner. Your father is in the dining room waiting.”
Mrs. Evan commented in your direction. She decided to let you be the one to drop the whole “boyfriend” topic on your father.
James and Lily walked in as if nothing major was happening. For once, the attention would be off of them. James was looking forward to seeing Mr. Evans lay into Regulus. He didn’t foresee Mr. Evans being too thrilled with Regulus’ reserved nature.
Regulus looked around the home as he followed you down a narrow hallway. His eyes glanced at the family photos lining the hallway. He knew good and well that your family was muggles but seeing no movement in the photographs felt strange to him.
With each step, Regulus could easily point your pictures out. They went all the way from a baby photo up to a family portrait that was recently taken.
“Merlin, she’s stunning.”
Regulus thought with an internal smile as you turned to face him. He suddenly couldn’t remember why he liked to bug you so much in school. Maybe it was because he always liked you but didn’t want to admit it because of your blood status? Now none of that mattered. Regulus didn’t care that you were a muggle-born and, if the two of you had children someday, that they would be half-blooded.
“Children? What the fuck? Where did that come from?”
Regulus thought, in total confusion. The two of you had been dating officially for a day and here he was being dopey thinking about you. Regulus didn’t know how to exactly process that thought. Never before, in the history of his life, had Regulus ever been this “feeling” over. You were making him question everything about himself. Since when did Regulus even entertain the thought of having children? As far as he was concerned, Regulus hated children. Now...he wasn't so sure about that topic.
“What is this girl doing to me?”
Mr. Evans’ talking pulled Regulus from his frantic thoughts. Regulus quickly looked to the middle-aged man who had stood from his place at that table.
You had let go of Regulus’ hand to go hug your father.
“Dad, it's good to see you.”
You said as your father kissed your cheek.
“It's good to see you too, sweetpea. What’s new?”
You turned your attention back to Regulus. Had the situation not been a bit tense, you would have made a joke about how Regulus looked ready to run right back out the front door.
“Dad, this is my boyfriend, Regulus.”
You chuckled at the expression of sheer annoyance on your father’s face. Mr. Evans had the same reaction when he met James or Vernon for the first time. According to your father, no man was ever good enough for his daughters.
Mr. Evans looked Regulus over carefully. The boy in front of him looked less than pleased to be in his home. Something about the perpetually bored expression on Regulus’ face made Mr. Evans raise an eyebrow.
“Ah, what to do you know? So, Regulus, what do you do for a living?”
Regulus didn’t let his cool calm composure falter.
“I’m the muggle equivalent of a lawyer.”
You looked between Regulus and your father with a wary look.
“We went to school together.”
You added. Your father nodded before turning his attention back to James. Mr. Evans would ask his own questions later.
You edged your way to where Regulus stood as your mother called Lily into the kitchen to help with dinner. It was no secret that your mother was interrogating Lily about Regulus.
“Well, that was exciting.”
Regulus said in a soft tone. You winced.
“Want to come see my old room?”
Regulus quickly looked up at your father. The last thing that he really wanted was for Papa Bear to hear that.
“Don’t you think they will notice that we have gone missing?”
Regulus questioned. You rolled your eyes.
“It will be fine. They won’t notice anything. Dad is grilling James and mum is busy with Lily. We will have a few moments.”
With that, you turned and pulled Regulus out of the room toward the stairs. After the day that the two of you had, you had an itch that only Regulus would be able to fix.
Regulus, meanwhile, was chuckling to himself. Did he realize that you were this big of a tart? No. He expected you to be a little more tame but, as usual, you were proving to him that he was right about nothing.
You opened the door with a smirk. As Regulus walked past you, you reached out slapping him on the ass. It took Regulus all of three seconds to pull you into the room and shut the door. You were pushed against the door and had Regulus pressed against you before you were able to register what exactly happened.
“You’re going to pay for that, little girl.”
Regulus said in a stern voice. He reached down to wrap his hand around your thigh, hoisting it over his hip, You bit your bottom lip as Regulus shoved your head to the side.
“I hope that I do.”
You replied. Regulus leaned down to kiss your neck.
“And you said that I was slut.”
Regulus murmured against your neck before biting down. His breath was hot against your skin with each kiss and nibble. You took your want out, casting a silencing spell on the room before moaning. Regulus moved his hands down to cup your breasts. He squeezed and teased your nipples through your dress.
“Let's see how ready you are.”
Regulus said, in that dominating tone that made your clothes fall off. His hand slid up your thighs. You gasped feeling the coolness of his rings on your skin. The moment that Regulus made contact with your bare flesh, he froze.
“No panties and making love in your childhood bedroom…such a naughty thing.”
Regulus said as he stroked his finger over your pussy lips. They parted easily for his fingers. You were swollen and puffy. Regulus used the pad of his longest finger to tease your clit. He rubbed softy at first before rubbing harder. You cried out, your breath ragged and knees shaking"
“Come for me, sugar, Come for me now or I’ll lay over my lap and spank you. You’ll have to go downstairs and face your parents with a red little ass.”
Regulus whispered in your ear. You did exactly as Regulus told you. You came in a deep and shuddering orgasm. Regulus held you close, feeling the pleasure energy run through your body.
“I would love a blow job but we don’t have the time. We can’t let your mummy and daddy know what I’m up here doing to your little twat.”
Regulus said with an evil little smile. He slowly unbuckled his belt and pushed his pants down enough to get his cock free. Regulus was half tempted to leave you like this. Make you face your parents, still wet and frustrated…but he couldn’t be that cruel. Especially not after he removed his free hand from your body and it was soaking wet. You were most definitely going to have your pussy stretched.
Regulus was hard and aching for you. It was still amazing how you were like sexual kryptonite to him. It wouldn’t make much more than a wanting look from you for Regulus to be ready for whatever could happen.
“Please, Reggie…”
You whimpered as he continued to tease your opening with the head of his cock.
“Fuck, sugar. You beg so pretty.”
Regulus groaned before pushing his hips up enough to completely sheath himself inside of you. He set up a nice steady pace, pumping in and out of you. You put a finger on your clit and strummed it in time to Regulus’ thrusts. It didn’t take Regulus long to feel your orgasm building. Each time your pussy spasmed around his cock, Regulus felt the burning need to come building within himself too.
Your eyes were closed in ecstasy with each snap of Regulus’ hips. How you would face your parents all flushed was a mystery that you weren’t ready to think of yet. Regulus whimpered your name before coming hard within you.
“You really are a little tart.”
Regulus murmured as he leaned down to kiss you once more. You giggled against his mouth.
“And you love it.”
Regulus was about to say something cheeky but froze hearing Lily calling your name…

First Impressions With; James Potter (Marauders)
Tumblr media
A/N: Holy shit, hello again. Been a damn minute, six month hiatus yet again. First semester of college kicked my ass, but I can’t get this idea out of my head lately. To anyone who reads and even enjoys, please leave a comment. I love any and all feedback. Missed you guys, sorry I was MIA. :)
Summary: The one where you finally confront the egotistical chaser for Gryffindor, and realize things aren’t always as they seem.
TW: Descriptions of assault, attempted assault, ect. It’s lengthy asf apologies in advance
Tumblr media
James Potter is undoubtedly the most insufferable, pompous, self-absorbed asshole to ever grace Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
You’re sure of it.
At least, that’s what you keep telling yourself as you grip the chilled glass of firewhisky between Lilly and Marlene. Watching the raven-haired boy amongst his friends in the Gryffindor common room. It’s a fairly relaxed night, you’d save the real partying for the weekends. Though you’d all survived a particularly difficult potions exam, and found it more than enough means to celebrate with a small get-together. There isn't much to worry about when it came to drinking under school-roof. Seeing as your prefect was one of the many students indulging in the nights activities, nursing his own glass along his friends. Remus is a sandy-haired, soft spoken student you’ve come to know through Lily and Marlene.
It’s a wonder he even gives the rambunctious Potter the time of day, let alone choose to call him a friend.
“Head boy, can you believe they’ve considered appointing him head boy for next year? James Potter, having authority over even the prefects, what a load of crap.”
“He’s not that bad, he’s actually quite pleasant at times.” You shoot a look to your redheaded best friend, who’d see the good in even the worst of people.
“Respectfully, Lilly, if I were to maliciously pour this drink onto your lap, you’d forgive me in a millisecond. I don’t necessarily trust your character judgement.”
“Ever the dramatic, y/n. And I’d forgive you because I love you, but not after ‘accidentally’ spilling my drink on you.” She kisses the crown of your head cheekily before grabbing you and Marlene’s empty glasses, seeking to refill them. You wave her affection off despite the blush of your cheeks.
And then Potter says something that catches your attention almost instantly.
“Where do you think the lonely bloke is now? Probably in his dorm, moping about like always.” The fellow sixth year seems to have had half a glass too many, sudden passionate disdain for the Slytherin hadn’t been a topic the entire night.
“You a fan of his, Potter?” You snap from the couch across him, catching the attention of the burly kid and his friends. The alcohol in your system also the cause of such an abrupt remark.
“Sorry?” He asks through a half-hearted laugh, incredulous gaze revealing the intense hazel in his eyes you hadn’t noticed before.
“Are you a fan, would you like an autograph or something? I only ask because he’s almost all you talk about. And you can’t seem to leave him alone.” Marlene straightens beside you, sharing a confused look with the rest of the boys sat beside James. Who quirks his head at your irritated tone.
“And you are?”
“Tired of your bullshit, leave the kid alone.” You’ve honestly been waiting for give the Chaser a piece of your mind since you saw him trip the sullen Slytherin in the library. You hate a bully, and you’d be damned to stand by and watch. Not to mention his incessant pestering of your kind-hearted best friend, who returns to you with full glasses and a stern look pointed your way. You ignore her silent disciplining, too enveloped in your staring match with the boy opposite you.
“Just a bit of fun, love. Nothing to get upset about.” Sirius, another acquaintance through your girlfriends, attempts to ease the tension. Setting a hand on James’ tensing shoulder.
“I don’t think he’s having much fun. Seems a bit one sided if you ask me.”
“But we didn’t. Ask you, I mean.” You cock your head, pleasantly surprised at Potter’s wit. Having mistaken him for the dumb on the spot type.
Maybe it’s not your business, maybe your actions are making an enemy for no reason. But you know the likes of James Potter.Coming from a wealthy, well-known wizard family. And Snape, who was a half-blood, and not a wealthy one at that. At least, you’d assumed from his hand-me-down robes and unkept clothes on the train your first year at Hogwarts. He’d confided in Lily a couple times, and from what you could understand he was simply a quiet boy who was terribly misunderstood. Being a half-blood yourself, you’d fallen victim to some snotty comments from other students. And if Potter’s quarrel with the boy was due to his status and lack of pure-blood, you wouldn’t dare let him get away with it.
“Maybe we should head up to the dorm-” Marlene starts before James interjects.
“Nonsense, we were just leaving. Have a wonderful rest of your night Marlene, Lills, and-” He pauses, eyes narrowing in silent challenge.
“Y/n.” You deadpan, pretending not to notice the anxious expressions of the boy’s friends and those of your own beside you.
He hums, giving you a once over before finishing the remaining contents of his glass in an embellished swoop. Setting it down with an intensity that makes Remus cringe. “Y/n.” He tests the word on his lips, tongue running over his teeth with a vexed smirk. “Pleasure, truly.”
“I’m sure.” You quip instantly, taking a particularly large sip of your own drink and tilting your glass in farewell. He scoffs, turning on his heel and heading to the boys’ dormitory without another word.
“Alright, what the fuck was that?” Dorcas accuses, having silently entered the room amongst the commotion. Her astonishment pulls a laugh from you, and Lilly’s eyes widen tenfold.
“Laughing, she’s laughing? Merlin, you amaze me!”
“I’m right, aren’t I? He’s mean to that poor boy for no reason. He’s pompous Lilly, thinks he’s better than some of us for being muggle-born. I wont tolerate it.”
“Has he said that? Has he personally told you that?”
“Doesn’t have to.” You cross your arms, defensive.” She only throws her arms up in exasperation as you begin to aid Marlene in cleaning up the room.
“He’s a bit messy as well.” The dark-haired girl holds up his empty glass, biting back a smile when Lilly smacks her palm to her forehead, exasperated.
***********
You’re at an actual party this time when you interact with James Potter again.
Ravenclaw is hosting after a successful round of midterms has finished. You can finally shake the mid-semester stress away and enjoy yourselves for the few days break you receive from classes. It took longer than expected to enter the house’s commons. Sirius had reassured you all he knew the riddle to get inside, until he in fact, did not know the riddle, and you were all left coughing through a fit of charmed smoke. Until a a soft-spoken second year, no less, walked by and allowed the group of you in.
“Beautiful, you’ve just earned yourself a glass of firewhisky, love.” Sirius yelps when Remus smacks him upside the head, watching as the younger student slips past the rest of you, past the celebratory atmosphere and straight to the dorms. The common room has been charmed to prohibit any students younger than sixth years of entering, thank Merlin.
Those from their respective houses usually enter these parties together, so you’re unfortunately grouped in with the marauders. Including James, who avoids any and all eye contact with you. Both of you sporting deep scowls until you’re finally able to disperse. Most older Hufflepuffs are already there, and Slytherin is the last to enter. Waltzing in with bottles of alcohol they most definitely wont share, contrary to the generosity of the other houses. Who all usually trade bottles of their specialty drinks to one another.
“I’m gonna grab a drink, what do you guys want?” You shout over the music and boisterous laughter emanating from the room, admiring the bronze and blue decorum of the foreign commons. Theres a universal “surprise me” from your girlfriends, and you head off to the drink table with a curt nod. There’s an array of liquors and mixers on the table, and you survey the options before deciding on a simple handful of Hog’s Head brews.
“I don’t take a girl like you to be so keen of draft beer.” Noah Lyre, a stalky seventh year smiles wickedly beside you. Like most Slytherins, a hint of judgement in his tone. “Here, try some of this, my own concoction.”
“I’m alright, thanks.” You offer a tight-lipped smile, nose scrunching from the bitter smell emanating from the shiny black flask from even a foot away. He takes a step closer, to which you raise your brows.
“I insist, you’ve got to at least try it.” He moves the flask toward you once more. To which you stick your hand out, irritated with his wandering eyes and unwavering persistence.
“I said I’m good, thanks.” Is all you say before side-stepping his towering figure and heading back toward your friends. Passing out their respective drinks and taking a few gulps of yours, attempting to brush the creepy interaction off.
“Everything alright?” Marlene leans close so you can hear her, you offer a reassuring smile and a quick nod.
“I think this is the part where you ask Sirius to dance, considering he’s been eyeing you since we got here.” You tease, Lilly and Dorcas following your eyes across the room where the marauders are settled. Sharing a round of shots and shaking their heads to rid themselves of the bitter taste. Marlene steps forward at Dorcas’ shoving, shooting the three of you a half-assed glare before headed toward the boys. Amongst them, James hasn’t rid himself of that pitiful look. Wallowing beside his cheerful friends and taking large sips of the drink in hand. You meet his eyes for a split second, heads ripping away from one another’s direction as if the actions singed your skin.
“Dorcas, look.” Lilly nudges the shorter girl excitedly in the direction of a Hufflepuff on the other side of the room. “It’s that sweet girl from potions who asked me about you, go talk to her!” Dorcas looks terrified, vehemently shaking her head as Lilly grabs her forearm.
“Absolutely not, I’ll make a fool of myself.”
“You will not! C’mon, I’ll introduce you.” The red-head beams as she tugs her along. You ignore the burning glare you receive as you ignore her mouthed ‘help me’ as she’s whisked away.
*******
The atmosphere’s become increasingly chaotic as the night pushes on. You’ve shared a few shots with Marlene and some other acquaintances from your classes. Having just left a rambunctious game of truth or drink before hading into the hall. Not quite near the dormitories, afraid of disturbing any sleeping students, you simply seek a little more quiet. Just near the communal bathrooms, you’re stood admiring a painting of Rowena Ravenclaw. Watching as an eagle swoops by in the background.
“There you are, I’ve been looking all over for you.” You spin on your heel to see Noah, significantly drunker now as compared to his last appearance
“I think you’ve got the wrong person.” You cross your arms, taking a couple steps back as he stumbles toward you.
“No, I don’t think so.” He sneers, same lustful eyes raking over your form. You square your shoulders at an attempt to appear bigger than you are, heart racing at the oncoming severity of the situation. He reaches out to play with a strand of your hair and you fight a gag at the overwhelming smell of liquor leaking from his pores.
“My friends will be wondering where I am, see you around.” You force out, attempting to shuffle past him when he takes strong hold of your wrist. Grip so tight you lose your breath. He tugs you into his chest, sneering when you struggle in his grasp.
“Get the fuck off me.” You all but shout, panic shooting through your chest when he backs you into a wall.
“Where are you going, love? I just got here.”
“Let me go, I fucking mean it.” You stomp on his foot, crying out when he he pulls you forward and smacks you against the wall. The back of your head coming into contact with the painting. Distantly, you hear the enchanted eagle squeak in surprise.
Your cries for help are muffled when he wraps his hand around your throat, forcing the air from your lungs as your eyes go wide in terror.
“Just behave, sweetheart. This’ll be so much more enjoyable if you do.” Tears prick at your eyes not only from the inability to breathe but from his revolting words. Faintly, you hear the unclasping of a belt buckle as you writhe and kick with all your might. He’s much larger than you are, though, pressing the force of his entire body weight onto you to cease your fight. With his free hand, Noah enclasps both of your wrists together and forces them above your head and against the cold, hard stone. You feel his lips graze your jaw as bile rises in your throat, mentally preparing for whats to come next before he’s suddenly ripped off of you.
You collapse to the floor, clutching your throat and gasping for air. The room spins, and you shake your head to come to your senses. It’s dark in this hall, but it’s clear whoever has the Slytherin blonde in his grasp is severely beating the shit out of him. You stumble to your feet, wiping the blurred moisture from your eyes to gather yourself. It’s then you realize the identity of the assailant. Unmistaking the familiar head of dark curls and tall, brooding figure.
James. Fucking. Potter.
Potter, landing blow after blow, doesn’t stop his assault even as blood (and what looks like a couple teeth) spews from Noah’s mouth.
You try to speak, but your own voice fails you. Strained and cracking from the pressure it’s been under. You cough, trying again with your hands out in front of you.
“J-James!” Is all you manage, croaked and unfamiliar to your ears. It’s the first time you’ve ever voiced his first name aloud. This must stun him, too, because he pauses his assault to look over his shoulder at you. Noah groans underneath him, and the disheveled Gryffindor spits on the floor next to him in utter disgust. There’s a final blow to his head that makes you wince, and Noah’s out cold.
James stands, wobbling for just a moment before he straightens. Rolling his neck in a slow circle, strained with effort. You take in his sharp, handsome features, still in pure shock. He takes in your trembling form and immediately snaps his head away. You quirk a brow, confused when he shakes his jacket off his shoulders and holds it out to you. Only when you look down do you realize your blouse has been torn. Quickly taking the fabric and wrapping it around your shoulders with deep embarrassment and misplaced shame.
Silently, James uncuffs his sleeves and rolls them up toward his elbows. “I’m gonna kill him,” he grabs the unconscious boy by the collar and pulls his arm back to lay yet another punch before you stop him. Hands clasped around his veined forearm and pulling it down.
“You’ll be expelled!”
“Fuck’s that matter?”
“You’re not thinking straight, look at him. He’s out, he wont be getting up any time soon. It’s fine, it’s over”
“It’s not fine. Nothing about this is fine.” He’s hot with anger, running a hand through his tousled hair and grimacing at the pain that shoots through up his arm.
“Your hands.” You whisper, to which the boy surveys his own handiwork, covered in blood and cut up from his own rings. He shrugs, eyes narrowing as he notices the uncontrollable trembling of the appendages. You reach out to touch them, but he pulls away. Afraid of any further pain. You pull your hands to your chest, shocked at the red marks already forming all over your wrists.
“You alright?” He mutters, tone softer than you’ve ever heard before. It’s odd, the sudden quiet of it all. Only the muffled music from the common room to be heard in the background.
“Better off than him, I suppose.” You make a meek attempt at a joke, nudging the bloodied boy on the floor with your foot.
To your surprise, three Slytherin boys scurry into the hallway. Stopping short in their tracks with mouths open wide. James steps in front of you without a second thought, wiping the excess blood onto his trousers and nodding his head toward the unconscious kid in front of him.
“Get him out of my fucking sight.” The trio doesn’t speak, shuffling into action the instant he finishes the command. It’s a struggle for them to lift up the dead weight, but they move fast enough after James releases an exasperated sigh. Right as they exit, James’ friends and your own stop dead in their tacks, trying to process all they’ve just seen. In the other room, the music cuts short, you and James both pull a face in understanding. This’ll be the talk of the school for the next week.
“We should go. All of us.” Remus announces, the rest of you nod. Your friends are on you in an instant, tugging the jacket tighter around you and checking your body for further injury. You let them hover, knowing they must be in almost as much shock as you. It’s a wordless shuffle back to the dorms, the boys ensuring their bodies shield your own as you make your way through the halls. You separate when you reach the common room of Gryffindor, and James is the last pair of eyes you meet with before sulking into your respective dorms.
It’s only when you reach your bed do you allow yourself to be overcome with sobs. The weight of all thats happened collapsing in on you. All the girls can do is stroke your hair and whisper idle reassurances. When you finally relax a little, Marlene waves her wand over your head. Casting a peaceful sleep spell to get you through the night.
**********
Taking the steps up into the boy’s dormitory has your heart racing. The memories of last night never having left your mind. Despite the lingering, slight hangover you’re fighting, the only real evidence of the assault is the bruising on your neck and wrists, faded now that Lilly’s cast a charm on them. The deep, purple marks, and the whispers of fellow students. Unsurprisingly, word got out about what happened, and there’s been a lot of stares. After a concise meeting with McGonagall, Noah’s been expelled. You overhear in a hushed conversation between a few third-years that he’d walked out of his dorm with his belongings in hand, head hanging low to conceal the developing shiners on his face. A few slow, deep breathes, to ground yourself before knocking on the door.
It’s Sirius who answers, offering the same sympathetic gaze you’ve been receiving all morning.
“Hey, love.” He offers simply, studying your anxious form.
“Hi, I didn’t mean to bother you guys I just...” You fumble over words despite having rehearsed this scenario a million time in the past hour. “I just wanted to return this to James, he lent it to me last night. I also never got to thank him, so please extend my gratitude when you see him.” You extend your arms, offering him the fabric in hand. Expecting him to accept it and bid you farewell. Cringing when you think you sound too formal and, well, rehearsed.
“Nonsense, you can tell him yourself when he comes back. He was called to Dumbledore’s office but he should be back any minute.” He reads your sullen expression at the mention of potential discipline for an incident he didn’t have to get involved in, but he waves his hand dismissively.
“Dumbledore knows what happened, might revoke a few points form Gryffindor but Prongs won’t be punished. It was self defense, really.” The raven haired boy comes to realize rambling on about the traumatic events are most likely not what you need to hear right now, so he clears his throat and smiles once again. Sirius Black, of course, does the complete opposite of what you’d expect him to do. Stepping aside to welcome you in. “Come in, come in, Remus just started a pot of tea.”
“Oh, no, thank you. I didn’t mean to intrude I just meant to drop this off and-”
“Please, we insist. Besides, I’ve been meaning to talk to you.”
“You have?”
“Of course.” There’s a few beats of silence, and you accept the cup of tea Remus offers with a kind smile. Feeling utterly undeserving of such gestures due to your last interaction. Sirius, realizing he’s supposed to be leading the conversation, then continues...
“I simply need to get to know any girl who can make Prongs speechless. And you did, in the common room the other night.”
“About that, I just wanted to apologize. I think I gave off the wrong impression and-”
“You can’t be serious, we loved it!” Sirius interrupts passionately.
“It was a little harsh, sure.” Remus translates for his dear friend, as usual. Albeit true. James can come off a little...” He searches for the appropriate words, handing Sirius a steaming cup as he continues. “...Brooding, at times. But he means well. He has a good heart, just a little ‘do before you think or say’ kind of guy.”
“So I’ve noticed.” You joke, not unkind.
“See! That there. You’re quite witty, and fiery as well. James needs that in his life!” Your eyes widen at his presumption, Remus winces.
“What he means to say, is James is quite stubborn. And doesn’t always listen to us when we try to nudge him in the right direction.” The lanky boy recovers, not before shooting Sirius a look.
“And I do?” You laugh, amused at the absurdity of such a notion.
“Yes.” They chime in unison, Sirius delighted in the abashed heat that singes your skin. He grips the chair in front of you, and you suddenly feel very small in their kitchenette of their dorm.
“Prongs, James, is not silenced very often, if at all. He was mute for like, two whole days after your little argument in commons.”
“Right.” You mutter, shame heavy in your tone. “I see now it was a bit, bitchy of me.” The two are a little taken aback by your language, though you continue anyway. “I didn’t have all the details about the situation. I just felt I had to say something...My mom’s a muggle, and I don’t know. I got defensive at the notion that he was the type of person to see her as less because she isn’t a witch. I made an assumption, a wrong one at that, and I feel terrible about it. Especially after last night.” Keys clatter as you finish, and you’re stunned to see James at the doorway, having heard your entire spiel.
“Oh, hey” You mutter plainly, horribly embarrassed.
“Hello.” James swallows, fiddling with the worn wrap covering his hand. “Does it hurt much?”
“Sorry?”
“The bruising,” he motions to his neck in reference to yours, and you realize Lilly’s charms have completely worn off now. You caress the tender skin with a wince, smiling softly in reassurance to the concerned looks it earns. You take out your wand, aiming to perform the spell once again before James shakes his head. “Don’t. You shouldn’t have to hide what happened. He should live with the shame. Should have kept hitting the bastard.” He mutters the last part to himself, fist closing tightly and then releasing, jaw tensing as he recalls the conflict.
“I think he got the message, Prongs.” Remus mumbles idly. James only shakes his head, clearing his throat and once again fiddling with the wraps around his hand.
“You should probably change those. Here, let me help.” You get up from your seat, surprising even yourself as you approach the much taller boy. opening the discarded first aid kit strewn on the kitchen counter, they must have left it out in last  night’s commotion.
“It’s fine, really. I’ve had worse.” James tries to pull away but you grab his arm and bring it toward you. Eyes full of such sincerity the boy finds his mouth has gone dry. He hadn’t noticed how bad the bruising was until now. Up this close, he can see the discoloration shaping out where Noah’s fingers were. It makes his stomach turn, flashes of the image forever ingrained in his mind. He can only imagine how it must be for you. And despite your strained relationship, James Potter comes to the conclusion that he’s been awfully concerned over your well-being the past 24 hours.
“Please, it’s the least I can do.” Silently, you unravel the fraying wrap from his hands.
“You know it’s against school policy, James. Laying your hands on another student. I should expel you.”
“Professor-”
“No matter, I understand the reason behind your actions. While I won’t tolerate any more violence on your behalf, I think you did what was...necessary.”
James only nods, eager to go back to his dorm hide under his duvet. It’s all been so overwhelming. The stares, the whispers, the shaky feeling he’s had all say. Knowing you must be experiencing it tenfold.
“Now, please Mr. Potter, straight to your dormitory. And try and look as though I’ve actually disciplined you.”
James snaps out of his thoughts when you flinch. In his daze, he’d reached out toward your neck. And although you’re certain he’d never harm you, you’ve been avoiding any physical touch since the incident.
“Sorry, so sorry.” He manages dumbly, avoiding the not so subtle gawking of his friends. They know the boy better than himself, and know when he’s smitten over someone. Fuck, had he really just thought that?
“It’s alright. I’m still a little jumpy I guess.” You say plainly, not quite gathering the weight of your words until you notice their collective reactions. You hate it, the pitiful gazes. Looking at you as if one wrong move could break you.
“Sirius, we have to go do that thing.” Remus grabs the former by his arm, pulling him past you and James and toward the door. Sirius, still staring at the pair of you, clutches onto any furniture that will halt his friends actions.
“No, there is nowhere we need to be, I’m perfectly fine right here!” He shouts in a panic, seemingly enamored with the two of you.
“It’s very urgent, the thing we need to do. See you both at dinner.” Remus hurries his farewell, tugging a pouting, squirming Sirius all the way.
“It was just getting good!” You hear from down the hall before James shuts the door with his foot.
“What’s gotten into them?”
“You should know they are almost always that insufferable.” James deadpans, though there’s a faint fondness in his tone. You know he loves them much more than he’d like to admit. It’s endearing. You've just referred to James Potter as endearing...What a bizarre 24 hours.
“I don’t think I’ve said thank you yet.” You laugh, despite the absurdity of it all.
“No need to thank me.” He only shakes his head, watching as you pour a small container of bewitched ointment onto a cotton ball. It smells strongly of herbs and peppermint, and the muscled, supposedly tough sixth year pulls his hand away before you can dab it onto his knuckles with a small grunt.
“C’mon, I haven’t even started.” It’s the first time in a while he’s seen you genuinely smile since everything happened. You like to tease James Potter, and he likes it too.
“Smells awful, I’ll get Remus to find a healing spell.”
“You need topical medicine, not a spell that will ware off.” You tug at his arm once again, both shocked at the force of it, so strong he has to take a step forward. Close enough to feel the warmth emanating from you. He’d probably be able to smell your hair too, if the horrid ointment was capped. He’s once again taken aback by his own longing thoughts. Just two days ago, Potter considered you an enemy.
He sucks his teeth when you begin to apply the medicine, doing your best to be gentle. You pause, waiting for his signal to continue.
“Didn’t tell me it was gonna sting.”
“Would you have let me put it on if I did?” You shoot him that incredulous look again, and James has to bow his head so he can manage to speak. You’re much too intense for him to bear, he thinks. And he then understands how much trouble these feelings will get him in.
“There is a need. To thank you, I mean.” Unable to control the shudder of your shoulders when he releases a deep, pained breath from your work. Hoping he hasn’t noticed.
“Y/n, I already said-”
“James,” There’s his name on your lips again. And it seems the two of you recognize its foreign nature once more. “If you hadn’t stepped in he could have-” You stop yourself, swallowing hard to fight the nausea. “You and I both know what could have happened. I didn’t...I haven’t taken that gesture lightly. Let me appreciate that.” You’re stern albeit no less kind as you begin to re-wrap his knuckles. Skin grazing his as you go. He’s silent, staring so reverently it takes your breath away. “Thank you.”
“Welcome.” He whispers, and you swear you see. For only a millisecond, James Potter’s eyes avert to your lips. And you think he might kiss you. And you think you might want him to. He pushes a strand of hair from your face, leaning even closer to you. You blink, slow with a reminder breathe, as you realized you hadn’t been the last few seconds. His hand trails down to your jaw, gently tilting your head up toward him. You let your lids closing, awaiting his lips on yours at any moment.
“We should put ice on it.”
“What?” Your eyes shoot open, and James has just most definitely fucked that up.
“Your neck. There could be swelling.”  He attempts to caress the skin there, but you step back, ears burning hot with embarrassment. Why did you think he was gonna kiss you, why did you want him to?
“Oh, sure. Right.” You watch as he fumbles about to the fridge, grabbing an ice pack and wrapping it in a paper towel before outstretching his hand toward you. Internally cringing when you take et instead of allowing him to place it on you. Merlin, I’m an idiot.
“Dinner. We should go eat.” You collect yourself, moving toward the door when James nods hurriedly.
“Right, dinner. I’m starving, actually” He fumbles horribly, wincing at the crack in his voice. “I’ll meet you down there.” You nod, reaching for the door when he stops you.
“Y/n?” You halt instantly, turning on your heel in hopes you haven fucked up as royally as you assume. The chaser scratched the back of his neck with a pained smile. “Thank you for returning the jacket. And, uh.” He gestures with his hands in reference to the bandaging. All you manage is a tight-lipped smile. And he swears he sees a hint of moisture pricking at your eyes, mouth agape to say something, anything. But you’re out the door before he can even blink. Not hearing the flood of curses escaping his mouth after kicking the kitchen bin in a fit of anger, clutching the now throbbing foot and hopping around the room like the bumbling idiot he is.
***********
Dinner is weird. Really weird. Sirius insists you and your girlfriends sit with the marauders. Taking you by the shoulders and sitting you right beside a silent James. Marlene and Lilly were delighted, having always wanted to sit by the boys. Though with your not-so-secret disdain for Potter had always made meals a little weird before. You’d talk mostly to Dorcas, who was always eager for good conversation if it meant she could listen and not have to talk as much as you did. You understood her quiet nature more than the other girls, and often borrowed whatever book she’d be willing to lend you in leu of shared analysis.
But now, Dorcas was looking between you and James with a shit-eating smirk. Much like that of Remus beside her, who pretended to be more interested in the book in hand rather than the two in front of him. Pushing the food around on their plate idly, whatever bites taken were chewed slow and with deep thought.
“This is nice,” Sirius chimes cheekily. “All of us, eating together. I think we’ve found ourselves an established group. Don’t ya think, Prongs?”
“What?” The boy voices beside you, much too loud to be appropriate. You’re both still getting stares from some of your peers. Although most of the buzz of what’s happened having worn off, now you’re seen sitting right beside one another. Bandages and all.
A couple of Slytherin girls make their gossip particularly obvious across the room, one of them pointing at you as the rest giggle along. You sink impossibly closer into your seat.
“Ignore them.” James mutters, practically seething as he stares them down. “They have half a mind to start double checking the locks on their doors. Seeing as that’s the type of boys they have lingering about in their house.” He finishes dryly, doing a double take when he finally glances your way. Fists clenched in rage once more as you blink away tears.
“He’s gone now, for good.” Marlene reassures, flicking Sirius on the forehead when he does little to conceal his searching of your teary eyes.
“How’s it feel, the bruising. You think the ice helped any?” James asks for what is likely the tenth time since you’ve sat down. Gently knocking your arm away that tries to stop him from taking hold of your chin. Surveying the discolored skin with a deep frown.
“Probably in the same condition as it was ten minutes ago. And the ten minutes before that.” Black deadpans, yelping when Lily kicks his shin from under the table. Smiling sweetly when you and James jerk your heads toward the commotion.
“Let’s change topics, yeah? Remus, how’s that book you’re reading there.” The sandy-haired boy is mid bite when she asks, mortified all the attention has turned to him.
“Lovely,” is all he manages, swallowing thickly.
“I’m gonna head up to bed.” You announce, tossing your napkin onto your barely touched plate of food with a feigned smile. They all straighten, offering a chorus of soft- spoken ‘goodnights’ as you rise from your seat.
“I’ll come with you.” Lilly moves to get up, but you wave your hand.
“No need, I’ll manage. See you up there.” You gather your things before heading toward the large doors of the great hall. Pulling up the collar of your dress shirt as you feel a few pairs of eyes follow you.
James scrambles from the table without a word, hot on your heels as you both exit.
“Y/n, wait up. Y/n!” You cease your movements, so sudden James has to steady himself on your shoulders. You look around, glaring at a few fourth years as they gawk at you. Whispering all the way. You pul your shoulder back to leave his grasp, guilt overcoming you when a flash of hurt overcomes his features.
“People are watching, Potter.” You mutter, paranoid eyes darting around you. James stiffens, pained by your sudden formalities.
“So what? Let them say whatever they’re gonna say. We know what happened.” He crosses his arms, brows taught with tension.
“It’s not that easy for me.” You defend, fiddling with your collar once again.
“I told you to stop covering that,” James reaches out to adjust the fabric himself. Further irritated when you pull his hand away.
“They aren’t going to spin this on you, James. You don’t understand.”
“I don’t understand, I think I’m well aware of whats gonna happen. This is all gonna blow over, and this school will be better off without that piece of shit.”
“No!” You blench at your own volume, shaking your head before continuing. “You want to know what they’ll say Potter? That I asked for it.” James steps back, disgusted at the notion.
“Why on Earth would they say that?”
“Because that’s what some people say to make themselves feel safer, it’s easier to blame me than him.” You shrug, throat tightening at the realization.
“Where’s this coming from?”
“There was a note, in the girls lavatory. Dorcas tried to throw it away so I wouldn’t see but, I did.” James studies your face, awaiting you to continue with soft eyes. “Some Slytherins are saying I made it up, since Noah’s such a good Quidditch player, was gonna be captain next year.”
“Good at Quidditch player, he’s a beater thats hit three of his teammates because he can’t aim.” It forces a strained chuckle from you, and you only shake your head.
“Doesn’t matter James, they’re saying I got him expelled for Gryffindor’s team because we’re-” You stop yourself, somehow even more uncomfortable.
“We’re what?” He cocks his head when you motion between yourselves, sighing at his confusion.
“That we’re together, James.”
“Oh.” He scratches his nose, shuffling through the beats of awkward silence.
“Yeah.”
“Well it’s all bullshit, why are you letting it get to you?” You practically draw in on yourself at his words, fresh tears begging to escape your eyes at his unbeknownst cruelty.
“Right, it’s all bullshit. You’re right, I should just let it go. We can get back to our normal routines and everyone will see it isn’t true.” You attempt to turn away from him, but he grabs the fabric of your robes.
“I’m sorry,” he laughs despite himself. “Am I missing something here?”
You falter, opening your mouth to respond but not quite sure what to say. He looks genuinely distressed, and you make one last attempt at extending an opportunity. “I don’t know, are you?” He’s silent, searching your face for answers you can’t give him. Panicking at the though of losing contact despite all you’ve been through.
“Did you mean what you said about me. In the dorms.”
“James, I told you-”
“No, you didn’t. Do you really believe I think you’re less than me because you’re a half-blood? You really think that matters to me?”
“No, not anymore, anyway.” James smirks, stepping closer when your brows furrow in confusion at his sudden mood change.
“So I’m not as pompous as you thought I was?”
“You most definitely have a big ego, Potter.”
“That’s not what I asked.” He takes your jaw in his hold, eyebrows raised in teasing inquiry. You lick your lips, swallowing thickly and avoiding his eyes.
“What d’you think they’d all say if I kissed you, then?” You almost cough, choking on your own saliva at his words. The cheeky bastard just keeps smiling, basking in your flushed demeanor.
“Oh eat slugs, Pott-” Your interrupted with his lips on yours, lifting off of your heels to make it easier for him. James, insufferable as always, is grinning the entire time.
“Yes! He made the first move, Remus. You owe me two galleons-” Sirius is cut off by his own whimper. What must be the lot of your spying friends shoves him into the hallway so he’s the only one caught, in which he stands speechless under your glares.
“A sweet little first year lost her cat, you guys seen it by any chance? No matter, I’ll keep looking for it. Bloody kids always losing their pets.” And Sirius, the dope that he is, begins to make kissing noises in a meek attempt at recovery. Feigned grumbles of “here, kitty.” Echo down the hallways before you hear his fleeting footsteps.
You press your forehead into James’ chest, utterly embarrassed and admittedly exhausted. What a bizarre 24 hours

Y/N hadn't been trying to seduce Archie and Reggie. He had been trying to be a good friend to Reggie, who, had never experienced a true Halloween before. They decided to show Reggie a true Halloween experience. Trick or treating. Howling in a cemetery. And necking in a haunted house. That last one made Y/N blush with heat as he had been having these lustful daydreams of kissing both Archie and Reggie, taking off their sweaty and grease covered shirts as they—
He shook his head of those thoughts and got ready as Archie, Reggie, and Dilton Doiley were waiting for him and Betty to come downstairs so they could go trick or treating. Y/N blushed as he put on his black slacks and dance shoes before he put on the black overalls over his shirtless body. He fixed his white bow tie and put the small bolder hat on his head and stared at his reflection in the mirror. Courtesy of Veronica Lodge, Y/N was a male burlesque, or boylesque.
Y/N knocked on Betty's door. "Betty? Are you almost ready?"
"Yeah, just let me put on my lipstick."
A few minutes later, Betty came out of her room dressed like Goldilocks. "So? How do I look?"
"Amazing, sis." Y/N said.
"Thank you. I'm sure those boys will have an orgasmic meltdown when we go downstairs." Betty giggled.
Y/N blushed and laughed too.
Archie, Dilton, and Reggie were watching their parents on TV as they came down the stairs and they all had shocked looks on their faces. Betty gave them a teasing smile. "Well, boys? What do you think? How do we look?"
Archie and Reggie got up with goofy grins and stammered out a response. "Wow, geeze whiz, Betty, you look... Tremendous."
"Ring the bell, I'm knocked out." Reggie said.
Betty giggled softly. "Thank you."
"Who are you supposed to be?" Dilton asked Betty.
"Goldilocks." Y/N said. "And I'm a male burlesque."
Archie and Reggie looked at him and they gulped at his smooth and naked skin. The small bowtie didn't help them either. "Wow, Y/N, you're... You're..." Archie began.
"You're smokin." Reggie grinned.
"Forget that. He's hot." Dilton said.
Y/N blushed. "Thanks. Shall we? Mr. Buck Rogers and One-Eyed Jack?" He walked towards the door and bent down to grab his jacket and gave Archie and Reggie a teaser.

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&
Riverdale has spooky Halloweens. It may be from the haunting spirits that walk the streets and get a booth in Pop’s Diner on the daily, or just because it’s Riverdale — and Riverdale is spooky. The Devil’s holiday was a year long thing in the town. Everyday felt like Halloween for civilians of the small town. You felt like your life was the holiday on repeat — you were just dressing as yourself with a fake mask.
You felt like Halloween wasn’t much of a big deal. The only thing you truly liked about it was the dressing up. The iconic Mean Girls quote bounced off the walls of your brain when you argued with your brother as you two got out of the car, “In Girl World, Halloween is the one day a year when a girl can dress up like a total slut and no other girls can say anything else about it.” You quoted to yourself and your brother beside you who rolled his eyes.
Your brother, Sweetpea, had been ranting about how you dressed too sexy and exposed, afraid some guy was going to try to make a pass at you. You were dressed as Lola Bunny from Looney Tunes, a character you had admired since you heard about her. The costume was more exposed than you generally dressed from day-to-day. Short shorts, a crop top that was basically a sports bra and bunny ears. “Come on, Sweets! Stop being like this, you know I never dress like this.”
“So why are you starting now?” He squinted his eyes at you. You know his argument was coming from a place of kindness and being the protective brother he was, but it was still annoying.
“Just give me a break, please?” You huffed, “By tomorrow, I’ll be back in my cute little Betty Cooper dress with a Serpent jacket, don’t you worry.” You rolled your eyes and poked the sides of your brooding brother who just rolled his eyes once more.
Then a thought popped into his small mind.
“You’re dressed like that for Cheryl Blossom.” He snapped his fingers in front of your face. The two of you were walking down the crowed driveway of Thistlehouse. It was the night of Halloween, and Cheryl Blossom had decided to throw a Halloween bash.
“I’m not.”
“You so are.”
“No I am not!”
“You’re blushing and everything!” He laughed and pointed at your blushing cheeks at the thought of your crush on the schools most popular girl. You have had a crush on Cheryl since the closing of Southside High and the enrollment to Riverdale High. You were expected to hate her because you were a Serpent, but you couldn’t help but be completely drawn in by her.
You never said anything about liking her to her ever, especially once she started dating Toni Topaz — one of your old kindergarten best friends. Your friendship had died out even if she was best friends with your brother and mutual friends.
The two of you got to the front door before inviting yourselves in, quickly seeing your close circle of friends by the corner.
“Y/N! Look at you!” Kevin whistled as the duo got closer. You blushed as your friends complimented you each, Veronica squeezing your arm, “Damn, you look hot!”
Archie rolled his eyes before taking Veronica by her hips and back into his chest, “Yeah, Y/N you look good. Great costume.” Him and Veronica dressed as Hercules and Megara.
“Thanks, Arch.”
“You look amazing, Y/N/N. I see you’re getting out your comfort zone.” Betty commented playfully as she took a sip from her red cup. You lightly chuckled before noticing her outfit as well, her and Jughead dressed as Sandy in the latex suit and Danny Zuko from Grease, “I could say the same to you, Betts. I see you’re in the last musical number of Grease.”
“Don’t I just look positively dashing in my costume?” Jughead sarcastically said, pushing out jazz hands towards you, referring to his Serpent leather jacket and sloppily slicked back hair. You rolled your eyes before taking the drink Sweetpea handed towards you, “Sure, Jug. Sure.”
After that, the group fell into light conversation that was filled with laughs and jokes. “I see Choni is back together.” Veronica commented, taking a sip of her alcohol as she eyed the ex-couple.
“What?” You furrowed your brows before glancing towards Sweetpea and looking behind you at the sight. You knew you never had an actual shot with Cheryl, but the fact she wasn’t dating Toni anymore helped the hope that filled in your chest that maybe, just maybe, she would like you back.
You felt like you couldn’t compete with a girl like Toni Topaz, who was perfect in every way.
Cheryl and Toni had a couples costume. The redhead was Poison Ivy while Toni was Harley Quinn. They looked perfect.
And yet.
You sighed and turned back around with a shrug, “They’re Choni, how could they not?”
No one else knew about your crush on Cheryl besides Sweetpea. It was stupid for you to tell him because he constantly made jokes about it and teased you til the sun rose. You expected him to hate you for it, but it was the opposite. He hadn’t seen you so head-over-heels for someone since your ex-girlfriend from Southside High, who thankfully got transferred to Seaside High. That relationship was the definition of a heartbreak mess.
“Have you guys seen what Ethel is wearing?” And just like that, the topic was dropped.
After you danced with Veronica and your friends a few times, you went outside to get fresh air and away from the sweaty bodies and atmosphere that surrounded you. You found a door by the dining table that lead to the quiet outside porch. When you slid the door open, Cheryl Blossom was leaning against the wooden railing with a cigarette between her fingers and a face of confusion.
You thought about going inside but as soon as you turned, she spoke to you. “You can join me, if you want. I don’t bite.” She took another hit from her cigarette before her arm hung over the side of the railing lazily, she blew the smoke with a soft cloud.
“I didn’t take you as a smoker.”
She shrugged, “Daddy smoked all the time before he died. So did Jason.” she cleared her throat, looking off to the dark, midnight distance, “I don’t usually smoke.”
You nodded before taking your spot beside her, your forearms leaning against the wooden banister like she was. She held the cigarette in front of you, offering it to you. You took it before placing it in your lips — you felt her watching you. “I didn’t take the golden girl of the Southside as a smoker either.”
You blew the smoke from your lips easily, “I grew up in a biker gang, what did you expect?” The two of you lightly giggled before you shook your head, “I actually got smoking from my father too. He does it everyday, all the time. Our trailer, clothes, furniture — all of it, smells like his cigarettes. They’re so normal that you even get burned with them.”
The redhead rose her eyebrows before glancing towards you, who now looked into the midnight distance. You glanced at her, her brown eyes melting into your own. “I tend to overshare.” You airily chuckled before passing the cigarette back to the redhead.
“According to Toni, I don’t share enough.” She quietly scoffed. You smiled towards the redhead with a smirk, “Aw, trouble in paradise?”
She rolled her eyes at you, “Shut up.”
“I was just joking, Cheryl.” You laughed at the small pout on her lips. “If you, like, need to talk .. I’m here.”
She looked over at you and sighed, a few beats of silence, “I broke up with her because I was attracted to someone else and I couldn’t disrespect Toni with having feelings for her and someone else. And .. we didn’t plan on going as Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn together it just . . . happened.”
You couldn’t lie and say your heart didn’t sing at the fact she was indeed single and she had a crush on someone that could be you. “What’s the problem besides an accidental couples costume.”
“I’m not sure the girl I like, likes me back.” She looked at you with masked hopeful eyes. She wanted some type of clue to see if you liked her back, but you kept up tall, guarded walls around you when it came to romance and relationships. There was a rumor you had a thing for Veronica, but that was quickly denied. But even after that, the towns most strategic and sneakiest gossips couldn’t get to the bottom of who the golden girl from the Southside wanted to truly date and fall in love with.
You glanced at her with a shrug, “Tell her you like her. If she doesn’t, then she’s simply a fool.” You left it at that and walked back inside where you felt like you took your first true deep breath.
“Y/N! Where were you? We should dance!” Veronica took your hand and tried guiding you into the pool of sweaty, drunk high schoolers but you were pulled away by your other hand and pushed into someone.
You were pulled into Cheryl’s chest, you hands on the side of her shoulders to catch yourself.
The next thing you knew, she had her hand on your cheek, a hand on your waist and her lips on yours. It was warm, and gentle, a kiss you had been dreaming and imagining about since the middle of sophomore year. “Are you a fool, Y/N?” She mumbled when the two of you pulled away.
You cheeks were red, your pupils were dilated and your skin burned with her touch. “I suppose not, Blossom.” The two of you smiled before she kissed you again, and again, and again.
The entire night was filled with dancing, Cheryl Blossom with her hands on your waist as you refilled your cup of alcohol, and the never ending teasing of your friends.
Maybe Halloween wasn’t as terrible as you thought it would be.

Y/N MALFOY
Friday, 16th of September 1977
It had been over a week since I'd done the Potions homework with Lily and Remus, and we'd spoken a bit since. They always asked how my day was going and waved to me in the halls. It was nice to have them being friendly - although it was a stark contrast to the rest of their house.
I was back in Potions class, sweating my ass off. It was an unusually hot September day, and most of the students were complaining about the heat. I was at a workbench with Lily, Marlene, and Mary, and we were working on poisons, our sleeves rolled up to our elbows. All girls had their hair up, and a few curls had escaped all of their hair ties.
"So, Y/n, are you doing anything after school?" Lily asked. When I shook my head, she continued, "Would you like to come to the lake for a swim with us?"
"Who'll be there?" I asked.
"Oh, y'know, us three, Remus, James, Sirius, and Peter," Lily said. "And you can bring Regulus as well, if you'd like."
The redhead smiled at me, and I considered it. A chance to hang out with my friends (the Gryffindor ones, at least), plus Remus Lupin. But also two people who hated my guts – Sirius Black and James Potter. They weren't exactly mean to me, but I could easily tell that they didn't like me.
But screw them. Screw them and my stupid family, who would hate me hanging out with Gryffindors.
"Yeah, I'd like that," I said with a smile.
"We all have a free last period, so we'll meet you down there," Lily said cheerfully.
I smiled again and went back to my work, cutting up some roots to put into my cauldron. Once class finished, I walked with the Gryffindor girls to the Great Hall. I waved goodbye to them and headed over to Regulus, who was giving me an amused look.
"What?" I asked.
"Oh, nothing," he said lightly. "Just thought you might be hanging out with Lupin."
I rolled my eyes. I wanted to hit him, but that wouldn't convince him to come to the lake with me. Maybe I could take a different tactic.
"I will be later," I said brightly. "We're going to the lake. Wanna come?"
Regulus scoffed and shook his head.
"I think I'll pass on your horrible attempts at flirting," he sighed.
I pushed him, my tactics be damned, and Reg shoved me off the bench. A few people glanced at us, but quickly looked away when they saw the heir of the Black family glaring at them. I got back up and decided to use another tactic, one that I was sure would work.
"Please, Reg!" I begged. "I can't go alone! Please? Please, please-"
"Oh, shut up," he groaned.
"Please, please, please, please-"
"Fine, I'll think about it," he grumbled, rolling his eyes.
I grinned and hugged him, and he hugged me back reluctantly. After lunch I had Herbology, and Reg had Potions. I waited for our last class of the day (Transfiguration) to bombard him again.
"Please come?" I asked as soon as he sat down. "Pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease-"
"Merlin's beard, fine! I'll go!" he groaned, and I grinned triumphantly.
Class seemed to go on forever, but once it was finished, I grabbed Regulus and basically dragged him to the dorms. We changed into our swimsuits, and I put a nice sundress over the top. I grabbed a towel and sunscreen, and I went into the hall to meet Regulus.
"Ready to go?" I asked excitedly.
"I can't believe you dragged me into this," he mumbled.
We walked down to the lake arm-in-arm, talking about our day. The sounds of screams and laughter got louder the closer we walked to the lake, and eventually we were looking at seven Gryffindors. Mary and Marlene were lying on a towel together, basking in the sun, and the others were out in the water. When Lily spotted us she came out, followed by the rest of the Marauders.
"You made it!" Lily said happily.
"Unfortunately," Regulus muttered, and I elbowed him hard.
"Don't mind him," I said nervously. "He doesn't know how to be nice."
Regulus rolled his eyes but went still as his brother walked up beside Lily. I subtly moved myself in front of him slightly, but I saw Black notice it.
"What're they doing here?" Black asked.
"I invited them," Lily said through clenched teeth. She then smiled at me. "Must be a family trait. Not knowing how to be nice."
Black scoffed and rolled his eyes.
"I know how to be nice, Evans," he said.
Lily rolled her eyes before grabbing my hand and pulling me towards Mary and Marlene. My arm was still linked with Regulus's, so he was forced to come along with us.
"You can put your towels and stuff down here," Lily offered.
We did as she said, and then stripped down to our bathers. I looked at Regulus and he shrugged, so we waded into the lake. It was a bit chilly and I grabbed onto Reg's arm, and he threatened to push me in.
"Don't say anything stupid," Regulus mumbled.
"I – what?" I asked, turning around, and coming face to face with Remus.
"Hey, Y/n... Lily told me you'd be coming," Remus said from beside me, a smile on his face.
I smiled back up at him and nodded, not quite sure how to form words. His hair was wet and curly, and water was dripping down his bare chest. I prayed my eyes wouldn't betray me and looked down while we were having a conversation, but it was difficult, especially since he had a lot of scars. My eyes flickered over them, and I wondered where he had gotten them.
"Um... how was your day?" I asked.
I felt rather than saw Regulus leave me alone to talk to Remus, and I wasn't quite sure whether to thank him or ask him to come back. Regulus was like my security blankie – he made me feel safe.
A scream and a gurgle captured both Remus and my attention, and we looked over to see Black standing waist deep with his arms crossed innocently. Potter resurfaced a moment later, coughing and spluttering, and yelled, "git!" before tackling his best friend into the water.
Remus began to laugh and I laughed along with him. He nearly fell over at one point, and I steadied him with a hand on his arm. I looked around to see Regulus, but I couldn't find him.
"Uh... did you see where Regulus went-"
Remus's eyes widened as something tackled me from behind and I went crashing into the water. I came up spluttering to see Regulus grinning at me. He made no move to help me up, but Remus extended a hand. I took it and tried to ignore the feeling of my hand in his, before turning to Regulus with a glare.
"I will drown you, Regulus Arcturus Black," I growled.
Regulus gave Remus an 'Oh-no-I'm-in-trouble' look before taking off. I rolled my eyes at him and crossed my arms before facing Remus again, who was trying to hold back laughter.
"What's funny?" I asked.
I hoped he wasn't laughing at the fact that I probably looked like a drowned rat. I attempted to wring out my hair and ran my fingers through it, hoping that it did something for the better.
"I – well," Remus said, his face going pink, "just... you two are really funny."
I smiled slightly and looked down at the water.
"Thanks, I guess," I sighed, shaking droplets off of my arms.
The rest of the time at the lake was really fun. Lily and I hung out a bit, having some 'girl talk' while the boys tried to eavesdrop. We pretty much just spoke about our classes and things to get to know each other, but the boys didn't need to know that.
When there was half an hour until dinner, we decided to leave the lake. We all got wrapped up in our towels and walked up to the castle. Black began complaining about being hungry, and Regulus muttered something about him always being hungry.
If I was being honest, I was actually surprised by how civil Potter and Black had acted. There were no sneers, no mean comments, nothing. I wouldn't exactly call them nice, but they weren't mean, which I supposed was an improvement.
They behaved nothing like the Slytherins would have.
We waved goodbye to the Gryffindors as they headed upstairs to the Gryffindor Tower, and Reg and I headed to the Slytherin common room.
"Why'd you try to drown me?" I asked Regulus as we walked.
Regulus sighed and shook his head.
"I had this whole master plan, y'know," he stated. "I was hoping Lupin would save you. He didn't."
"Wow, I hadn't noticed," I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes.
"Yeah, that was unfortunate," he sighed. "But, hey, he helped you up."
Yeah, as would any decent human being, I thought grumpily, but a small smile made its way onto my face as I remembered the feeling of my hand in Remus's.
"Yeah," I murmured. "He did."

I love you and I'm not pretending
Summary: Because of Remus's condition, every full moon he's most likely to come back with wounds and scratches he has no recollection in getting. But the reader is always there to take care of him. Every. Single. Time.
Pairing: Remus Lupin x Reader
Song: I want you by Stephen Sanchez
Warning: wounds, blood, Remus being adorable, Voldy lost the first wizarding war so no one died:)))
Word count: 2k+ words
A/n: the irony is that I'm writing this while I'm sick too but regardless of that, I'm writing cause it's my fav thing to do when I'm sick. This was requested by this ask, Hope you like it<333
Your weekend was spent in your shared home with your boyfriend, Remus, cleaning up his wounds from the previous night at 5 am in the morning.
Most people spend their weekends cuddled up in their beds, sleeping in till noon. Because they had every reason to get all the sleep they could get over the weekend. But that wasn't the case for you.
Though he still disliked having you try to care from him, even after so many years of you doing it. You still do it, even with the occasional protests and refusals from Remus, which you always ignore.
During your years at Hogwarts, he kept a great distance from other people.
When he befriended James, Peter and Sirius, it really blindsided him. He never really planned on making any friends at Hogwarts.
He planned to stay under the radar and just go unnoticed the whole time he was there. But that plan obviously flew out of the window. Seeing as he befriended two of the most audacious students in all of Hogwarts.
Another thing that he never expected was that he was going to find the love of his life right in the halls of that very school.
He used to think that love wasn't in the stars for him. But after countless nights and days spent just being in your presence, he started thinking that maybe. Just maybe, there was someone out there for him, and that someone was you.
Obviously, he never wanted you to find out that he was a werewolf. He was worried you'd think he was a monster. Something he already thought of himself.
But one night, on one of your early morning strolls through the castle. You found out about his condition when you spotted James, Sirius and Peter trying to carry an unconscious and heavily injured Remus into the Hospital wing.
Later that day, when he woke up to you passed out with the rest of his friends by his hospital bed, he panicked.
But you assured him with all your heart that you didn't see him any differently. You didn't see him as a monster, you didn't see him as a freak, you didn't see him as any of that.
You just saw him as Remus. You saw him as the boy who helped you with your school work when you didn't understand them. You saw him as the boy who made sure to save a slice of pie for you every dinner because he knew it was your favourite. If anything, you saw him as an angel.
Ever since that night, you made it your mission to be there for him after every full moon. You'd help Madame Pomfrey with cleaning and patching up his wounds, and learned how to brew wolfsbane potions to help him out.
Remus wasn't exactly open to the idea, but he was no match for your stubbornness.
Eventually your friendship grew into a romance. One thing not many know was that you made the first move. But you weren't the only stubborn one in the relationship.
Eventually after tons, and tons of convincing, you finally got him to go on a date with you.
In Sirius words, "Merlin, Y/n, you're giving Prongs a run for his money."
You two would have dated sooner if Remus wasn't so adamant at the belief that you shouldn't be dating a "monster" like him.
Fast forward to four years after the two of you graduated from Hogwarts. After winning the war against Voldemort and saving the Wizarding world from his wrath.
You and your friends were finally living the closest thing to a mundane life you could have as a bunch of witches and wizards.
In your quaint two story home, Sirius and Peter were passed out in the living room downstairs. James was with Lily and Harry in the guest bedroom across the hall. While you and Remus were doing your usual post-full moon routine.
You were squatting on your bedroom floor, holding a warm, wet towel against one of Remus's fresh wounds on his bare chest. You were trying your hardest to be gentle with him because it seemed that the large gash on his chest was quite deep.
Remus's face contorted with pain as he leaned his head back against the cushion of the armchair. "Fuckfuckfuck," he groaned under his breath as he pulled his eyes shut.
"I know, I know. I'm so sorry love, just a few minutes more and we'll get this patched up. I promise." You cooed, holding his hand as you brushed your thumb against his knuckles.
You could feel a tight squeezes every time the towel would meet his skin. The metallic smell of the blood filled your senses, but you were used to it at that point. The blood was painting the fabric as you went but all you could focus on was Remus.
You were so gentle on him, it was as if you were scared he'd shatter like brittle glass. Your strokes were soft and swift against his skin. After having so much experience in the practice, you knew the routine like the back of your hand.
Just like you promised, you were done cleaning him up and was already starting to patch him up. The gift of magic made things so much easier for you two. You wouldn't know what you would have done without it.
As you whispered the healing incantations, you could feel Remus look over at you with a strong stare. You were used to his silent staring. It was something he'd actually do quite often but he'd never admit that himself.
But something about that moment felt different to you. From the look on his face, he looked lost in thought and mostly confused. You didn't know what was going on in his head, and you were curious.
"What's wrong, love?" You asked, taking hold of his other hand into yours as you finished the last incantation.
"Nothing, darling- Nothing's wrong. Why'd you ask?" He nervously replied with a tired grin.
"Remus, you know you're a terrible liar." You muttered as you sent him a disapproving look.
Remus let out a stained sigh as he leaned back on the armchair cushion, "I honestly don't know how you put up with all of this."
Those words rang in your ear with a disheartening tone, what does he mean by that?
"Put up with all of what?" You urged on as you tried to find his gaze which was trying so hard to avoid yours.
Finally, as he took in a deep breath, he looked at you with a sad look, "With me, with me being a werewolf, with- With everything about me! Merlin, you're too good to be with-"
"Someone like you?" You blurted out before Remus could go any further.
You've had this conversation with him before. It was before you two even started dating. It was about a few days before one of the full moons and Remus was more emotional during those days and he just blew up one night.
You told him everything he needed to hear, and you were going to tell him again. You'd tell him a thousand times if it meant he'd get message through his thick skull.
"My love, nothing in this would could ever make me stray away from you. You are far from a monster. Your werewolf side is a part of you and when I fell in love with you, I fell in love with every part of you." You went in to hold his face in your hands, brushing your thumbs against his warm cheeks as you saw his eyes start to well up.
You let out a sigh as you continued to hold Remus like he was the only thing in the world.
"You think I got into this relationship without accepting the whole you? I knew what I was getting into, you knew it too. And with every fibre in my being, I'm not leaving you anytime soon. You're stuck with me, Lupin."
Remus chuckled lightly at the sentiment, though it felt a tad bit strained due to the sharp ache from his chest.
"Remus, I love you and I'm not pretending. If I was, then someone give me an oscar cause I must be one hell of an actress."
The two of you chuckled as you started to lean into him. Your lips were dangerously close to his, just barely brushing against the surface. You could feel his breath against your lips. He seemed almost hesitant, almost like it was your first ever kiss.
"I love you too." He whispered before your lips crashed into his.
Though magic existed, Remus claimed a kiss from you was the most magical thing he has ever experienced. He never admitted that to anyone...sober. The minute you get alcohol into his system, all he can talk about is his galactic love for his girlfriend.
The kiss was soft and sincere yet invigorating at the same time. The feeling of his lips against yours felt so familiar, like flipping through pages of a book you've read a thousand times. Something you could do for millions of times and not get sick of doing. You wish you could just bottle how you felt every second you were with him.
You could taste the subtle hint of tobacco in his kiss, something you've grown to like. There was the welcoming taste of chocolate and coffee. The cocktail of flavours made you melt into the kiss.
You could feel Remus trail his hand up your back as he pulled you in, as if the small distance between you was still too much.
You chuckled lightly as you pulled away, pushing Remus back with a grin. As much as you wanted to spend the night kissing your wonderful boyfriend, you knew he needed to rest.
"You've got to rest, love. You've had a long night." You reminded him with a slightly concerned look.
Remus pouted in reply. He did feel the exhaustion start to catch up to him, but he'd rather stay up, kissing you, than go to sleep.
"Don't look at me like that, it won't work." You stated as you stood up from your spot.
"Aw come on! One more kiss, and I'll go to bed. I promise!" Remus pleaded as he looked up at you with a pout.
You rolled your eyes with a giggle, you found the gesture absolutely adorable. You knelt back to his level and sent him a teasing grin before meeting his lips.
Remus savoured in the kiss like it was the last one he'd ever have. That's obviously over exaggerating the situation, but his kiss felt just like that. A savouring kiss that lasted way longer than it should have.
You pulled back with a laugh, placing a quick peck on his nose before rising up to your feet. "One kiss, that was the deal, remember?"
Remus shook his head with a laugh as he slowly sat up as he prepared to stand up.
You bent down to help him up, going as gentle as you could. You knew he was still very weak and in pain from his injuries. It was a few steps from the armchair to the bed.
"Why just one kiss? Can't it be two? You know, since your kisses always help me out whenever I'm hurt." He pouted as he plopped down on the mattress.
You let out a chuckle as you leant down and gave him a kiss on the forehead, whispering "You're such a baby." Before your lips met his skin once again.
"Yeah but I'm your baby." He pointed out with a goofy grin.
You felt your heart burst at his words. You could feel your lips curve into a large smile as your cheeks heat up. "Oh Merlin, you'll be the death of me." You admitted as you climbed into the spot next to him.
"Too bad, I'm stuck with you, remember?" He laughed as he cuddled closer to you.

part 5
_____
After watching Noah Mckinnon disappear, James sighed and walked back inside. Lily was sitting at the kitchen table clearly waiting for him to return.
“Well, how did it go with Noah?”
James sat down before ruffling his messy hair.
“Not great, Lils. I just crushed that boy’s hopes and dreams with your sister. I guess it's better he hears it from one of us before he sees Y/n snogging Regulus…or vice versa.”
Lily shook her head. She mentally tried to think again of more reasons why you shouldn’t date Regulus.
“I still can’t believe that Y/n chose Regulus over Noah. Noah is such a nice boy. When they dated I swore they would get married.”
James frowned.
“Love, Y/n was never going to marry Noah. While she liked him, it wasn’t what you call sparks and fireworks…like us.”
Lily gave James an annoyed expression. While she adored James, she would never consider their “beginning” sparks and fireworks.
“While I am flattered that you feel that way about us, darling, you know very well that I wanted to murder you for a very long time. Y/n and I are similar in a lot of ways. It takes a moment to fall for someone. Now seeing her go mental over Regulus…I don’t think we are so alike after all.”
James looked thoughtful for a moment.
“One thing that you are alike in…you both went for the bad boy.”
James gave Lily a cocky grin that earned a napkin being thrown at his head.
“It's amazing that I fell in love with someone so full of themselves.”
Lily said as you walked into the room with Regulus behind you. Clearly, neither of you had heard the conversation going on between James and Lily. Your sister sighed internally looking at you. Both Regulus and yourself were dressed and ready for work.
“Bless the two of you for coming out in public.”
James commented with a smirk. Regulus flipped James off as you turned to face your brother-in-law.
“Regulus and I are official now.”
You said in a cheerful tone. James gave you a pained smile. He decided now wasn’t the best time to drop the ball that he took care of the whole “Noah Mckinnon” problem for you. That would probably be a conversation to be had when Regulus wasn’t around.
“It was only a matter of time with the way that you two of have been carrying on. Regulus, break her heart and I’ll break your face.”
James said sly. Regulus gave James a raised eyebrow. He wasn’t entirely sure if James knew it or not but Regulus was more than able to handle him.
“Noted.”
Regulus muttered as he put his suit jacket on. He had also noticed the way that Lily was looking at him. It didn’t take Regulus being a smart man to know that Lily didn’t want the two of you to be a couple. In ways, he really couldn’t blame her. Regulus didn’t have a shining record when it came to how he treated his lovers in the past.
Y/n is different. She is the first one that I have felt this strongly about.
Regulus thought as James started talking.
“There is an order meeting tonight. I assume the two of you will be there…and fully dressed?”
Regulus turned back to James as you shook your head.
“Yes, we will be there and dressed. I am not about to show you my naked ass.”
James took an overdramatic breath.
“Thank Merlin.”
You decided that it was time to put an end to this conversation before James and Regulus really started insulting each other. You placed a hand on the small of Regulus’ back.
“Love, we better get going before we are late.”
Regulus reached down for your hand. He ignored the way that Lily winced.
“She’s going to have to get over this. I’m not tiptoeing around big sister Lily because she can’t handle seeing her sister happy.”
Regulus thought before following you out.
Arriving at the ministry, you were wondering if Regulus would let go of your hand. This would be one of the first tests to see if he was serious about your relationship. When he didn’t let go, you were immediately pleased.
“Are we still on for lunch?”
Regulus asked with a cocky smirk as the two of you stopped outside of Barty Crouch Sr’s office. You bit your lip looking your boyfriend over. Here he stood his typical prim and proper self. It took all that you had not to giggle at just how messed up his hair was after the previous night.
You reached out and stroked a finger down his chest.
“Of course. When does the old man leave for lunch?”
You knew that Regulus had little to no respect for Barty Crouch Sr. Whether Barty Crouch Jr was in the wrong or not, he was still Regulus’ childhood friend. The knowledge that he was now locked up to rot by his own father was something that Regulus’ hadn’t forgotten.
“Usually around one. He’s gone for an hour. That will give us plenty of time for a quickie…then later tonight…you’re all mine.”
Regulus leaned down for a kiss. As much as he wanted to stand there with you, he had meetings to get to.
“A woman after my heart. I’ll see you soon, sugar.”
You watched as Regulus walked away before walking into your own office. As soon as you walked in, however, you wanted to turn around and walk right out. Noah stood talking to Barty Crouch Sr.
The moment that he saw you, Noah looked a mixture of livid and heartbroken. He had intentionally come down to Crouch’s office to have a chat with you. If you thought that he would just sit back while you threw your life away or tried to string him along to make Regulus Black jealous then you had another thing coming.
Barty Crouch glanced down at his watch before turning to you with a smile
“There you are, Ms. Evans. I was beginning to worry. I have a council meeting this morning. You don’t have to attend this one. Its nothing really important, my dear.”
You gave your boss a smile.
“Yes, sir. Will you be going out to lunch at one? I believe that you have a meeting with Alastor Moody today.”
Crouch nodded with a pleased-as-punch grin. He would tell anyone that he wouldn’t be able to function without you as his secretary.
“Yes, my dear. I should be back around 2:00 or half past the hour.”
You moved to sit at your desk with Crouch gathered up his things and left the office without another word. You pleasantly hummed while getting your work to be done for the day situated while waiting for Noah to either talk or leave. The last thing that you wanted to do was have to deny another date or break Noah’s heart
“Either way, he’s going to be heartbroken. When he finds out I’m dating Regulus…it will not be pretty.”
Noah waited for a moment or two to make sure that Crouch wasn’t coming back.
“You lied to me.”
Noah commented, finally. You looked up. Tilting your head, you gave Noah a confused frown.
“About?”
You questioned. Noah’s face flushed as he clearly tried to control his temper. The last thing that he wanted was to envision you in Regulus’ arms. What did THAT man know about dating women? Noah knew that Regulus was a womanizer. It didn’t matter how beautiful you were. Why would Regulus change for you?
“Regulus Black, Y/n.”
“What about him?”
You replied. Noah began to pace.
“We went on a date last night and now you are dating him. You didn’t tell me that you were dating him. In fact, you made it sound like you were single. What the hell, Y/n? I thought that he had something going on?”
You leaned back in your chair.
“Yes, we went on a date last night, Noah. I wasn’t dating Regulus then. We decided to make it official after I got home. He and I had a conversation and we both felt the same way about each other. Noah, we have tried dating before and it didn’t work. You’re a nice guy but…”
Noah cut you off with a cold sneer.
“Let me guess, Regulus just makes you feel things. He knows exactly what you want in bed. He’s just the best thing ever. You are only saying that because his family is loaded. I have news for you, sweetheart, he’s a manwhore and it won’t be long until he sleeps around with some other slut.”
Your mouth dropped with slight surprise. You were also thankful that Regulus didn’t hear the last part of Noah’s monologue. Noah would have his whole face rearranged.
“That’s some cold shit to say, Noah. That just proves that you don’t know me at all. I don’t give two shits how much money the Black’s have. Yes, Regulus doesn’t have great track record when it comes to women but it's different with us.”
“I’m sure that is what every girl that he’s slept with said. You sound like such a stupid Mary Sue, Y/n. You are supposed to be smarter than this but whatever. Enjoy your slut boyfriend. When you get cheated on, don’t come crying to me.”
Noah snapped. You stood up with a cold glare.
“Get out, Noah. Get out and never speak to me again.”
Noah stared at you in disbelief. He never expected you to take Regulus’ side like this. Whether you liked Regulus or not, Noah expected you to see his way…the way of reason.
“Whether you like it or not, Y/n, we will still see each other. You will still have to talk to me. There are order meetings and here at the Ministry. I, unfortunately, will have to see you with him.”
You moved to the office door and held it open.
“I said get out!”
You nearly yelled. Noah groaned before grabbing his robe and walking out as ordered.
What a weasel!
You grumbled before going back to your desk and sitting down. Whether Noah was jealous of Regulus or not, you were not about to let him talk to you as if you were trash. You were a grown woman and could date whomever you wanted.
When 1 o’clock rolled around, you found yourself looking at the clock. After your rather eventful morning with Noah, you were more than ready to see Regulus. You didn’t plan on telling Regulus about what happened with Noah…at least not yet. The last thing that you wanted was for Regulus to go down to Noah’s department and beat the boy to a pulp.
The door opening and closing pulled you from your thoughts. Regulus stepped in and locked the door behind him.
“Just who I wanted to see.”
He said as you stood up and immediately went to your boyfriend. You stood on your tiptoes and wrapped your arms around Regulus’ neck.
“I bet I wanted to see you more.”
You murmured before pulling him into a kiss. Regulus smiled against your mouth.
“Not a chance, sugar. You’ve been on my mind all day.”
You carefully pushed the suit jacket off of Regulus’ shoulders before running a finger down his chest.
“After last night, I would certainly hope that I am on your mind.”
Regulus chuckled as he slid a hand up your thigh only stopping as he reached the hem of your knickers.
“Such a naughty girl. Why don’t we get these off and get started before Crouch shows back up?”
You didn’t need to be told twice. As quickly as possible, you started undoing the side button of your skirt and let the garment fall to the floor. Glancing at Regulus, you watched as he wiggled out of his pants and unbuttoned his shirt.
His grey eyes rolled up to your face before flashing you a smile. It didn’t matter how many times Regulus did it, his smile could take your breath away. You could only pray that you would be able to keep that smile on his perfect face. Knowing that you, Y/n Evans, was the one to make Regulus Black smile felt like a reward all on its own.
“As much as I would love to sit with my face between your legs and let you come on my tongue, I don’t think as have the time.”
You bit your lip as Regulus moved to stand in front of you. The thought of Regulus leisurely lying between your legs eating you out for hours sounded almost heavenly. There was time for that later in the evening.
Regulus meanwhile was keeping his eyes locked on yours as he reached out to slip two fingers through your folds. You gasped the moment that he teased your clit.
“You’re so wet, sugar. I think you’ve been thinking about this too.”
You nodded, enjoying each stroke of Regulus’ fingers. Of course, you had been thinking about it. The thought of having sex with your boyfriend on your desk was on your top list of fantasies.
Moving to sit on your desk, you spread your legs and beckoned Regulus forward with a finger. Regulus didn’t need any further permission. He took his place between your legs.
“Lean back, love. I want to see those perfect tits bounce while I fuck you.”
Doing as you were told, you leaned back a bit supporting yourself on your elbows. Regulus looked you over with a pleased smile. He would never get over how beautiful you looked when offering yourself to him.
“Hurry, Reggie, we don’t have enough time to take as long as we both want.”
You whimpered. Regulus’ eyes rolled to your face as he moved his cock to your entrance.
“Don’t worry, love, I’ve got you.”
You took a deep breath as Regulus pushed himself into you. Arching your back to enjoy each moment of delicious stretching that your body did to accommodate him. Regulus closed his eyes as he pushed until he was bottomed out.
“Fuck me, Reg.”
You moaned through gritted teeth.
“As you wish. I’m going to make you spend the rest of the afternoon with my come dripping down your thighs.”
Regulus replied before pulling nearly all the way out. You gasped as he set up a deep rough pace. Letting your head fall back, you focused on not moaning too loud. The last thing that you wanted was for any workers in the next-door office to have any clue about what you were doing.
Keeping his eyes focused on your face, it took all Regulus had not to explode. He leaned forward and nuzzled his face to yours.
“Fuck, sugar, you are beautiful like this. You’re so fucking perfect and warm. I love being so deep inside of you.”
Regulus’ erotic words were enough to send you spiraling over the edge. Your body immediately tightened around his dick before coming. Regulus, meanwhile, finally left his eyes flutter shut as he focused on his own impending orgasm.
“That’s it, baby.”
He groaned before filling you. Neither Regulus nor yourself moved for a moment. Both of you were focused on getting your breathing under control.
“Good girl.”
Regulus commented before withdrawing and helping you off of the desk. He leaned down for a soft kiss before staring to redress himself.
You also began to scoop up your abandoned articles of clothing. Reaching down for your abandoned knickers, you moved to put them on but were stopped when Regulus snatched them out of your hand.
“No, sweetheart.”
“Regulus, you have to be joking.”
You said, giving him a smirk. Regulus shrugged before innocently putting him in his pocket.
“You can have them back when we are alone tonight. Well, I have a meeting in five minutes. I’ll see you tonight.”
Regulus cupped your cheek before turning and walking out.
Later that evening, it was time for yet another Order meeting. Walking home, you wondered just how good the Order was doing? It felt like there hadn’t been a “win” in a long time.
“I wonder how much longer it will take?”
You questioned as Regulus moved to unlock the front door. He stopped and turned back to you. Regulus both loved and hated that you were in The Order. He loved it because without The Order there would be no chance that the two of you would be a couple. He hated it because he worried about your safety. Anytime that you went on a job Regulus was worried until you walked back through the door.
“I don’t know. We need a win or something. It's been rough.”
Regulus commented. He considered asking you to sit jobs out but he knew you would tell him to shove off. You were as dedicated as he was.
“It has.”
You replied. Regulus placed a hand on the side of your face.
“It will be fine, love. Maybe not today or tomorrow but some time.”
You gave Regulus a small smile.
“I got a letter from my mum earlier. She invited Lily and I to dinner the day after tomorrow. Would you come with me? The sooner you met my parents the better.”
Regulus raised an eyebrow. He had never “met a girl’s parents” before. In all of the years that he had been sleeping with women, Regulus would never consider himself the type of man a woman brought home to her father.
Now, however, it was different. Regulus knew that if he wanted things to work with you then he would have to meet your mum and dad.
“That would be fine. We better get this meeting over with. Afterward, that big bathtub is calling my name…with you on top of me…of course.”
You instantly smiled. Regulus agreeing to meet your mum and dad was just another indicator that he was taking your relationship seriously.
“Of course.”
You replied as the two of you walked inside.
The moment that you walked into the dining room all was not well. You frowned seeing Lily and Dorcas crying. Sirius sat at the table with a frown on his face while James and Remus were whispering.
“What’s going on?”
Regulus questioned. Sirius looked up before getting up. He ran a hand through his hair before turning to face his younger brother.
“The Mckinnons are dead.”

I will never get over the final Barchie scene. Yes they deserved so much better treatment than the writers gave them but you can SEE and FEEL the LOVE and longing these two always will have. They are soulmates and there’s so much evidence that I believe they did get married (idc). Thank you KJ and Lili, you delivered Betty and Archie despite everything.
