some analysis of this scene from 2x02, because i am going absolutely insane over it:

first up: it's 2 500 BCE. They've known each other for around 1500 years at this point, but they haven't been meeting up very often; it's implied at this point, that they've only met at the Garden, and the Flood, and now here (as well as in Heaven, but there's varying interpretations about how much they each remember of Heaven).

(worth noting that these meetings are all bible-related meetings)

So, they don't know each other very well at all. This is why Aziraphale approaches Crowley so cautiously (apart from the fact that he thinks Crowley's going around murdering goats and soon kids). He doesn't know what happened to Crowley when he Fell, how he changed when he fell in with Lucifer, how God's rejection has warped Crowley's perspective or changed his morals (their meeting at the Flood seemed quite short, not enough time to get a definite picture.)

Aziraphale is still seeing Crowley as demonic, although there's already that thread of doubt - can you really see him trying to talk Hastur or Ligur out of this the way he does Crowley?

Aziraphale clings to the memory of Angel Crowley - Crowley gets quite defensive.

Here, Crowley reinforces that he's changed - personally I don't believe that he did fight in the War, but his views of God's Plan definitely got more extreme than "thats terrible god should get a suggestion box".

But, I also believe that here, Crowley is reinforcing that he is no longer an angel, and therefore no longer has to play by angel rules. He can do what he wants. He's a demon, it's in his job description.

And of course, that he is a demon, and he is Evil, and of course he would kill goats.

This shot is very yellow. Crowley's hair being the season 1 orange rather than red, the yellow walls, all accentuate the colour of Crowley's eyes, highlighting the physical reminder of Crowley's demonic nature.

I couldn't be bothered to gif it, but here, Crowley leans forward into Aziraphale's face. There are two reasons for this:

Get his yellow Demon Eyes right in Aziraphale face, just to hammer home his point.

It's an aggressive action, moving into someone's personal space like that. Saying, I could hurt you, I'm violent and aggressive and dangerous, I killed those goats, the kids are next.

The way the light hits Crowley's eyes in the above shot and the below shot also make them a very bright yellow. (Edit: I think someone pointed out that Crowley is making his eyes glow, but the overall yellowness of the scene serves to highlight this)

Clever wording on Crowley's part, because as we will find out, he faked the destruction of the goats to keep them safe, while making himself sound very evil.

You'll notice the repetition of "blameless"; this makes him seem even more evil, hurting the innocent, but also gives deeper insight into one of Crowley's biggest issues: hurting the innocent. What have they done to deserve this? Nothing.

This ties in quite nicely with what we have seen before of Crowley and free will; he gives people the option to sin. It's their actions that decide whether they end up in Heaven or Hell; they get what they deserve for their actions. He just makes it easier to choose Hell. (see: phone lines being down making people crankier and encouraging them to be horrible to each other, but it still being their choice, setting the holy water bucket above the door, so it's Ligur's choice to come in after Crowley that gets him killed.)

Note also the use of "long":

Aziraphale says to "tell me you want to do this". "Long" has rather stronger connotations than "want", but also rawer, more fundamental. Crowley is reminding Aziraphale that he is a demon, and that he has the traits of a demon, this is what he is now. He longs for violence, for destruction.

Aziraphale looks quite sad here. If you watch the video I linked, his previous conviction that Crowley doesn't want to do it is very strong. He fully believes in Crowley, that all he needs to do is reframe not killing the kids as within the rules of Hell, the way Crowley so often comes to do for Aziraphale ("Then you can't be certain that thwarting me isn't part of the divine plan too. I mean, you're supposed to thwart the wiles of the Evil One at every turn, aren't you?" "If you put it that way, Heaven couldn't actually mind me thwarting you.").

Aziraphale believed Crowley was still good, that the angel he remembered was still in there. But Crowley rejects it - and it hurts. Crowley has become what a demon should be.

Crowley looks quite sorrowful here, too: he already cares for Aziraphale (he fell in love at the Garden), and it hurts to decieve him, to disappoint him, to hurt him.

I would argue that here, Crowley is scared.

He's in shadow, which dims the yellows; his undemonic nature is about to be revealed.

And that is not safe, because Hell does not send rude notes. And here, Crowley is not doing just any temptation, but trying to help Satan win a bet (supposedly). And out of every demon in Hell, Satan is the one you want to piss off the least.

But here, Crowley is scared because Aziraphale could reveal him - because Aziraphale is on God's side, and because it is revealed that Crowley is not nearly as demonic as he makes himself out to be. He's vulnerable. Aziraphale could scorn him, hurt him. But instead:

Aziraphale is incredibly smug. "I knew I was right", he says. "I knew you were still good".

And here is another issue: Aziraphale conflates God/Heaven/angels with good, and demons/Hell with bad.

And Crowley does not see Heaven as good. He doesn't want Aziraphale to see his angelic core past the demonic exterior. He's on his own side.

This, for Aziraphale, confirms that "the angel you knew is not me", is not correct.

And I think, out of the three minisodes, it's this one that does the most for fleshing out Aziraphale and Crowley's frames of mind this series, and why they choose what they choose in ep6.

Aziraphale has been proven right about Crowley's angelic nature, and that he wants to do good, but can't, for fear of Hell's retribution.

And Crowley does not see Heaven as good. He recognises that being an angel again will not allow him the freedom to do good. (as Aziraphale had to try and talk a demon into helping him save the kids from God.)

"Are you sure you don't want to come out with us?" Bryan asked as the two of us walked around backstage.

I nodded. "Yeah, I want to spend as much time with my mom as I can before we leave tomorrow night."

"Maybe we can get some time before the show and I can show you the programs I used to edit my photos."

"I'd like that," I smiled.

We talked another few minutes until we reached the green room where he held the door open for me as I walked in seeing Noah and Jolly in the room. Both Nick's headed back to the house for the night, both wanting some time to themselves. Noah, Jolly, and Bryan were going out to a local bar tonight for a few drinks to celebrate being back home for two nights and first night of a sold out show.

Hearing us walk in, Noah looked towards us and when our eyes locked memories of us in the closet earlier tonight rushed back into my mind causing my face to flush. Tonight during the show, I could focus on work by taking pictures or videos of the guys so I had little time to think about Noah and me. Now, however, seeing him sit there in his black cargo pants and blank tank top with his chin resting in his hand, all I could think about was the way he tasted on my tongue.

It wasn't an official way to ask me out, but we both agreed that we were each other's and Noah said that he was here for me with whatever I needed, and I believed him.

"Hi," I smiled while walking towards him.

"I thought you left already," Noah reached for my hand and pulled me into his lap.

My legs dangled over his lap as I sat sideways on him. We shared a soft kiss then as I pulled away; I noticed a smile playing on his lips.

"I wanted to say goodbye before I do," I said, fingers toying with the silver chain that hung around his neck.

His long fingers grazed over my thighs. "You don't want to come out with us tonight?"

"It sounds like fun but I want to be home when my mom wakes up so I can spend some time with her."

It was just after eleven in the evening and Lana texted me a few hours ago to let me know my mom had a good night and was asleep in bed. I thought about going out with them but truthfully; I was exhausted and couldn't wait to sleep in my bed even if it was for one night.

"Maybe we can grab dinner before the show tomorrow," he suggested with hopeful eyes.

I nodded. "I'd like that."

Noah patted my thigh to have me stand up and when I did he followed while linking our fingers together. "I'm going to walk her to her car then we can head out."

Jolly nodded, and bidding him and Bryan goodnight, I let Noah walked me out of the venue and to my car in the parking lot. Our hands swung together and every so often, Noah's thumb would brush over mine, the gentle touch warming me.

"Let me know when you're home?" Noah asked when we came to a stop in front of my car.

"Only if you do the same," I shot back with a playful smile.

Noah wrapped his arms around me so he could pull me into his chest, his lips dropping to meet mine in a kiss that started as slow but when my hands grabbed a fistful of his shirt, I forced my tongue into his mouth. He moaned into the kiss and I felt myself being guided backwards until my back hit the cold metal of my car.

"Angel," Noah hissed when my nails scrapped underneath his shirt, over his stomach.

I rutted my hips up into his, needing that same friction from earlier. When his thigh pushed my legs apart so I could rub my core against it, my head fell back onto my car as the ecstasy filled me like a high. Noah pressed his thigh into me harder when his hands gripped me hips, guiding me over him. Just like that night in the Airbnb.

My insides ignited as an orgasm began to slowly build. The taste of it was sweet on my tongue as I devoured Noah's mouth. I was a woman starved and the only way to fill that hunger was to feast on him, in every way.

"Noah," I broke the kiss reluctantly so I could look into his eyes.

They were blow wide with lust and as much as I wanted this to continue; I knew I had to get back home to let Lana leave.

With one final hard kiss, I gently pushed Noah away, him whining in protest.

"I have to go," I whispered, voice laced with arousal.

Noah brought my hand to his mouth, leaving a few kisses across my knuckles. "I'll call you?"

"You better," I pecked his lips before sliding into my car.

Through the rearview mirror, I noticed he watched me the entire time I drove through the lot until I turned left, disappearing from his line of sight. The drive home was quick thanks to not having many people driving and as I pulled into the driveway, I noticed the kitchen light was one.

"Lana?" I called out while stepping through the threshold.

I left my bags near the front door since I would need them tomorrow and walked into the kitchen, seeing Lana drinking a cup of tea. Her grey hair was falling out of his perfect high bun and the lines in her forehead were creased tight, the darkness of the bags under her eyes made me realize she was exhausted.

"Go home, Lana," I took the empty mug from her and helped her out of the chair. "Enjoy the day off tomorrow. I'll have a neighbor watch my mom tomorrow night so you don't have to worry about coming back until the following morning."

She hesitated while grabbing her jacket. "Are you sure, dear?"

"Yes," I nodded firmly. "You deserve it. I'll call you tomorrow."

I walked her to the door, and we bid goodnight with a hug and I watched until she made it safely to her car before shutting the door and locking it. With all the lights shut off downstairs, I slowly climbed the stairs as a loud yawn fell from my lips and after peaking on my mom seeing she was fast asleep, I entered my room. It looked exactly the same way I left it weeks ago.

As I fell into bed, my phone buzzed in my pocket.

Make it home, angel? -Noah.

Seeing his name grace my screen my heart flutter as I typed out a reply.

Yea. I'm about to pass out so I'll talk to you in the morning. Be safe and have fun tonight. Don't let too many girls flirt with you.

I sent another text with the emoji sticking its tongue out, letting Noah know I was kidding.

Mostly.

Noah's response was immediate, but I didn't see it until way later after I was retreating from the bathroom, freshly showered and in a pair of pajamas.

You're the only one for me. Sweet dreams. I'll let you know when I'm back home so you don't worry.

With a smile covering my entire face and heart swarming with butterflies, I snuggled closer into the familiar bed and let the exhaustion of the day carry me into the darkness.

Burning eyes filled with unfamiliarity but hatred. Anger radiating like an aura in the room. Deep shallow breaths fanning over my exposed skin. Muttering voices chanting something over and over.

Was this a dream?

It had to be.

But why did this dark presence looming over me with vacant eyes feel so real?

My body jerked awake with a start as the chanting became louder, more persistent.

"Get out! Get out! Get out!

Glass shattered next to me and I scrambled out of bed just intime for a bat to be swung at my head, nearly missing me and instead hitting the wall behind my bed. The noise of drywall splitting sounded in my room and I stumbled to my knees on the bed as I tried to gain my barrings. I was still in my room and it was the middle of the night, the soft hue of the moon breaking though my curtains, and glass lamp that was on my bedside table lay on the ground in a shattered mess.

"What the fuck," I cursed, ice cold fear filling my veins.

My mom stood at the edge of my bed with a death grip on a metal bat that she swung wildly again at me, this one I didn't get out of the way fast enough. It hit me in the knee causing me to tumble to the ground below.

I hissed out in pain, tears spilling from my eyes as I clutched my knee.

"Get out of my house!" My mom screamed as if she was possessed. "This is my house! You don't belong here!"

She made her way towards me again, ready to swing the bat for a third time, however this time I was ready; not much faster because of my shattered knee, but I could still scramble out of the way. I dragged my leg behind me as I rolled over the bed while my mom jumped over it.

"Mom, its me!" I cried. "Y/N, your daughter!"

My mom shook her head wildly. "I don't have a daughter. I have a son and his name is James."

I blinked, standing frozen in front of her. While she constantly forgot who I was, she mentioned nothing about having any other kids. As far as I knew, I was an only child.

Maybe her brain was so far gone that she was making up lives now?

"There is no James!" I yelled. "It's just me; Y/N!"

My anger and hysteria probably wasn't helping during her manic episode but my knee had doubled in size because of the smack from the bat and right now, I wasn't thinking clearly.

"NO!"

My mothers scream bounced off the walls as she began destroying almost everything in my room with the bat; pictures on the wall, the window, the mirror, my old computer, and television. Glass rained down around me as I slunk up against the wall, tears flowing from my eyes down to the floor as the sounds of destruction drowned my sobs out. I covered my ears with my hands as I slide down along the wall, hoping that maybe this was a dream and I'd wake up any second.

I'd never seen my mom like this and Lana mentioned nothing like this. As far as we knew, as long as my mom took her medication, she wouldn't have these episodes. And Lana was sure my mom was taking them.

"M-mo-mo-." I choked out, scratching at the skin of her wrists.

She somehow pinned me to the ground, her hands wrapped tightly around my throat while I fought underneath her. My mom was typically a small women and any other moment I'd be able to overpower her but because of her episode, it was as if she gained super human strength.

Wild eyes stared down at me, death the only thing I could see behind them and as my vision blurred around the edges, I felt my fight give way. Everything in me fading back to the darkness but this time, I was afraid I'd might not wake.

I tried once more to claw at my mom to get her off but that must have angered her more because teeth bit down on the skin of my neck and I screamed out in pain.

"You don't belong here! Get out before I call the cops!"

Nails scratched against my face as she slapped me, blood pooling into my mouth from the cut on my lip. I spat out the copper taste but all it did was dribble down my chin.

She reared her hand back to slap me again and using this small opening to my advantage; I rolled my hips up and around causing her to fall off of me. My feet did typical cartoon run in place as I climbed to my feet and ran as fast as I could to my bed where my phone lay.

My finger shook as I unlocked it but because of the tears, I could barley see the screen. Hearing loud noises coming from downstairs, I limped my way to the banister of the stairs and could see my mom trashing the house, screaming so many things that I couldn't tell what was real or not.

"I have a son, his name is James."

"Where's Lincoln? He'll know what to do. He can get this witch out of here."

"Get out! Get out! GET OUT!"

Who the fuck is Lincoln and James? My dad's name was John and as I thought, I was an only child.

Fearing for my life, I slid down each step on my ass since I couldn't bend my knee and as I did, I could feel blood trail down my neck from where my mom bit me and the split lip burned as my tears rolled over my face.

She was in the living room ripping apart pictures from the photo book on the coffee table and I couldn't be bothered to care that it was my baby book; I needed to get to the kitchen to hide the knives.

Once they were locked in the liquor cabinet, I let out a few deep, shaky breaths and wiped my face clean of any tears. My fingers still shook as they clicked on Noah's name, his number dialing immediately.

"Hey it's Noah. Leave me a-."

Straight to voicemail so I tried again.

"Hey it's Noah. Leave me a-."

I hung up before redialing only to be met with the same thing. Two more times and the same fucking thing.

"God damnit, Noah!" I cursed with a sob. "Why aren't you answering?!"

By now my mom had moved to the office off of the living room and was ripping apart the desk, papers flying about.

No other option left, I dialed Folio's number and crossed whatever part of my body I could that he would answer.

On the third ring, his sleepy voice brought me immediate ease.

"Lo'?"

"Folio!" I sobbed while clutching the phone. "Oh, fuck!"

My mom hurled a book towards my head, and I ducked behind the kitchen island, missing it.

"YN?" Folio's voice was more alert now hearing my sobs. "What's going on?"

I sniffled. "Where's Noah? His phone goes straight to voicemail."

There was rustling on Folio's end for a few seconds. "Bryan's. Noah had a few beers and didn't want to drive home. His phone must have died."

I banged my head against the cabinets behind me. "What the fuck."

"What's going on?" Folio asked again, this time more urgency in his voice. "Are you okay?"

I shook my head with fresh tears. "No, I need your help. Please, Folio. I can't stop her. She's going to destroy everything and hurt me."

"Who?!"

Sobs plowed through me as my shoulders shook. "My mom."

Folio cursed, and it sounded like he was getting dressed. "Let me call try calling Bryan to wake up Noah and he can.-"

"No!" I interrupted. "He's atleast thirty minutes away. You're staying at his and Jolly's place right?"

"Yeah."

"You're closer. Please Folio, I don't know who else to call," I screamed when my mom began throwing plates from the cabinets from the other side of the kitchen island. "Hurry!"

Before hanging up, I rambled off my address and Folio promised he would get to me as soon as he could. Once off the phone with him, I tried to call Noah again.

"Please pick up," I begged.

"Hey it's Noah. Leave me a-."

I screeched and threw my phone on the floor, it not breaking, at hearing his stupid fucking voicemail once again. This was exactly why I didn't want to tell him anything. The one time I really needed him, Noah wasn't there.

Did he even text me to check in after he left the bar?

Not caring at the moment, I gripped the counter and hauled myself to my feet. My knee was so swollen and the surrounding bruising looked nasty. It wasn't broken since I could put a little pressure on it but it was sure going to have some insane bruising for a while.

I noticed my mom was standing in the middle of the kitchen, still clutching that damn bat and covering the floor was various sizes of shards of glass. A loud hiss fell from my lips when a piece cut the sole of my foot.

"Mom?" I hesitated moving towards her. "Give me the bat."

Through the corner of my eyes, I could see the destruction she caused but couldn't dwell on it right now; I needed that fucking bat.

My mom gripped it tighter. "Who are you?"

The way my heart shattered, pieces falling to the pits of my stomach made a broken sob escape me. I was so tired of explaining who I was to her. With a quick glance to the kitchen table, I noticed Lana left her medical bag here and could faintly make out the small vial and syringe. She told me that medication was strictly for emergencies, and she would only use it for such.

Though, she wasn't here, and this was an emergency.

"Give me the bat," I tried again while extending a hand to her. "Please."

My mom's eyes darted to the bat then back to me before the metal clanged to the floor and I let out a breath of relief. She lowered herself into the one standing upright chair and using this as an opportunity; I ripped a piece of paper towel off the holder and pressed it to my bleeding neck, hissing in pain, not worrying about the one on my foot right now.

"Fuck," I cursed when I looked in a mirror that was hung on the opposite wall of the fridge.

The bite wasn't terrible but it would leave a mark. The bruising of fingers around my throat made me swear again under my breath. They were deep and purple already and knew that I would have to explain it to Noah.

Hell, I would have to explain this whole mess to Folio when he arrived.

Suddenly, there was pounding on the front door and when my mom made no move to answer, back into her catatonic vacant state, I dragged my foot behind me as I shuffled down the hallway to the front door. Immediately once it opened, Folio bounded inside ready to fight whoever was causing me harm until he looked around at the destruction then finally to me.

"Shit," he breathed while cupping my face. "Are you alright?"

"No," I cried while burying my face into his chest.

His large hand soothed my back as his soft voice hushed my cries. I stayed in his arms, shaking and crying, for a long while until there was no tears left and my breathing calmed. Folio then slowly pulled me away from his chest so he could look into my eyes.

"What happened here, Y/N?"

I stammered, not knowing where or how to start. Everything happened so fast that my brain was still trying to comprehend it all. However, before I could, I washed pushed to the side as my mom came barreling through the front entryway, hands wrapping around Folio's throat.

His eyes were wide as he watched me fall to the ground onto my bad knee and I bellowed out in pain. I bit down on the inside of my cheek so I didn't cry and pulled myself slowly to my feet. I was done crying; I needed to grow a fucking pair and deal with my mom; who currently was doing her best to choke Folio out.

"I told you not to come back here Jonathan! You're not welcome here. She's not yours anymore."

What the actual fuck?

My mom thought Folio was my father? Who's not his? And why wasn't my father welcomed home any more?

Too many questions, not enough time to deal.

"Mom, get off of him!" I tried to pry her off but like how it was on me, her grip was a death lock.

Folio stood frozen, not knowing what to do. Since he was stronger than me, he could handle my mom's weak hands around his throat. I glanced over to my shoulder into the kitchen where Lana's bag still sat and not giving it a second thought; I hobbled my way over to it and snatched the vial and syringe. Lana mentioned before that my mom needed little to knock her out so filling the syringe with what I'd assume was a good enough amount, I snuck up behind my mom. Just in time to see her remove her grip from Folio only to scratch down his neck. He hissed out a few curses while touching the fresh red marks.

"Lincoln told you to stay away from us! Y/N is not your daughter. Stay away!"

The needle pricked the skin of his neck, and I forced the liquid into her bloodstream. It was exactly like how it was in the movies. Two seconds of my mom's hand dropping away from Folio for her to turn around facing me was all it took before she fell to the ground in a heap.

Thankfully, Folio scooped her up at the last second before she hit.

"Can you legally administer that?" He asked with curious eyes.

I shrug and wipe the snot from my nose on the back of my hand; I must look a mess right now.

"I had no other choice. She wouldn't stop."

I followed his gaze from my mom to the stairs.

"Upstairs. Second bedroom on the left." I told him, finally taking a much needed breath of air.

While he took my mom back to her bedroom, I stood there like a deer in headlights as her last words replayed in my mind.

"Y/N's not your daughter!"

She thought Folio was my dad, or well who I thought was my dad. So if Johnathan wasn't my father, who was?

Lincoln?

"No," I muttered while shaking my head. "She made these people up in her mind. They don't exist."

If my dad wasn't actually my dad, they'd tell me.

Right?

"Y/N?"

I turned on my heels only to cry out in pain as it jerked my bad knee and I gripped the railing of the stairs so I could keep myself upright.

"Shit, you're bleeding," Folio carried me bridal style over to the couch and brushed away the torn pictures before setting me down. "Do you have a first aid kit?"

"Kitchen sink."

While he rummaged for it, I pulled out my phone to call Noah. This time it rang. And rang. And rang. Until his damn voicemail picked up.

Well, since it was ringing maybe he finally put it to charge.

I noticed I had an unread message from Noah just after two in the morning.

Angel, my phone is going to die. If you need anything, text Jolly. We're staying at Bryans. I'll call in the morning.

When I looked to the clock on my phone, my heart fell into my ass. It was almost six in the morning. How long had I been dealing with my mom before Folio came? How long had my mom been standing over my bed?

Shivering at the thought, I saw Folio return with the first aid kit in his hand. He sat on the coffee table in front of me and began working on cleaning the cut on my foot.

"Asshole," I spat when the peroxide touched my skin.

He chuckled before his usually happy face turned serious.

"What the fuck happened? And don't give me some bullshit excuse, Y/N. You cut your foot, your lip is busted, you've got a nasty bite mark on your neck. I don't even want to look at your knee because it looks fucked up."

My head fell, disappointment fleeting every other emotion in my body. He already knew something about my mom and now what he saw, I couldn't lie to Folio any more. So with a very deep breath, I told him everything. From the first few months after my moms diagnosis to Lana staying with her while I was on tour with him and the rest of the guys. I even talked about how I was struggling to pay Lana and the rest of my bills so I started an Only Fans page.

His gaze lifted from cleaning the wound on my neck to my eyes as I kept them straight ahead. My cheeks burned with shyness, knowing that he understood finally why I had nudes on my phone.

"That's why you had the nudes on your phone?" He asked, shocked.

I shrugged. "It was the only way I could think to make extra money. This was before the promotion but even then, it wasn't enough."

Folio tossed the soaked cotton of peroxide into the pile with the rest of them then taped a small piece of gauze on my neck. As he sat farther back on the table, he softly lifted my bad knee into his lap so he could look at it. I was wearing my cotton pajama shorts, so it was easy for him to see.

"Does Noah know?"

"No. He doesn't know any of this. Not about my mom or the Only Fans. It's bad enough that I'm posting pictures of myself naked when we're somewhat dating. He'd be so hurt if he found out."

Folio hummed under his breath. "You need to give Noah more credit. He wouldn't force you to stop something unless you wanted too. And he'd be by your side helping you deal with your mom."

I snorted. "Right. Then how come he isn't here?"

Folio gave me a look that screamed 'don't pull that shit' and I slunk back into the couch suddenly feeling terrible for blaming Noah for something that technically wasn't his fault. He texted me when he got back to Bryan's and let me know his phone died.

But how could he not hear the constant ringing of his phone?

"Well," Folio's soft voice brought me back from my thoughts. "I don't think it's broken since you can bend it but I'm still going to wrap it, so you don't strain it even more."

I nodded and let him work on wrapping my knee, still trying to understand everything that happened.

Was what my mom said the truth or all lies? If it was the truth, how could she remember that but now who I was?

Once he finished, Folio gently set my leg down and pressed a finger to the two scratches on his neck.

"I'm sorry," I apologized, guilt lacing my voice.

He waved me off. "It's alright. I'll be fine."

"I should clean it," I offered.

Again, Folio waved me off. "You need to rest that knee. Sit back and I'll make you something to eat before I get started cleaning up."

That made me sit up with a start before letting out a groan of pain.

"You're not cleaning this up, Folio. You should go back and get some sleep. Don't you have to be at the venue by noon for sound check?"

He forced me to lie down on the couch and dropped a blanket over me. "I'll be fine, Y/N. I'll pound a few coffees then a few beers and be good to go."

I didn't laugh or even chuckle as he disappeared into the kitchen for some time. This was not his mess to clean up but the fact that he will without a second thought made me realize how great of a friend he'd become.

"I think maybe you should stay home tonight. You shouldn't be jumping around on stage taking pictures." Folio came back into the living room with a tray that had a steaming cup of coffee and a plate full of eggs and toast.

I thanked him with a greedy smile and took a long sip of the coffee, almost moaning in delight at the richness of it.

"To be honest, I think it's best that I leave the house before my mom wakes up. Clearly me being around isn't helping her," I said with a sad smile.

Folio left a kiss to the top of my head. "It'll all work out. Are you going to tell Noah?"

I thought about his question for a long moment, eyes staring down at my phone hoping he would call.

"I-uh-I think it's best that I focus all my time with getting my mom the help she needs. A relationship would only complicate it."

"Knock knock!" A voice called out.

Mine and Folio's heads snapped over to the front door as Lana stepped through the doorway.

"Dear, I forgot my medical bag so I-."

Lana's voice died off when she took in the mess of the house then when she saw me laying on the couch bandaged up, she scurried over to me in a panic.

"What happened?!" She demanded. "Who did this to you?!"

Her gaze snapped over to Folio when she noticed him standing there and eyed the marks on his neck with a curious eye.

"Okay, I know you kids nowadays are into some pretty rough sex but this is ridiculous," Lana pointed at me.

Seeing Folio blush was undoubtedly the cutest fucking thing but I couldn't enjoy it, even though my own cheeks burned, because I needed to tell Lana the truth.

"Lana, this is Nick Folio. He's the drummer for Bad Omens," I introduced the two.

Her blue eyes sparkled. "Ah yes. He works with Mr. Sebastian."

Folio chuckled. "It's nice to meet you. I'll let you two catch up while I bring some more coffee."

After he was out of earshot, Lana sat on the couch next to me and took hold of my hand.

"He's very cute, dear." She winked.

We may be only one month in but the boys have been delivering since the very first day 🙌 So let’s get into it shall we! :-

January 2024

Ian’s 2023 Wrap Up

So to start us off, first day of the year and Mr Sunshine was already tugging at our heartstrings with his wrap up of 2023, and who made his 2023 what it was? Well Anthony of course 🥹

LIKE WHAT IS THIS??? IM MEANT TO COPE WITH THIS??? HOW???

The fact the WHOLE post is Anthony - from the photos to the caption! EVERY SINGLE PHOTO HAS ANTHONY 😭 Also don’t even get me started on the two unseen photos and the fact they’ve been kept from us till now. How dare 😤 AND the fact the first person he thanked was Anthony! Like yes he’s thanking and appreciating many people with this post but come on now, from the pictures alone it’s clear who made his year. This is just SO SPECIAL! Especially coming from Ian, who isn’t normally a big one for sharing his emotions (I think we’ve seen a change with that recently though), but this is BIG!

Anthony: “I’ve heard otherwise.”

Just them casually discussing the fact they’ve canonically had sex for 7 years and then Anthony once again agreeing Ian looked hot in the Link outfit… I don’t think I even need to say anything.

But yes, soup! So Ian has gotten into making soup this year and on that same Friday we got the Flashback, that evening we were blessed out of nowhere with these stories :-

And okay yes when that first photo was posted I thought Ian was right then and there cooking it for him, Ian then responded with this :-

But regardless of Mr dashing-my-dreams Hecox, I’m still of the mindset they were hanging out that day and that’s when Ian gave him the container of soup.

So 7 months later Vidcon finally decided to post this little interview they had with them lol. And even with such a short video we still got a few complimentary/cute moments :-

So they brought back the classic Pokémon In Real Life sketch, and from that obviously we got the BTS. Only a couple little moments from this one but just wanted to include them cause they were silly 🤓

Pokémon In Real Life 2024 Watch Party

Of course with the sketch and BTS we got a livestream, which gave us some cute and complimentary moments 😊

To kick off this livestream I just wanna point out that they were wearing matching colours with Anthony’s jacket and Ian’s hoodie, plus matching Smosh Pokémon hats which is very cute 😊

Anthony: [laughs] “You didn’t look that bad. Honestly, it amped up accurately.”

Anthony: Yeah, so it was justified. People knew why you were angry.”

Love the reassurance from Anthony here so that Ian isn’t worried about how he came across in the video.

Can I Guess Who Slapped Me?

So the video of Anthony getting slapped finally dropped! And it was everything and more, especially when it came to moments between Ian and Anthony so let’s jump right in :-

The moment that got us all was just before Ian slaps him he slowly started caressing Anthony’s face so obviously that had us all going crazy! Including the cast and crew!

Cast & Crew: [laughing]

Ian: [Trying not to laugh]

Anthony: “Uhhh, who would do that? Who would caress my face and slap me out of nowhere?”

Ian: [boops Anthony’s nose]

Anthony: “Uh, it feels like an Ian move to me… Did you just boop me? Um, that feels like an Ian move.”

Kiana: “That is correct.”

Everyone: [celebrating and applauding]

Anthony: [puts his hands out and Ian high-fives him]

Angela: “Friendship always wins!”

Ian: “Well done. Well done. Good job to you.”

Anthony: [bowing]

Ian: “There we go. There we go. That’s the only one you truly needed to get right.”

Anthony: [laughs]

So true Ian! That was the most important one he needed to get right! And I just want to point out how Ian was only the 3rd person Anthony got right, and of course he knew it was him right away with his cheeky little joke of “this person thinks they’re hilarious” 😝 he knew the second Ian caressed his face that it was him cause they truly just know each other that well ☺️ Live for Angela yelling “Friendship always wins!” after he got it right too! And can we also talk about the totally unnecessary, but very, very cute little nose boop Ian threw in there just cause he wanted to! Obsessed!

A little bit later in the video during Duran’s round of slapping Anthony another little moment happened that I just wanted to include cause I thought that it was funny and showed how silly of a mood Ian was in, I think Anthony being blindfolded was playing a part in that and he gained a little extra layer of confidence to just fuck about with Anthony 😆

Anthony: [standing with his butt pushed out waiting to be slapped]

Kiana: “The stance is great. The stance is great.”

Ian: [runs over and pretends to go in to slap Anthony’s butt]

Anthony: “Why’s there wind?”

Jacksfilms Confesses His Biggest Regret

So they had Jacksfilms on as a guest for Flashback to react to some of his old videos and an old collab of his the boys had been a part of.

Jack: [talking about how he moved to LA after he graduated] “…And that’s when I started collaborating with some, then, very big YouTube channels.”

Anthony: [looks at Ian] “Yeah, back then we were big.” [elbows Ian and Ian elbows him back]

Them just being silly 😄 loved the little elbowing of each other too 😊

Jack: “I remember I was in college, I was like out hanging with my friends. I just got 50,000 subs on YouTube, baby. And one of my friends just like took the air right out of my tire, or sails, whatever, and was like ‘Uh, yeah, did you know that Smosh has like a million now?’.”

Ian: “Pffft.”

Anthony: [silent laughs] “Noice!” [high-fives Ian] “Noice!”

Again, just more of them being silly. Plus high-five!

I should have mentioned at the start of this section that Ian is in a tshirt-dress for this video as a reference to Jack as it’s got tweets of his printed on it. Anyway, as a result his legs are out obviously, and that’s relevant to this next part :-

Anthony: [talking about how there’s always an audience for every kind of content, it’s just about what kind of audience you want to have]

Ian: “That’s true. And you want this audience.” [pointing to show off his legs]

Anthony: “You want this.”

Ian: “You want the audience that accepts this.”

Anthony: “This is what you want. This is the audience that we have. And we are very happy with this audience.”

Ian: “Exactly.”

Anthony: “They’ve been begging for this.”

And we’re more than happy to be the audience for it! 😌 (As is Anthony considering how many times he was checking out Ian’s legs during this video 😉)

So Anthony was back at it! The Smosh team was out celebrating one of the crews birthday - Erin posted this to her story. Now I’m sure there were probably multiple photos and videos taken this night but what was the only thing Anthony shared from it? That’s right! Ian of course!

ok i've seen some posts about the tumblr alternative cohost but none that were actually helpful so!

(disclaimer: i am very new to this website. users who have been there longer can and should chime in with additions and/or corrections)

Cohost Introduction Post

What is cohost?

Cohost is a fledgling website that is essentially a tumblr clone, but with its own culture and site-specific features. It is also very much a work in progress. You are encouraged to talk in the cohost forum to suggest changes for devs, report bugs, and upvote other people's suggestions. This website WILL grow and change over time. And as such, I do not know if/when the information I share here will be outdated. Edit: To answer an ask I received, anyone can join cohost without an invite. It used to be invite-only. It is not this way anymore.

Is "adult content" allowed there?

Yes. Cohost is not on the app store, meaning that it is not subject to Apple's specifications. You can post illustrations, writing, and photographs (cohost does not support any video formats at this time, just gifs). Cohost has an elaborate filtering and trigger warning system (moreso than tumblr), and you can disable adult content for your entire account or for individual tags. I actually don't engage with the adult content at all on there. Visual CSEM (both real and fictional) is specifically forbidden (although frankly I think the guidelines could be stricter wrt written content. Still, does seem to handle this better than AO3 does, going as far to say that written content about real minors is forbidden.)

How are minors protected?

The minimum age to join cohost is 16, and requires proof of parental permission to join. Users who are under 18 are automatically age-gated and cannot view adult content.

If cohost isn't on the app store, how is it used?

You can, of course, use cohost on a computer, but it is designed with mobile in mind. Opening the website on any IOS browser, clicking "share", and then "add to home screen" will install an app for you to use. The same can be done on an android. There is a guide here.

How does cohost work?

First, you create an account. Then you wait for approximately two days (read: weekdays) for the account to be activated. This is done to prevent spam bots. In the meantime, edit your profile. List some interests, your pronouns, your other social media links. Give yourself an icon. Note: icon and banner file sizes are small. You may need to shrink and compress images.

After the two days are up, make your first post! Write a basic introduction (with what you feel comfortable you feel sharing) and list some interests you like, maybe some hobbies, media, etc. And then tag this post with "#welcome to cohost". This will let existing members know that someone new has joined, and they may initiate conversation and/or follow you.

Next, go to the search and type in "The Cohost Global Feed" and click on the tag. Bookmark this tag. This is essentially one giant community space where you can find random users. (There is currently some discourse on the website as to whether this tag existing is a "bad thing" or not because "cohost isn't supposed to have a global tag". Just ignore that lol). Next, go back to search and type in things you like. TV shows, maybe. Video games. Music. Anything. See if people have posted in the tags. Follow them. Comment on their stuff. Click "like" to bookmark the post if you want to.

Most crucially, make sure that you bookmark the actual tag so you can look in that tag again later without having to manually type it each and every time. Also, you get a feed called "bookmarked tags" which allows you to scroll through all of them at once, which replaces the "for you" feature other websites have.

You can "share" a post (called "rebug" in user slang) which serves the same purpose as a reblog on tumblr. In a rebug, you can add your own tags or comment in the body of the post. Cohost users do not talk in tags as much as tumblr users - they tend to prefer to speak in the body of a rebug, or in the comment section (replies). At this time, you cannot view all reblogs. But you can view all comments in the comment section. Any post that is rebugged will preserve the tags of the OP, with any additional tags added being attributed to you. Rebugs are named after the website mascot Eggbug, a purple bee-like insect.

Posts are called "chosts" - and shitposting is called "shitchosting." Two examples of global shitposting tags are "#css crimes" - which is when a person does goofy things with the HTML/CSS editor to make colorful text, fake chat windows, and such - and "#shitchosting" which is a general shitposting tag. I've also seen people use tags like "#random".

If a post makes you laugh, check out the OP's profile. See if they post frequently, and if you have any common interests. If you realize you want to block or mute someone instead, you can.

You can send asks just like on tumblr, but your inbox must be manually opened first. So remember to do that.

How do I look at my own blog?

This is one of my gripes about the UI. You would think, intuitively, you would click here (at the top of the screen). But you would be wrong!

It is ACTUALLY under the sidebar menu, called "Profile." And I'm not the only one to to complain about this. (To get back to your dashboard, by the way, you click on the cohost logo.)

Are there sideblogs?

Yes! Each sidepage (sideblog) has its OWN set of likes AND followed pages (blogs). This allows you to easily switch between multiple sets of dashboards. A lot of users use this to have a SFW dashboard and an adult content dashboard. But it works like tumblr, too. You can have a side page/dashboard for whatever you'd like. Maybe one of your pages is for programming. Maybe another is for photography. You switch between your pages by clicking the arrow next to your icon/username at the top of the screen. ("Ohhhhh.... THAT'S what that's for.")

What's the userbase on there like?

Mostly programmers. Trans people. Furry artists. Plural systems. Furry trans plural programmers. Certainly a lot of shitposters. The website is trans-run and, as such, has zero tolerance for TERFs. Everyone seems pretty friendly from what I can tell. And there's very much a culture of "follow someone randomly based on their vibes" that doesn't happen as much on tumblr. Tumblr is more like "I really like this TV show, I'm going to follow 40 blogs about just this interest." Because the cohost community is so much smaller, there is a lot less content overall, especially fandom content. You can't follow 40 fandom pages because your fandom tag has a total of 3 posts, all made by one person approximately a year ago (well. for me anyway).

Cohost, then, actually has much more in common with real-life socialization. You seek out people with interests that may be very different from your own, and to find a common interest is very exciting! Unlike tumblr, you are encouraged to tag as much as possible. This allows your posts to be seen, to find common interests. And, of course, don't forget to look in "#Welcome To Cohost" too! You may find some new friends there.

What file formats can I post in?

Currently, I am aware of basic image formats working (like jpeg, png) animated gifs, and mp3s. You currently cannot upload videos to cohost. I believe the reason is not related to server costs, but rather as a way to curb the uploading of copyrighted content.

How does cohost make money?

There are no ads, and yet, as far as I am aware, cohost is operating comfortably. There is, however, an entirely optional "cohost plus" that is $5 USD a month. Currently, there are a few perks, but not enough to convince me.

What if I think something about cohost should change?

Cohost has a forum where users can submit ideas for features and other users can discuss/upvote those ideas.

1/ The Moonlight/Moonwood Tales concept : Based on the lore that came with the werewolves pack, I imagined a story that would explain everything between the werewolves, vampires and spellcasters. I actually prepared a plan for season 1 ... Maybe I'll post it next year ?

2/ The stories I planned for this year but so far, only Melodia is still going. DH3 will start next year sadly and Another Side has been cancelled because of lack of time and a bad computer.

3/ Aïssa in the city : a special photoshoot/lookbook with some items I love and also a small interview including infos about DH2 and 3. It's also a way for me to show more about Aïssa's modeling life. The title is also a reference to the upcoming spin-off about her ...

6/ Toxic Don ! A potential new Another Side story I've been thinking about years now ... It would be fun !

7/ The Ghostface DH3 edits : It's a reference to DH3 and Scream of course; the plot will be a tribute to Wes Craven actually !

8/ The Melodia musical video part : it actually was awesome and fun to create but it took me an entire month just for this little video. I decided to stick to a more boring regular way to post this story. I also don't have a lot of readers so far so I guess they will forgive me. I still see it as one of my biggest achievement here though so check it if you can ^^ I love how the episode turns into a musical movie

9/ @windbrook's Slashed Challenge : it was one of my favourite CAS challenge of all time ^^ I'm a huge slasher fan ! It was perfect for simblreen and people created awesome characters and stories !

Han/Leia Appreciation Week 2023

Han/Leia Appreciation Week is an event originally hosted at @han-leia-solo between 2016-2019. Last year, and with their permission, we decided to host it at @hanleiacelebration!

Since Beth Revis' "The Princess and the Scoundrel" was released on August 16th, 2022, we thought it'd be fun to mark the date as the anniversary of Han and Leia's wedding 🥰 And since this year is also the 40th anniversary of "Return of the Jedi", you'll see prompts related to both of those things!

💗 How does the Han/Leia Appreciation Week work?

The event will run from August 13th to August 19th, and there will be two different prompts each day that creators can fulfill with: fanfic, fanart, gifsets, graphics, fanvids, headcanons, crafts, playlists, rec lists. You’re encouraged to tag your posts with #hanleiaweek2023 so we can reblog them! After the week is over, we'll also share a masterlist with links to the works.

You can show your appreciation in many ways; however, please keep in mind that it has to be a creation of yours of some sort, e.g. don’t repost other people’s fanart, gifs, or unedited pictures. Rec lists should include a link to the original source both for fanfic and fanart (more on this after the cut).

Yes! This is a good option for people who might want to create explicit art that could be taken down on Tumblr, write a long fic or multichapter, or make videos or playlists.

💗 Does it have to be a new creation? Can I finish and post a WIP?

It has to be something that has never been posted anywhere else before, so finishing and sharing a WIP is okay! If it doesn’t fit any of the prompts, you can share it on Free Day.

💗 Is this event open to all ratings?

Yes! Just remember to use a “Read more” cut if you’re posting the whole work on Tumblr, and to add a note at the top if your work is rated Mature or Explicit, as well as if it has any major trigger warnings, so all folks can safely browse through the entries.

💗 Are there any length or quality requirements?

There’s no min. or max. length for fanfic or quality level for art, but please note that AI-generated works won't be accepted. For gifsets, there’s a minimum of two gifs (that must be made by you!). For playlists, there’s a minimum of five songs. For rec lists of fic or fanart, there’s also a minimum of five recs. Some more questions you might have about rec lists:

- How do I share someone else's art without posting a picture? You might post a thumbnail that crops a preview of the piece; if the piece has a title, you might use that; you might describe it; or you might say something like “this piece by [artist]”, and link to the source.

- What if I found a fanart on Google? Try to find the original source using reverse search image.

BUG GAME MASTERPOST (AS OF NOV. 2022)

heyhey! this isnt actually anything "official"! i just thought i’d make this for fun and to also spread around bug video games that others, who like the silly little critters as well, might enjoy!

(remember that this is as of nov. 29 2022 so if any game unreleased game on here is now released, it may have been after the date that this was made)

there will be 3 categories: released games, games to be released/are being developed, and honorable mentions

under the released games, i will also be stating if i have finished the game, played them, or simply heard of them (can range from "i have the game wishlisted", "owned but not played", literally only heard of it, etc.)

these bug games will also only list games where most invertebrates are the main focus of the game

other than that, i will be doing the following if possible!:

- i will be providing brief comments for what i think of each game (this is my opinion of each game!! everyone has their own tastes and its alright if you dont agree with what i say! and in no way is my comments for each game professional/an attempt to critique the game in any way ksfhskjd)

- what the gameplay is like (sort of. im not really good at explaining LMAO)

hollow knight - website; finished - a challenging metroidvania! i personally found this game really fun though i did have to take breaks from the game due to some difficult fights and events lsfhdskj. its definitely the type of game thats fun to replay and see how much you've improved since first playing it! i also think the world building, implied lore, and characters are really well done! (i highly enjoy reading people's analysis posts of this game jksdfkj)

overall, i suggest this game if you enjoy challenging fights and platformers, creative characters, games with deep lore, and/or emotional osts!

bug fables - website; finished - i am emotionally attached to the blue moth. anyways! bug fables is a paper mario rpg inspired game (used to be called paper bugs actually!) and it has charming characters and a good story! this game has a very fun ost and you definitely fall in love with the characters as you learn more and more about them. i find the sidequests very much worth doing and also really fun as it makes you go around and interact with a lot of the npcs in the game! you'll end up seeing that a lot of them have unique personalities and are loveable in their own right :] !!

i suggest the game if you like rpgs, bright characters and settings, bubbly osts, and/or perhaps even learning a dark secret or 2?

bugsnax - website; finished - silly game about catching and eating bug-shaped foods! or food-shaped bugs? food bugs!!!! the horrors. all the bugsnax designs are super fun and some of them are challenging to catch which i think makes the game pretty fun! there's also a bunch of ways that u could catch a bugsnak, its just up to what you can think of! the horrors. the characters are also pretty loveable and they have really neat stories and getting to know them can change the course of the game (just the ending really actually)

highly suggest the game if you enjoy being a little creative with how you perform a task/solving puzzles, characters that are more than what they seem, and silly creative creature designs!

creepy castle - available on steam; played - i have yet to finish this game! but from what i've played, its pretty fun exploring around, reading lore tidbits, and doing the duel minigames! it has a neat retro style and you can change the colors/gui settings if i remember correctly!

i suggest the game if you like rpgs, pixelated style games, and/or minigames!

webbed - website; finished - super cute spider game about saving your bf, swinging around on and crafting webs, and making new friends! did i also mention that youre a spider that shoots lasers from their eyes? webbed is a really charming game that can be completed in just a few hours, even with all the bonus/side things that you can do!

i suggest it if you like pixelated style games, are a completionist, want a shorter game, or just want to be a silly little laser spider!

apico - website; finished - a relaxing game about keeping bees and restoring bee populations! recently they've added an update where you can help repopulate solitary bees and butterflies, and there's a bunch more content that they're planning to develop and release!! the characters have silly bee pun names and have neat dialogue! (they also have pronouns next to their names when you talk to them <3) bee management is not super demanding and with some mods, you can enhance your experience in the game. personally, i have not played with mods, i really enjoy the base game alone! you can also build pretty bases, listen to the relaxing ost, or trap yourself in menu hell!

i suggest the game if you want something that's more laidback (though there is a bit of management), like reading silly dialogue blurbs, want to have a calming ost to listen to, or just wanna do some beekeeping! (proceeds also go to charities that help repopulate native bee populations!)

grounded - website; played - grounded is an open world survival sandbox game (theres also a literal sandbox in the game) where you're a teen that's been shrunken down and must survive in the backyard while finding a way to bring yourself back to your original size. the game actually got a full release in back in september and i have yet to play it because my partner has not been able to play kfhskj. but we have played when it was in early access and it was super fun! there are giant spiders in the game but there's an accessibility setting that allows you to make the spiders more blobby in case you have arachnophobia! other than that it's really fun to go running around the game screaming and crying because the giant mosquito is about to 2-shot you. the base building is also pretty fun with a variety of materials you can make your base from as well as decor. there's also a variety of weapons and armors to choose from and create a build to optimally destroy bugs that are not so friendly. you can also tame some of the passive creatures and become extremely overprotective of them. (im not speaking from experience [lying]) there's actually a storyline to follow as well that helps encourage exploration and progression in the game!

i recommend the game if you enjoy open world sandbox survival games, being scared out of your mind when something you didnt see gets aggro'd on you, making neat bases, and/or strategizing and making builds to suit your playstyle! (i also highly recommend playing with friends!)

space moth dx - available on steam; played - an arcade-like shoot-em-up bullet hell where you play a moth shooting lasers at other laser shooting bugs! this is actually a fairly tough game if you're not familiar with these types of games. i personally have not gotten that far and have yet to play it again kslfhkjs but i think the art is super neat and the gameplay is pretty fun!

i recommend it if you enjoy bullet hells where you literally don't see anything But bullets (there is also space moth: lunar edition!)

bug academy - available on steam and switch; played - a pretty fun physics puzzle game where you control a swarm of bugs! there are different levels with different objectives and a star-based score depending on how well you do in each one! the only reason i havent finished this game is because im a completionist for it and got stuck on a level i have yet to get 3 stars on ksjfhkj. if you ever get this game, i highly recommend playing with a controller!

i suggest this game if you like puzzles, timed/stopwatch levels, trying to see how far you can chuck something, destroying buildings by chucking items, crying when you knock over your tower on accident, and/or being a silly bug swarm

crustacean nations - available on steam and itch.io; finished - woah moth!!! a game about crabs???? yeah they're getting a spot on this list, they're sea bugs to me. but anyways! crustacean nations is a fairly short game with only 3 levels (if i remember correctly) and a sandbox mode. you're essentially commanding a kingdom of crabs and you must defend your sand castle while destroying the other crab sand castles. there's also a pit where you can sacrifice crabs and summon a Big One. it doesn't take too much strategy to win each level but you still need to think about it a bit!

i suggest it if u want to play a brief n short army-building game! with crabs!

kill it with fire - website; finished - a silly game about exterminating spiders. as you progress through the game you get a bunch of new weapons to um. delete spiders with. there's also a bunch of challenges you can do and achievements to get! i've completely 100%'d the game just because it's kinda fun trying to do the challenges and collect all the achievements. the ending is also. a little messed up.

i suggest the game if you're a bit of a completionist, don't like spiders for some reason (i think theyre pretty neat), want to have a stress-relief game (or would it be stress inducing??), or want to see how goofy it gets

social moth - available on steam; heard of - a lot of my mutuals talk about and adore this game! i have not played it yet but it's wishlisted! here's a copy n pasted excerpt from the steam page: "Social Moth is a narrative platformer where you play as a small moth contending with social anxiety. Set in a close-knit community on the forest floor, the game allows the player to explore themes of mental health, relationships, and finding a sense of belonging."

i think i can suggest this game if you have social anxiety/want to understand social anxiety while also playing a puzzle platformer with an endearing art style and characters!

buggos - available on steam; heard of - ive had this game wishlisted for a while! here's a copy and pasted excerpt from the steam page: "Buggos is an RTS Auto Battler where you evolve your army into the perfect bug fighting force. You control a young hive mind bent on world domination, and your swarm will mostly listen to your every beck and call. Guide your swarm’s evolutionary path and breed your best bugs for world domination!"

i think i can suggest this game if you like the idea of world domination and slaughter, want a bug army building game, or enjoy pixelated style games.

i commissioned some bees - available on steam; heard of - did you know there's 10 of these games plus an advent edition?? these games are essentially just where's waldo bee edition and multiply those by like 1000. i've had this game wishlisted for a while but it hasnt been a priority pft. here's an excerpt from the steam page!: "The brief was simple. I commissioned artists to create a fantasy world, and hide as many bees as they can inside it. Now it’s your job to find them all! With 10 art pieces to choose from, and 1000+ bees, you will have a lot of searching to do."

bee simulator - website; heard of - i own the game but havent played it yet. the most ive done is watch markiplier play it hfkjsd. here's an excerpt from the epic games page: "The hive awakens as the sun's first rays warm the horizon. It's time to test your wings, receive orders from the Queen and begin your first mission. And that's just the start of your adventures. Humans want to cut down the tree that holds your hive, so your fate – and that of the whole swarm – rests on your tiny shoulders!" i think this game is more of an educational game aimed towards families and children but who knows! maybe some of you will enjoy it too?

i think i can recommend this game if you like bees :) and doing minigames/tasks/challenges!

centipede recharged - website; heard of - i've played centipede in an actual arcade but it was not this specific game so i dont know if the experience is around the same. (i own it but havent played it) centipede recharged is similar to black widow: recharged in terms of an arcade shooter as well as the description given

empires of the undergrowth - website; played - an army building game about ants! in the "main zone", you're an experimental ant species that seems to be able to take on traits of many other ant species. you play levels as real-life ant species and try to grow your colony and complete objectives that are given to you. the rewards you get from these levels are used to upgrade your lab species and after completing a set of levels, you'll be given a challenge using the lab species. i havent completed this game due to being stuck on one of the challenge levels fhksjd but i think its kind of fun

i suggest this game if you like army building games (similar to starcraft or warhammer) and the idea of making a huge ant colony and competing against other colonies

yoku's island express - available on steam; heard of - there's actually a lot more places where you can purchase yoku's island express (epic games, switch, gog, etc.) but their website is down so i decided to resort to linking the steam page. i currently own the game but have not played it! it's a game about you being a tiny postman exploring around islands, delivering packages, while also making new friends and saving the islands where you reside. it's a pinball platformer adventure game and it seems really cute and fun to play!

earthtongue - available on steam and itch.io; heard of - this game actually just got recommended to me after this was posted! earthtongue is a game where you watch over a world inhabited by fungi and bugs. here's an excerpt about the game!: "You will spend most of your time watching life grow and eat each other to survive. Your subtle nudges will be required to maintain the balance of this world, but it can handle itself much of the time. Player given goals are limited, aside from maximizing the health of your ecosystem. You may choose to try to create a fungal garden to your liking. You may try your best to breed as many beetles as you can. You might use those beetles instead as food stock for the mantises. You might instead just peacefully watch the story of Earthtongue unfold on its own."

stonefly - website; heard of - stonefly is an adventure game where you control a bug-shaped mech! here's an excerpt from the site: "Harness the wind and soar through the wilderness of Stonefly, a chill and tranquil action-adventure game about self-discovery, legacy, and belonging. hollow knight: silksong - website - the game that the hk fandom says doesn't exist and is actually a collective fever dream (it is 100% a real game, we're all just very excited for it to come out! /srs) the game is going to be like hollow knight (a challenging metroidvania) but this time the player plays as a new protagonist, who was a character in the first game, hornet! this game will have a new world to explore, new mechanics to master, new faces to meet, and much more.

bugaboo pocket - website - a really cute pixelated game about raising bugs! an excerpt from the site: "Bugaboo Pocket is a digital pet game where you raise bugs from egg to adult. How you care for your pet influences their personality and impacts the ecology around them. Inspired by real bugs!"

another crab's treasure - website - a game where you play as a hermit crab! you use trash in your surroundings as your shell and each "shell" provides a different effect that affects how you play the game! an excerpt from the site: "Another Crab’s Treasure is a soulslike adventure set in a crumbling underwater world. As Kril the hermit crab, you’ll need to wear the trash around you as shells to withstand attacks from enemies many times your size. (i recommend checking out their tiktok, some of the posts there are extremely funny)

dewdrop dynasty - steam page - a pixelated style metroidvania where you play as a gunslinging bee who lost their wings and finds themselves trapped in an unknown place. you'll meet interesting characters, challenging enemies, and also learn new skills and mechanics as you play the game. goodgis, dewdrop dynasty's dev, also posts a bunch of videos on youtube regarding game development tips and devlogs. (that's how my partner knew about the game and introduced it to me) a fun and charming game that will have mysteries to discover!

i am a caterpillar - dev's twitter - a game where you play as a caterpillar!: unbothered. slimey. thriving. in your moss. squelched up. wriggling. an excerpt from one of the dev's tweets!: "Become the squidgy lil' caterpillar you've always wanted to be, on a quest to stop your own metamorphosis. Crawl & wriggle all over anything in your path and explore the canopy."

a webbing journey - website - a cute 3D game where you play as a spider! you'll explore the world, making webs and slinging around on them. you'll also meet some friendly faces to talk to and do quests for them! an excerpt from the site: " You control a little spider equipped with all the typical spider abilities and a little bit more as you travel through various stunning islands searching for the most exotic flowers for your spider date. Along your journey you meet other spiders and animals who provide additional side stories and quests which challenge your spider abilities."

invertipets - dev's site / toyhou.se - a petsite game being made by @shadybugdev where you take care of bugs and bug-like pets! there's not much on it publicly available yet other than some pet concepts (which can be viewed through the toyhouse link!) but it's something to look out for! (the picture provided is some of the pets and their possible morphs!)

So I've been wanting to do something nice for the fandom, but I've also been thinking about how to help the fandom help itself. These ideas have settled into Fanbruary!

Each day during the month of February, you can earn entries by commenting on fics on AO3, reblogging fic posts, or reblogging art posts.

(I am super awful about lurking and not reblogging content myself, so this is definitely something I need to be better at myself!!)

At the end of the month, I will randomly select 7 people. Each person will receive an eGift Card to Redbubble. (I am based in the US, please see the Rules for a note on international users.)

Firstly, J interactions with T starting with this amazing gif.

I love how they both have this tendency of mirroring each other. I noticed this in a couple of their interviews and it's kind of funny to me because for most people that's something that takes years to develop. I realize they've known each other for over a year by now, but even so it's incredibly fast.

They constantly move in a synchronized manner, they sometimes even speak at the same time or share the same line of thought which is very interesting because it shows how deeply connected they are with one another.

The way R looks at him though it's something to note, because her eyes are so full of wonder, care, and dare I say? Love. What kind of love that is, I don't think even she knows it yet, but it's there. Also, notice how she very subtly leans into him as he holds after she smiles at him, how for a few seconds her forehead touches his shoulder, almost as if she wants to nest her head in there but stops herself from doing so.

If we take any context from this, if we pretend we don't know about her and J, they look like an actual couple. She looks so comfortable as he's holding her, and yes they've know each other for a long time at this point but still.

As we reach the third gif, we see her leaning her head against his shoulder yet again. It's barely noticeable, but if you look closely you'll see the moment I'm referring to. And yet again she goes for half a millisecond and goes back to a more straight posture, which tells me that whenever she does this movement of almost laying her against his shoulder she might (allegedly because I again can't read minds), might do this so often it's almost second nature and also feels safe and comfortable to do so. Yes, she's an actress but I can guarantee you that this isn't for the cameras. She doesn't even notices she's doing until she actually does it.

Now, gif number is very interesting. I don't know exactly what happened and you're welcome to disagree with me, but something went on inside her head because her posture suffered a slight change. She seems to have become stiff, but I'm not sure I'm misreading it or if I'm under the wrong impression and you and your followers are welcome to offer input, but there's something in her shoulder and in the way her eyes move away that tells something happened in that moment even if it's in the recesses of her head. She looks a little bit smugg in the way her eyes drift (almost like she's happy she has this attention and he's holding on for dear life) but also seems a little bit stiff. I wouldn't say uncomfortable bur something shifted or I'm seeing things. Either way, T noticed because he held her tighter in what I can only call reflex. This wasn't for the cameras either, he's focused on them, sure, but when he notices she's shifting way he clings to her like he doesn't want to let go. Whether because they weren't done taking pictures or because he genuinely didn't want her away from him I can't say, that's up to you to decide.

Jeez, how long was this and I didn't even cover J and R. If you want to, you or your followers could provide me with links and videos of J and R so I could use for comparison

They mirror each other consistently and they feel like they’ve known each other for decades but it’s only been a year. I know they sent a lot of time together filming but it’s still surprising to me.

You’re right - in most of their interviews, they finish each other’s sentences and thoughts and I always see comments like “they’re in sync” or similar which I find so interesting. T said they were in sync in one interview and was surprised by it.

It seems like she always stops herself from leaning into his touch tbh. She definitely loves him, maybe not romantic love but full of admiration and devotion.

They do look like a couple. I was genuinely shocked when I found out they weren’t dating lol. I had to sit in silent for 5 minutes to wrap my head around it. Like how are these two not dating? I was even more shocked to find out she was dating J and T had a gf.

I agree - she goes stiff and has a smug look. She’s clearly happy to be getting this attention with T holding her. Maybe it’s guilt? She feels bad that she’s thinking about how good they look because she has J? T gripped her shoulders and she immediately calmed down again. He was clingy to her in reassurance it seems and yeah, he didn’t want to let go in that moment.

Hello, everyone! It’s me, Emi @adampage, coming to you live from somewhere dark and rainy in my mind, to let y’all know that HANGMAN PAGE BIRTHDAY WEEK is coming back after two years! I’m sure at least one of y’all may have wondered what happened last year, and the truth is that life gave me a kick in the ass. But now, I have more time on my hands, I am doing a little better, and I’ve been a part of the rise and fall of one of the greatest championship reigns I’ve ever witnessed with my own two eyes. And I think that it’s worth being celebrated (:

That being said, here’s what I have in mind for this year’s birthday week!!

OBJECTIVE

To create wonderful works [edits, gifs, writing, art, videos, etc] in the name and in the honor of our lovely cowboy, Hangman Adam Page, during the week of July 21st, 2022, to July 27th, 2022.

RULES

- There are prompts/themes for each day, sometimes even two. You may choose to do either or both! You may also do multiple of each, if it strikes your heart to do so.

- Do not take the prompts at face value. You may interpret them in any way you would like! (If you cannot choose one of something for a theme, feel free to talk/write/create about more than one. Multiple loves and multiple favorites are implied!)

No, sorry. The works should have been created specifically for GW. You can, however, create a sequel or a different version of a previous work.

Can I post something that is not in English?

Of course. Just make sure that it is original, or that you have the original author’s permission (and, in that case, link to the original too).

Can I make R-rated works?

Yes, just please give any necessary warnings and tell us the rating at the very beginning of the post. If the post is visual (like a fanart or a gifset), it would be nice for you to also tag it accordingly. It's not mandatory, but if possible put it under a Read More here on Tumblr and under a spoilers mark (so it's not instantly visible) on Twitter. Can I post something that’s AU?

Can I post more than one work?

Definitely! The more, the merrier. You can post as many works as you want, on as many days as you want, be it one post per day or ten on the same day. Anything goes!

Can I post on more than one day? Do I have to make something for each day?

Again, the more, the merrier! You can post on only one or all days if you wish!

Can I make one work that fits two or more themes?

Sure thing. I only ask that you post it on the day of the last theme included. For example, if you are posting a work that includes the theme from Day 1 and the theme from Day 4, post it on day 4 (just make sure to tell me that it includes both).

Can I write a multi-chaptered fanfiction?

Yes, and you don’t have to post everything either. When you do, just be sure to include either a masterpost, or the links to the previous chapters in the beginning.

Can I include other characters/pairings in my work?

Yes, as long as Gallavich is still the focus.

What if I can’t finish on time?

The Gallavich fandom is ALWAYS happy to see new fan material, so just post it when you’re done and tag me, ok? The same goes for people who can’t finish a work on the assigned theme day; you can still post it on a different day during GW, just make it clear which day it was made for.

Is there a contest?

No. It was an idea once, but most people didn’t want it, and felt a bit intimidated by it.

All right, here we go, counting down to number one!

5 - Halo 1x01 This was a great way to bring Chief in, IMO! I mean, what is more Chief-like than falling out of the sky into the middle of some enemies, right? At the time, I only knew the games vaguely but, even still, I thought the suit looked AWESOME here. And now that I do know the games... I still think it looks awesome, what can I say?

I would pair this lovely opening scene with a Classic Coke Zero because... Chief is a classic! 😎👍

4 - Halo 1x04 Oh man, this one hits me in the feels every time. I love how you see all of these emotions go through him: curiosity, longing, confusion, ending with him looking away and pulling some resolve back around himself. Because he's feeling this want to be loved, to have someone to laugh with, to care about and who'll care about him, and he doesn't know what to do with that. It doesn't fit a lifetime of Spartan training. He's not supposed to want those things, he's not even supposed to think about those things. But now he is and nothing is going to be the same ever again.

I would pair this with a cup of Maxwell House Chai Latte because it's coffee... but it's tea. But it's coffee and tea. And it's confusing but... I like it. 😂😉

3 - Halo 1x04 I love that we finally get to see a reserved playfulness between them! Plus, him reference that line that Kwan told him serves to both show that he's learning, he understands why she said that to him, but it also was a way to link Kwan back to all of this time away from her. I know it would've been difficult to keep them involved with each other after they separated but it would've done a lot to make her story feel more necessary if that link between them would've been somehow strengthened instead of just vanishing. I mean, a couple of quick calls? Something to let them talk and connect? I dunno. There wasn't really time in his plot, I know but it would've gone a long way if they could've found a way, IMO. 🤷‍♀️

I would pair this scene with a Dr Pepper Cream Soda Zero, because it's light, sweet and fizzy! 💖

2 - Halo 1x09 This entire scene, as he slowly realizes that he's going to have to cease to exist in order for Cortana to both save Silver Team and to recover the Artifact... It's just good. Not only are we seeing his trust in Cortana bloom at last but the thing that always gets me in this final moment, as he tells her that he trusts her, is the look on his face. He's not angry anymore, not railing against the events that have brought him to this point, not raging against what Halsey did to him by implanting an AI into his brain with the intention of replacing him in his own body. No, he looks almost peaceful, resolved. He's ready to accept his fate, whatever it may be. *clutches him to my fangirly heart*

I would pair this with a nice cup of Oolong tea, my favorite kind. 🍵

Honorable mention:

Halo 1x06 Now, this isn't for the obvious reasons, I promise, lol! He looks and sounds like he's dying in this scene and yet NOBODY checks on him? That bugged me so much that I wrote a one-shot fic about it. It was originally going to make use of an OC but I made a last minute decision to redo it as a Reader fic instead. And that was "15 Minutes" which became one of the most favorite things I've ever written (and spun off a series, also featuring "Recreation" a Kai x Male!Reader fic, both still on-going).

I would pair this scene with a cup of delicious Folgers Mocha Chocolate Flavored Cappuccino ☕ in gratitude for all it ended up giving me. 😉

Annnnd *drum-roll* for our winner, winner, chicken dinner!

1 - Halo 1x06 Since I had this one in video form, I had to go ahead and include it like this. MANNNN, this scene! Everybody here was acting their butts off, IMO. Halsey went from surprised to stern to absolutely terrified over the course of the scene. I really wasn't sure at the time if Cortana could have forced him to open the door or if she was playing the odds that he wouldn't let Halsey die. 🤷‍♀️👀 And John was genuinely scary here. His anger is clearly burning under an icy resolve and, again, I wasn't sure up until that last second if he was legit going to let her die. I mean, unless they were going to turn Chief into a straight-up murderer, then I knew he wouldn't, but dannnng, I can't think of much else that would be scarier than a Spartan looking at you with such hatred and contempt. 😱😱😱

I would pair this scene with the tears of Chief's enemies because they would be overflowing and plentiful. 👀😳😉

After All For One opened the warp gate, you all ended up in some abandoned warehouse, covered in dust, just on the outskirts of Tokyo in a fairly desolate area. Three weeks had passed since then—Shigaraki spent half of it moping over his Sensei’s defeat, then started to plan obsessively. 

It was a quieter day. Compress was out on a quick supply run—he and Toga were the only ones technically allowed to go on them, since Toga can change her appearance and Compress always wore his mask—and probably would be back in a few hours. Because it was only a quick run, Toga wasn’t needed, so she had decided to braid Magne’s hair, saying she would look even prettier. Twice was sitting behind Toga, braiding her hair (or trying to, at least). Spinner was preoccupied watching Shigaraki play on some handheld device. Dabi was perched on a rusty bedframe, eyes shut. Kurogiri, as per usual, was just quietly standing and observing.

“This sucks,” you huffed from your spot on the floor, scratching behind Nugget’s ear. “Can’t even take Boo for a walk anymore.” You sighed when the dog’s head perked up at walk, “sorry, Boo. We have to stay.”

“How do you think the rest of us feel?” Shigaraki snapped. “Between Dabi’s grumbling, Toga’s whining about not being able to see that U.A. brat, and you constantly asking when we don’t have to lay low anymore, there’s no peace and quiet in this damn place.”

You stuck your tongue out at him. He sneered back.

“Stop bickering like children.” Dabi swung his legs off of the bedframe and stood up. “It’s annoying me.”

“Sorry, pretty boy.” You did not sound sorry. At all. “You could just leave the room, though.”

“And leave you alone with Dusty there? The arguing is preferable to that, doll.”

“Y/N and I literally play video games together when they aren’t stuck to you like glue,” Shigaraki countered, glaring halfheartedly at Dabi. He rolled his eyes in response. 

“Yeah, and I try and make those times few and far between.”

“Jealous, pretty boy?” You grinned at him.

“I told you, little mouse—I’m very possessive over the things I like.” You just snickered in response. 

“You two are cute! I wanna be just like that with Izuku-kun!” Toga giggled excitedly, bouncing up and down a little bit. Dabi just shook his head, not wanting to humour her… tendencies.

“Toga, don’t move! I’ll mess up your hair! Move all you want!” Twice fussed, fidgeting with braid (that was more like a knot than anything else) in Toga’s hair.

You eyed the sad attempt at a braid. “Twice, would you like me to show you how to braid?” You offered gently. “I used to braid my mother’s hair, but I might be a little rusty. It’s been… a while.” If he keeps at it, I’m afraid I’ll end up having to cut out the knots. Toga would definitely not like that, and Twice would feel awful…

Thankfully, he didn’t seem to mind the offer and instead perked up. “Sure thing! I wasn’t too sure on how to do it, but I wanted to do something nice for Toga-chan!” 

You smiled and handed Nugget off to Dabi—who grumbled but took the cat anyways—then stood up and nudged Twice over. “Here, watch.” You carefully worked out the knots in Toga’s hair, then parted it into three sections and demonstrated. “You take the outside pieces and make an “X” over the middle piece, like this. Then, you do the same thing underneath. Over, over, under, under… see?” 

Twice nodded slowly. “Okay, I think I’ve got it. I have no idea what you just said!”

“Alright! Make sure after each “X,” it’s not too loose, or the braid will fall out. Your turn!” You undid the braid with your fingers, pat Toga on the head and stood back up.

“Thank you Y/N-kun!” Toga gave you a bright smile. “Look at Magne’s hair! Doesn’t she look so pretty?”

A good portion of her hair hadn’t made it back into the braid, since her hair was shorter, but it did look nice. “Absolutely. Magne, you should let Toga do your hair more often.”

Magne’s cheeks turned red and she smiled. “Ah, thank you!”

“‘Course!” You smiled back and took Nugget back from Dabi, then reclaimed your spot on the floor next to Boo. 

Shigaraki paused his game and scratched at his neck. “Compress should be getting back from his supply run with food soon. We’ll need to ration it out since we have to be more careful now. Before you ask, Y/N, yes: I made sure he would get food for Boo and Nugget. Bowls, a litterbox and litter, too.”

“Thanks, boss.” You gave both of the animals a pat on their heads. “Hear that, you two? You’ll be getting more than scraps now.” 

As if on cue, Compress walked in with a bag of his blue marbles—all of which contained food. “I’m back. Did I miss anything important?”

“Y/N taught me how to braid! Absolutely nothing happened!” 

“...I wouldn’t count that as important,” Dabi interjected with a sigh. “No, Mister. You didn’t miss anything.” 

Compress nodded, then deactivated his Quirk and put the stolen food away, setting the supplies aside. He placed the bowls, litterbox and litter, plus Boo and Nugget’s foods next to you with a small bow. 

“Ever the showman,” you snorted. “Thanks.”

“Now that Compress is back, we should start talking about our next moves.” Shigaraki crossed his legs and drummed three fingers across his knee. “We need to look into garnering more power. Losing Sensei was a big blow and we need to recover. Keep an ear out for potential allies. Twice, your Double Quirk would be good for scouting. Whenever I send Dabi out, he comes back empty-handed and smelling like ash.”

Dabi glared at him. “It’s not my fault all of the people I come across are trash.”

“Maybe you should stop doing the equivalent of dumpster-diving. Alleyways aren’t known for their classiness,” you teased him. He turned his glare to you instead.

“It doesn’t matter. We can’t kill every potential recruit we come across, so we’re going to utilise Twice’s Quirk instead. He can make Doubles of some random citizen or something, send them out to listen.” 

“Why can’t I scout people, Tomura-kun?” Toga whined, pouting. 

“We need you available for supply runs with Compress. Twice can make the Doubles and send them out,” Shigaraki explained, only barely managing to be patient. “You can only change your appearance. Your Quirk is better for the supply runs.” 

Toga kept pouting, but didn’t argue any further.

“Y/N, you’ll be happy to hear that it’s probably been long enough that you can take Boo out in the evenings. Just keep to the shadows as best you can—we don’t want to risk you getting recognised. Dabi, you will always go with them when they go out. Make sure they’re safe.”

You grinned at that. “Hell yeah!”

“Of course. Who do you think I am?” Dabi scoffed, crossing his arms.

“Magne, Spinner—you two are to stay with me at the base at all times. Should we be compromised, as unlikely as it is, I would rather not fight alone. That’s all the updates I have for now,” Shigaraki concluded, uncrossing his legs and picking his game console back up.

The League members all gave acknowledgement and went back to what they were doing before. You poked at Dabi’s leg.

“Wanna go out tomorrow with Boo? She’ll be happy to get the fresh air.” 

“Sure thing, doll.”

MOTS ON:E DVD Pt. 3

This package was released in September 2021 and covers the online concerts performances filmed on 201010 and 201011. There are 3 DVDs included in this package. The first 2 DVDs cover the actual concert in full from 201010. The 2nd DVD also includes the last part of that day 1 concert as well as day 2s solo stages. Disc 3 includes the merch and poster making film and VCR making film, the Rehersals and practice making films and the concert d-day making film. (300 minutes in total from all 3 DVDs.) You can find my post over part 1 and part 2 here. And the second half of Disc 3 is what I'll cover in this post. Reminder again that this is simply me bullet point talking about this as I go basically, like I'm reacting to a friend. Lol I'll also add that I found a link on YouTube for the whole 3rd DVD as well that you can all watch. It only goes up to 360p but it's Still pretty good! You can find that link in Part 2, linked above.

Disc 3

Rehearsal Making Film:

Final Rehaersals took place a few days before the actual concert days, so we are officially in October 2020 now. We kick off the video with everyone arriving to the stadium for rehearsals and it looks early and everyone looks sleepy as heck. Lol jikook arrive together here as well too. Looking very fluffy. Everyone giving exclamations while looking over all their stages. Joonie: "is this the concert of the future?" They are so cute. And then of course. We immediately get jikook explaining their hickey incident to us all. Lmfao (gif above, the 1st of the post) and Jimin just keeps trying to explain it and make it less sus. Baby it's still sus! I'm sorry! 🤣 Jin thinks so too. Lmfao his total exasperated face 🤣 so funny! My post over hickeygate here:

Jin, Hobi, and Yoongi all talking about JKs long ponytail and bangs and petting his hair. Omfg they are so cute. He really is their baby. The way they did Sugas stage set was so cool for Shadow. The way this white fabric hallway just dropped from the sky. Lol and his quick change issues with trying to take off the tear away white clothes in time is cute and funny. He did it though! Eventually he got it!

Jimin rehearsing Filter and JK just coming by to watch and hang out. Because of course. They are always at each other's rehearsals. Jimin talking about Filter is so 😍 I love Jimin in all the ways. And then we move right onto Jimins Black Swan solo rehearsal too. Which I could watch a million times over. And then we get to see Jungkook rehearsing My Time right after this too! So good! JK finishing off day 1 of Rehearsals for us.

Day 2 kicks off with Jin greeting every prop good morning like the prince he is! And then complimenting Jhopes fashion sense. Which everyone else agrees clearly as JK immediately goes to try and steal and wear Hobis vest. Lol and Tae who then steals it next. And Hobi the angel who just let's them take his clothes. 🥰 and JK in those kendo pants is everything to me. He is so beautiful.

Day 3 we see Prince Jin on his moon finally! And we also get President Namjoon doing Persona! And we see Jungkookie's My Time dress rehearsal with his shirt significantly more buttoned up then it was during the performance. Lmao just like Jimin said, he was frantically unbuttoned his shirt before it was his time to go on to perform 🤣 and we get to see Tae pre-record his Inner Child performance with the child actor Dam. And we watch Tae totally fall in love with him too 😭 TaeTae with babies, my HEART!!! They did sooooo good. He promised to take the kiddo out for a treat after recording. Omgggg. Might be one of my favorite parts of the whole DVD honestly. So freaking precious. I could tear up. Jimin watching Tae record and them talking about how good Tae did and how cute the kid was after too. AGHHHH I can't handle it. 😭😭😍😍 VMIN! And now we also get to see Jimin prerecord Filter here too! I can't handle this either. Jiminnnnnnn. Both Tae (Tae here too) and Jimin took pictures with Dam too.

Day 4 is when they Prerecorded the last few songs of the concert that they were doing AR effects with too. DNA, Dope, and No More Dream. After No More Dream, Jikook talked about how long it had been since they did their choreo in a performance 🥺 and JK being so proud going "i was holding you with just my arms" instead of Jimin putting any of his weight on the other members/dancers like he used to. And "because dropping you would be a disaster" 🥺🥺 we know he takes good care Jimin! Recording DNA and Tae starts playing camera hide and seek with the director. Why is he so cute? Namjoon praising the staff for how hard they worked on this concert too even though they are so tired themselves. I adore him and how considerate he is! Jhope wanting to rehearse Ego one more time because he was worried about it and Jimin comforting Hobi that he was born to perform 😭 my heart. JK also stayed late for another rehearsal of My Time

Last rehearsal before go time the next day!! So it's October 9th now! They do sound check with Butterfly on RMs persona stage and Jimin hangs out at the podium and Yoongi is so cute coming over to sing directly to Jimin! 🥺 and then Jimin getting all excited seeing an ARMY on the ARMY Screens who is holding a Jimin banner and pointing it out 😍 all the members being giant fanboys watching RM do his persona stage. Exclamations galore! Lol the editors putting the "heartthrob" caption with a heart and saying they are just like ARMY. It's so true. They love him! Vmin being in love with their hyungs and Jimin doing Jins choreo as Jin sings Moon to him and Tae singing and Dancing to Ego for Hobi. Lol they are adorable. The hyungs all rushing to go watch JK do My Time and all of them watching with literal mouths open. Relatable. Same. Also JK lost his buttons for this final rehearsal too 🤣 JK and Hobi jumping up to do Jimins crotch grab dance move with him on the screen and absolutely loving it. Lol VHope telling Jimin how cool he is over and over. I love the praise they give each other. Jimin reaching over to high five Hobi for the compilents and Tae just holding Jimins hand instead and said, I'll pass your high five onto him 🤣 okay soulmates. Lol Jimin just kissing Tae's hand that he is holding then instead too 🥰 OKAY SOULMATES! 3J adoring and loving Jin dancing to moon and dancing along with it and smiling so hard!

And we end the final rehearsal in the dressing room with Yoongis guitar and Jikook harmonizing and singing Dynamite along with him and Jihope dancing together and just omg pure serotonin and happiness in everyday with my yoonminhopekook heart SOARING

D-Day Making Film:

This was the only section of Disc 3 not included in the link found in part 2 of this post, so I'm including it here separately for you that I found on YouTube as well. You can watch the D-day making film here:

The morning of the concert is finally here. And we see Tae2Seok cutely sharing meal and Yoongi once again practicing his guitar! His dedication!! And for the last and final soundcheck on the day of, we see TaeJin this time play fighting and Minimoni exchanging cute good luck handshakes. Joon explaining that walking on all fours is a great exercise because all humans used to be animals before evolution 😅🤣 idk what that has to do with working out but okay 🤣

Maknae Line watching the UGH rehearsal and being the BIGGEST fanboys. No one beats Tae being Joons fanboy though and he was running up to give both hugs and kisses in his RM enthusiasm! Lol Editors "doesn't hesitate to express his affection" is sooo true for our Tae. 🥰 and Tae also once again joining in as an extra Ego dancer with every other member on the sidelines dancing too. Lol they LOVE EGO! Jimin doing one last black swan solo performance rehearsal and JK watching and supporting him from the side. Because OF COURSE he is. "Thats our Jimin" 🥺

The hyungs each did logs too. Im not going to go into them too kuch, but please go watch them. They talked about prep for this concert and how much they are missing ARMY, etc. They are really sweet. All getting ready for the concert. Hobi getting Henna done and showing it off to Jimin and he was so impressed for him. It was so cute. I love all the recaps over the performances of Day 1 concerts as well as tidbits into them running to get ready for the next sets during VCRs. And I will never be over Yoongis fits during the second set of performances and UGH. Nor will I ever be over Jimins Black Swan solo or all their solo performances . Jimin saying he was pretty satisfied with his Filter performance makes me so happy. It was AMAZING and show stopping. Lol and Jimin accidentally opening his umbrella a tad bit too early during Boy With Luv and IMMEDIATELY turning to Hobi lmfao. His cute sorry sorrys to Hobi as soon as the song finished too. 😭 lmfao Dance Leader Hobi notices everything 😭🤣🤣 and they showed Jimin crying during his ending mentions AGAIN I CANNOT 😭😭😭😭 JK coming over to comfort him as do the 94z. Excuse me while I start crying again too 😭😭 Post over that here:

Jimin talking about how he just got so emotional as soon as he realized during their encore that the fans were there broadcasted live and communicating with them even through a screen in real time. And that it made him get so choked up. And I just wanna give him a hug 😭 JK still reaching over to give comforting touches even when joking and teasing asking why Jimin cried. Lol and Jimin joking right along with them saying for the attention. God, he is such a softie and a goofball. I'm so glad he is surrounded by so much love and support and can Crack jokes and find the humor in these emotionally intense situations too. And JK then still also teasing Tae asking why he isn't saying anything and needs to do the ending fairy comments 🤣 Namkook looking at Tae so sweetly and cutely as he gives their last comment of the day before coming back for concert day 2! Tae is always their ending fairy in these DVDs it's so cute.

Everyone went home except for Jikook. Jungkook stayed for an additional run through on his My Time performance. He was exhausted but he wanted to make sure it was perfect. Saying that during day 1 he lost focus because he thought his pants ripped on stage 😅 so he wants to make sure he is satisfied for Day 2. Lol this poor man! And Jimin stayed to wait for him. Once he was done and said goodbye the captions said "going home with Jimin who waited" 😭🥺 THESE TWO! They are so sweet. And ALWAYS TOGETHER. Going home together after such a long and emotional day and getting ready for another the next day. I'm glad they have each other.

Day 2 kicking off with souncheck! And jikook dancing together the whole way through it basically and Hobi joined in too! They are so cute. We then also got logs from the Maknae line this time for Day 2. Same as what I said for the first set of logs. Please go watch them. They are so worth watching. They have their pre concert meeting and Hobi goes over the set list with them again with reminders from the day before. JK steals the paper from Hobi and is saying something about N.O and Jimin before there is a CUT. lol I wanna know what he was going to say!! And then off they go to get ready for the concert!

Hobi getting his game face on for UGH 😳 He is amazing. JK getting ready for Day 2 My Time and the editors going "WHERE DID PURE JK GO?!" LOL He is on a mission to let everyone know be is grown and sexy. Tae watching his performance while getting ready for their next set and just going "whoooooo" lol SAME AS THE REST OF US. "We should've been on tour with this set list" YES JIN you should have 😭 I'll never forgive covid for all it took from the world including this beautiful tour. JK teasing Tae about not seeing his arm muscles under the merch bandana that Tae was clearly trying to show off. Lmao and Tae doing push-ups before the encore starts to get them flexing 😭🤣 they are so funny. And Tae successful drove ARMY crazy so it worked! Lol their ending mentions 😭 God the emotions at the end of 2020 were really high for all of us. I remember watching through teary eyes. Lol finishing the DVD with final thoughts and Jin mentioning it being his last concert before he turns 30 and everyone automatically teasing him for his age 🤣 Tae once again the ending fairy as per usual and being extra cute making everyone smile and laugh super hard 🥰🥰

And that concludes my thoughts over MOTS ON:E DVD. I adore it so much. Such a good concert and DVD. This tour deserved more. I'll stand by that forever. I hope when the rest of the members do a solo concert, they will bring these solo stages back like Hobi did for Ego during Hobipalooza! I'd love to see them again with a live audience!
