lucy, the group that I would cut my own head off for is debuting in may under mystic. however, the main singer isn’t joohyuk. yechan, wonsang and gwangil are all part of the band but I’m assuming because joohyuk is already in his own duo, they replaced him with sangyup, who is also a superband contestant that was eliminated earlier on. as happy as I am that this is happening, and as sure I am that sangyup will be a fine singer one of the most captivating things about lucy was joohyuk. It was joohyuk’s vocals that pulled me closer, and was what gave lucy the artistic sound they had. I adored lucy for so many reasons, but joohyuk was definitely one of them. I really wish they merged joohyuk and hyungwoo’s duo with the original lucy lineup, even though that would mean they’d have two bass players :( with every superband contestant though, I only wish them success. three of the four final groups from superband have already officially debuted, and while I don’t think mone will ever complete the checklist I will still love them individually.
