I agree with you in that I don't think some people are aware that dissociation can happen even during moments where everything is going well and it doesn't automatically mean the activity is bad or you didn't want it. Trauma is really weird in where and how it pops up and the guy has centuries of it to unravel. It feels weird to see others hold Astarion to this standard where he either has to be perfectly present during every single sexual encounter from now on or it means he didn't actually want to participate. When in my own experience at least, that isn't reality.

So we all know Michael Sheen is perhaps the biggest Aziraphael and Crowley shipper out there, he is down bad for them and regularly read fanfiction, especially smutty fics of the two of them.

So I found this interview quote from him preparing to play Aziraphael and I just love it so much.
