How did Metronome get acquainted with the family he was with before the incident?
Was he bought as a product? Did Wondertainment deliver him to the family as like a “Congratulations, you've won a special Wondertainment product!”? Did the family like hire him?
If the family hired him, what were his credentials? Was he hired as a tutor? Did the family know he wasn't like, a normal guy? How long was he hanging out with the family?
Could you specify what is the tear in the veil that outst Metronome as not a regular human? Was it just a bullet or something more?
Mr. Metronome was a limited edition purchase along with the set. Since there are no duplicate Little Misters, sets are only sold once at a time. He was bought along with the set.
The nature of Little Misters is that they are bought believed to be a toy, and slowly through passive effects cause the people around to transition into believing that they are fully human and occasionally that they have always been a part of the family.
This caused a big problem when Mr. Metronome was shot and exposed his mechanical stomach, causing the family to essentially snap out of it and realize something's wrong. The tear came from the family realizing that their memories were altered to accept him as a human, and thus would've prompted exposure of Wondertainment.
