See what Ludinus and all of his followers are forgetting is the gods are all behind the divine gate, an extremely similar “cage” to what Predathos is in. So even if they release Predathos, it probably can’t actually get to the Exandrian pantheon, and that’s absolutely terrifying.

Just because sharks don’t eat plankton, doesn’t mean whales don’t. There’s no way to know Predathos wouldn’t eat all of Exandria and it’s occupants. And Ludinus is just like the mages from the Age of Arcanum who refuses to recognize his own limits and reckless arrogance. We knew this whole moon thing would be bad but oof this is not good.

Halfway through episode 2 of the live action Avatar and I have So Many complaints

Katara truly is the ember island version of herself -_-

AANG SHOULD HAVE STARTED THAT WATER FIGHT WHY THE HELL IS HE SO SERIOUS RN

Being the avatar did NOT give him God like air bending! His friends weren't supposed to be scared of him -_- if he's already scared of his strength what's supposed to happen when he starts to learn fire bending??? He burns katara cause he has too much confidence in himself and doesn't listen to the warnings on how hard fire is to control

Actually how is a lot of stuff gonna happen later when they took away all the setup??????

Can't figure out where sukis angry rant about being a kyoshi warrior is coming from??? They took away the sexism and sokka doesn't actually say anything against her or the island?? Or anything about how his tribe his better or anything really. Feels more like they tried so hard to make her an angry justified feminist but took away the motive to set it up

I hated every longing look in that training sequence but I think that might just be because the rest of the episode made me so mad I'm refusing to view it as its own scene instead of a direct comparison to the cartoon

Trisha Rants about Percy Jackson

Still not over the way that Posidion cradled the back of Percy's head like he was the most precious thing in the world. Like my stomach dropped. It was such a powerful moment of face acting.

Also, Ares is a fool. Audiably snorted.

Totally predicted the Luke thing, but I loved the way they did the flashbacks so you absolutely felt like the betrayal...I dunno. Mattered?

I really hope it gets renewed. Maybe for a longer season? Sally Jackson remains my fav through all of this. I totally love the thing she and Poisdion have going on. Are they exes or do they totally still have a thing for each other?

Obviously, the tree comes up again. The really intense bit between Zeus and Posidion was utterly fascinating. The gods are like a really intense HOA. Or a frat. Or an HOA in a frat. Either way, I am interested in it. Olympus looks amazing.

Enjoyable watch, four and a half out of five stars? Canonblind wasn't a problem because I one hundred percent knew enough about Greek Myth to get me along. I was expecting the injury Luke did to him to be more serious? Didn't it even get a real reaction blurb? For a sword named "BAckbiter" that can open portals, I expected it to make him very sick at least.

Apparently, the actor who played Zeus passed away, so we will have at least one recast (I think?) if it gets renewed.

There was a point to having them in an air temple before and I don't see how having them in a different place adds anything to the plot or story???? Is it cause they took away aangs desire to explore and they needed another reason for him to visit cause they shot themselves in the foot needed another reason for him to go??
