Before and after, with ModelXY physics! :3 This makes the model look more bouncy and alive! It's subtle, but I think it adds a lot. (This is before I've done any BodyXY rigging, this is just HeadXYZ and some hair physics!) Further explanation under the cut.

This effect is really easy to do, you just need two parameters (Model_X and Model_Y in this scenario). Model_X should squish & skew the model left and right, and Model_Y should squish them down and up.

Then, in the physics settings, set Model_X's input to Body/Head X, and Model_Y's input to Body/Head Y. I'm just using the default Bust(Big) preset for the pendulum settings, but you could absolutely tweak it to make it look a little nicer. A little gif of how the two parameters were set up:
