What is the LMK OC Competition?

The LMK OC Competition is a bracket style poll tournament where you can sign up to compete against other people's OCs and learn more about them as we go!

Who's running the competition?

My name's Ghost! I use they/them pronouns, I am a minor, and you can find my own blog @the-gay-ghost-king :)

Additionally, while they don't exactly help me run this blog by any means, @sun4ndmo0n is unofficially officially in charge of our art. The icon, that one promo post, all the art was made by him.

I'm in the pacific timezone btw. If I don't answer anything for a while, I'm likely asleep or in school.

When will the competition start?

The competition will start shortly after all slots have been filled and the bracket has been posted. The faster we get the slots filled, the faster we can start the comp!

You can help by reblogging and sharing this competition with others! Know someone who has a LMK OC and would possibly be interested in competing? Tell them about this competition!!

Sounds fun! Where/How do I sign up?

You can sign up here on the Google form! (The form is also pinned on this blog!)

People are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis. So as long as there are still slots open and you're not a proshipper, transphobe, etc. then you will be accepted in!

What is propaganda?

Propaganda is pretty much a way to encourage others to vote for your OC or another person's OC through creating art, writing stories, just talking about them, really just about anything as long as it fits within the rules! Propaganda can also encourage interaction with others, like by drawing your OC with another's. Again, make sure your propaganda resides within the rules!

Be sure to @ this blog when you post your propaganda so I can reblog it! You can even reblog old things you've made for your OC and @ me and I'll count it as propaganda if you'd like!

What if I want to change my photo or update the description?

If you need something changed, you can either DM me or change it yourself. The google form is currently set so that you can go back and edit your submissions if needed.

However, after all slots are filled, I will be closing the forms. After that, the only way to update information is by DMing me. Don't worry, I'll be happy to help you wherever I can!

Will you ever do another competition?

Yes! If this one goes well, I'd be happy to do another one in the future!
