Arlinski Method to enter the void state effortlessly ♡

Hiii my loves, today I would like to introduce you guys to a great time transposing method that was developed back in the 1980's to travel through different realities, but the fun part is we are gonna use it for the void state. It's super fun and easy method and hardly even spoke about in our community. The reason I want to share this method because I absolutely love methods that were developed in the 19's, the methods were practical and easy. The fun part is it takes about 10 minutes, ready to enter the void state? 🖤

What is the Arlinski method :
The transposing method is taking your consciousness,and body at times to another place or the void state. You can do this while walking, sitting it laying down. There's no hazards attached to this method. You need no guide. You are control of every single thing. Do what you want with this method, you are unlimited. Transposing is like dreaming, but this is another dimensional experience all together. You will have no fears or beliefs, just command yourself to be in the void and you will.

How to do the Arlinski method :
1. Find a comfortable quiet place, where you can either lay on your back or side. You can even do this before bed or in the morning <3.
2. As you laying down, slow down and relax your body TOTALLY. To help, tell yourself " relax, relax , relax, ". Let go of everything and de - tense all muscle's.
A simple technique to do this goes like this : tighten all your muscles, hold it, release it all slowly and relax.
3. Remember you are not clearing out all your thoughts, but watching them come and go. Your thought process will naturally begin to slow down.
4. Begin to slow your body down. Don't strain yourself in this doing this. Don't push this breathing, keep it relaxed. Slow down your breathing, Taking less air, each time your breathe. Slowing your breathing will help relax your body and slow it's function. As your breathing slows, it will obtain a certain rhyme and you will begin to experience vibration because your body will start to synchronise. Among these experiences, you will ringing in your eyes, your body will start to tingle, these just symptoms that you avoid ignore because you body is starting to separate it's consciousness. You will feel a shift in vibrations and you will feel a wave come over you as you reach full body synchronisation. You will feel a detached feeling from your body or even a floating feeling. This is you and your body syncing together. They are ready to be directed by you and your place of choosing. You are pilot, the navigator giving your mind instructions to take you to your desired place. You can repeat the word " void , void' . And your mind will instantly take you there.

Summary of the Arlinski method :
♡ Relaxation: Start by relaxing your mind and body. Find a comfortable, quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
♡ Breathing Control: Gradually slow down your breathing. Take deep, slow breaths, making sure not to strain or create tension.
♡ Body Synchronization: As you continue to slow your breath, your body will begin to synchronize. You might experience vibrations or sensations in your body, similar to ringing in your ears.
♡ High Vibration: Your body will reach a high-frequency vibration state, signifying the beginning of the transposing process.
♡ Transposing Phase: During this phase, you can guide your consciousness to any place or time you desire. Your mind will act as a navigator, and you provide clear instructions. Repeat " void , void, " and you'll be there Instantly.
Enjoy the Experience: Once you've arrived at your chosen reality, you can interact with it and enjoy the experience.

same mindset = same results.
let’s start off by taking this in a math solving problem perspective.
- when trying to solve math problems, you obviously observe the question. Next, you go on to do the calculations. For this, think of the calculations as the things that are holding you back from getting the answer. In this case; answer = desires
- see where I’m going here? Observe what is holding you back, wether that be your old story (not being able to manifest what you want before), doubts, self concept issues, stress, ect.
Perspective #2; Avatar Aang
- now, what I recommend is to take time to yourself and let those thoughts go. Kinda like how Aang opened his 7 chakras by letting go of things like grief, regret, shame, ect.
- in the end for Aang, he was able to let those things stopping him from mastering the avatar state, go. But for you, think of it like letting go of things stopping you from achieving your true power.

When it comes to planets, the one most alligned with deers would be Venus. Venus is often associated with similar things like; gentleness, beauty and love.

How to manifest what you want (3-Step guide)

Decide what you really want (don't go chasing dreams that don't even align with you. You can't lie to the universe, what does your soul really want?)
Decide that it is yours (it may be helpful to envision your life like a movie. Imagine you have chosen the movie that you wish to play out and you go through your life knowing that what you want is already pre-determined. It's also fun to act like your desired self, you are the actress or actor of your own life as well as the writer and director. How cool is that?)
It's yours so accept it! (Don't go blocking your manifestations when they could be just around the corner. Feel it, embrace it, know that it's done. If you're having trouble doing this, try writing a letter. Pretend the universe has written you this letter with the promise that all you have asked for will be delivered. Hold the universe accountable for that promise. Whenever you have doubts, talk to the universe. Say something like "Universe, You promised me [desire] and it must happen. I trust you to deliver as you always do.)
Now go have fun creating the life of your dreams!

Sorry if you've had this question before but do you use guided meditations or subliminals at all?
I have this issue where I've found meditations can help me get to a sort of void state but once I'm actually there my brain focuses too much on the meditation for me to actually go all the way. Any thoughts or advice? Would I be better off foregoing the meditation?
Meditations/Void state Tips
Hi! Sorry for the late reply.
First of all, I don't use guided meditations at all, but I do know a few things about meditation itself (I've also been to the void state) so hopefully I can help you with that:
1-You could try switching your focus from the meditation itself to visualizing your desired reality or picturing yourself shifting there/being in the void;
2-It is important to let go of your mind and the reality you are in now, and focus on where you want to be. Meditation and visualization work together, and they all lead to the void state, if there's the intention/desire to get there. So my advice is to stay calm, be patient and keep visualizing, and if you get any ideas about your current reality snap out of them and focus on the process again. Just put your thoughts aside and let go. You CAN get back at meditation even if you snap out of it, there's nothing stopping you from doing multiple sessions a day.
3-It's perfectly normal to struggle with this process, so don't beat yourself up if things don't work out exactly as planned - just keep practicing and try different techniques or methods. You got this! But also remember that it is you who shifts you and not the method/medition you are doing, those are tools to help you get closer, so don't stress if one or one hundred of them aren't working, eventually its bound to happen;
4-While meditating, tell yourself that RIGHT NOW you are pure awereness/consciousness and not bound to any reality. Keep repeating it. Do you feel your body? Not a problem, right now yourself you aren't tied to it anymore because you are pure consciousness. Get thoughts about your current reality? Not a problem, you are now pure consciousness. And so on... Sooner or later it is going to manifest and become reality because your will is stronger than anything else that is physical.

i’m back!! i’ll try to be more active in the future but today i’m gonna talk about ways to manifest!
personally i find the dear diary method so helpful and easy to use, i use it when making subs and just manifesting in general and it works wonders, but the most important thing is to make sure it sounds like you like don’t be writing things exactly like someone else is like if your used to using abbreviations then do that! remember it’s YOUR journey, no one else’s do things how ever you want.
i absolutely adore the void state it’s so easy to enter and i know you might be sat there like “alora if it’s so easy then how come i haven’t entered it yet?” ..i haven’t entered it either BUT i’m quite optimistic that i will and there’s no rush to enter it. you’ve probably seen like thousands of posts on here about methods you can use to enter it but honestly you don’t need methods, it’s like shifting realities you don’t need a method but they can help, the void state is just a state of pure consciousness and you can find guided meditations on yt if you like those or relax yourself through breathing techniques or just set the intention to idk wake up there or something. i personally don’t like it when people talk about methods to enter the void or shift and they’re like “oh there’s a 100% success rate with this method” cause not everything is going to work for everyone, everyone’s different and you can’t guarantee that every single person that uses the method will shift/enter the void cause like i always say we’re all completely different from each other alike i personally hate like i despise guided meditations cause i can’t focus at all during them but someone else might love them and they could be the only way they can relax and stuff. please let me know if you have any questions!!

The Thinkpink Guide To a Pretty Pink Soft Life - Setting the tone for 2024

Hello lovelies, we've entered November and have one more month to go before we officially reach 2024! This time last year I sat down and wrote out the goals I now have fully compleated through manifestation, dedication and persistance. I've been asked before how I did it, so here is how.

1. It is important to have the mindset of a believer. More importantly, you must be a believer in you. Belive that you can and will have everything you desire simply because you desire it. You are the univers expanding, creating and experiencing itsefl. Once you believe, as well as trust in your abilities, vision(s) and start honoring yourself - You will become who you want to be (which is who you already are, just not yet)
Once your mindset is shifted, you need to get down to the specifics.

2. The Four Seasons - Work with nature, never against her. One of the reasons why I felt so sucessfull achieving my goals were the way they were divided. I had 3 major and minor goals for the whole year. These goals were centered around what would further me towards the life I wanted, with the seasons in mind divided into 4 phases. I wanted to factor in changing weather, possible shifting mood's, hollidays and much more to avoid any distraction or change of plans due to seaosn.

Examples
A. Major Goal was to graduate Massage School -> Lead to more financial abundance, freedome due to being more in control of my schedule etc. This had a deadline as school had a start and an end. It required dedication for studying, funds, and also for me to find a job afterwards. Took 8 months and three weeks exactly. B. Minor Goal Finish decorating my bedroom, in the home I had manifested -> Led to a safe, comfortable and tranquil enviorment that was costumized to my liking and need. Boosted my mood, as I had a sanctuary. This had no deadline, so it felt like a fun activity where it required funds, patience and selectivness. Took me 11 months to get 85% of what I wanted for my room. It is considered acomplished even though I may add more in the future, C. Summer is a time we want to let loose, have fun and be outside, so my goal of writing everyday felt easy enough untill the sun was calling my name everyday to go enjoy it. So, I implimented writing 30min daily, where any 30min not spend would be allocated to days were I did not have plans within that same week. Once I had to write for 3 hours (which I did) but never again did I skip my 30min. Most of it occured during late evenings as it was when I was already back home, few distractions and so on. - A habit I created was writing on public transport. The 13min back and forth was no longer spend scrolling but instead editing, writing, brainstorming etc.

3. Be selective and prepare for temporary sacrafices. Being real with yourself to choose what you truly want to dedicate the whole year to is crucial for a great year. Sometimes what we want can be stacked/combined. The more selective you are with your goals, and your words, the less things you put on your Goals list and can potentially transfer those to your Phase overview. put on your overall list of achievments. And be prepared to sacrafice time, habits and other pleasures that need to be paused for you to get to where you need to be.

Example; Major Goal 1 -> to become Financial Stable Phase 1 (January through March) -> Start Education / Courses that will alloow higher earning. -> Get a side husstle or main job earning x amount. -> Stay on budget of x amount weekly/monthly

4. Remind yourself of who tf you are Staying on track is easy while the spark is there, but after a few weeks, months, maybe even a season, sometimes that spark can start to seem like a tiny flame in the dark. Remind yourself of who you are becoming through moodboard, playlists, friends you trust who you can openly talk about your moves without fear of evil-eyes. Staying motivated is important as that is your fuel, so do what you need to keep your eyes on the prize. I personally made a pinterest board for each month, made sure to change my background to the focal of the Phase I was in, listen to the same three playlists whenever I got down. Journaling And I had an amazing tight circle of friends I would talk to about my moves.

5. Faileur is not a word you know - Rejection is redirection I do not recognize faileur, instead, I see it as the universes way to tell you you've chosen the wrong brick path and need to go left or right instead. So get up, dust yourself off and get to it. Sometimes life happens, so remind yourself that you can call it, go to bed and try again tomorrow. And I would like to emphesis on the fact that you do not have to start in January. You can rest then and start during the Astrological New Year (Aries season) and move in allignment with the Astral Plain rather then our sociatal concept of time. Just never give up, regroup and redirect.

Lastly, if you find yourself done before the year is over (like myself), spend that time further enjoying the fruits of your labor and give yourself a round of applause. Never forget that all is possible, you are a creator so create your reality even if it takes a little elbowgreese till you get the hang of it!

We talked for around 2 hours and I tried doing automatic writing for the first time so some things might be wrong or not really accurate but I feel like most things are actually true. Also I couldn’t translate well what he said so this will feel very superficial lol.

His name is Mars and he is 3704 years old, he’s an angel-alien born in the constellation of Lyra.
He has curly blond hair, blue eyes and freckles like in the pics above, and has big white wings with blue tips.
He’s diligent, calm, caring, clear, correct. He gives big Enfj vibes. His presence is very calming, comforting and warm.
His corrispondent animal is a Hare and his color is Cobalt blue. A song he likes is “Hand over hand, by Roland Faunte”, and a movie he likes is “The fault in our stars”.

He’s here to help me find peace of mind and tranquility, he recommended to meditate daily and do overall breath work.
“You have to trust yourself because if not you won’t ever be able to do it, I’m not sure if you’re aware but I believe in you and you have to trust, leave all the worries okay? We are here and we won’t leave you. This means that we won’t abandon you and you’re never alone so you can calm down.”
-What about calming the mind?
“Breathing and releasing of stress in the body, try doing astral projection visualings yourself in water, and let go. Drink some tea and cover yourself up. Release tension and do yoga nidra.”
-About manifestation?
“Look at your vision board daily and trust that it is coming to you. Again, release stress because it is important.” Method that I should do? “Two cups method.”
-What about my life?
“Think of yourself and not for others, let yourself go and live in the moment minute by minute, carpe diem, believe in yourself and trust in the unpredictability because everything has a meaning and nothings is senseless. For your social anxiety don’t focus on what others might think, instead lift your chin up and walk proud of yourself, try to work on your confidence so work on yourself overall. For your anxiety in general leave the grip and try balancing your breath work. don’t criticise yourself, instead be proud of the little things, you can do it. To be more independent start by letting go of all the weights of the world around.”
- About shifting?
“Visualise while doing SATS, don’t overcomplicate it or stress yourself, trust the process because you can do it again, you’re not inferior to anything so don’t put yourself down. When you visualise let the images come by themselves. Ask yourself questions to do some introspection, to know yourself better and understand your readings and goals. Again, believe in yourself and trust the process.”

He is not a total “good energy”, he’s a balance of everything, just like all the rest of things in the universe.
“All is infinite, criticism hides humans from all wise known, all of you are stuck and blocked out of your spirituality but you can work on it with effort and persistence. Go out in the nature, breath and hold stones in your hands. Grounding is essential. You’re all celestial beings, and actually you’re inhuman, you distanced yourself from nature and this is not normal for you, you’re not destined to this so you have to lift to another hugged dimension. We all are here for you, you just have to reach out and meditate, meditate, and meditate. Only this way you can lift higher and reach your true nature.”

Lucid dreaming audio + successes with it <3
Hii everyone, recently a moot of mine shared a audio that her friends used to lucid dream and they managed to achieve lucid dreams on the first night using it, she asked me to share it with everyone ^_^. The audio is an edit which speaks about lucid dreaming, you might be wondering how an edit can make you lucid dream? Well, if you listen to the audio carefully it basically explains how a lucid is like which is directly speaking to your subconscious if you play it before bed. I think this might be the most unique method to lucid dream. Just play it before bed or loop it while falling asleep and you'll find yourself lucid dreaming!
Important tip :
You can play this before sleeping, taking a nap, or attempting to do wbtb because you'll already be in REM sleep. You will consciously hear this audio in your dream and then you will realise that you're dreaming!

The other day I was driving and I thought it was a perfect analogy for the law. It’ll make sense in a little bit but I have to give you a backstory.
Recently my area was tormented by a horrible category 4 hurricane. Luckily I was safe. All year I feared for a hurricane and it ended up happening. But I told myself i would manifest everything would be okay. Luckily my house had only minor damage and I and my partner and family were safe (as opposed to my fear of our whole house being destroyed and us getting hurt or dying.)
People all around me, on my same street, lost everything. Whole homes ripped to shreds, entire lives destroyed.
I drive around my town and see areas completely destroyed. Whole neighborhoods just gone. I drive out of town and things seem normal, bustling as usual. Repairs being made here and there but everyone seems to be recovering fine. Other towns that barely got hit at all.
And it clicks for me. There is so much negativity possible. And there is positivity that is possible. Equal possibilities. But it’s where you live in your mind that matters. Your mind can come up with horrible things. It can also conjure incredible, beautiful things. Just like the world can display horrible things but if you live somewhere safe you won’t be affected by it, you may not even see it. Or sometimes, like me, you don’t live somewhere safe and you just got lucky, but this is just an analogy.
My point is, if you occupy the state of mind that you desire, that is what you’ll experience. You can experience or see other states as you pass through them, but you get to choose where you “live” in your mind. That is what states are. Choose wisely. What you think about and entertain the most is what will consume you and where you will exist.
If you’re constantly thinking about how perfect your life is then you will have no choice but to experience that. And if you’re constantly thinking the opposite then you will experience the negative.

Octopi are associated with many things throughout cultures, the main things however are; adaptability, intelligence, and mystery. As well as problem-solving abilities and elusive nature.
There isn't a direct association between octopi and a specific planet. Although the one most alligned would probably be Neptune due to the connections to the oceans.
The same counts for zodiac signs, although the traits and qualities of the octopus could align with the water signs; Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces. Again, due to their connection with the aquatic.

Due to bad circumstances this summer (found out my ex cheated during our relationship and my grandfather is dying) I was unable to study properly for my exams and I took them without studying. I'll get my grades next week, so I'm finding it very difficult to manifest this (because it's a time crunch). I also want to start a part-time job from September-October, but if those exams are bad, I won't be able to do that job either. So everything is on a deadline, I can't ignore the 3D. How do I handle this situation?
Ignoring the 3D is not about pretending it isn't there. It is about not letting it have the last word.
Imagine NOW. Literally RIGHT NOW. Ask yourself, how would I feel if my problem was resolved? Then turn within and completely forget about the past or the future for a second and allow yourself to FEEL that. I AM is a declaration in the PRESENT TENSE, so you change self NOW. And then claim yourself to be that RIGHT NOW and PERSIST in that.
