i have been playing this shit for about three days now, waiting for my physical copy to arrive, and it took me longer and more youtube videos than i care to admit to figure out why i kept losing way before even the green phase was over (to be fair to me, it's on whoever wrote/translated the rules and made the app. okay, fine, i'm not great at learning rules in general but my reasons still stand here), and still i only have managed to get to the pirates twice in all that time and to the second pirate once (almost won too! Blender is a functional program that does not require a large amount of tiny add-ons to do basic things. It behaves exactly as you'd expect all the time.

#I have it working... sort of ... #payed 2 dollarydoos for an addon to duplicate shape keys because its so tedious to do it manually.... #i really wosh you could lock shape keys from being edited... #seems someone has a ... pull request? commit? to add it but no update since 2 months ago #azpherambles #if anyones interested I basically got what i said I was gonna try going #1. apply mirror mod with addon 2. Dupe shape key #agh i keep going to put commas #3. set shape keys to work on one side only 4. set mirror again but this time on bisect mode which is slightly less work than cutting the #model in half to mirror it #then checking the shape keys is as simple as turning off viewport display on the mirror mod #provided i havent edited the mesh in which id have to do that again but i doubt thatd affect just testing that theyre working #do have to set the drivers up each time but thats not a whole lot of work
