Logisch gesehen können wir nicht vom Sein auf das Sollen, nicht vom Natürlichen auf das Gute, nicht von Tatsachen auf Werte schließen. Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Sexismus, Queerfeindlichkeit, Ableismus, Klassismus und alle anderen Entwertungen von Personen sind daher nicht nur unmenschlich, sondern beruhen auch auf einem Fehlschluss. Wer andere Menschen entwertet, widerspricht zudem sich selbst, da er für sich ein Recht in Anspruch nimmt, das ihm nur deshalb zukommt, weil es für alle gilt.

Mehr Tatort Logik: "Der Herr des Waldes" und Rasa Huiblot's Vernehmung

Ich weiß nicht ob wir schonmal drüber gesprochen haben aber...

Hätten Leo und Adam in Der Herr des Waldes nicht Rasa Huiblot eigentlich einen Übersetzer stellen müssen? Ich meine gar nicht mal ein Gebärdendolmetscher - nachdem ich nichtmal sicher bin, dass Rasa jemals Gebärden gelernt hat. Aber... Versteht Huiblot ausreichend Deutsch für eine polizeiliche Vernehmung?

Rasa hat (vermutlich) von Jessica Deutsch gelernt:

"Deutsch lernen."

War aber ja offensichtlich noch immer in der Lernphase, wie viel er wirklich versteht wissen wir nicht. Es ist ja durchaus möglich, dass Jessica's Französisch super war und Deutsch dabei so ein bisschen eine Nebensache. Wir wissen auch nicht 100% wie lange Rasa Huiblot bereits in Deutschland ist.

Adam hat Rasa tagsüber festgenommen.

Wir treffen dann die zwei plus Leo wieder bei der Vernehmung, da ist es bereits dunkel.

"Hast du die gesnacked?"

Wo Leo dann auch Adam noch zurück pfeift und uhm sagt dass Rasa nicht sprechen kann.

"Lies die Akte!"

Rasa ist französischer Staatsbürger und es ist zwar gewissermaßen eilig, aber da liegen offensichtlich mehrere Stunden zwischen Festnahme und dieser Szene. Wäre es nicht viel sinnvoller gewesen, Esther - die offensichtlich mehr als nur "ein bisschen" Französisch spricht - die Vernehmung machen zu lassen oder sie zumindest dabei zu haben? Natürlich ist sie keine vereidigte Dolmetscherin, so gesehen ist da die Rechtssicherheit auch nochmal ein bisschen fraglich, aber...besser als nix?

Vor allem haben die den quasi die ganze Nacht vernommen, nachdem es dann schon wieder hell wird und der Urwald vor der Stadt jetzt nicht Stunden entfernt ist.

Also klar, kann sein dass das alles offscreen war und Huiblot der Dolmetscher angeboten und er abgelehnt hat aber.

Rechtssicher? In meinem Tatort? 😂🙈

Pharma turned toward the source of the voice, his optics locking onto where the words were coming from. Those Icy optics seemed to light up at the retaliation of whom exactly that voice belonged to.

Admittedly, Pharma didn't care too much for being flirted with. In fact, he found it annoying more often than not. But! this wasn't just anyone. "Senator..." He offered a ghost of a smile. "A fair number of us have often been mistaken for one another in the past, so take that as you will," A gentle titter escaped his lips.

"But our servos are a much different story." The medic offered his hands for Shockwave to observe admire ."And I assure you my servos and I are capable of many things. Maybe you could find out sometime."

"Hello, dear friend," said the senator, his little antennae wiggling in delight at the sight of Orion. He leant himself against the other mech, getting close and personal. "Would you like a drink with me?" (ask and you shall receive!)

Orion Pax at the time before the war, before everything, was a character. A kind and gentle bot, but very chaotic in nature that was for sure. Of course hearing his old friend, being Shockwave the senator, his own little antenna perked up and twitched slight, showing his interest. And his own face plate blushed a slight blue color, but he smiled and stuck out his glossa in a playful manner.

“Ohhh, I don’t know, who’s asking?~”

Orion asked with a soft engine purr, giggling slightly at the joke, but being asked by a senator was a big deal, not only that but he did really like the other. Shockwave helped him through a lot as it was, and you know, he could probably spare a minute or two.

“Hehe, I’m kidding!~ But I’d love to hang out and get a drink, if you’re offering.~”

The archivist said with a chuckle, in a way he probably needed this, he’s been working quite hard recently.

And honestly? A drink sounded great right about now.

„Ich bin nichts wert“, seufzt das Mondquokka und steckt seine Vorderpfoten in den Beutel. „Bist du sicher?“, fragt das Mondschaf, das gemütlich auf dem Kraterrand balanciert. Das Quokka zuckt mit den Schultern. „Ich denke schon.“ „Immerhin denkst du“, lächelt das Mondschaf. „Mag sein, ist das wichtig?“ „Entscheide selbst.“ Das Quokka schaut das Mondschaf mit großen Augen an. „Was tust du denn gerade?“, fragt dieses. Ich überlege, ich denke.“ „Und?“ „Na logisch“, ruft das Quokka mit einem Mal, „ich muss denken, um einen Gedanken zu haben!“ Das Mondschaf nickt. „Ohne Denken kein Gedanke. Ohne Denken könnten wir nicht einmal die Unterscheidung zwischen wertvoll und wertlos treffen.“ „Dann bin ich also gar nicht wertlos“, fragt das Mondquokka, „weil ich schon etwas können muss, um die Frage nach meinem Wert überhaupt zu stellen?“ „Genau. Indem du denkst, du seist nichts wert, beweist du das Gegenteil. Komm, schauen wir uns die Erde an.“

Spies and Splendor.

Honestly? He expected initially to be mysteriously involved in a pedestrian hit and run leaving his habsuite or High Command. Trepan was a very paranoid mech to begin with, and he couldn’t tell what was worse. The fact nothing happened for months (No poisoned energon, no near misses of speeding cybertrons, no falling down maintenance shafts, no attempted muggings, no elevators plummeting) or the fact he didn’t notice any attempts on his life!

He’d get a work request, either from Longarm or Ultra Magnus, for flying accusations on spies again, or sent to debunk an accused from the Stockade, and everyone was nothing but civil. Security waved him through, Magnus signed off on reports, Longarm read over the results, he got a ping of his wealth changing figures positively, and ... He was still alive. 

Which clearly means he’d spoken too soon at the knock, opening the door to find not a sexy delivery mech with an order of thermite curry, but Longarm Prime.

“... I’m going to just assume that my address is on file somewhere. Come on in” Trepan hummed, leaning out the door to look up both ends of the hall. Not that he had neighbours on this floor, but the tabloids were the nosiest little fraggers’ on the planet and he did not need to make the headlines of whatever scandal sold an issue or fifty. He’d certainly have fun with the rumour mill next time he walked into work though. 

“Is this work related, or off the clock?” Depending on Longarm’s answer, he would find the great floor to ceiling windows tinting, and the quiet hum in the background of a white noise scrambler. Perfect for their prime to ... Be more himself.

Hosin froze and slowly turned, a steaming cup of chai tea clutched between careful fingers. "P-Parasite?" He blinked and glanced to the side. "Ah! He motioned for his friend to enter his habsuite, watching Shockwave closely with a pleasant smile as he took a little sip. He shut the door behind them, letting it phase shut with a soft click. "So, darling, what brings you this far out of your lab? Pardon me for not finishing your interview, things..." He sighed, "Things unfortunately escalated here on the ship. Now." He crossed the room to sit in his chair before slinging his arms up over his desk, intertwining his fingers. "What is it that you think you know?"
