It purely depends on the person you ask and their beliefs.

If you’ve been alive in the last 7 days then you’ve undoubtably seen @supernovaburger all over insta and TikTok. You’ve seen the queues, the sold out messages, the opinions of it being the best burger in London, so I went to check it out. I queued for 30 mins to order and 50 mins to collect the food, and the reason for that is the blow up on TikTok, plus their grill only being able to cook 3 burgers at a time. Was it worth the 90 minute wait? … mostly no, but not a hard no. It’s good, but it wasn’t 90 minutes of waiting good. I can get an equally or better smash burger for cheaper at @honestburgers with fries in a lot less wait time. But how good can a smash burger be? It’s essentially 2mm of meat which is 99% crust, you will never see the benefit of good beef. They will continue to do well, and I want to reinstate that I did think the burgers were good, I’d 100% go again, but only when the hype dies down. It’s also not their fault that they’ve blown up on TikTok, they are having to deal with this unprecedented demand, and it’s got to be incredibly hard for them right now, but good on them for their first week of trading being unlike anything they could have imagined. My influence will not disturb the power of TikTok. I did have a look at posts on TikTok and I’m not sure I could find any from credible people I’d trust with an opinion, so it just goes to show you that anyone has the power of influence on that platform. You can say anything is the best ever and people will just believe it.
