Demo is the first one to see the kitten. I already headcanon that he has a cat he manages to hide from the other mercs, so he's ecstatic. Like eyes filled with joy, hopping up and down, and seeing kind of ecstatic. Immediately finds a way to get the others to stop fighting, if anyone dared to try and continue the fight he'd kill them immediately. Pets and comforts the poor cat because it's all scared :(

Engie is also very excited! He loves kittens, he would protect them with his life. He lays around and plays with the kitten once it's calmed down. Is already sketching out a cat tower and new room for the baby. Has made the executive decision that the Red team now has a team pet.

Heavy is right next to Engie, holding the kitten when Engie goes off to start sketching. Puts the cat on his lap and immediately almost starts sobbing when it curls up and starts trying to nap.

Medic comes over and I'm not going to lie this man is internally melting, it's adorable! But he's also slightly (insanely) worried because his birds always come first, and is always worried when anything threatens their safety. The other mercs eventually calm him down, swearing on their lives that his birds will be okay. He holds them to that, and eventually let's the other mercs keep it.

Scout is also a mix of super excited and sobbing "It's a fricken kitten! Look at it!" Definitely giving the kitten like a million kisses. Is acting so silly, and doesn't care. Booping it's little nose, slow blinking at it, showering it with love.

Sniper is indifferent at first until Scout steals his hat, turns it upside down, and drops the kitten in it. Then he has fucking heart eyes, a single tear running down his face from under his glasses. Turns away and just says fine to the idea of keeping it.

Spy is so against keeping the cat. It's going to be messy, it's going to be loud, and it's going to be expensive. No one else is going to take care of it. Classic dad does want a cat act. Guess who falls in love with the cat after one day?

Soldier is the most excited, hands down. Is so happy about the cat, it's so cute, it's so fluffy, it's just a baby! He's playing with the cat, giving it love, doing the most out of all of them. If the cat can't be found, you know he's with Soldier.

Pyro. Come on, of course, they're thrilled! Will let the cat crawl all around them, and also let it sleep on their gas mask. Just ugh, they're so cute together. Buys the cat little outfits and buys rainbow cat toys, dumps so much love, treats, and toys on this cat.

Ms. Pauling nearly tears down the door of the base after the match to come and see the cat. She is such a cat lady. She makes sure the cat is okay and even takes the cat to the vet to get all of it's vaccines and a microchip, ignoring Medic saying theirs no need, and claiming he can do it. Definitely began to visit the base more and more often, claiming she's only making sure they don't kill the poor thing.

I'll be honest, I don't think the Blu team would do well with having a cat. I headcanon these silly guys as dog people, they would probably be willing to give the cat over to the Red team for the benefit of the cat. They'd call off the match to keep it safe. All the mercs would sit and play, love, or cuddle with the cats with the Red mercs. Honestly, they enjoy the small break from fighting and just enjoy the time with a cat. Occasionally during a battle, they'll ask about the cat inbetween gunfire.

- He have a straight nose and it's the feature that stands out the less when he's in front of you but the most when you look at his profile , he may have a slight bump on his nose and it's a little pointier on the end(European nose coming thruuu) you just want to *boop* (I also headcanon him as doing a really cute nose scrunch when he's disguted or uncomfy but it's for another day)

- Moving on to his lips, his lips are not the biggest but they're not thin either and I imagine him with his lower lip being bigger and more pigmented while his top lip is longer and thinner. Also his lips are more of a purple/dark red-ish than pink because he's cold and unalive but there is still a tint of light color on the middle of his mouth. He have a deep cupid bow and the sides of his top lip are upturned which participate in giving him this cat-like and seductive look on his face. (And the smirk omg)

The unit was bustling, especially for 5pm on a Thursday, when there were usually less visitors. Indy’s hand brushed against Grayson’s as they walked through the doors and he hooked a pinky around hers - subtle enough to where the nurses wouldn’t see, but just enough to send butterflies fluttering for Indy. 

But when Indy looked, there were no nurses to see them. In fact, she didn’t see a single one. It made her nervous for a moment, and she shifted closer to Grayson as she scanned the rooms, worried that everyone was busy with an emergency.

She found the source of the distraction, and let out a sigh of relief. Every spare nurse was in Thomas’ room. Thomas himself was resting quietly in his bed, but they were all looking at his mom - in particular at the baby twin girls she was holding, one in each arm. 

“The twins!” Indy said quietly, and when she looked to Grayson he was pouting like he always did when he saw something cute. 

“They’re so tiny,” Gray mumbled, squeezing her hand just a bit. They locked eyes for a minute and she knew what he wanted. 

“I’m gonna go peak in Beks room, tell her we’ll be there in a second,” Indy grinned. He slipped his hand all the way into hers for just a moment so he could squeeze it.

“Hurry back,” he whispered, pressing a kiss to her temple before she let go, cheeks red and heart light as she disappeared down the hall.

As soon as she was out of earshot, it was like the room started to sing. One by one the nurses pagers went off, signaling them to other rooms for other patients with other needs. They all waved their goodbyes, both to Thomas and his mom before they headed out, leaving Grayson standing awkwardly in the doorway of a strangers room.

“Hey, sorry, I’m Grayson. I’m one of the buddies here, we were just seeing what all the fuss was about,” he explained. “Your girls are beautiful. I’m an identical twin myself.” 

“Oh really? That’s great! Well, this is Hannah,” she wiggled her left arm. “And Haley.” 

Before he could answer, Thomas coughed and whined. 

“Momma, I gotta pee,” he mumbled. His mother froze for a moment, eyes flickering between her girls and her son who obviously needed help. 

She asked before he could offer.

“Do you care? My husband went out and we didn’t think to bring the carseats in. It’ll just be a minute, I promise.”

He could have exploded with pride. “Of course, no I’d love to!”

It was a bit of a dance, with lots of shifting and head support and Grayson having to crouch down to meet her arms, but before he knew it he had two snoozing infants in his arms, mirror copies of each other. 

He stepped back into the doorway to give Thomas privacy just as Indy reappeared. 

“She’s asleep, and you have... babies?” She quirked her head at him, heart absolutely melting at the sight of him with two little bundles of pink in his strong arms. 

‘It’s hard being a twin, figured I’d help em’ out for a minute, give them some advice,” he teased, looking down at their tiny faces, the way their eyelashes rested on their cheeks. If he had a spare hand, he would have booped their little noses.

“You look good with babies, Dolan,” Indy said, and she meant it, her mind and hormones running away from her with reckless abandon as she thought of him with a different little blonde headed baby in his arms some day.

no one ever likes arguments or serious fights, but things like these helps both individuals to grow closer or fully break apart.

remember i mentioned thughao? he would most probably start spewing out nonsense because of the fact he was so caught up in the argument.

also, i feel like minghao is a really calm and patient person, so when fights like these break out. something must have snapped for him.

the argument will come to a stop when someone leaves the room to cool down. leaving both of you to sulk in the situation in different places.

i don't think he would be one to immediately apologize at first. if minghao is in the wrong, he hates being said he was wrong and stand his ground.

but when it comes to you, he still won't admit it but he wouldn't be as harsh with anyone else.

this is totally my opinion!! please don’t take anything i said here seriously because it’s probably all wrong hehe🖤

hongjoong:

i’d imagine hongjoong would be most comfortable with someone who was in the quiet side, perhaps not introverted but quiet for sure. he would fall for someone who was mysterious and had a lot to explore would since they would intrigue him the most. of course he’d want someone understanding and not clingy since he won’t be with them all the time, but he’d still want them to miss him and be loyal (that’s a given but oh well.) i think he would enjoy being with someone who likes travelling with him and enjoys going on adventures but also someone who’s down to chill in the studio with him and give him honest opinions on any new music. honesty would be important to him in an s/o i think as well as trust. since hongjoong is how should i say this... vertically challenged, i’d imagine he’d want someone who is also rather short. i always imagined hongjoong going for someone a lil edgy in how they dress and how they cut their hair (and how they do their make up, but he’d rather no make up at all) but still keeping with the quiet vibe somehow. rather than cute, i think he’d prefer a sexy person, someone who is quite flirty with him, almost dominating in fact.
