he brings his eyes up to ichigo’s face, pausing in burying into his boyfriend’s body. that tone of reverence quirks up his lips. it was weird how used to it he had gotten ( ichigo practically treated him like holy being or something ) throughout their years. brushing up against his jaw, ogihci tightened his hold on him, fingertips pressing almost harshly into ichigo’s skin. laying down on the bed made it that much easier. 

they were past that point in their relationship. past the insistence of finding another person. past the awkwardness in one-sided love. past the worry that it would all fall apart.

❝ i know you will,❞ he responded, raising up further to whisper in ichigo’s ear, ❝ && i’ll always be here. i’m not keen on letting you disappear from my life.❞ he slumped back down, face to face with his boyfriend ( what a nice term to get used to ). he kissed him.

instead, they were here. 

no matter how distant they may be in terms of feelings && needs && being, ogihci didn’t want to leave. didn’t want to give up the person that made it all better.

they were here. together.
