in my lore, he's not human. lancelot was one of the best knights linawasa ever had and when he died, the father was distraught. so he took lancelot's DNA and cloned him, making galahad, who's essentially a replacement for lancelot. he had high hopes for galahad, one of the contenders to be his successor to be his new vessel (a role that ultimately went to mordred until he rejected that offer)

his full name is galahad nazareno. nazareno is a surname given to all orphans in linawasa, because it's widely believed that all children find a parent in the father.

galahad is one of the knights who has utmost faith and devotion to the father, his whole life revolves around him. so much so that he gave up his own flesh, and ascend the little humanity in him that he had left...

We always talk about how Kaz in some ways sees Wylan as a younger version of himself, but I feel like we never really acknowledge that he basically ends up looking after Wylan the way he wished Jordie had protected him.
