Hi, this is Trivial Writing’s boyfriend here. She’s currently occupied (screaming in a pillow). We’re watching the Generations episodes with our favorite characters. That being Lance for Trivial and Lorelei for me.

Here are some of my own head cannons, EliteFourahipping ones.

Like Trivial, Lorelei uses ice to spite Lance ( I came up with this). Lance was really annoyed with it. He actually got his gyarados just to handle Lorelei.

When they both got into the Elite Four, they started to actually become interested with each other. After they got together, Bruno was like that one kid who smelled the romance a mile away. Agatha shrugged it off. She would probably say something or other about dumb young love.

So, in Leaf Green, Lorelei gets more and more plushies to cope with losing to the player. I’ve always liked to think that when the plushie army stopped growing, it actually kept on going. The plushies were just in Lance’s house because Lorelei didn’t have enough room for more. So, in turn, Lance just has a bunch of plushies in his room, and Clair is pissed about it.

Karen and Lorelei talk about what it’s like dating Lance and Clair all the time when they have enough time to talk.

Lance left a few capes at Lorelei’s house, but she never tells him because they’re too soft to give them back.

Silver accidentally calls both of them his parents.

I realize this is more about Lorelei than Lance, but I just want entertain myself while Trivial has the fourth Generations episode on loop. Sincerely, trivial’s bi boyfriend.

Hello! This is extremely precious! I'm a fond believer that both Lance and Lorelei are plush enthusiasts. That being Lorelei's fault after introducing Lance the cuteness that is a Dragonite in plush form.

And the fact that they're both using each other's homes for item storage is hilarious. Imagine when they first start dating and Lance having to explain the various Smoochum plushies in his bedroom and the other hand Lorelei having to explain why is half of her closet filled with identical black and red capes. Oops.

Last thing, but Lance, Lorelei, and Silver could easily pass for blood family, just saying. The red hair could fool ANYONE.

I have decided the My Valley worldstate needed more toxic and codependent mages.

Lorelei Surana always held a candle for Jowan. The cringefail loser guy himself. And he’s always had feelings for other girls around the tower. She was always relegated to the role of wingman.

She followed him around like a puppy, waited for him to turn her way but he never did. She studied the same subjects he did, learned the same spells he learned, and studied hard to excel in everything he did—just to be near him (and be able to hold something he wanted over him tbh). And just as she was jealous of his various paramours, he was jealous of her. Burned with envy. So when Uldred offered him power beyond his wildest dreams, he accepted.

Then the prologue happened. After Jowan performs blood magic, Jowan, Lorelei, and their mentor Alaric Amell all came under suspicion. Duncan only came for one Warden and recruited Alaric, leaving his two protégées to the cells beneath the Circle. Even imprisoned for his transgression, she gave more of herself to him, allowing for his escape and not hers. And as punishment for helping a blood mage escape, she was made Tranquil.

(Ugh. This worldstate’s circle makes me ILL actually. It’s soo messy. And btw Lorelei gets cured of her tranquility in dai so it’s not just pain and suffering for her)

headcannons about the Jury because I have Heartless brainrot

-this is probably a given, but the Jury are a very politically involved organization. they are often seen in the common political discourse around witches and even in general politics.

-Alastor used to be completely right handed, but after his curse took hold in his entire right arm, he forced himself to use his left. This made his handwriting suffer quite a bit though.

-‘Lorelei’ is only a stage name, nobody knows what her ‘real’ name is and she is certainly not bringing it up any time soon.

-the Wonders are actually not supposed to kill people. the job of ‘punishing’ witches is actually allocated to another branch of the Jury called the Executioners. Alastor is the only Wonder to actually follow this rule.

-the Wonders’ actual job is to capture witches who cannot be dealt with through regular measures

-Dock actually doesn’t have glass in his mask anymore, since Lorelei accidentally broke his first one while they were all still new to the team. Instead, he now uses a transparent plastic in place of glass lenses.

-all of the Wonders have mommy issues, except for Lorelei, who has daddy issues.

-Alastor used to love learning about space and black holes when he was a kid, so he would jump at every opportunity he could to know more about them.

-Dock has his doctorate degree hung up on the wall next to his bed. whether or not it’s real is a subject of mass debate among the other Wonders, and Dock thinks it’s extremely funny to keep them guessing.

-Alastor used to have a very heavy accent (I have not decided which accent yet but definitely some flavor of european) but has since polished it out in favor of a posh english accent. But, the old accent does come out sometimes when he’s very drunk/emotional/etc.

-Lorelei, Alastor, and Diana all technically have two jobs within the Jury (as a Spokesperson, Judge, and Hunter respectively along with being Wonders), but Bandy, Dock, and Lance’s only jobs within the organization are as Wonders

-a ‘Judge’ is a member of the Jury who is on the council of people who decide witches’ fates once they are brought into custody. Alastor is ‘extremely honored to work as one’. not much is known about the specific Judges, not even by most Jury members.

-a ‘Hunter’ is a member of the Jury who specializes in finding witches and taking them into custody. Hunters are a subgroup of the greater group within the Jury that is the Knights. They are some of the biggest thorns in the Magistratum’s (is that how you spell it? 😭) side to ever exist.

Hi (again). So, I was a bit worried how others would react to my head cannon, but it wasn’t. So, here are my head cannons about Lance’s other relationships with champions and League members:

Lance and Lorelei were rivals. They met at Professor Oak’s lab, getting a Charizard and Blastoise. Lorelei used to be a water specialist, but got ice just to spite Lance. They both argue like a married couple. Bruno is the mediator.

Lance met Wallace at a coordinator event in Johto. Both of them bonded over capes and other stuff.

Lance and Steven’s relationship head cannon was just from a fic I read called Weaknesses. I forgot the author’s name, but it’s a dianthaxlance and darksteelshipping fic.

Cynthia and Lance met in the SinJoh ruins. He was training there while Cynthia was studying the ruins. She admired his strength and care for his Pokemon. They were both surprised that they both knew Steven. Cynthia wanted Lance to meet Steven because she thought they would be good friends. Lance thought Cynthia would like Steven for archeology and geology stuff.

Iris is Lance’s biggest fan. She’s like a golden retriever puppy wanting their owner’s praise and attention, which he gives. He starts treating her like his own daughter.

Diantha and Lance fought for custody over Iris until they found out Drayden already adopted Iris. They were kind of bitter toward each other before the Hearts and Dragons Event in Pasio (i have no idea what the actual name is). Diantha started to fall for him. They started to get closer as bf/gf (got this from the Iris event and the anime).

As for the Johto Elite Four, Lance is respectful toward Karen. He knows she’s related to Clair (based off of the one ancestor in PLA). He got Karen on the Elite Four because Clair forced him to. Will was recommended by Cynthia because Lucian knew Will wanted to be a part of the Sinnoh Elite Four. Lance let him be a part of the Elite Four when Lorelei left. Lance held Koga in high regards when he was in Kanto during his time in the Gym Challenge.

Sorry this is so long. I wanted to share these in one thing because I knew my ADHD and procrastination would never let me put all of these head cannons in multiple asks. Once again, sorry.

I said this once and I'll say it again, but Lance interacting with literally anyone from the Pokémon universe is always such a treat and I love hearing people's different interpretations of how they think he and other characters would get along. This is no exception. 🤧♥️
