It’s genuinly so embarrassing when I get like this bc i internalize all my anger and negative feelings and inflict it to myself on the inside until I feel a weight in my chest, i wanna rip it out, i wanna scream at myself to stop being like this

And my reasoning is almost always stupid. I hate how my brain works against me

And then I feel like I’ll never be someone’s first, I won’t be someone’s most important person, im the second option, or the third, or the last

I’ve. Rarely had long friendships or whatever with people because I either do something stupid or I push someone away and I understand that we all have different priorities in our lives and I do too but I just wish that sometimes I was higher on the list, I wasn’t cast off as a second thought

I’m not asking for constant attention or reassurance, but no matter how secure I might feel in something, how deeply I might know someone, i have to hear words from time to time, words of affirmation, and I hate it, because theyr just words, and even then it’s not always enough, but it helps, but I can’t ask for it, because then I feel selfish or attention seeking
