Questions for Writers
Tagged : No one , I stoles it.
how long have you been roleplaying?
15 + years.
what got you interested in roleplaying?
Vampire the Masquerade and Werewolf the Apocalypse
are there any lesser played canon characters you'd like to see in your community?
Lorrie Manx, Robin Robards , Margaret "Maggie" Leigh , Tabitha Hutter , Lou Carmody , Wayne McQueen , Rose O'Hara , Crow Daddy, Grampa Flick, Dick Hallorann , Dan " Doc " Torrance
would you consider writing them?
I'm too content with Manx and mostly focus on him. Even Johnny is somewhat muted currently. I get too overwhelmed with any more, I'm afraid. Though I wouldn't mind doing temporary fill ins for any child of Christmasland. Especially lil Robin.. during threads.
what do you enjoy the most about creating ocs?
The amount of freedom, very few guidelines provided over an oc when it comes to creation and overall interaction. Less worry, I guess
No Pressure Tags : Anyone is welcome to steal it

@wraith-of-christmas-future asked:
[ CHASE ] for one muse to interrupt and make a third party leave the other alone out of jealousy/possessiveness.
❝ Leave. Before my patience runs out. ❞ It crept low, duality in tone breached to rumble across syllables with precision. Embarked in unison with a vexed stare emitting a more predatory haze.
[ For our bundle of Bratty Joy. ;) ]
Tumblr media
The Brat had run into one of Wayne’s teachers during her weekly grocery run and had gotten distracted talking with him. He was talking about how bright Wayne was, despite his occasional academic issues, about how wonderful he was to have in class, and about how talented he was. It made Vic’s chest warm with joy and pride, a rare genuine smile on her lips as she listened to him talk. If there was anything good that Vic felt that she’d put out into this world, it was Wayne. Even if their relationship was a little rocky at times, that boy was her bright spot and it brought her pure happiness to hear others praise him. Her son was going to go out into the world and do so much better than Lou or herself ever had, that much she knew for certain.
Her joy came to a screeching halt at the sudden presence of Charles Manx, her smile instantly replaced with a scowl upon seeing his expression. Her eyes flashed dangerously as he spoke, teeth gritting as her grip tightened on her cart. A part of her was tempted to grab her cane and swing it at the taller man’s head, but she reminded herself that they were in public and that wasn’t the best of ideas. Instead, she settled on glaring at him as Wayne’s teacher looked between the two of them, uncertain and mildly afraid.
She turned her gaze on the teacher, trying to smile but only managing a grimace. “That school showcase thing is in a couple of days, right? Mr. Carmody and I both plan on being there to see what Wayne’s been up to at school. I’ll talk to you more then! Oh, and I assure you that he,” she tilted her head in Charlie’s direction. “- won’t be there.” The man gave a nod and, after throwing one more fearful look at Charlie, left.
Vic forced herself to breathe deep, once more resisting the urge to grab her cane, and turned to face the taller man. “That was completely out of line, Manx,” she spat the words from between her clenched teeth, fighting to keep her voice low. “That man was Wayne’s teacher. I’ve worked hard over the last couple of years to keep his teachers from constantly looking at me like I’m fuckin’ insane and you may have just ruined that.” She gave the cart a shove, limping forward. Vic suddenly wanted nothing more than to finish her shopping and get the hell out of there.
“What was that, anyway? ‘Leave before my patience runs out.’” The Brat was out in full force now, mocking him and not caring about the consequences that would probably come later. “I’m not your goddamn property, Manx. Just because we…we have whatever the fuck this is,” she motioned between them. “- doesn’t mean that you can dictate who I talk to or act like an angry child demanding attention when I do talk to someone.”

I want a man with a big, soft body that I can snuggle up to and lay my head on his chest and will keep me warm on winter nights. I want a man who will read comics with me in bed and tell me all the plot lines I forgot when I can’t sleep. I want a man who’s kind and loving and wants to raise a child with me and will be the most caring parent. I want a man who forgives me of all of my sins even when I don’t deserve it and makes me want to be a better person because of it.
Sorry, just really simping Lou Carmody tonight 😅

To start off the New Year, a collection of NOS4A2 fanart I’ve either needed to finish, never published, or had in mind and needed to create!
1. Millie and Lorrie Manx. Created back in January of last year, never got around to publishing it until almost a whole year later. These vamp babies...
2. Rose X Charlie art. Used a pretty nice reference of a black and white photo of a couple kissing. Reminds me of the summer of 2019 when Charlie stole my heart... Created July of last year.
3. Abe! Who could hate ol’ Honest Abe, the best barkeeper around! I wish we saw more of him... Created July of last year.
4. Charlie hugging Maggie and Vic. Best Creative buddies... yeah right! Created July of last year.
5. Vic and Maggie, the best of friends! Created July of last year.
6. (This one’s the worst, probably cuz my focus was on the guns more than Charlie and Vic, but I did my best). Vic and Charlie having a gun showdown... who’s side are you on? Created August of last year.
7. Maggie x Tabitha art, one of my favorite couples! Created today as of posting this.
8. Lou x Vic art (with Wayne), another one of my favorite couples! When I drew Wayne, I wanted to make him look sort of like how he does in the show, but I also wanted to imply he could also be Lou’s biological child (like he was in the book), so it was dependent on preference, hence why his skin appears sort of mixed. I’m perfectly fine with him being Lou’s or not, because either way, Lou (and Charlie, of course) are the best dads in the whole world! Created today as of writing this.
9. Last but certainly not least, Jonathan Beckett, aka The Hourglass Man or simply The Hourglass. Like Abe, I wish we saw more of his character. Created today as of writing this.
My art is still shit XD But I hope you all enjoy a large collection of art I’ve been lacking on sharing!

Life Could Be A Dream - Chapter Two
{NOS4A2 - Charlie Manx x Reader}
{A/N} This story is pouring from my veins and it’s already the longest I've ever taken to introduce a main character but, I’m a sucker for suspense and a super slow burn these days! Thank you for all the love :3
Warnings: None this time!
Chapter Two - What's That Playin’ on the Radio?
I huddled into myself, the cold definitely getting to me, unlike the way the weather affected — or didn’t affect — me in my dream. The fresh snow crunched beneath my feet as I kept on, and I began to feel stupid for acting so rashly. At the same time, I knew it was for the better. There was no better time than the present they said, and if I stayed at that godforsaken place after that, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to take myself seriously ever again. It was a fine line of empowered and guilty that I walked, but I knew I’d have to walk it nonetheless with the decision I made.
A of couple hours or so went by of wandering aimlessly up the road. I hadn’t realized how far apart things were in my little town without a car to take you there. It wasn’t snowing, but the sky looked as though it might open up with a flurry at any second. I was close to grabbing my phone and breaking down, apologizing to the woman who should’ve been apologizing to me instead when I caught sight of a large sign just beyond me.
“Carmody’s Car Carma,” I said to myself, cocking my head to one side.
I hadn’t noticed Carmody’s before, but as I came across it, I hoped they had a vending machine. My stomach growled; I hadn’t eaten all day, and with my nerves calming from the argument I had with my mother coupled with all the walking I’d done, I needed a snack and something to drink.
When I approached the sign, I turned down the tire-worn pathway right behind it, hoping that whoever owned the place would be kind enough to let me make use of whatever they had to offer.
The closer I got to what looked like a mechanics haven, a plethora of noises erupted from the building. The sound of a shrill kind of drill spinning relentlessly into a hunk of metal and a motorcycle being almost revved up and then cut over and over meshed together over a song on a static-filled radio I hadn’t heard before. I slowly made my way to the open garage door, finding it slightly amusing that they’d leave it open despite the freezing temperature. I guessed it was safer that way with the scents that wafted through the air.
A girl caught sight of me first, immediately setting down a spray can of red paint she had in her hand and picking up a towel, wiping both hands on it with a friendly grin as she walked up to me. She looked a little rough around the edges, her short brunette locks styled with bangs curled haphazardly around her face as though she’d been at work for a while, lost in the task at hand.
“Hey! You need some work done?” she asked.
“Oh.. No, I’m— I just need a vending machine or something. I’ve been.. on a walk, and I’m starved.”  The girl raised a brow, eyeing me for a moment. I’m sure I looked suspicious to some degree, but not enough for the way she carried herself then. She backed up, her stance becoming slightly defensive.
“Who sent you?”
Her voice was low and quiet, as though she was expecting my reasoning to be something grave.
Gee, I must really look insane.
“Nobody..” I began, confused about what she was thinking. “I can go, if you want,” I said then, turning to leave.
“Vic, who’s there?” I heard a male voice inquire next.
Almost immediately the girl's demeanor changed, as though she came to some kind of realization.
“Wait up,” she said to me, her voice softening. “We have a vending machine.. It doesn’t take money anymore, but I can just open it for you.”
She turned to the voice then as the man revealed himself in the garage’s entryway, holding a drill in one hand and wiping his forehead with a towel with the other. He also looked as though he’d been caught up in his work, his shirt slightly dirtied with oil and sweat on his brow.
“She just needs a vending machine,” Vic said, waving her hand for me to follow her into the shop.
He nodded his head and looked over at me with a warm grin.
“Welcome to Carmody’s Car Carma! We do the best work and have some of the best snacks in town. I’m Sir Lou Carmody, and the lady is Miss Victoria McQueen.”
He’d put on a British accent for the greeting before getting back to his work and I smiled— probably the first genuine smile I’d given in weeks.
“I’ll believe that when I taste it!” I called out jokingly as he headed back to his project. “But I’m {Y/N}, it’s nice to meet you both.”
“Call me Vic,” the girl responded then.
My hand was almost numb with the cold as I reached into my bag and grabbed my wallet. When I stepped behind Vic, she moved aside, slapping the side of the vending machine as though she were a salesman trying to push a car. The door popped right open, and she lifted her hand to stop me from offering her money.
“Your money’s no good here. No one’s used this thing in years, just don’t come complaining if you get sick,” she smiled.
Reluctantly, I slipped my wallet back into my purse and reached out for a bag of chips. Stale or not, chips never seemed to go completely bad, I thought.
“Thank you. I’m sure I’ll be okay. My mother’s made worse.”
“Bad cook?”
“Bad everything,” I rolled my eyes.
“I get that. Coffee?” She asked then, turning around to a small counter and holding up a pot of what smelled like fresh coffee. The scent was hardly detectable through the scent of oil and fresh paint, but it was enough to get me to say yes. Besides, I’d need the pick-me-up if I was going to keep walking.
When she poured me a cup, I held it in my hands for a moment, letting it warm my skin. I looked around the space. It seemed they were doing well, cars and their parts scattered about everywhere. A red dirt bike in the corner looked like what she must’ve been painting before I arrived. It was then that my eyes landed on a small handwritten “help wanted” sign on a pole just above a telephone that looked like its wires had been cut.
I stayed quiet for a moment, wondering why they had a phone that wasn’t working; or better yet— was stopped from working. It was off-putting, but I supposed I had no room to judge, and beggars certainly couldn’t be choosy, no matter how eerie something seemed.
“You’re looking for help?” I asked curiously, quickly ignoring the phone altogether.
The place was too close for comfort to my mother's house, but now that I was on my own, I was going to need some kind of income. They seemed like nice people, and I knew my way around a car thanks to a short lived boyfriend who helped his dad with his at-home projects a couple years back.
“Oh, that. Yeah, it’s been just the two of us here for a while. My son’s starting to miss me,” she breathed a laugh, a nervous energy almost permeating from her.
“Well, I’m kind of looking for a job right now.. No pressure,” I chirped.
She looked me over, leaning back against the counter with her own paper cup of coffee.
“You know cars? Bikes? That kinda thing? Mostly, we need someone on the phone, too.”
“Oddly enough, I do,” I said, finally bringing my cup to my lips and sipping on the hot beverage, not bringing up the destroyed phone on the pole. “And I’ve had plenty of experience on the phone. I had to do everything for my mother, from making appointments to taxes.”
I exhaled with a quiet hum, grateful for the warm drink. It warmed me up almost immediately, like fire on ice, and I couldn’t help but feel comforted by it. My day had been rough, but there was still hope. Either that, or the coffee was way too good.
After speaking to her for a while about my knowledge of mechanics, she left to speak to Lou privately. I kept my fingers crossed around my cup anxiously, hoping that maybe my day would turn around. I didn’t have a place to stay, but a job was half the battle. I could weather a few nights in the cold if it meant saving for an apartment. Or at least a long-stay motel room.
Spending the money I tucked away in the cedar chest on a room was tempting, but that was saved for a reason. I’d fallen on hard times, but unless they got harder, like Lou not agreeing to my employment, I could still save for the bigger picture. There was still hope for me. Silently, I prayed to whatever might be watching over me as I heard them murmuring to each other across the shop.
Waiting by the vending machine, I let myself relax just a bit and enjoy being out of the direct cold. The song on the radio was catchy, but had a solemn tone to it that reminded me of my life in every aspect. I listened to it, getting lost in the melody for a moment before hearing Vic walk up to me, jarring me out of my small trance.
“Welp, you’re in luck— welcome to the team!” She said, holding her hand out to me to shake it.
I gasped, jumping a bit in place as I took her hand in return, shaking it with an excitement I didn’t know I could still muster after everything earlier.
“Oh, thank you. You don’t know how much I need this right now. When do I start?”
“Bright and early tomorrow morning, we open at nine, sharp. I’ll be around to help you out, show you the ropes— but I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it quick. Lou’s always here if you need anything after, though.”
The relief I felt was unbelievable. All I had to do was figure out where to stay. I guessed I could use some of the money in my wallet for a room somewhere— The question was where. By foot, everything was so far away, and my middle-of-nowhere town wouldn’t know what a taxi or bus was from a hole in the ground.
But at the same time, I was too glad to care for the moment, sipping from my cup and exhaling quietly. Half the battle was won. Now I needed to go in and win the war with a place to stay, and I’d be on my way to some kind of normalcy, whatever that might have felt like.
Vic led me over to the front of the shop then, and I opened my bag of chips, remembering how hungry I actually was as I lightly popped one into my mouth. The song playing into the air grew louder as we approached the radio. I smiled and gestured towards the little electronic device.
“I’ve never heard the song on the radio before— what’s it called?” I asked Vic curiously, swaying my head to the melody gently.
She stopped walking, turning around to face me with a furrowed brow, concern written all over her features as she spoke.
“The radio isn’t on…”

Take the Night Road Home A NOS4A2 Review By: Allyssa J. Watkins
How black is your soul? She took the Shorter Way to the Night Road A chink of glass and a sarcastic toast A chill in the air as he feels her approach Knives drawn in a parking lot Gasoline Fire and Eyes of Black Frost Drunk Whore Mothers are best left forgot To kill her is a kindness Her son, his to soothe Chin up, Victoria I'm the best thing that ever happened to you........
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!!! Yes, this SPECTACULAR episode is extra special for me, not only because it was a delirious joy and rare return to form, but because it premiered on July 5th, 2020, my thirtieth birthday, and MY GOD what a TREAT!!!!! Yes, while last week's episode felt like a rotten trick, The Night Road was an absolute treat, with the ooey gooey, chocolatey center, of Vic FINALLY facing off against Charlie!!!! I'm MESMERIZED, I am in LOVE with this episode, and the second it ended, I danced around my living room and started it over again!!!! I feel like gushing, after one HELL of a DREAM DATE!!!!
PARNASSUS!!!!! Oh you guys, ever since the first Parnassus episode, I have been dyinggggg to go back to this surreal nexus of Creative Thought, this funny little pub, where the darker Strong Creatives gather and commiserate!!! I must say, I was so refreshed to find Abe infinitely more agreeable and interesting than the bitter, mouthy, nihilistic, sexist fiend who "greeted," our Man Manx, on his last visit! Charlie is as snarky and charming as ever, and I swear Zachary Quinto grows more BEAUTIFUL, and alive with dark allure each new episode!!! So much intrigue in his and Abe's conversation, and I loved this new mystery of The Hour Glass..... So many new threads, I don't know which to pull first!!! Being in the dark can be such fun!!! I also thought that was so witty of Charlie when he said, "That's the spirit, Abe," with a sneaky smirk, as Abe said, "I wish you had died, Chuck." I liked him calling him Chuck, I thought that was cute, and I really ache to know more about their bizarre friendship, and this apparent debt Abe owes Charlie!!!
My absolute favourite scene was the Knife Fight in the Parnassus Parking Lot, and it was there I realized what had been so obviously lacking in the first two episodes. Charlie and Vic...... Full strength and face to face. That seething hatred, that electric chemistry, the fire and frost, the reveling rivalry. The dark flirtation as Charlie tells Vic he's the best thing that ever happened to her. To her son. GOD, it was ambrosia for the soul!!! Speaking of souls, I loved Charlie's coyness, haughtily asking Vic what darkness had seeped into her soul, and then telling her exactly why she was able to access The Night Road. He took such pleasure in it, scolding her about children born out of wedlock, and drunk whore mothers, flinging her down to his level, maybe even putting his own moral compass slightly above hers. The responsible father, and the screw-up teen mother. Their banter was phenomenal, and smouldering, I couldn't get enough, Vic telling Charlie she'd sacrifice her life to stop him, and Charlie simpering sadistic, saying he'd gladly take it from her, for the sake of everyone she loved so they wouldn't have to hurt anymore. WOW. I was like this is it, THIS is the NOS4A2 that I fell in LOVE with!!!! Yes, I was a bit glum that the fantastic tease, didn't lead into an all out skirmish, and bar brawl, but patience Pets, the season's only just begun, and I appreciated them leaving us with wanting more.
Charlie's coaxing encounter with Wayne was absolutely adorable!!! I grinned the entire time, ridiculously blissful, and I loved how touched and surprised Charlie was when young Master Wayne asked if he was feeling better!!! Sweet Baby!!! Aaaaaah and how CUTE was that when Charlie wagged his finger in gentle reprimand, reminding Wayne it was bad manners to abscond without saying a proper goodbye!? My heart twittered warily when Wayne took the candy cane, and I saw all the presents, and a brand new basketball inside the Wraith, but something told me it was not going to be that easy, after all Wayne is his mother's son. My suspicions proved true, as Charlie was thwarted even by the Littlest McQueen, failing to have said a rather important password. I giggled, adoringly, as Charlie tried to wave it off saying, "There are no passwords in Christmasland," but our sharp little lad, was much too clever for that, and took off running!!! I LOVE WAYNE, I LOVE this darling, beautiful little boy, and his precious curls, and deep, inquisitive eyes. Charlie having two quick McQueens to foil his dastardly plots is just too much fun!!!
Much less fun however, was the knock down, drag out, fight to the near death between Lou Carmody, who has to be the COOLEST, nicest, most congenial guy in the WORLD, and that BASTARD Bing Partridge!!!! I don't think I took a breath the entire time, and I was like I SWEAR Bing, if you FREAKING hurt Lou, you will incur my WRATH, you CREEPSTER Son of a BITCH!!! I absolutely LOVED the hidden message he left for Vic, Lou earning serious fanboy cred with the AWESOME Obi-Won reference, and I take it back, what I said about him being Vic's sidekick, because that teddy bear of a man was a BADASS Hero tonight, beating the hell out of Bing, and single-handedly saving his son from Manx's clutches!!!!
I also felt redemption was in order for Vic's parents, as shockingly they're doing better than Vic herself!!! Chris is sober even, finding solace from his demons in the woods, and the heartbreak on his face when he finds Vic's stash of minibar bottles in her pockets, is profound. He blames himself. His little girl inherited her Old Man's coping mechanisms, and nothing terrifies him more. I loved that he kept her sketchbook too, as a way to keep her close. Linda though, WOW what a change, Linda is a new woman!!! Gone, is that pale, schizophrenic shell of a battered wife. She's got a new hairstyle and a confident, secure attitude to match. It was such a nice shock to see her thriving, in a new relationship, full of good advice for Vic, and I think she's ready to heal, both from the pain she endured, and the pain she's caused. You go, Linda!!!
Speaking of Mothers........ Hold onto your Santa hats, Kids, because Mrs. Manx LIVES!!!! Millie's shocking discovery that her mauled mother, or at least a glazed-eyed apparition of her, still haunts her old house in Christmasland, stole the air from my lungs!!! WHAT has Charlie been up to beyond the borders of his merry inscape!? Crafting Sleigh House from memory, along with raising his own murdered wife!? My GOD, this episode came to WIN, going hard, even until the end!!! I have a theory that Cassie Manx has everything to do with why Charles has requested an introduction with the infamous Hour Glass Man, whom I suspect can alter time. I think Charlie wants to reunite the family Manx, bring back his wife, which in itself is a dizzying revelation, because I thought he ached to be rid of her long before that first AWFUL trip to Christmasland. I'm excited to see if I'm right, wondering at where they're going with this, and how Cassie will come back into the story. Could she love our Charlie again even after the atrocities he loosed upon her? I think maybe so....... I would. To love Charlie Manx once, is to LOVE him forever.
The Night Road is NOS4A2 at its coming-out-swinging best, and I feel like, after a few rocky patches and speed bumps from the previous scattered episodes, Season 2 is back on track and set to be BETTER than anything we've EVER seen before!!! My BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER, and I'm so happy I took the Night Road Home, back to the unique and enthralling, spine-tingling fun storytelling that I LOVE!!!! Thank you Charlie, tonight was the PERFECT date I've been WAITING for!!!! Same time, next week, Handsome?

NOS4R2 2X05 SPOILERS BEWARE  Rating: 6/6
This episode was a crazy car ride for the 5th episode of Season 2. There was a lost of struggles and action throughout the episode and you do feel awful for Vic cause she is fighting for her son and you just want her to win this time.  this a fast pace episode with different perspective to help explain the story better which helped a lot cause so much is happening in this episode. Even bad stuff happen in this episode - this was the best episode in season 2.
We do end up seeing the past of Wayne and Vic’s background and how her being the role of the mother went and how the pregnancy went which did effect me enough that i was holding my breath.
Lou and Wayne talk and Lou stress that neither of his parents are mad at him which is a great way to allow your kids to say the truth and not be afraid to do so. Please do this yall.
Sandglass man *his name is Jonathan. BECKETT* plays his part on the chessboard and how he uses his powers . Beckett tells the 2 FBI to shoot at the people in the cabin. what was a weird moment was the sandglass has ran out of sand the*tw: shots*  FBI end themselves. *end tw: shots*
Chris get shot in the leg by the FBI.  Lou & Wayne get out of the house due to sleep gas.  Lou vs. Bing. Bing wins. and put kid in the wraith.  Manx is creepy as ever and people might hate him more after this episode.
Vic enters the game by the Shorter Way Bridge - sees Lou and finds Manx who then drive off with Wayne & hits Vic with his car.  they do a good job of combine flashbacks of Wayne’s past.  We then Manx hits her with a hammer. Why Vic keeps getting back up? idk I would just play dead XD. We do get a sense of Book!Manx in this episode cause every time he talks to Vic I just want to hit him with a shovel.
The episode every time it has a break it shows different point of views. the 1st - the camera follows Wayne around so we see his POV. The 2nd was Vic’s POV. 3rd was Bing’s POV &Wayne POV.  4th was Vic’s POV.  that was an interesting take cause so much is happening in this episode that we see the different perspective in both the good people and the villains pov.   Vic trying to talk and get her kid from the wraith was crazy pace we see the urgency of that moment.  It is fast and it is troubling to watch cause Manx is mean and Bing is sick mthfcker.  I could feel how fast pace shows how crises, urgency and unstablilty of how the situation is.
We see the very off childish manner of Bing - when Manx orders him to gas the kid so he can sleep to CL. Bing hates the kid cause Bing wanted to go to CL too and Bing himself doesn’t seem to see how double meaning when Manx said he was planing a feast for him. *the ONLY good thing he said so far*
At Same time - Bing is having a terrible talk with Wayne.  Flashbacks happen to Vic and Wayne seemingly good childhood before he falls asleep by the gas.  Vic also hit Manx and attack the wraith before being shooed away by shots fired.
Wayne tries escape the car but useless - Lou is back -  tries to break into the car by smash the windows with only the front Windows do CRACK.
we go back to Vic’s POV and we see the part she sees Lou trying to get Wayne out of the car WHILE Manx is up and baiting her about how bad a parent she is before going after Lou. and Bing says NASTY stuff to Vic. Bing SHUTUP.
Lou Vs. Manx. Manx wins and tells kid that Lou might come with them to CL. NOOOOO. The fight between Manx vs. Lou - i thought was brutal and would defiantly traumatize Wayne, and I don’t see how Wayne even WANTS to be with Manx at all.
Manx seem to be baiting at Vic when he could just drive off.  It seems he is hoping to see her get out of hiding, and at the same time seem to know where she is at in the water. Chris SHOTS BING and Manx. but Bing ain’t dead. Manx drives off with Wayne - ditching Bing in the end and off they go to ChristmasLand, * Lou wasn’t in the trunk.*. they gone and BIng is wondered off somewhere with a loaded gun and gas. Bing seem SO surprised that Manx ditched him. Really hoe really?
Interesting Manx talks his time in 8 year coma and how he hears the kids in CL, he also turns it back to Wayne cause Wayne did call on Manx to pick him up. We do see him turn around and talk to Wayne and Wayne notice the car driving by itself. Wayne even says ‘he doesn’t want to go to CL which charlie tries to manipulate him.
Vic chases car but she crashes into Beckett’s ugly car - hurting her bike/knife - and they end up in the hospital later on. Yikes.  We go back similar to the start episode cause Vic is calling for her kid and that just tugs at anyone’s emotions. Vic’s mum is back. yay.
[The acting:  Just a critique on the kids acting because why? Critique helps you become better!
While i was rooting for Wayne a lot, I don’t really felt the ‘urgency or being frightened, or the ‘OHMYGOWD IM BEING KIDNAPPED HELP!’ when he was yelling for his parents and when he was warning them. it felt like he was warning them about wasps or something and not a serial killer who is about to beat them dead. I felt he was just saying his lines. If he could have just idk forget the other actors and try to believe he was really being kidnap and start screaming his heart out in the backseat it would have hit more for me. and i didn’t felt the urgency of when he discoverers Manx is beating his mum or when VIc got hit by Wraith or the White Car.   but Hey maybe it was that violent auror surrounding bing that probably kept him from going bonkers.  Manx hurting his dad though - i think i too would freeze if i saw that at a young age, it was disturbing. ]
This be the 1st time I will say this was a tiring episode because it felt like you went through what the whole McQueen family went through and you just tired but this was the best episode so far. I would put 2x05 as the top episode and 2x02 next.
be interesting to know what Manx and Wayne talk about in the car and how Manx would try to control Wayne once they get there. Guessing the Christmas ornament Wayne saw in the tree ‘bat ornament’ would be his ornament?
I also want to know what has Millie been up to when we weren’t at CL.
Season 1 seemed to be on moderate speed where as season 2 is speeding up rapidly.

Her father's voice, her lover's jacket. For a moment she was aware of both the men in her life looking after her. She had thought they were both better off without her and that she was better off without them, but now here, in the dirt, it came to her that she had never really gone anywhere without them.

I had a feeling they'd make it where millie and Wayne try to rebuild Christmasland together. The only way I want a new season if it's based around that if they arent gonna bring Charlie back. It would be neat to see an expansion on more strong creatives, but there again the show is mostly based around Charlie and I just dont see a show without him.
