Romeo and Juliet anon, I meant the Cartoon animated one where everyone's a silly lil gnome my bad. Basic summary is that two gnomes from different "groups" fall in love and everyone see's it as something forbidden especially Juliet's dad and he tries to stop it once he realizes Gnomeo and Juliet like each other, Anyways here's a link to the wiki :

💜 Don't post this incase the person who reported you is on here and gets any ideas!!! Be careful with your other stories on Wattpad incase they try reporting them too. Ice Cold, Playing Hard to Get etc. have smut, I don't want someone to try going after your other stories too and you losing them forever. I'm not sure if you have everything backed up but if not maybe make them private for a while so you can make copies before anyone gets to them. I'm not sure how Wattpad works but I've looked and apparently you can 'unpublish' a story, it keeps all the views, comments etc. but the readers can't view it: https://support.wattpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/203187530-Reverting-a-story-to-draft#:~:text=Whether%20it's%20a%20story%20part,and%20comments%20on%20the%20part.
You could make it public again after and all your comments, views and likes will still be there. Idk I would just hate for you to lose your work after all you've put into it. I love reading your stories so I'd hate for them to be gone forever. I can't believe someone has done this, I'm so angry for you. You're my favourite writer, you're so talented and your characters and stories honestly bring me so much joy. Sending you lots of love xxx
Thank you lovely anon 💜 I really appreciate this message and I hope you don’t mind me posting it now because I already took your advice and unpublished a few of my other stories temporarily so there’s nothing left on there to report! Lots of love back to you, you have really made me feel so much better 🥹🥹🥹 xxxx

Preserving the Flow: A Water Conservation Crusade
Definitions
Story: a story told in prose or verse that is either factual or made up with the intention of entertaining or teaching the listener or reader. Is a string of stories we make up, recall, or invent and tell ourselves because we need or want to. Maybe we write stories because we want to know something, need to learn something, or need to find an answer to a question.
Tale: A story is a story, usually with creative embellishments. Stories can be real or fictional, but they usually consist of a narrative, with a beginning and an end, made more interesting and exciting with vivid details.
Science fiction: It is a term used to describe one of the fictional literature subgenres, along with fantasy and horror literature. Fiction focusing on hypothetical future developments in science or technology.
Literature for English - Story
It all starts in the year 2045 exactly in my house. I am 39 years old and I am a doctor in my own clinic. That day my family was not at home. I decided to get ready to go out for sushi dinner and suddenly I hear on the news that the water in the world has run out and that there is a very serious shortage, the water faucets were absolutely dry. My outing to celebrate my birthday had to be called off because everyone was distressed by this situation.
I was looking forward to sitting watching the news thinking about what I will do now that I have no water, to be specific no one had water, when suddenly in the middle of my living room a portal opens, and turns up to my best friend Sophia. She was my best friend from high school, she loved the piano, but when we graduated, we both split up to accomplish our goals and we haven't seen each other for 20 years. It was definitely her, but she looked so young, it was like she was 17 again. I still remember when we were eating candy and chocolate. She just reached out her hand to me and said “come help me we must sort out this problem, come with me or everything will get worse”.
I didn't ask anything and I followed her in the doorway, when we crossed I realized that I was rejuvenated because we had returned to the year 2023, so she told me “why she brought me to 2023 in a time machine”.
She explained to me that the whole problem with the water shortage started in 2023, but we will only see its consequences in 2045. In this case we had to go to school, so I put on my uniform and we headed to school. There we started to make campaigns about saving water, we opened web pages so that more people can learn about this problem and learn how to save water so that the problem of water scarcity does not happen. After all, we managed to make many people aware of water waste and so we concluded our mission. I stood up and walked to Sophia and told her to go back to my house. I returned home and when I saw the news the water problem was gone and everything was back to normal.

A Message from the Future (Jollibee Studios)
People are worried about their health and the health of their loved ones. With the development and rollout of COVID-19 vaccines, people are also facing decisions about getting vaccinated and navigating the changing guidelines around vaccinations. Numerous people have contracted the virus and displayed symptoms from mild to severe. The pandemic has also caused many deaths, leaving families and communities devastated. Lockdowns and other restrictions have been enforced by governments worldwide to curb the virus's spread through social distancing and mask mandates, which have affected people's daily lives.
Families worldwide are facing never-before-seen issues brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. It has caused significant disruptions to daily life, such as school closures, job losses, and increased stress and anxiety. In this context, the importance of family has become even more critical than ever before. It has become challenging for people to connect with people outside of their immediate family because of social isolation tactics. Family members can provide social connection and a sense of belonging during these times of isolation.
The "A Message from the Future" advertisement of Jollibee Studios was released on the 15th of May 2021. The ad shows a conversation between a grandpa and his granddaughter, asking him, "What was it like back then?" and a glimpse of all the hardships many Filipino people have faced during the pandemic. Although it was the season of sickness, losing jobs, and other unfortunate events, it is undeniably the time for families to be closer together while on a lockdown. It portrays that we tend not to notice what is right in front of us and what we need the most: our family. We take our families for granted most of the time until everything is too late. The Advertised Fast-Food Restaurant aid people's complaints, grievances, and losses because, through this, Jollibee Meals lets each Filipino family enjoy their salo-salo and interactions.
In summary, the COVID-19 pandemic, as shown in the advertisement, has highlighted the importance of family in providing emotional, physical, social, educational, and financial support, which captivated the interest of millions of viewers because they are relatable to the public audience. It unveils the essence of prioritizing family relationships and support systems during these challenging times.

For what has been two years now, I have delved down into one of the longest-running AniManga series to date, One Piece created by Eiichiro Oda. When I started to watch this series, in April of 2020, the show had about 927 episodes released, as of writing this post it has well over 1037 episodes and is still releasing more weekly. To some, the sheer amount of episodes may turn them down on the series, the reason being “it’s too long.” What I found most captivating about this series was not its action, nor was it the power, it was its story. https://collider.com/one-piece-magic-explained/#:~:text=One%20Piece%20is%20the%20story,island%20containing%20the%20One%20Piece.
I linked a small synopsis of the show, but to summarize, the story of One Piece follows a young man by the name of Monkey D. Luffy, a rubber man, as he embarks on his journey to find the titular treasure “the One Piece” and become the King of the Pirates. By “rubber man,” refers to Luffy’s power, he ate a Devil Fruit (The Gum Gum Fruit), allowing him to stretch his body at will and have properties of rubber. Although a very light-hearted concept, the series delves into real-world issues, such as government corruption evident with CP9 (a secret government agency tasked to do the world government’s dirty work), slavery (seen with the celestial dragons), and racism (which we see with the Fishmen). These are but a few of the real-world issues that we see in the world of One Piece, things that most shonen (manga targeted to a yonder audience) would not show.
What surprises me the most about this show is how it can show harsh topics like the ones listed above, and still have room for humor. One of the biggest humor of this show is its irony, Luffy, a pirate who is constantly at sea near water, cannot swim as a result of his consumption of a Devil Fruit, yet he has constantly put in danger thanks to his air-headedness. I enjoy watching this show, whether it is reading the manga every week, or being excited to see certain panels animated. There is always a mystery about the world when reading/watching this show. When showing it to friends, one comment stood out, they described the show as similar to Scooby-Doo, the way the crew acts with each other, and the goofy aesthetic of it all. The story of this show is nigh on perfect, the mix of fantasy, adventure, and action brings this story alive. The start of Luffy’s adventure to where he currently stands is rewarding, seeing him come closer to his goal brings shivers down my spine. Watching as their bounties increase after doing the impossible makes me smile. (Luffy’s current bounty being ฿ 3,000,000,000) (฿ = berries, the name of the currency)
One thing that captivated me when it comes to this show is its theme of freedom and treasure. To quote Luffy “I’m not going to conquer anything. The one who is most free is the Pirate King!” Luffy is not a selfish person, well sometimes at least. He was willing to overthrow a leader of a country, just because he was giving him something to eat,(albeit a corrupt one) some may call him a hero, but he thinks otherwise. Luffy hates when someone calls him a hero, stating “We’re pirates! I love heroes but I don’t want to be one! . . . Say there's a chunk of meat. Pirates will have a banquet. . . heroes will share it with other people. I want all the meat!” Treasure is another aspect f the show that goes completely over people's heads. While some may think of gold, jewels, and precious gems as treasure, Luffy does not care too much about them, his real treasure is his signature straw hat, gifted to him by his inspiration “Red-Haired” Shanks.
The amount of emotional impacting scenes in One Piece hit hard, whether it was the death of Luffy’s sworn brother Ace, as he dies in his arms, the funeral ceremony the crew has for their beloved ship, the Going Merry, or Luffy’s crew slowly being taken away on one of their islands. This show has a little bit of everything, from non-stop action to a captivating story, about completing one’s dream and achieving freedom.

I started answering on the post but Tumblr ate it twice so here's hoping third time is the charm. Also, this turned into an essay, bc I really care for you and wanted to get it all in.
So, as to the drabble "flopping"; I feel you, it always hurts when that happens. But there's a few factors to consider, which is to say stuff outside of your control going on. The first being: Tumblr's not the best place for posting fic. It used to be pretty good, but those days are past; ironically the tagging system improving contributed to that. Before people had to reblog or like posts to find/be able to find later. Now they can actually search for it. The second is naturally that the nsfw ban scared a lot of writers off and people stopped feeling this place for fic so much (not to mention the rise of discourse also did that).
The next is simply, as ever, timing. I used to work in community management (long story) so I am a nerd that looks into the analytics and: https://miraculousfanworks.tumblr.com/post/627913410660663296/attract-those-readers-when-to-post-on-ao3#:~:text=How%20many%20stories%20were%20in,from%2012pm%20to%205pm%20PST. Despite it being an AO3 reason, I've found it holds true for Tumblr too, when I link my fic. Late in the day on humpday just means less traffic overall.
And finally, and this is the painful bit: it's a small fandom. Especially when you compare it to 911 which I think you likely are. I've been suffering from the same myself lately, I've posted what feels like some personal best fic............for teeny fandoms and niche pairings and ten people. Add to that that the show is both off season rn, and, the real kicker, is not a weekly airer. You've noticed how the weekly episode of 911 then has a corresponding uptick of making and consuming of fanworks. Simply put, there's new content so there's new material to work with and people are going "huh that was a cliffhanger, let's soothe it with fic". OBX is netflix and thus generally has a big burst of creation around it dropping then a longish tail and then little radio noise until then. The Witcher is a good comparison, but has two factors going for it: related media (books and video games) and big name stars. OBX is, basically, a lil kayak doing its best. But there's simply not as many people who consume fanwork for it.
Now love, and writing, is never wasted! Every word is a gift you give yourself and your skills. But I wanted to give you a sort of "cold logic" of why that reaction might be what it is, COMPLETELY separate from your actual work or the quality of it you may perceive.
Which was a very long winded way of saying: our reward based ape brains love the numbers. But the numbers come from lots of places. What matters, and what we can't quantify, is how much people loved it. The people creeping on your page and rereading it for the sixth time right now. The ones that messages it to friends. The ones that will think about it, out of the blue for ages. Maybe years. There's no counter for that. Keep creating <3
This might be the most helpful thing anyone could’ve said to me. It’s hard for me to not equate “success” or interaction to my self worth and my skill and I needed like logical factual reasons why it may not be doing well. I knew all along it’s a tiny fandom and I’ve seen with gifsets that interaction isn’t great rn even if you have 8634346323 followers, but idk, I just. I feel like a little kid bringing macaroni art to her mom and hoping she loves it. I was so proud of putting words on paper and like, was immediately like why is no one here to see it. And historically I’m awful to myself anyway, a thing thats exacerbated by like past trauma and shit so. And you’re right, I was kind of I guess thinking 911 numbers in my head and that’s not logical either.
I love this fandom and I haven’t been so inspired by a fandom in a long time so I’m gonna keep writing, if for no reason than I just want to. But I’d be lying if I told you the lack of interaction isn’t gonna be hard for me every single time too. Because that’s just how my shitty brain works I live with one finger on the self destruct button at all times.
Thank you so much for sending this, it really did help. Might fuck around and post the fic to ao3 or something 👀.

Felicidade

Most times when the Spring come, I know it by the trees. Many colors, many flowers, vibrantly coloring the world. It is a common arrangement. But, this spring , it is worse. It is one hundred and twenty-four days since the arrival of the first elf. Let me show you on my phone.
Tumblr media
She just popped up surrounded by this white light. Did she drop into the white house? no. Did she drop into the United Nations, perhaps with a powerful electronic or mechanical assistant, perhaps even boss? no. Did she make herself known anywhere the television people or movie people alluded to in the past? no.  She made herself known in the women's bathroom at the local park, at Riverside. Police and some three-letter people arrived but she seemingly had no worries or need to worry.  It took a while but someone asked her a simple question, why is she here? She said it is a secret, and then disappeared, reappearing and disappearing per her desire throughout the one hundred and twenty-four day. Now, whenever you go outside you may see something like this stranger.
Tumblr media
I could had asked, did you know, flowers are growing around you, blossoming more by the second. I did not ask. At least like so many of the others, he seemed content with the magical green flung all over the city. But I forgot his plight quick, when I saw her. This big chocolate orange leaf floating around little orange leaves.
Tumblr media
She paid me no mind, and was totally focused on playing with her fellow leaves. I pushed myself on her and asked her name. She said, Onluleon. I loved the way she sounded it better than the way I thought it. Onluleon I watched for hours playing with the leaves, never tired or concerned with any other. I left my bench and went back over to her, asking. You know it is the beginning of spring. She looked at me dumbfounded. But, she didn't ignore me, and took me by the arm. She went to a purple tree where a songbird was grabbing nectar.
Tumblr media
She asked me: "isn't she lovely" "The tree": I replied. "No, the tree is a he, I meant the songbird" I guessed she was right. I was happy just getting this time in. The songbird suddenly fell onto the ground and bloomed into a woman. The purple leaves coating her, with some sticking to her hair.
Tumblr media
I asked the former songbird; how does she feel. She simply stared at me and whistled away. I tried to go after her but I felt stiff. Too stiff to move fast. Onluleon ,I bet an Oriole at one time in her life, started sniffing me and I realized I had a flower growing out of me. I hobbled back to where I saw that guy and I realized he was no longer there, but a small blossomed tree sat in his general location. I wondered if he even comprehended me and how long did I have to be comprehended. I called for Onluleon and shook her faintly. I was frightened as I saw my vision covered in leaves. It all occurred to me, that spirit was going to turn the human into the plant, and the non-human into the human. One hundred and twenty-four days to bloom, and we all missed it. I missed it. If I can no longer think like before I settled my mind knowing that I will have time as a tree to bloom into something else later. A cardinal, turned into a ballerina for my last sight.

WASHINGTON — President Trump has selected Judge Amy Coney Barrett, the favorite candidate of conservatives, to succeed Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and will try to force Senate confirmation before Election Day in a move that would significantly alter the ideological makeup of the Supreme Court for years.
Mr. Trump plans to announce on Saturday that she is his choice, according to six people close to the process who asked not to be identified disclosing the decision in advance.
As they often do, aides cautioned that Mr. Trump sometimes upends his own plans. But he is not known to have interviewed any other candidates and came away from two days of meetings with Judge Barrett this week impressed with a jurist he was told would be a female Antonin Scalia, referring to the justice she once clerked for.
“I haven’t said it was her, but she is outstanding,” Mr. Trump told reporters who asked about Judge Barrett’s imminent nomination at Joint Base Andrews outside Washington after returning Friday evening from a trip to Florida and Georgia.
The president’s political advisers hope the selection will energize his conservative political base in the thick of an election campaign in which he has for months been trailing former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr., his Democratic challenger. But it could also rouse liberal voters afraid that her confirmation could spell the end of Roe v. Wade, the decision legalizing abortion, as well as other rulings popular with the political left and center.
The nomination will kick off an extraordinary scramble by Senate Republicans to confirm her for the court in the 38 days before the election on Nov. 3, a scenario unlike any in American history. While other justices have been approved in presidential election years, none has been voted on after July. Four years ago, Senate Republicans refused to even consider President Barack Obama’s nomination to replace Justice Scalia with Judge Merrick B. Garland, announced 237 days before Election Day, on the grounds that it should be left to whoever was chosen as the next president.
In picking Judge Barrett, a conservative and a hero to the anti-abortion movement, Mr. Trump could hardly have found a more polar opposite to Justice Ginsburg, a pioneering champion of women’s rights and leader of the liberal wing of the court. The appointment would shift the center of gravity on the bench considerably to the right, giving conservatives six of the nine seats and potentially insulating them even against defections by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., who on a handful of occasions has sided with liberal justices.
Mr. Trump made clear this week that he wanted to rush his nominee through the Senate by Election Day to ensure that he would have a decisive fifth justice on his side in case any disputes from the vote reached the high court, as he expected to happen. The president has repeatedly made baseless claims that the Democrats are trying to steal the election and appears poised to challenge any result of the balloting that does not declare him the winner.
Senator Mitch McConnell, Republican of Kentucky and the majority leader, has enough votes to push through Judge Barrett’s nomination if he can make the tight time frame work. Republicans are looking at holding hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee the week of Oct. 16 and a floor vote by late October.
Democrats have expressed outrage at the rush and accused Republicans of rank hypocrisy given their treatment of Judge Garland, but they have few options for slowing the nomination, much less stopping it. Instead, they have focused on making Republicans pay at the ballot box and debated ways to counteract Mr. Trump’s influence on the court if they win the election.
Mr. Trump met with Judge Barrett at the White House on Monday and Tuesday and was said to like her personally. While he said he had a list of five finalists, he never interviewed anyone else for the job and passed over Judge Barbara Lagoa of the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, who appealed to campaign advisers in particular because of her Cuban-American heritage and roots in Florida, a critical battleground state in the presidential contest.
Despite Mr. Trump’s penchant for drama and the intrigue that surrounded his first two picks for seats on the Supreme Court, the selection process since Justice Ginsburg died last Friday has been fairly low-key and surprisingly predictable. The president has long signaled that he expected to put Judge Barrett on the court and has been quoted telling confidants in 2018 that he was “saving her for Ginsburg.”
If confirmed, Judge Barrett would become the 115th justice in the nation’s history and the fifth woman ever to serve on the Supreme Court. At 48, she would be the youngest member of the current court as well its sixth Catholic. And she would become Mr. Trump’s third appointee on the court, more than any other president has installed in a first term since Richard M. Nixon had four, joining Justices Neil M. Gorsuch and Brett M. Kavanaugh.
Judge Barrett graduated from Notre Dame Law School and later joined the faculty. She clerked for Justice Scalia and shares his constitutional views. She is described as a textualist who interprets the law based on its plain words rather than seeking to understand the legislative purpose and an originalist who applies the Constitution as it was understood by those who drafted and ratified it.
She has been a judge for only three years, appointed by Mr. Trump to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in 2017. Her confirmation hearing produced fireworks when Democratic senators questioned her public statements and Catholicism. That made her an instant celebrity among religious conservatives, who saw her as a victim of bias on the basis of her faith.
Judge Barrett and her husband, Jesse Barrett, a former federal prosecutor, are reported to be members of a small and relatively obscure Christian group called the People of Praise. The group grew out of the Catholic charismatic renewal movement that began in the late 1960s and adopted Pentecostal practices like speaking in tongues, belief in prophecy and divine healing. The couple have seven children, all under 20, including two adopted from Haiti and a young son with Down syndrome.
In a 2006 speech to Notre Dame graduates, she spoke of the law as a higher calling. “If you can keep in mind that your fundamental purpose in life is not to be a lawyer, but to know, love and serve God, you truly will be a different kind of lawyer,” she said.
But during her 2017 confirmation hearing, she affirmed that she would keep her personal views separate from her duties as a judge. “If you’re asking whether I take my faith seriously and I’m a faithful Catholic, I am,” she told senators. “Although I would stress that my personal church affiliation or my religious belief would not bear in the discharge of my duties as a judge.” She was confirmed on a 55-to-43 vote, largely along party lines.
As a law professor, Judge Barrett was a member of Faculty for Life, an anti-abortion group, and wrote skeptically about precedent in Supreme Court rulings, which both sides in the abortion debate took to mean she would be open to revisiting Roe v. Wade.
“I tend to agree with those who say that a justice’s duty is to the Constitution and that it is thus more legitimate for her to enforce her best understanding of the Constitution rather than a precedent she thinks clearly in conflict with it,” she wrote in a Texas Law Review article in 2013.
She later criticized Chief Justice Roberts for his opinion preserving Mr. Obama’s Affordable Care Act, saying he went beyond the plausible meaning of the law. As an appellate judge, she joined an opinion arguing on behalf of an Indiana law banning abortions sought solely because of the sex or disability of a fetus, disagreeing with fellow judges who struck it down as unconstitutional.
Conservative and liberal interest groups did not wait for Mr. Trump’s announcement to open the battle over Judge Barrett’s confirmation. Each side prepared multimillion-dollar campaigns to introduce her to the public and frame the debate to come in the Senate, with an eye on the November contest.
Several polls over the past week have shown that most Americans, including many Republicans, believe the next justice should be selected by the winner of the November election, not by Mr. Trump in the meantime.
A survey released Friday by The Washington Post and ABC News suggested the fight may drive Democrats even more than Republicans to the polls. About 64 percent of Mr. Biden’s supporters told pollsters that the vacancy made it “more important” that the Democrat win the election, while just 37 percent of Mr. Trump’s supporters said the same for him.
