do you ever have these small moments in life where your sadness & anxiety leave you for like 10 seconds & you feel like time has paused?just stopped?when you just stop wherever you’re whatever you’re doing, you just pause & look around & hear, whether you’re in a moving car or walking under the sky, or in the middle of a rain, or screaming to your fave throwback songs on new year’s w your high school buddies, or sitting in a coffee shop w your bestfriend, or at a sleepover, or dancing your heart out, or just riding your bike at 3 am in the morning alone, feeling the breeze, finally breathing, not feeling breathless for one moment, those moments when you finally feel alive. those moments when you’re not overthinking, or just not thinking about anything at all, you’re just living through your senses, feeling through them, trying to take in the moment, living. but when that moment passes, you realize nearly every moment leading up to that moment, you realize how you felt, what you felt, when you felt it- every second of every day, every single moment you’ve been on this planet- you haven’t felt that alive, that you haven’t been living, just existing, passing time, until that one moment. you have to live for those moments
