5 Tips to relax before bed ...
1. Have a hot bath or shower.
2. Listen to soothing music or calming sounds.
3. Drink a warm glass of milk or hot chocolate. 
4. Practise relaxation methods or mindful meditation.
5. Light stretches to relax tense muscles / massage.
6. Reading. A much better option than screen time - which does affect your sleep. You’re welcome.
